Abstract
本发明公开了一种去味防霉墙布及其制备方法,从内到外依次包括石膏层、无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层和防霉表层,石膏层、无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层、防霉表层通过复合胶依次贴合,所述去味层包括如下重量组份:竹炭粉末15‑20份、海泡石粉末10‑15份、电气石粉末20‑40份、硅藻泥粉末20‑25份、椰壳活性炭粉末30‑50份、复合胶20‑30份,所述抗菌层包括下述重量份的原料:甲壳素纤维20‑35份、竹纤维30‑40份、纳米银纤维10‑15份和玻璃纤维10‑40份,所述防霉表层由浸轧了防霉剂的布料制成。本发明属于墙布技术领域,具体是提供了一种有效去除异味,防霉抗菌的去味防霉墙布。

技术领域
本发明属于墙布技术领域,具体是指一种去味防霉墙布及其制备方法。
背景技术
墙布是一种室内墙面装饰材料,是通过运用材料、设备与工艺手法,以色彩与图纹设计组合为特征,表现力无限丰富、可便捷满足多样性个性审美要求与时尚需求,因此也被称为墙上的时装,具有艺术与工艺附加值。墙布不仅有着与壁纸一样的环保特性,而且更新也很简便,在质感上则比壁纸更胜一筹,其本身的柔韧性、无毒、无味、耐擦洗等特点,使其既适合铺装在人多热闹的客厅或餐厅,也更适合铺装在儿童房或有老人的居室里。目前市面上的墙布多种多样,还具备吸音、隔音、防火等性能,受到广大消费者的青睐,然而兼具去味防霉功能的墙布却较为少见。
发明内容
为解决上述现有难题,本发明提供了一种有效去除异味,防霉抗菌的去味防霉墙布。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种去味防霉墙布,从内到外依次包括石膏层、无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层和防霉表层,石膏层、无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层、防霉表层通过复合胶依次贴合,所述去味层包括如下重量组份:竹炭粉末15-20份、海泡石粉末10-15份、电气石粉末20-40份、硅藻泥粉末20-25份、椰壳活性炭粉末30-50份、复合胶20-30份,所述抗菌层包括下述重量份的原料:甲壳素纤维20-35份、竹纤维30-40份、纳米银纤维10-15份和玻璃纤维10-40份,所述防霉表层由浸轧了防霉剂的布料制成,有效防霉。
进一步地,所述抗菌层采用纱支为40S~50S混纺抗菌纱作经纱、纱支为40S~50S的玻璃纤维作纬纱在织机上依次交织成斜纹组织单元,所述混纺抗菌纱由如下重量份的原料混纺而成:甲壳素纤维20-35份、竹纤维30-40份、纳米银纤维10-15份。
进一步地,所述防霉剂包括如下重量组份:迷迭香精油3-9份、牛至精油4-7份、茶树精油5-9份、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮15-35份、乙二胺二邻羟苯基大乙酸铁钠1-1.5份、十二烷基羧甲基钠型咪唑啉醋酸盐20-45份、醋酸钠8-15份、高氯酸铵1-3份、醋酸乙烯酯5-15份、壳聚糖6-13份、乙醇15-25份。
优选地,所述防霉表层采用竹炭纤维面料层。
进一步地,所述石膏层由脱硫石膏构成。
本发明还公开了一种去味防霉墙布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)抗菌层制作:采用纱支为40S~50S混纺抗菌纱作经纱、纱支为40S~50S的玻璃纤维作纬纱在织机上依次交织成斜纹组织单元;
2)去味层制作:将竹炭粉末15-20份、海泡石粉末10-15份、电气石粉末20-40份、硅藻泥粉末20-25份、椰壳活性炭粉末30-50份、复合胶20-30份混合在一起并搅拌均匀呈黏合物均匀涂覆在无纺布基层表面,涂覆完成后将抗菌布层通过复合胶复合在去味层上;
3)配制防霉液:将防霉剂溶解于水中,配制成防霉液,控制防霉液的质量浓度为15~50g/l;
4)防霉处理:将竹炭纤维面料层通过防霉液进行初次浸轧,轧余率70-80%,然后将初次后浸轧的织物在30-70℃的温度条件下堆置30-50min后在防霉液中进行二次浸轧处理得防霉表层;
5)复合:将无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层和防霉表层通过复合胶逐层复合得复合墙布,将脱硫石膏均匀涂覆墙面,然后将复合墙布平整复合在石膏层上得去味防霉墙布。
采用上述方案本发明取得有益效果如下:本发明一种去味防霉墙布及其制备方法可有效去除空气中异味,通过去味层和抗菌层除臭杀菌,帮助清新空气,尤其适合新装修的房间,有效抗菌,通过防霉表层有效防霉且防虫,气味清新,抑制细菌滋生,织物的柔顺性和舒适性佳,还可以有效防霉抗菌,织物不易滋生细菌,并且不会发生霉蛀现象,使用寿命长,制备工艺过程简单,制备成本低,可实现产业化生产,具有广阔的市场前景。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1,本发明去味防霉墙布,从内到外依次包括石膏层、无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层和防霉表层,石膏层、无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层、防霉表层通过复合胶依次贴合,所述去味层包括如下重量组份:竹炭粉末15份、海泡石粉末15份、电气石粉末20份、硅藻泥粉末20份、椰壳活性炭粉末30份、复合胶20份,所述抗菌层包括下述重量份的原料:甲壳素纤维20份、竹纤维30份、纳米银纤维10份和玻璃纤维10份,所述防霉表层由浸轧了防霉剂的布料制成,有效防霉。
本发明一种去味防霉墙布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)抗菌层制作:采用纱支为40S混纺抗菌纱作经纱、纱支为40S的玻璃纤维作纬纱在织机上依次交织成斜纹组织单元;
2)去味层制作:将竹炭粉末15份、海泡石粉末15份、电气石粉末20份、硅藻泥粉末20份、椰壳活性炭粉末30份、复合胶20份混合在一起并搅拌均匀呈黏合物均匀涂覆在无纺布基层表面,涂覆完成后将抗菌布层通过复合胶复合在去味层上;
3)配制防霉液:将防霉剂溶解于水中,配制成防霉液,控制防霉液的质量浓度为15g/l;
4)防霉处理:将竹炭纤维面料层通过防霉液进行初次浸轧,轧余率80%,然后将初次后浸轧的织物在30℃的温度条件下堆置50min后在防霉液中进行二次浸轧处理得防霉表层;
5)复合:将无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层和防霉表层通过复合胶逐层复合得复合墙布,将脱硫石膏均匀涂覆墙面,然后将复合墙布平整复合在石膏层上得去味防霉墙布。
实施例2,本发明去味防霉墙布,从内到外依次包括石膏层、无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层和防霉表层,石膏层、无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层、防霉表层通过复合胶依次贴合,所述去味层包括如下重量组份:竹炭粉末17份、海泡石粉末13份、电气石粉末30份、硅藻泥粉末23份、椰壳活性炭粉末37份、复合胶25份,所述抗菌层包括下述重量份的原料:甲壳素纤维27份、竹纤维35份、纳米银纤维13份和玻璃纤维25份,所述防霉表层由浸轧了防霉剂的布料制成,有效防霉。
本发明一种去味防霉墙布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)抗菌层制作:采用纱支为45S混纺抗菌纱作经纱、纱支为45S的玻璃纤维作纬纱在织机上依次交织成斜纹组织单元;
2)去味层制作:将竹炭粉末17份、海泡石粉末13份、电气石粉末30份、硅藻泥粉末23份、椰壳活性炭粉末37份、复合胶35份混合在一起并搅拌均匀呈黏合物均匀涂覆在无纺布基层表面,涂覆完成后将抗菌布层通过复合胶复合在去味层上;
3)配制防霉液:将防霉剂溶解于水中,配制成防霉液,控制防霉液的质量浓度为30g/l;
4)防霉处理:将竹炭纤维面料层通过防霉液进行初次浸轧,轧余率75%,然后将初次后浸轧的织物在50℃的温度条件下堆置40min后在防霉液中进行二次浸轧处理得防霉表层;
5)复合:将无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层和防霉表层通过复合胶逐层复合得复合墙布,将脱硫石膏均匀涂覆墙面,然后将复合墙布平整复合在石膏层上得去味防霉墙布。
实施例3,本发明去味防霉墙布,从内到外依次包括石膏层、无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层和防霉表层,石膏层、无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层、防霉表层通过复合胶依次贴合,所述去味层包括如下重量组份:竹炭粉末20份、海泡石粉末15份、电气石粉末40份、硅藻泥粉末25份、椰壳活性炭粉末50份、复合胶30份,所述抗菌层包括下述重量份的原料:甲壳素纤维35份、竹纤维40份、纳米银纤维15份和玻璃纤维40份,所述防霉表层由浸轧了防霉剂的布料制成,有效防霉。
本发明一种去味防霉墙布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)抗菌层制作:采用纱支为50S混纺抗菌纱作经纱、纱支为50S的玻璃纤维作纬纱在织机上依次交织成斜纹组织单元;
2)去味层制作:将竹炭粉末20份、海泡石粉末15份、电气石粉末40份、硅藻泥粉末25份、椰壳活性炭粉末50份、复合胶30份混合在一起并搅拌均匀呈黏合物均匀涂覆在无纺布基层表面,涂覆完成后将抗菌布层通过复合胶复合在去味层上;
3)配制防霉液:将防霉剂溶解于水中,配制成防霉液,控制防霉液的质量浓度为50g/l;
4)防霉处理:将竹炭纤维面料层通过防霉液进行初次浸轧,轧余率80%,然后将初次后浸轧的织物在30-70℃的温度条件下堆置30min后在防霉液中进行二次浸轧处理得防霉表层;
5)复合:将无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层和防霉表层通过复合胶逐层复合得复合墙布,将脱硫石膏均匀涂覆墙面,然后将复合墙布平整复合在石膏层上得去味防霉墙布。

Claims (6)
1.一种去味防霉墙布,其特征在于,从内到外依次包括石膏层、无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层和防霉表层,石膏层、无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层、防霉表层通过复合胶依次贴合,所述去味层包括如下重量组份:竹炭粉末15-20份、海泡石粉末10-15份、电气石粉末20-40份、硅藻泥粉末20-25份、椰壳活性炭粉末30-50份、复合胶20-30份,所述抗菌层包括下述重量份的原料:甲壳素纤维20-35份、竹纤维30-40份、纳米银纤维10-15份和玻璃纤维10-40份,所述防霉表层由浸轧了防霉剂的布料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种去味防霉墙布,其特征在于,所述抗菌层采用纱支为40S~50S混纺抗菌纱作经纱、纱支为40S~50S的玻璃纤维作纬纱在织机上依次交织成斜纹组织单元,所述混纺抗菌纱由如下重量份的原料混纺而成:甲壳素纤维20-35份、竹纤维30-40份、纳米银纤维10-15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种去味防霉墙布,其特征在于,所述防霉剂包括如下重量组份:迷迭香精油3-9份、牛至精油4-7份、茶树精油5-9份、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮15-35份、乙二胺二邻羟苯基大乙酸铁钠1-1.5份、十二烷基羧甲基钠型咪唑啉醋酸盐20-45份、醋酸钠8-15份、高氯酸铵1-3份、醋酸乙烯酯5-15份、壳聚糖6-13份、乙醇15-25份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种去味防霉墙布,其特征在于,所述防霉表层采用竹炭纤维面料层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种去味防霉墙布,其特征在于,所述石膏层由脱硫石膏构成。
6.一种去味防霉墙布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)抗菌层制作:采用纱支为40S~50S混纺抗菌纱作经纱、纱支为40S~50S的玻璃纤维作纬纱在织机上依次交织成斜纹组织单元;
2)去味层制作:将竹炭粉末15-20份、海泡石粉末10-15份、电气石粉末20-40份、硅藻泥粉末20-25份、椰壳活性炭粉末30-50份、复合胶20-30份混合在一起并搅拌均匀呈黏合物均匀涂覆在无纺布基层表面,涂覆完成后将抗菌布层通过复合胶复合在去味层上;
3)配制防霉液:将防霉剂溶解于水中,配制成防霉液,控制防霉液的质量浓度为15~50g/l;
4)防霉处理:将竹炭纤维面料层通过防霉液进行初次浸轧,轧余率70-80%,然后将初次后浸轧的织物在30-70℃的温度条件下堆置30-50min后在防霉液中进行二次浸轧处理得防霉表层;
5)复合:将无纺布基层、去味层、抗菌层和防霉表层通过复合胶逐层复合得复合墙布,将脱硫石膏均匀涂覆墙面,然后将复合墙布平整复合在石膏层上得去味防霉墙布。
