本发明公开了一种透气舒爽型混纺晴纶条,包括:第一混纺纤维棉条、第二混合毛条以及第三混合毛条,将所述第一混纺纤维棉条、第二混合毛条以及第三混合毛条混纺编织成一整体,所述第一混纺纤维棉条包括纯棉纤维、再生麻纤维和尼龙纤维,所述第二混合毛条包括竹炭纤维和真丝纤维,所述第三混合毛条包括再生纤维素纤维和除湿的功能性纤维。通过上述方式,本发明的一种透气舒爽型混纺晴纶条,具有吸湿、透气的优点,抗菌性能优异。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料设计领域,特别是涉及一种透气舒爽型混纺晴纶条。
背景技术
腈纶是聚丙烯腈纤维在我国的商品名,腈纶纤维有人造羊毛之称,具有柔软、膨松、易染、色泽鲜艳、耐光、抗菌、不怕虫蛀等优点,根据不同的用途的要求可纯纺或与天然纤维混纺,其纺织品被广泛地用于服装、装饰、产业等领域。
发明内容
本发明主要是针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种透气舒爽型混纺晴纶条,具有吸湿、透气的优点,抗菌性能优异。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种透气舒爽型混纺晴纶条,包括:第一混纺纤维棉条、第二混合毛条以及第三混合毛条,将所述第一混纺纤维棉条、第二混合毛条以及第三混合毛条混纺编织成一整体,所述第一混纺纤维棉条包括纯棉纤维、再生麻纤维和尼龙纤维,所述第二混合毛条包括竹炭纤维和真丝纤维,所述第三混合毛条包括再生纤维素纤维和除湿的功能性纤维。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述再生纤维素纤维为一种甲壳素纤维。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述第一混纺纤维棉条中纯棉纤维、再生麻纤维和尼龙纤维的质量比为:5:2.5:2。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述第二混合毛条中竹炭纤维和真丝纤维的质量比为:3:2.5。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述第三混合毛条中再生纤维素纤维和除湿的功能性纤维的质量比为4 : 3.5。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述第一混纺绵纶条、第二混合毛条以及第三混合毛条的表面涂覆一层银系纳米抗菌剂溶液。
从上述技术方案可以看出,本发明的一种透气舒爽型混纺晴纶条,具有吸湿、透气的优点,抗菌性能优异。

上述中,所述再生纤维素纤维为一种甲壳素纤维。
上述中,所述第一混纺纤维棉条中纯棉纤维、再生麻纤维和尼龙纤维的质量比为:5:2.5:2。
上述中,所述第二混合毛条中竹炭纤维和真丝纤维的质量比为:3:2.5。
上述中,所述第三混合毛条中再生纤维素纤维和除湿的功能性纤维的质量比为4: 3.5。
上述中,所述第一混纺绵纶条、第二混合毛条以及第三混合毛条的表面涂覆一层银系纳米抗菌剂溶液。

1.一种透气舒爽型混纺晴纶条,其特征在于,包括:第一混纺纤维棉条、第二混合毛条以及第三混合毛条,将所述第一混纺纤维棉条、第二混合毛条以及第三混合毛条混纺编织成一整体,所述第一混纺纤维棉条包括纯棉纤维、再生麻纤维和尼龙纤维,所述第二混合毛条包括竹炭纤维和真丝纤维,所述第三混合毛条包括再生纤维素纤维和除湿的功能性纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气舒爽型混纺晴纶条,其特征在于,所述再生纤维素纤维为一种甲壳素纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气舒爽型混纺晴纶条,其特征在于,所述第一混纺纤维棉条中纯棉纤维、再生麻纤维和尼龙纤维的质量比为:5:2.5:2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气舒爽型混纺晴纶条,其特征在于,所述第二混合毛条中竹炭纤维和真丝纤维的质量比为:3:2.5。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种透气舒爽型混纺晴纶条,其特征在于,所述第三混合毛条中再生纤维素纤维和除湿的功能性纤维的质量比为4 : 3.5。
6.据权利要求1所述的一种透气舒爽型混纺晴纶条,其特征在于,所述第一混纺绵纶条、第二混合毛条以及第三混合毛条的表面涂覆一层银系纳米抗菌剂溶液。
