Abstract

本发明公开了一种除臭生活用纸,包括纸芯,所述纸芯上下两层横向设置有多条除臭纤维条,所述除臭纤维条之间纵向设置有分割线,所述分割线和除臭纤维条之间喷涂有吸附层,所述纤维条表面设置有外纸层,所述外纸层内侧表面喷涂有热敏涂层。本发明通过在除臭纤维条上喷涂的薄荷提取物,可以有效的祛除臭味,同时设置有吸附层,由于吸附层采用活性炭材料,因此通过吸附层可以起到吸附臭味的效果。

背景技术
纸作为写画、印刷书报、包装等必不可少的材料,被广泛使用在人门日常生产生活中;纸按用途可分为:包装用纸、印刷用纸、工业用纸、生活用纸等;随着热门生活水平的提高,和造纸技术的进步,人们对纸张的要求在气满足基本使用功能外,还提出了更多的要求,例如有香味等,生活用纸主要供人们生活日常卫生之用,通常包括卫生纸、面巾纸、餐巾纸、纸尿裤、卫生巾、湿巾纸,是人民生活中不可或缺的纸种之一。但是,现有技术中的生活用纸张没有香味,同时并不具有除臭的功能,无法满足各种需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种除臭生活用纸及其制造方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种除臭生活用纸,包括纸芯,所述纸芯上下两层横向设置有多条除臭纤维条,所述除臭纤维条之间纵向设置有分割线,所述分割线和除臭纤维条之间喷涂有吸附层,所述纤维条表面设置有外纸层,所述外纸层内侧表面喷涂有热敏涂层。
优选的:所述除臭纤维条的宽度为2mm-3mm,所述除臭纤维条的厚度为 0.1mm-0.2mm,所述除臭纤维条材质为棉质。
优选的,所述分割线为与纸芯材质一致的纸片,所述分割线的宽度为 1mm-2mm,所述分割线的厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm。
优选的,所述吸附层为活性炭材料,所述吸附层的厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm。

一种除臭生活用纸的制造方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)制作纸芯:按照30%竹质材料和70%的废旧木材的配比,制作纸浆,经过传统的造纸工艺进行制作;
(2)制作外纸层:按照30%竹质材料、20%-50%的废旧木材和20%-50%的棉纤维的配比制作纸浆,通过传统的造纸工艺进行制作;
(3)制作分割线:将制作完成的纸芯进行剪裁,裁剪成条状;
(4)添加除臭纤维条:选用厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm棉纱布,裁剪成条状,粘贴在纸芯的上下表面,并在除臭纤维条上面喷涂浓度为30%的薄荷提取物;
(5)添加分割线:根据除臭纤维条之间的距离将分割线裁剪成段状,粘贴与纸芯上;
(6)喷涂吸附层:将活性炭材料和压敏涂胶混合后喷涂在分割线和除臭纤维条之间的区域;
(7)添加外纸层:将两个外纸层覆在纸芯的上下表面;
(8)热压:通过热压装置,将外纸层压紧在纸芯上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明设置有除臭纤维条,通过在纤维条上喷涂的薄荷提取物,可以有效的祛除臭味;
2、本发明同时设置有吸附层,由于吸附层采用活性炭材料,因此通过吸附层可以起到吸附臭味的效果。

采用较宽和较厚的除臭纤维条可以储存更多的薄荷提取物,延长薄荷气味的挥发时间,提高了除臭的实效,同时增加外纸层中棉纤维的含量,使纸面更加的柔软舒适。
工作原理:由于在除臭纤维条101上喷涂有薄荷提取物,通过薄荷的气味来起到除臭的效果,同时由于采用棉质的材料,可以充分吸收和储存薄荷提取物,使其缓慢挥发,持续除臭,同时棉质的材料增加了纸张的韧性,避免纸张沾水后轻易就破的情况,同时棉质材料更容易分解,对环境没有损害,通过分割线102将除臭纤维条101之间的纸面分成块状区域,在其中喷涂有活性炭物资,通过活性炭物质对臭味进行吸收,分割线102采用与纸芯100同样的材料,可以利用纸芯100生产过程中裁剪的边角料,提高了纸张的利用率,节省了材料,提高了经济效益,提高热压的方式使外纸层104与纸芯 100、除臭纤维条101和分割线102粘合形成一个整体,由于外纸层104还有高比例的棉质材料,使纸张使用起来更加的柔软。
