Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻燃合成革基布沙发面料,包括PVC薄膜层、复合在PVC薄膜层下方的珍珠棉层和复合在珍珠棉层下方的氨纶面料层,在所述复合珍珠棉层中部开设若干填料通孔,在所述填料通孔内填充粘附有无机阻燃剂。本发明的阻燃合成革基布沙发面料,沙发布表面采用磨砂PVC薄片,内里复合珍珠棉和氨纶面料,并添加无机阻燃剂进行整理,沙发布整体弹性较好的同时,可起到阻燃的作用。

阻燃合成革基布沙发面料
技术领域
本发明涉及沙发布技术领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃合成革基布沙发面料。
背景技术
随着聚氨酯工业的高速发展和应用开发,人们利用聚氨酯树脂涂覆于各种基材上制备出了结构和性能与天然革相似的合成革,并广泛应用于服装、鞋靴、坐垫等领域。
在现有技术中,合成革一般由基布面料层、粘合层和面层构成,现有沙发布一般不具有阻燃效果,其表面也容易粘连吸附灰尘,容易滋生细菌。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种阻燃合成革基布沙发面料,沙发布表面采用磨砂PVC薄片,内里复合珍珠棉和氨纶面料,并添加无机阻燃剂进行整理,沙发布整体弹性较好,便于安装。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种阻燃合成革基布沙发面料,包括PVC薄膜层、复合在PVC薄膜层下方的珍珠棉层和复合在珍珠棉层下方的氨纶面料层,在所述复合珍珠棉层中部开设若干填料通孔,在所述填料通孔内填充粘附有无机阻燃剂。
进一步的,所述PVC薄膜层表面磨砂处理形成一磨砂层。
进一步的,所述氨纶面料层为氨纶和棉的混纺面料,氨纶占氨纶面料层总量的10%-20%。
进一步的,所述珍珠棉层的厚度为2-10mm。
进一步的,在所述氨纶面料层两端裁切形成加大的安装固定底布。
进一步的,所述氨纶面料层通过浸渍烘燥法进行阻燃后整理,阻燃剂为硬脂酸改性的氢氧化铝阻燃剂。
上述氢氧化铝改性工艺如下:将氢氧化铝制成质量分数7%的浆料后,加热到80℃后,添加氢氧化铝质量分数4%的硬脂酸作为改性剂,同时添加丙酮作为溶剂,以2000r/min搅拌30min,后进行抽滤、干燥、粉碎、研磨过筛得到改性氢氧化铝粉末。
本发明的有益效果:阻燃合成革基布沙发面料中设置PVC薄膜层,可便于后续进行加工印刷图案,同时珍珠棉层弹性较好,具有较好的缓冲能力,且在珍珠棉层内设置填料通孔,并在其中填充阻燃剂,也起到一定的阻燃作用,底层采用氨纶面料层,具有较好的弹力同时,便于后续沙发布的安装。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参照图1,一种阻燃合成革基布沙发面料,包括PVC薄膜层11、复合在PVC薄膜层11下方的珍珠棉层12和复合在珍珠棉层12下方的氨纶面料层13,其中,氨纶面料层13为氨纶和棉的混纺面料,氨纶占氨纶面料层13总量的10%-20%,珍珠棉层12的厚度为2-10mm,在所述复合珍珠棉层12中部开设若干填料通孔15,在所述填料通孔15内填充粘附有无机阻燃剂(氢氧化铝阻燃剂,胶粘在填料通孔15内壁上)。
为了进一步改善沙发布1的表面防粘性,所述PVC薄膜层11表面磨砂处理形成一磨砂层14。
另外为了进一步增强阻燃性能,所述氨纶面料层13通过浸渍烘燥法进行阻燃后整理,阻燃剂为硬脂酸改性的氢氧化铝阻燃剂,其中氢氧化铝改性工艺如下:将氢氧化铝制成质量分数7%的浆料后,加热到80℃后,添加氢氧化铝质量分数4%的硬脂酸作为改性剂,同时添加丙酮作为溶剂,以2000r/min搅拌30min,后进行抽滤、干燥、粉碎、研磨过筛得到改性氢氧化铝粉末。
为了便于沙发布进行安装,在所述氨纶面料层13两端裁切形成加长加宽的安装固定底布16,方便进行安装固定。

Claims (7)

1.一种阻燃合成革基布沙发面料,其特征在于:包括PVC薄膜层、复合在PVC薄膜层下方的珍珠棉层和复合在珍珠棉层下方的氨纶面料层,在所述复合珍珠棉层中部开设若干填料通孔,在所述填料通孔内填充粘附有无机阻燃剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃合成革基布沙发面料其特征在于:所述PVC薄膜层表面磨砂处理形成一磨砂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃合成革基布沙发面料其特征在于:所述氨纶面料层为氨纶和棉的混纺面料,氨纶占氨纶面料层总量的10%-20%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃合成革基布沙发面料其特征在于:所述珍珠棉层的厚度为2-10mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃合成革基布沙发面料其特征在于:在所述氨纶面料层两端裁切形成加大的安装固定底布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃合成革基布沙发面料其特征在于:所述氨纶面料层通过浸渍烘燥法进行阻燃后整理,阻燃剂为硬脂酸改性的氢氧化铝阻燃剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种阻燃合成革基布沙发面料其特征在于:所述氢氧化铝阻燃剂改性工艺如下,将氢氧化铝制成质量分数7%的浆料后,加热到80℃后,添加氢氧化铝质量分数4%的硬脂酸作为改性剂,同时添加丙酮作为溶剂,以2000r/min搅拌30min,后进行抽滤、干燥、粉碎、研磨过筛得到改性氢氧化铝粉末。
