Abstract

本发明提供一种阻燃面料，包括叠层结构的第一纤维层和第二纤维层，第一纤维层包括合成纤维或天然纤维，第一纤维层的外表面涂设有透明的第一阻燃涂层，第一阻燃涂层包括磷酸胍；第二纤维层包括矿物纤维；矿物纤维为高阻燃材料，其包括花岗岩纤维、硅胶纤维、碳纤维和玻璃纤维中至少一种；第二纤维层的外表面涂设有第二阻燃涂层，第二阻燃涂层包括无机物材料、阻燃剂、水性聚氨酯及表面处理剂，无机物材料包括陶瓷和石粉，阻燃剂包括三聚氰胺氰尿酸酯；具有阻燃性好、触感好、外观好的优点。

一种阻燃面料及其制造工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织品织造技术领域，具体涉及一种阻燃面料及其制造工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上阻燃面料分为永久阻燃和一次性的阻燃面料两种，其应用前景十分广阔，除了产业用纺织品、建筑内装饰、交通工具内装饰等发挥无可替代的作用外，还在防护服领域内发挥着不少的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃面料及其制造工艺，以满足市场上对阻燃面料的庞大需求以及广泛的应用场景。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案：
一种阻燃面料，包括叠层结构的第一纤维层和第二纤维层，所述第一纤维层包括合成纤维或天然纤维，所述合成纤维为合成物质组成的纤维，其包括涤纶、丙烯酸或聚丙烯；所述天然纤维为自然物质组成的纤维，其包括棉、麻布或麻；所述第一纤维层的外表面涂设有透明的第一阻燃涂层，所述第一阻燃涂层包括磷酸胍；所述第二纤维层包括矿物纤维；所述矿物纤维为高阻燃材料，其包括花岗岩纤维、硅胶纤维、碳纤维和玻璃纤维中至少一种；所述第二纤维层的外表面涂设有第二阻燃涂层，所述第二阻燃涂层包括无机物材料、阻燃剂、水性聚氨酯及表面处理剂，所述无机物材料包括陶瓷和石粉，所述阻燃剂包括三聚氰胺氰尿酸酯。
进一步的，所述第二阻燃涂层包括重量组分的8-14份阻燃剂、8-14份水性聚氨酯、3-9份表面处理剂、63-81份水以及1-3份无机物材料。
进一步的，所述第二阻燃涂层包括重量组分的11份阻燃剂、11份水性聚氨酯、6份表面处理剂、70份水以及2份无机物材料。
进一步的，所述第二阻燃涂层中还包括聚乙烯醇、三聚氰胺或水性丙烯酸中的至少一种，用于提高表面光滑。
进一步的，所述第二阻燃涂层中还包括五氧化磷或氮中的至少一种，用于进一步提高阻燃性。
进一步的，所述第二阻燃涂层涂设于第二纤维层后处于90-180℃环境下加热烘干。
一种阻燃面料的制造工艺，包括以下步骤：
S1、制备第一阻燃涂层以及第二阻燃涂层的第一阻燃原液和第二阻燃原液；S2、取第一阻燃原液加入吸侵设备中，将第一纤维层通过吸浸设备的入口添加入吸浸槽内，通过吸浸设备对第一阻燃原液进行加热升温，对第一纤维层吸浸处理，在其外表面形成第一阻燃涂层；S3、取第二阻燃原液加入吸侵设备中，将第二纤维层通过吸浸设备的入口添加入吸浸槽内，通过吸浸设备对第二阻燃原液进行加热升温，对第二纤维层吸浸处理，在其外表面形成第二阻燃涂层；S4、将第一纤维层和第二纤维层分别从吸浸设备中取出并通过清水进行清洗；S5、采用压轨机分别对第一纤维层和第二纤维层进行压轨去除水分；S6、对第一纤维层和第二纤维层进行加热烘干；S7、通过上胶机为第一纤维层和第二纤维层上胶，并采用热熔胶机将第一纤维层和第二纤维层贴合呈阻燃面料；S8、在室温下使用裁剪机对阻燃面料进行剪边，多余的毛边。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明的一种阻燃面料及其制造工艺，通过叠层结构的第一纤维层和第二纤维层，第一纤维层为合成纤维或天然纤维，第二纤维层为矿物纤维，具有阻燃性好、触感好、外观好的优点。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示，一种阻燃面料，包括叠层结构的第一纤维层1和第二纤维层2。
第一纤维层1包括合成纤维或天然纤维，合成纤维为合成物质组成的纤维，其包括涤纶、丙烯酸或聚丙烯；天然纤维为自然物质组成的纤维，其包括棉、麻布或麻；
第一纤维层1，一般来说，延新率(材料增加的比率)较低，有一定的弹性，拉过来也会重新回到原来的形态。这种特点在包裹沙发、滑板等的用途上使用时不会有问题，反而会成为优点，但是在墙体、天花板、地板等内部收尾用，或者在滚筒屏幕、窗帘上使用时，要有一定形态的刚性，才能切断、粘贴、使用等。因此，用于墙体、天花板、地板用途时，一般在一般纤维的一面贴上纸、无纺布等，或者进行涂层处理，维持一定程度的刚性，确保适合用途的形态稳定性。
第一纤维层1的外表面涂设有透明的第一阻燃涂层3，第一阻燃涂层3包括磷酸胍；透明属性可以保证第一纤维层1原有的色彩和形态不受影响。
第二纤维层2包括矿物纤维，矿物纤维在高阻燃性，隔热及吸音方面都比较优秀；矿物纤维为高阻燃材料，其包括花岗岩纤维、硅胶纤维、碳纤维和玻璃纤维中至少一种；第二纤维层2的外表面涂设有第二阻燃涂层4，处于90-180℃环境下加热烘干；第二阻燃涂层4包括无机物材料、阻燃剂、水性聚氨酯及表面处理剂，无机物材料包括陶瓷和石粉，阻燃剂包括三聚氰胺氰尿酸酯。
第二阻燃涂层4的可以按照重量组分的11份阻燃剂、11份水性聚氨酯、6份表面处理剂、70份水以及2份无机物材料进行配置。
第二阻燃涂层4中还包括聚乙烯醇、三聚氰胺或水性丙烯酸中的至少一种，用于提高表面光滑。第二阻燃涂层4中还包括五氧化磷或氮中的至少一种，用于进一步提高阻燃性。通过第二阻燃涂层4的处理的矿物纤维层不仅可以提高矿物纤维所具有的耐热强度，还可以防止在强火焰中变形。同时，覆盖表面的涂层可以使表面光滑，几乎消除矿物纤维所缺点的皮肤刺激性，使其具有适当的刚性，使财团变得容易，减少切割时产生的粉尘。
如图2所示，该阻燃面料的制造工艺，包括以下步骤：
S1、制备第一阻燃涂层3以及第二阻燃涂层4的第一阻燃原液和第二阻燃原液；
S2、取第一阻燃原液加入吸侵设备中，将第一纤维层1通过吸浸设备的入口添加入吸浸槽内，通过吸浸设备对第一阻燃原液进行加热升温，对第一纤维层1吸浸处理，在其外表面形成第一阻燃涂层3；
S3、取第二阻燃原液加入吸侵设备中，将第二纤维层2通过吸浸设备的入口添加入吸浸槽内，通过吸浸设备对第二阻燃原液进行加热升温，对第二纤维层2吸浸处理，在其外表面形成第二阻燃涂层4；
S4、将第一纤维层1和第二纤维层2分别从吸浸设备中取出并通过清水进行清洗；
S5、采用压轨机分别对第一纤维层1和第二纤维层2进行压轨去除水分；
S6、对第一纤维层1和第二纤维层2进行加热烘干；
S7、通过上胶机为第一纤维层1和第二纤维层2上胶5，并采用热熔胶机将第一纤维层1和第二纤维层2贴合呈阻燃面料；
S8、在室温下使用裁剪机对阻燃面料进行剪边，多余的毛边。

Claims (7)

1.一种阻燃面料，其特征在于，包括叠层结构的第一纤维层和第二纤维层，
所述第一纤维层包括合成纤维或天然纤维，
所述合成纤维为合成物质组成的纤维，其包括涤纶、丙烯酸或聚丙烯；
所述天然纤维为自然物质组成的纤维，其包括棉、麻布或麻；
所述第一纤维层的外表面涂设有透明的第一阻燃涂层，所述第一阻燃涂层包括磷酸胍；
所述第二纤维层包括矿物纤维；所述矿物纤维为高阻燃材料，其包括花岗岩纤维、硅胶纤维、碳纤维和玻璃纤维中至少一种；
所述第二纤维层的外表面涂设有第二阻燃涂层，所述第二阻燃涂层包括无机物材料、阻燃剂、水性聚氨酯及表面处理剂，所述无机物材料包括陶瓷和石粉，所述阻燃剂包括三聚氰胺氰尿酸酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃面料，其特征在于，所述第二阻燃涂层包括重量组分的8-14份阻燃剂、8-14份水性聚氨酯、3-9份表面处理剂、63-81份水以及1-3份无机物材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种阻燃面料，其特征在于，所述第二阻燃涂层包括重量组分的11份阻燃剂、11份水性聚氨酯、6份表面处理剂、70份水以及2份无机物材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃面料，其特征在于，所述第二阻燃涂层中还包括聚乙烯醇、三聚氰胺或水性丙烯酸中的至少一种，用于提高表面光滑。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃面料，其特征在于，所述第二阻燃涂层中还包括五氧化磷或氮中的至少一种，用于进一步提高阻燃性。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃面料，其特征在于，所述第二阻燃涂层涂设于第二纤维层后处于90-180℃环境下加热烘干。
7.一种阻燃面料的制造工艺，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1、制备第一阻燃涂层以及第二阻燃涂层的第一阻燃原液和第二阻燃原液；
S2、取第一阻燃原液加入吸侵设备中，将第一纤维层通过吸浸设备的入口添加入吸浸槽内，通过吸浸设备对第一阻燃原液进行加热升温，对第一纤维层吸浸处理，在其外表面形成第一阻燃涂层；
S3、取第二阻燃原液加入吸侵设备中，将第二纤维层通过吸浸设备的入口添加入吸浸槽内，通过吸浸设备对第二阻燃原液进行加热升温，对第二纤维层吸浸处理，在其外表面形成第二阻燃涂层；
S4、将第一纤维层和第二纤维层分别从吸浸设备中取出并通过清水进行清洗；
S5、采用压轨机分别对第一纤维层和第二纤维层进行压轨去除水分；
S6、对第一纤维层和第二纤维层进行加热烘干；
S7、通过上胶机为第一纤维层和第二纤维层上胶，并采用热熔胶机将第一纤维层和第二纤维层贴合呈阻燃面料；
S8、在室温下使用裁剪机对阻燃面料进行剪边，多余的毛边。
