Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to a skin care composition for resisting light pollution and light damage, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-40 parts of light filtering composition, 10-30 parts of cell repairing composition, 20-40 parts of barrier protecting composition and 20-60 parts of glycerol water mixture; and provides a corresponding preparation method and application. Background
Light pollution is a phenomenon in which excessive or inappropriate light radiation generated in modern society has an adverse effect on human life and production environment. The damage of the front ultraviolet and the blue light to the skin of a human body draws more and more attention, the ultraviolet and the blue light can cause skin cells to generate excessive active oxygen, the oxidation degree in the body exceeds the removal rate of oxides, the oxidation and antioxidation system is unbalanced, and the excessive active oxygen presses the cells, so that DNA damage, lipid peroxidation, collagen structure damage and mitochondrial function damage can be caused. a skin care composition for resisting light pollution and light injury comprises the following components in parts by mass:
20-40 parts of light filtering composition, 10-30 parts of cell repairing composition, 20-40 parts of barrier protecting composition and 20-60 parts of glycerol water mixture.

The test method comprises the following steps: 0.08 percent of phenoxyethanol is added into the compositions in the examples 1 to 6 and the comparative example 1 respectively to be used as an anti-microbial agent, so that the growth of bacteria in the sample in the experimental process is prevented; the skin care composition is placed at 60 ℃/10 days and is illuminated for 10 days, samples are taken at 0 day and 10 days respectively, the change of the appearance, the pH value and the absorbance of each sample is inspected, the test result of the skin care composition of each example and the skin care composition of the comparative example 1 at 10 days is compared with the test result at 0 day, and the test result is greatly changed from the initial value after 10 days, which indicates that the composition has poor stability, small change and good stability.
Diluting each composition to a proper concentration to enable the absorbance test value to be within the range of 0-1 (the same dilution times of the same composition are required), and then using an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (model: UV1800) to detect the maximum absorbance of a sample.
From the above results, it can be seen that the pH and the maximum absorbance of examples 1-6 were not changed when they were left under illumination for 10 days, while comparative example 1 showed some change in absorbance, indicating that the composition of the present invention has good stability.
2. And (3) detecting the protective performance:
the principle is as follows: the research shows that the ultraviolet and blue light irradiation with the wavelength of 280-500nm can cause skin cells to generate excessive active oxygen, and the excessive active oxygen can press the cells to cause cell damage and damage to the skin, so that the damage of light to the skin can be reduced by inhibiting the generation of the active oxygen or eliminating the excessive active oxygen.
The detection method comprises the following steps: marking intracellular ROS by adopting a fluorescent probe DCFH-DA, and detecting the intracellular ROS content by using a flow cytometer; and (4) analyzing the generation rate and the inhibition rate by adopting an ROS protection effect experiment and an ROS repair experiment.

the composition has the functions of inhibiting and eliminating active oxygen caused by ultraviolet and blue light, and preventing cell damage caused by light pollution and light damage
3. Cell repair test (commercial skin care product, certain essence cream as comparative example 2)
A1% stock solution was prepared from the skin care composition prepared in example 1 in serum-free medium, sterilized by filtration through a 0.22 μm filter and diluted to the desired concentration of 0.1%, 0.2% or 0.5% in serum-free medium.
Taking human epidermal keratinocyte HaCaT in logarithmic growth phase at 2 × 104Inoculating to 96-well plate at density of 100 μ L per well, adding 10% fetal calf serum into DMEM high-sugar culture solution, placing the inoculated cells in carbon dioxide incubator at 37 deg.C and 5% CO2Culturing for 24h in a conventional way; 1mL of culture solution is discarded from the sample group and the model group, the preservative film is covered, the ultraviolet lamp and the LED blue light lamp are used for irradiation, and the negative control group is covered by aluminum foil paper and is not used for irradiation. The old medium was discarded, the experimental group was replaced with 100. mu.L of sample, the negative control group (control) was supplemented with an equal amount of serum-free medium, and the model group was supplemented with an equal amount of serum-free medium. 3 concentration levels per sample, 6 parallel wells per level; after continuously culturing for 24h, detecting the relative proliferation rate of the cells by adopting a WST-1 method, discarding the old culture solution, adding 100 mu L of serum-free culture solution and 10 mu L of WST-1 into each hole, putting the cells into a cell culture box for continuously culturing for 2h, measuring the absorbance at the wavelength of 450nm by using an enzyme labeling instrument, wherein the relative proliferation rate (RGR) is the ratio of the absorbance of the experimental group to the absorbance of the negative control group
After the ultraviolet light and the blue light damage cells, the product of the example 1 brings about obvious improvement of the relative proliferation rate of the cells, which indicates that the composition has obvious cell repairing effect.
4. Human body evaluation test: the skin care compositions were evaluated for the effect on skin barrier, skin moisture, skin brightness under light contamination, light damage.
Subject: 15 healthy volunteers aged 25-35 years old who used computers or mobile phones for a long time every day.
Test protocol: applying the sample prepared in the example 2 on one side and the sample prepared in the comparative example 2 on the other side by adopting a half-face and blind test method, wherein the dosage of the sample is about 0.5g twice a day in the morning and at night, and the sample is continuously used for 4 weeks; the moisture content and the moisture loss of the skin cuticle of the left and right sides were measured before, at 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 4 weeks after application, respectively, and high-resolution photographs were taken to analyze changes in the facial glossiness.
Experiments show that the water content of the skin after the skin care lotion is used in the embodiment 2 is obviously improved by 5-7%, and the effect in the second week is particularly obvious; meanwhile, the composition effectively reduces the loss of moisture on the face through skin, effectively improves the skin barrier function and shows that the composition has good function of repairing the skin barrier. The skin composition of example 2 is significantly improved in skin gloss compared to comparative example 2.
In conclusion, the composition disclosed by the invention not only has the effects of resisting light pollution and light damage and a remarkable cell repairing effect, but also has the effects of repairing skin barriers and improving skin glossiness.
It should be understood that the detailed description of the invention is merely illustrative of the invention and is not intended to limit the invention to the specific embodiments described. Claims (10)
1. A skin care composition that resists photocontamination and photodamage, comprising: the mass ratio is as follows:
20-40 parts of light filtering composition, 10-30 parts of cell repairing composition, 20-40 parts of barrier protecting composition and 20-60 parts of glycerol water mixture.

The photocontamination and photodamage resistant skin care composition of claim 1, wherein: the light filtering protective composition comprises a cork tree bark extract, a medicago sativa extract and an inorganic material, wherein the mass ratio of the cork tree bark extract to the medicago sativa extract to the inorganic material is 1:2-4: 1-2.
3. The photocontamination and photodamage resistant skin care composition of claim 2, wherein: the inorganic material is titanium dioxide or zinc oxide.
4. The photocontamination and photodamage resistant skin care composition of claim 1, wherein: the cell repair composition comprises ergothioneine, panthenol, allantoin; the mass ratio of the ergothioneine, the panthenol and the allantoin is 1:3-5: 2-3.

The photocontamination and photodamage resistant skin care composition of claim 1, wherein: the barrier protection composition comprises tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, white willow bark extract, rice chaff extract and yeast glucan, wherein the mass ratio of the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid to the white willow bark extract to the rice chaff extract to the yeast glucan is 2:1-3:2-4: 3-5.
6. The photocontamination and photodamage resistant skin care composition of claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of the glycerol to the water in the glycerol water mixture is 5: 2-4.
7. The photocontamination and photodamage resistant skin care composition of claim 1, wherein: the preparation method of the skin care composition comprises the following steps:
step 1, adding the light filtering composition into a glycerol-water mixture, and uniformly stirring to form a mixed solution; the speed of uniform stirring is 500-900r/min
Step 2, adding the barrier protection composition into the mixed solution for reaction treatment to obtain a second mixed solution; the reaction treatment adopts ultrasonic reaction or microwave reaction, the frequency of the ultrasonic reaction is 40-80kHz, and the temperature is 10-20 ℃; the microwave power of the microwave reaction is 300-700W, and the temperature is 10-20 ℃;
and 3, adding the cell repairing composition into the second mixed solution, and stirring at a constant temperature of 20-30 ℃ and a stirring speed of 1000-2000r/min to obtain the skin care composition.

9. The photocontamination and photodamage resistant skin care composition of claim 1, wherein: the cosmetic or skin care product can be cream, lotion, essence, toner, and facial mask.
10. The photocontamination and photodamage resistant skin care composition of claim 1, wherein: the washing and caring product can be shampoo, hair conditioner, and hair membrane.
