OLED面板是一种利用自发光二极管所制成的显示面板,因其高对比度、广视角、轻薄体积等优点而被广泛应用在POS机、ATM机、复印机、游戏机和电子产品中。在OLED面板的制作过程中,经常需要将其浸至酸溶液中对其厚度进行调整,在无需调整的一侧需要覆以保护膜,由于OLED面板的线路面已经有集成线路,如果在贴膜或撕膜时,静电压过大,会击穿面板线路,导致面板报废,因此保护膜贴膜静电压要求小于500V。此外,保护膜的耐酸能力也十分重要,然而现有技术中,兼具抗静电和抗酸的保护膜较少,且功能性欠佳,因此开发一款适用于OLED面板的抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜十分必要。
发明内容
本发明的第一个方面提供了一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜,按重量份计,所述保护膜从下至上依次分为基材层、溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层、离型膜层。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述基材层、溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层、离型膜层的厚度之比为(5-7):(1-2):1。
作为一种优选的实施方式,按重量份计,所述溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层的制备原料包括,粘性基体30-60份、树脂8-12份、防老剂0.07-0.1份、溶剂15-30份。
作为一种优选的实施方式,按重量份计,所述溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层的制备原料还包括,抗静电剂0.01-0.06份。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述粘性基体包括天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、硅橡胶、乙丙橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、丁基橡胶、氯丁橡胶、异戊橡胶中的至少一种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述树脂包括石油树脂、氢化石油树脂、松香树脂、萜烯树脂中的至少一种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述抗静电剂包括烯丙基磺酸钠、油酸聚乙二醇酯、甲氧基聚乙二醇、甲氧基聚乙二醇-硅烷、抗静电剂S-18、抗静电剂S-15、抗静电剂AVC、抗静电剂BY-400中的至少一种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述防老剂包括防老剂A、防老剂、防老剂4010、防老剂IPPD、防老剂H中的至少一种。
本发明的第二个方面提供了一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层的制备原料搅拌共混;(2)将溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层的制备原料涂布在基材层表面,烘干;(3)将离型膜层贴附于溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层表面,收卷即得。
本发明的第三个方面提供了一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜在OLED面板的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明所述的一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜具有优异的耐酸性能,酸性条件下仍具有优异的稳定性,在OLED面板的减薄工艺中能够对线路板起到良好的保护,且在在贴膜或撕膜过程中能够有效地减少静电的产生,静电压小于300V,使用时具有优异的抗静电效果。
具体实施方式
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一个方面提供了一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜,所述保护膜从下至上依次分为基材层、溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层、离型膜层。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述基材层、溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层、离型膜层的厚度之比为(5-7):(1-2):1。
优选的,所述基材层材料包括PVC基材、PET基材、PP基材、PU基材、PS基材中的任意一种。
优选的,所述基材层材料为PVC基材。
优选的,所述离型膜层材料包括PET膜、PVC膜、PO膜、PU膜中的任意一种。
优选的,所述离型膜层材料为PET膜。
作为一种优选的实施方式,按重量份计,所述溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层的制备原料包括,粘性基体30-60份、树脂8-12份、防老剂0.07-0.1份、溶剂15-30份。
优选的,所述粘性基体包括天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、硅橡胶、乙丙橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、丁基橡胶、氯丁橡胶、异戊橡胶中的至少一种。
优选的,所述粘性基体包括天然橡胶、硅橡胶。
优选的,所述天然橡胶、硅橡胶的质量比为(1-3):(4-6)。
优选的,所述硅橡胶的断裂伸长率为500-700%。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述树脂包括石油树脂、氢化石油树脂、松香树脂、萜烯树脂中的至少一种。
优选的,所述树脂为氢化石油树脂。
优选的,所述氢化石油树脂的酸值不大于0.5mgKOH/g。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述防老剂包括防老剂A、防老剂D、防老剂4010、防老剂IPPD、防老剂H中的至少一种。
优选的,所述防老剂为防老剂A、防老剂D、防老剂4010。
优选的,所述防老剂A、防老剂D、防老剂4010的质量比为(1-2):(2-3):1。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述溶剂选自乙酸乙酯、甲苯、四氢呋喃、丙酮、乙醚、二氯甲烷中的至少一种。
优选的,所述溶剂选自甲苯。
作为一种优选的实施方式,按重量份计,所述溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层的制备原料还包括,抗静电剂0.01-0.06份。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述抗静电剂包括烯丙基磺酸钠、油酸聚乙二醇酯、甲氧基聚乙二醇、甲氧基聚乙二醇-硅烷、抗静电剂S-18、抗静电剂S-15、抗静电剂AVC、抗静电剂BY-400中的至少一种。
优选的,所述抗静电剂为抗静电剂S-18、抗静电剂S-15。
优选的,所述抗静电剂S-18、抗静电剂S-15的质量比为1:(3-5)。
本发明的第二个方面提供了一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层的制备原料搅拌共混;(2)将溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层的制备原料涂布在基材层表面,烘干;(3)将离型膜层贴附于溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层表面,收卷即得。
本发明的第三个方面提供了一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜在OLED面板的应用。

丁腈橡胶购买自东莞市樟木头恒泰塑胶原料经营部
C5石油树脂购买自濮阳市昌誉石油树脂有限公司
另外,如果没有其它说明,所用原料都是市售得到的。
实施例
本实施例第一个方面提供了一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜,所述保护膜从下至上依次分为基材层、溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层、离型膜层。
所述基材层材料为PVC基材,厚度为150μm。
所述离型膜层材料为PET膜,厚度为25μm。
所述溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层厚度为35μm,按重量份计,制备原料包括,粘性基体40份、氢化石油树脂(酸值0.5mgKOH/g)11份、防老剂0.09份、甲苯25份、抗静电剂0.04份。
所述粘性基体为天然橡胶、硅橡胶(断裂伸长率为600%)以质量比为2:5复配。
所述防老剂为防老剂A、防老剂D、防老剂4010以质量比为1.5:2.5:1复配。
所述抗静电剂为抗静电剂S-18、抗静电剂S-15以质量比为1:4复配。
本实施例第二个方面提供了一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层的制备原料搅拌共混;(2)将溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层的制备原料涂布在基材层表面,烘干;(3)将离型膜层贴附于溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层表面,收卷即得。
本实施例第三个方面提供了一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜在OLED面板的应用。
对比例1
本对比例第一个方面提供了一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜,具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于,所述粘性基体为天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶(断裂伸长率为600%)以质量比为2:5复配。
本对比例第二个方面提供了一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜的制备方法,具体实施方式同实施例1。
本对比例第三个方面提供了一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜在OLED面板的应用。

本对比例第一个方面提供了一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜,具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于,所述粘性基体为天然橡胶、硅橡胶(断裂伸长率为600%)以质量比为5:1复配。

本对比例第一个方面提供了一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜,具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于,所述抗静电剂为抗静电剂S-18、抗静电剂S-15以质量比为3:2复配。
本对比例第二个方面提供了一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜的制备方法,具体实施方式同实施例1。
本对比例第三个方面提供了一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜在OLED面板的应用。
性能测试
将实施例和对比例的保护膜贴敷于OLED面板表面,进行以下测试。
抗静电性能以表面电阻率表示,表面电阻率的测试方法参考:ASTMD-257,采用电阻率计在温度为23℃和相对湿度为50%的条件下进行测定。
抗酸性测试方法:将氢氟酸10%、氟化氢铵5%、硝酸7%、硫酸8%、纯水余量混合均匀,加热至30℃,将OLED面板置于蚀刻槽中60min,取出后观察保护膜表面变化。

Claims (10)
1.一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜,其特征在于,所述保护膜从下至上依次分为基材层、溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层、离型膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜,其特征在于,所述基材层、溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层、离型膜层的厚度之比为(5-7):(1-2):1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层的制备原料包括,粘性基体30-60份、树脂8-12份、防老剂0.07-0.1份、溶剂15-30份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层的制备原料还包括,抗静电剂0.01-0.06份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜,其特征在于,所述粘性基体包括天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、硅橡胶、乙丙橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、丁基橡胶、氯丁橡胶、异戊橡胶中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜,其特征在于,所述树脂包括石油树脂、氢化石油树脂、松香树脂、萜烯树脂中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂包括烯丙基磺酸钠、油酸聚乙二醇酯、甲氧基聚乙二醇、甲氧基聚乙二醇-硅烷、抗静电剂S-18、抗静电剂S-15、抗静电剂AVC、抗静电剂BY-400中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜,其特征在于,所述防老剂包括防老剂A、防老剂、防老剂4010、防老剂IPPD、防老剂H中的至少一种。
9.一种根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:(1)将溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层的制备原料搅拌共混;(2)将溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层的制备原料涂布在基材层表面,烘干;(3)将离型膜层贴附于溶剂型橡胶压敏胶层表面,收卷即得。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的抗静电的玻璃蚀刻保护膜在OLED面板的应用。
