现代制鞋业为了使产量最大化,在生产过程中大量使用化工材料,化工材料对我们的脚和身心健康产生严重污染和伤害,轻则产生脚臭,重则危害身体健康。脚臭原因大部分是因为鞋子不环保不透气及交叉感染和传染的,小部分是由于饮食,体质问题,缺少维生素B族所引起的。现在市面上治脚臭脚气的产品林林总总,不一而足,有膏剂,浸泡剂,喷涂剂,中药鞋垫等。这些产品治好脚臭一段时间又会复发,因为你还是要穿鞋,鞋子不环保,不透气,不排汗,不杀菌,这些产品是治标不治本。要解决上述问题,第一要增强体质,第二要改进制鞋工艺,第三要技术创新,利用现代生物技术、纳米技术和传统技术相结合的方法,达到既能增强我们体质,又能保护我们的双脚和身体不受到伤害。

本发明要解决的技术问题是,为生产一种既环保舒适,又能增强体质快速去除脚臭及脚气病,且具有保健功能的鞋子提供制作方法。
本发明的技术方案是,环保除脚臭保健功能鞋的制作方法,是在纯天然环保鞋面胶糊里加入纳米负离子粉,用中草药和环保鞋面胶压合成型鞋中底板,鞋子成型后再加入纯天然精油,其具体操作步骤是,
第一步,制作纯天然纳米负离子环保鞋面胶糊:取糯米粉1份,阿拉伯胶1.3~1.6份,瓜尔豆胶1.8~2.4份,纯净水20~24份,加入原料重量比5~10%的纳米负离子粉,搅拌均匀即可;

第一步,制作纯天然纳米负离子环保鞋面胶糊:取糯米粉1份,阿拉伯胶1.5份,瓜尔豆胶2.0份,纯净水22份,加入原料重量比8%的纳米负离子粉,搅拌均匀即可;
第二步,按液体硅胶包裹精油的方法制作杀菌抗菌吸汗中底板:取中草药皂夹8份,丁香10份,苍术6份,白癣皮9份,蛇床子16份,苦参7份,枯矾8份,冰片6份;将中草药粉碎至400目,纯天然鞋面胶糊30份,加纯净水35份搅拌均匀,再压成1~2毫米厚,烘烤干,根据鞋款所需裁成中底板,再和硅胶包合体车缝成所需中底板;
第三步,配制除臭杀菌抗菌修复精油:取茶树精油3.5份,玫瑰精油5份,尤加利精油3份,佛手柑精油6份,充分搅拌均匀,鞋子成型后将配制好的精油注射入中底板的液体硅胶包裹精油的载体上。
