儿童电动车作为一种儿童用品，由于其优良的性能，深受儿童的喜欢。
随着社会的发展，生活水平的提高，慢慢的人们逐渐从基本的物质生活转变成追求更多的精神生活。目前的儿童车也是越来越多样化。
当前童车内饰行业越来越趋向于高性能、环保型、低碳、低VOC的发展趋势，对汽车顶棚的要求也越来越高。汽车顶棚遮阳棚板产品除了具有提高车内装饰性的作用外，还起隔音、吸音和隔热的作用；现有童车用遮阳棚板的结构是由基材、填充材料和表皮材料组成，可对汽车内部进行良好的装饰，增强人在车内的舒适感。现有技术的汽车顶棚内饰板抗断裂能力差、隔音降噪效果差且容易滋生细菌。
针对上述技术问题，故需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服上述现有技术中的缺陷，提供一种结构简单牢固、使用方便、具有良好的隔音、吸音和隔热的作用，同时具有杀菌能力强、抗菌效果好的童车用遮阳棚板。
为了达到以上目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种童车用遮阳棚板，包括包括基材、内衬板和面板；所述基材、内衬板和面板依次层叠并粘合；所述面板包括面料布料层、缝编布料层和遮阳基材层；所述遮阳基材层和面料布料层分别连接在所述缝编布料层的上下两面；所述内衬板包括玻璃纤维层、隔音层和隔热层；所述面料布料层上设有抗菌层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案，所述隔音层位于玻璃纤维层与隔热层之间；隔音层由若干吸音棉装置组成，相邻吸音棉装置之间留有间隙，且若干吸音棉装置等距布设于玻璃纤维层与隔热层之间。
作为本发明的一种优选方案，所述吸音棉装置由无纺布和聚丙烯混纺而成。
作为本发明的一种优选方案，所述玻璃纤维层由玻璃纤维布浸以环氧酚醛树脂胶经烘干后压制而成；隔热层由装饰板和海绵板压制而成。

6.根据权利要求5所述的一种童车用遮阳棚板，其特征在于：所述面料布料层(2)的厚度为0.2mm，缝编布料层(3)的厚度为0.1mm，遮阳基材层(4)的厚度为0.2mm。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种童车用遮阳棚板，其特征在于：所述玻璃纤维层(5)的厚度与基材(1)厚度相同，隔音层(6)的厚度为隔热层(7)的厚度的2/3～3/4。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种童车用遮阳棚板，其特征在于：所述抗菌层(8)由以下质量百分比的材料组成：聚乙烯醇15-20份，载银沸石1-5份，去离子水60-70份，壳聚糖3～10份，溶菌酶1～10份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种童车用遮阳棚板，其特征在于：所述抗菌层(8)各组分质量比为：聚乙烯醇20份，载银沸石5份，去离子水70份，壳聚糖5份，溶菌酶5份。
