普通面料主要以全棉、涤棉混纺为主,全棉面料因具有较好的吸湿透气性,常作为服装面料首选,但其易起皱,弹性较差,洗可穿性和排湿性差,散发水分速度慢,纤维大量吸湿后横向溶胀,从而使纱线之间的空隙闭合,汗水和湿气无法迅速的向外扩散,织物随之变得潮湿闷热,容易粘贴于皮肤上,产生不适感。且夏天汗液不能及时挥发,会产生细菌发酵、变味,对人体健康不利。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料及其制造工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的抑菌、透气性问题,本发明使用方便,便于操作,稳定性好,可靠性高,同时还能提高防蚊、抗螨虫性能。

所述高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料的制造工艺,其包括如下操作:
A、将桑蚕丝和棉纤维各自经清棉、梳棉处理,再依次经并条、粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精纺纱;
B、将竹炭纤维、甲壳素纤维、纳米银纤维加入分散剂、粘结剂、柔软剂经过搅拌形成胶状物,用刮板摊平,晾干处理;
C、将大豆纤维与变性聚粘胶纤维各自经清棉、梳棉处理,再依次经并条、粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精纺纱;
D、将A、B、C处理后的半成品织物在水玻璃溶液中浸轧处理,然后烘干、水洗、焙烘;
E、将上一步半成品织物在整理液中进行超声浸轧处理,然后焙烘、水洗、烘干。
F、将A处理后的精纺纱采用二上一下斜纹进行织造成基布层,将B处理后的织物采用平纹进行织造成抗菌层,将C处理后的精纺纱采用二上二下斜纹进行织造成面料层;
G、将抗菌层置于基布层和面料层之间,既得高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料。
作为优选的,所述整理液包含以下组分:天然抗菌剂20~25ml/L,分散剂2~3g/L,粘合剂140~160g/L,增稠剂20~30g/L,氯化铵5~6g/L,次磷酸钠4~10g/L。

所述天然抗菌剂为蛇床子、野菊花、艾叶、白术、白芨、白茯苓按照质量比0.5:1:2:1:2:0.5混合于水中煎煮5h得到的密度为1.19g/ml的提取液。
所述步骤D和E中焙烘和烘干的时间为75分钟,温度为85度;所述步骤D和E中水洗的水温控制在43℃,水洗13min。
所述的水玻璃溶液的质量浓度为7.5kg/m3;所述的分散剂由聚氧化乙烯、海藻酸钠和聚丙烯酰胺按照质量比1:1.5:1混合配制得到;所述的增稠剂为淀粉、海藻酸钠、干酪素、瓜尔胶、甲壳胺、天然橡胶、琼脂按质量比0.8:1.2:1.5:1:0.8:1:1.2配制得到。
所述的粘合剂为丙烯酸酯。
实施例三
一种高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料包括基布层、面料层以及设于基布层、面料层之间的抗菌层,所述基布层由桑蚕丝和棉纤维交织制成,所述面料层由大豆纤维与变性聚粘胶纤维交织制成,所述抗菌层由竹炭纤维、甲壳素纤维、纳米银纤维交织制成,所述桑蚕丝的质量占面料总质量的10%-15%,所述棉纤维的质量占面料总质量的15%-25%,所述大豆纤维的质量占面料总质量的10%-20%,所述变性聚粘胶纤维的质量占面料总质量的10%-20%,所述竹炭纤维的质量占面料总质量的5%-10%、甲壳素纤维的质量占面料总质量的10%-15%、纳米银纤维的质量占面料总质量的5%-10%;
所述高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料的制造工艺,其包括如下操作:
A、将桑蚕丝和棉纤维各自经清棉、梳棉处理,再依次经并条、粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精纺纱;
B、将竹炭纤维、甲壳素纤维、纳米银纤维加入分散剂、粘结剂、柔软剂经过搅拌形成胶状物,用刮板摊平,晾干处理;
C、将大豆纤维与变性聚粘胶纤维各自经清棉、梳棉处理,再依次经并条、粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精纺纱;
D、将A、B、C处理后的半成品织物在水玻璃溶液中浸轧处理,然后烘干、水洗、焙烘;
E、将上一步半成品织物在整理液中进行超声浸轧处理,然后焙烘、水洗、烘干。
F、将A处理后的精纺纱采用二上一下斜纹进行织造成基布层,将B处理后的织物采用平纹进行织造成抗菌层,将C处理后的精纺纱采用二上二下斜纹进行织造成面料层;
G、将抗菌层置于基布层和面料层之间,既得高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料。
所述整理液包含以下组分:天然抗菌剂25ml/L,分散剂3g/L,粘合剂160g/L,增稠剂30g/L,氯化铵6g/L,次磷酸钠10g/L。
所述天然抗菌剂为蛇床子、野菊花、艾叶、白术、白芨、白茯苓按照质量比0.5:1:2:1:2:0.5混合于水中煎煮6h得到的密度为1.2g/ml的提取液。
所述步骤D和E中焙烘和烘干的时间为90分钟,温度为80度;所述步骤D和E中水洗的水温控制在45℃,水洗15min。
所述的水玻璃溶液的质量浓度为9kg/m3;所述的分散剂由聚氧化乙烯、海藻酸钠和聚丙烯酰胺按照质量比1:1.5:1混合配制得到;所述的增稠剂为淀粉、海藻酸钠、干酪素、瓜尔胶、甲壳胺、天然橡胶、琼脂按质量比0.8:1.2:1.5:1:0.8:1:1.2配制得到。
所述的粘合剂为丙烯酸酯。

1.一种高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料,其特征在于:包括基布层、面料层以及设于基布层、面料层之间的抗菌层,所述基布层由桑蚕丝和棉纤维交织制成,所述面料层由大豆纤维与变性聚粘胶纤维交织制成,所述抗菌层由竹炭纤维、甲壳素纤维、纳米银纤维交织制成,所述桑蚕丝的质量占面料总质量的10%-15%,所述棉纤维的质量占面料总质量的15%-25%,所述大豆纤维的质量占面料总质量的10%-20%,所述变性聚粘胶纤维的质量占面料总质量的10%-20%,所述竹炭纤维的质量占面料总质量的5%-10%、甲壳素纤维的质量占面料总质量的10%-15%、纳米银纤维的质量占面料总质量的5%-10%;
所述高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料的制造工艺,其包括如下操作:
A、将桑蚕丝和棉纤维各自经清棉、梳棉处理,再依次经并条、粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精纺纱;
B、将竹炭纤维、甲壳素纤维、纳米银纤维加入分散剂、粘结剂、柔软剂经过搅拌形成胶状物,用刮板摊平,晾干处理;
C、将大豆纤维与变性聚粘胶纤维各自经清棉、梳棉处理,再依次经并条、粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精纺纱;
D、将A、B、C处理后的半成品织物在水玻璃溶液中浸轧处理,然后烘干、水洗、焙烘;
E、将上一步半成品织物在整理液中进行超声浸轧处理,然后焙烘、水洗、烘干;
F、将A处理后的精纺纱采用二上一下斜纹进行织造成基布层,将B处理后的织物采用平纹进行织造成抗菌层,将C处理后的精纺纱采用二上二下斜纹进行织造成面料层;
G、将抗菌层置于基布层和面料层之间,既得高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述整理液包含以下组分:天然抗菌剂20~25ml/L,分散剂2~3g/L,粘合剂140~160g/L,增稠剂20~30g/L,氯化铵5~6g/L,次磷酸钠4~10g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述天然抗菌剂为蛇床子、野菊花、艾叶、白术、白芨、白茯苓按照质量比0.5:1:2:1:2:0.5混合于水中煎煮4-6h得到的密度为1.18~1.2g/ml的提取液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤D和E中焙烘和烘干的时间为60-90分钟,温度为70-80度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤D和E中水洗的水温控制在40-45℃,水洗10-15min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述的水玻璃溶液的质量浓度为6~9kg/m3。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述的分散剂由聚氧化乙烯、海藻酸钠和聚丙烯酰胺按照质量比1:1.5:1混合配制得到。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述的增稠剂为淀粉、海藻酸钠、干酪素、瓜尔胶、甲壳胺、天然橡胶、琼脂按质量比0.8:1.2:1.5:1:0.8:1:1.2配制得到。
9.根据权利要求1所述的高效抑菌的舒柔透气面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述的粘合剂为丙烯酸酯。
