Abstract

本发明所述的一种新型除臭墙纸,其特征在于,包括底层、功能层及面层,所述功能层由棉纤维作为主料,并添加有活性炭粉,所述功能层中活性炭粉的重量百分比为5~15%。所述新型除臭墙纸除具有装饰效果外,绿色环保,添加有活性炭粉,利用活性炭的物理吸附作用,有效减轻室内环境产生的臭味,如厨房、卫生间等区域的气味,起到净化室内空气的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及室内装饰材料技术领域,特别涉及一种新型除臭墙纸及制备方法。
背景技术
墙纸是现代室内装饰材料的重要组成部分,是室内墙体表面主要装饰装修材料之一,由于墙纸具有良好的装饰效果,所以得到日益广泛的应用。近年来,随着社会经济和科学技术水平的不断发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对室内的装修装饰要求提高,在注重墙体表面的装饰效果外对墙纸的其他功能的要求也越来越,如除臭功能等。而目前市场上的墙纸只有装饰效果,功能单一,具备除臭功能的墙纸较为少见。
因此,迫切需要一种具有除臭功能的墙纸来满足人们的需求。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种新型除臭墙纸及制备方法,为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种新型除臭墙纸,包括底层、功能层及面层,所述功能层由棉纤维作为主料,并添加有活性炭粉,所述功能层中活性炭粉的重量百分比为5~15%。
另,所述底层为无纺布或无纺纸中的一种。
再有,所述面层为无纺布或无纺纸中的一种。
同时,所述新型除臭墙纸的厚度为0.4-1mm。
一种新型除臭墙纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
一、将棉纤维在梳棉机上梳理成纤维生条,在并条机上并和成熟条,然后通过初纺机和细纱机分别制成经纱和纬纱;
二、由经纱和纬纱通过交错的平纹或斜纹方式编织,得到初始面料;
三、将活性炭粉在分散剂水溶液中均匀分散,并将初始面料浸渍在水溶液中,后取出,高温烘干定型得到功能层;
四、通过热轧工艺将功能层、底层及面层复合;
五、在面层表面压制花纹,得到成品。
进一步地,所述棉纤维在使用前需要经过防腐灭虫处理。
再有,所述步骤三中浸渍的温度为40~50℃,浸渍时间为8~10h。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供的一种新型除臭墙纸,绿色环保,除具有装饰效果外,还设置有功能层,所述功能层中添加有活性炭粉,利用活性炭的物理吸附作用,有效减轻室内环境产生的臭味,如厨房、卫生间等区域的气味,起到净化室内空气的效果。

三、将活性炭粉在分散剂水溶液中均匀分散,并将初始面料浸渍在水溶液中,后取出,高温烘干定型得到功能层;
四、通过热轧工艺将功能层底层及面层复合;
五、在面层表面压制花纹,得到成品。

按照上述制备方法制备得到所述新型除臭墙纸,其中所述步骤三中浸渍的温度为40℃,浸渍时间为10h。
本发明实施例制备得到的墙纸,具有耐用性、美观性,同时利用活性炭的物理吸附作用对室内环境除臭,保护环境,效果显著,具有多方面的优势。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型除臭墙纸,其特征在于,所述面层为无纺布或无纺纸中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型除臭墙纸,其特征在于,所述新型除臭墙纸的厚度为0.4-1mm。
5.一种新型除臭墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
一、将棉纤维在梳棉机上梳理成纤维生条,在并条机上并和成熟条,然后通过初纺机和细纱机分别制成经纱和纬纱;
二、由经纱和纬纱通过交错的平纹或斜纹方式编织,得到初始面料;
三、将活性炭粉在分散剂水溶液中均匀分散,并将初始面料浸渍在水溶液中,后取出,高温烘干定型得到功能层;
四、通过热轧工艺将功能层、底层及面层复合;
五、在面层表面压制花纹,得到成品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型除臭墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述棉纤维在使用前需要经过防腐灭虫处理。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型除臭墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中浸渍的温度为40~50℃,浸渍时间为8~10h。
