本发明提供一种抗静电硅胶保护膜,基层为聚氨酯薄膜,在基层上涂有底层聚噻吩涂层,所述底层上涂有有机硅胶水层,所述有机硅胶水层上贴合有透明PET;所述有机硅胶水层包括低粘硅树脂,高粘硅树脂,碳纳米管,无水甲苯,无水乙酯,交联剂,偶联剂,白金。本发明通过在硅胶保护膜中添加定向碳纳米管,其和有机硅压敏胶有很好的亲和性,不会影响白金固化,有很好的分散性,保持较好的抗静电效果;使用底涂聚噻吩可以增强胶水的抗静电效果。

技术领域
本发明属于膜材料领域,具体涉及一种抗静电硅胶保护膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着电子工业的迅猛发展,电子线路板集成度越来越高,主机板上电子元器件的高密度、布线的紧凑、甚至表面贴装式元件的广泛采用,都易导致静电损伤线路板卡。硅胶保护模是一款主要应用于保护电子产品的屏幕保护膜,适用于手机、电脑、各类屏幕显示器表面等表面防刮防尘防辐射的保护膜。现有市面上的硅胶保护膜主要包括两种生产加工方法,一种是先在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜上涂布一层聚噻吩的抗静电层,接着再涂布硅胶压敏胶,虽然加工后的硅胶保护膜离型力和抗静电性能稳定,但由于在生产过程中需要连续涂布两次,生产成本较高,降低了经济效益,另一种是在硅胶压敏胶配方中直接加入抗静电剂,虽然加入抗静电剂的硅胶压敏胶仅需一次涂布,生产效率较高,但是由于在生产过程中抗静电剂本身会让硅胶压敏胶中的白金催化剂中毒,并且抗静电剂在工业生产中因为自身吸收大量水分,从而使硅胶压敏胶的固化变的不完全和不稳定,导致最后生产加工后的硅胶保护膜成品粘力不稳定,产品质量较低,难以满足使用的需要,正因为现有的硅胶保护膜生产加工存在着上述的诸多问题,使得难以实现工业生产的需要。对于手机等屏幕面板的保护,一般使用的保护膜是由基材层和涂覆在该基材层上的粘胶层组合而成的,现有的粘胶层一般采用普通的亚克力胶水,属于溶剂型亚克力胶水胶粘剂,其涂布一般难以均匀,使其在贴附时容易留下气泡,而使一些油脂、灰尘等进入气孔中,对贴附表面造成腐蚀,且其在撕离时会留下难以消除的痕迹,残胶严重。
因此,急需一种能够避免静电击穿损坏线路板及元器件,且具有较好的粘合特性的抗静电硅胶保护膜。
发明内容
本发明通过在硅胶保护膜中添加定向碳纳米管,其和有机硅压敏胶有很好的亲和性,不会影响白金固化,有很好的分散性,保持较好的抗静电效果;使用底涂聚噻吩可以增强胶水的抗静电效果。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种抗静电硅胶保护膜,其特征在于:基层为聚氨酯薄膜,在基层上涂有底层聚噻吩涂层,所述底层上涂有有机硅胶水层,所述有机硅胶水层上贴合有透明PET;所述聚噻吩涂层的配方为聚噻吩抗静电液:纯净水:异丙醇=1:2.5:2.5(质量比);所述有机硅胶水层包括低粘硅树脂,高粘硅树脂,碳纳米管,无水甲苯,无水乙酯,交联剂,偶联剂,白金;所述低粘硅树脂,高粘硅树脂,碳纳米管,无水甲苯,无水乙酯,交联剂,偶联剂,白金的质量比为60-100:40-0:0.4:20:80:0.3-1.0:0.5-1.5:0.8-1.6。
进一步地,所述聚氨酯薄膜的厚度为50μm,聚噻吩涂层的厚度为2-4μm,透明PET的厚度为50μm,所述有机硅胶水层的厚度为13-17μm。
进一步地,所述低粘硅树脂的粘度为3000-5000CPS。
进一步地,所述高粘硅树脂的粘度为8000-12000CPSC。
进一步地,所述交联剂为相对分量为465.36的JQ-4多异氰酸酯(PolyisocyanateJQ-4),所述偶联剂为有机硅烷偶联剂,其化学结构通用式为RSiX3。
一种抗静电硅胶保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)在按配方将聚噻吩抗静电涂层液、纯净水、异丙醇混合后,使用200目网纹辊凹涂印刷至聚氨酯薄膜上,涂布厚度2-4μm;
(2)先将市售定向碳纳米管(Carbonblack,分子式C5,CASNO.308068-56-6),使用无水甲苯和无水乙酯溶解得到碳纳米管溶液,所述碳纳米管溶液按其质量比例为碳纳米管:无水甲苯:无水乙酯的质量比为0.4:20:80;之后按照低粘硅树脂、高粘硅树脂、碳纳米管溶液、交联剂、偶联剂、白金的顺序和比例依次加入并搅拌,加入每种材料后都搅拌3min后再添加,添加完后搅拌22min,根据实际情况调节搅拌速度;
(3)通过逗号刮刀涂布的方式将步骤2配置的胶水均匀的涂布在PET膜的聚噻吩涂层面上,厚度13-17μm;
(4)将涂布好的胶水与透明PET贴合并收卷便可得到所需产品.
进一步地,步骤2的搅拌速度为250-1000r/min。
在市售50u聚氨酯薄膜上涂层0.5μm聚噻吩涂层,配方包括市售的聚噻吩抗静电涂层液:纯净水:异丙醇=1:2.5:2.5,使用200目网纹辊凹涂印刷至聚酯薄膜上。先将定向碳纳米管使用无水甲苯和无水乙酯溶解,后按照低粘硅树脂:高粘硅树脂:(碳纳米管:无水甲苯:无水乙酯):交联剂:偶联剂:白金=60-100:40-0:(0.4:20:80):0.3-1.0:0.5-1.5:0.8-1.6的顺序和比例依次加入并搅拌,加入每款材料后都搅拌3min后再添加,添加完后搅拌22min,根据实际情况调节搅拌速度,一般为250-1000r/min;通过逗号刮刀涂布的方式将胶水均匀的涂布在PET膜的聚噻吩涂层面上,约13-17μm厚度;将涂布好的胶水与市售50u透明PET贴合并收卷便可得到所需产品。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过定向碳纳米管的导电特性,能将电子电器设备多余的静电释放,避免静电导致电子线路或电子元器件的损坏而导致功能失灵,大大提高了电子电器设备使用过程中的安全系数;利用有机硅胶粘剂的高排气性能能确保该保护膜在使用过程中的快速贴标及不起汽泡,使用不残胶和脱胶的优异性能。

一种抗静电硅胶保护膜,其特征在于:基层为聚氨酯薄膜,在基层上涂有底层聚噻吩涂层,所述底层上涂有有机硅胶水层,所述有机硅胶水层上贴合有透明PET;所述聚噻吩涂层的配方为聚噻吩抗静电液:纯净水:异丙醇=1:2.5:2.5(质量比);所述有机硅胶水层包括低粘硅树脂,高粘硅树脂,碳纳米管,无水甲苯,无水乙酯,交联剂,偶联剂,白金;所述低粘硅树脂,高粘硅树脂,碳纳米管,无水甲苯,无水乙酯,交联剂,偶联剂,白金的质量比为80:20:0.4:20:80:0.6:1:1.2。
所述聚氨酯薄膜的厚度为50μm,聚噻吩涂层的厚度为3μm,透明PET的厚度为50μm,所述有机硅胶水层的厚度为15μm。

(2)先将市售定向碳纳米管(Carbonblack,分子式C5,CASNO.308068-56-6),使用无水甲苯和无水乙酯溶解得到碳纳米管溶液,所述碳纳米管溶液按其质量比例为碳纳米管:无水甲苯:无水乙酯的质量比为0.4:20:80;之后按照低粘硅树脂、高粘硅树脂、碳纳米管溶液、交联剂、偶联剂、白金的顺序和比例依次加入并搅拌,加入每种材料后都搅拌3min后再添加,添加完后搅拌22min,搅拌速度为800r/min;
(3)通过逗号刮刀涂布的方式将步骤2配置的胶水均匀的涂布在PET膜的聚噻吩涂层面上,厚度10μm;
(4)将涂布好的胶水与透明PET贴合并收卷便可得到所需产品。
实施例2
一种抗静电硅胶保护膜,其特征在于:基层为聚氨酯薄膜,在基层上涂有底层聚噻吩涂层,所述底层上涂有有机硅胶水层,所述有机硅胶水层上贴合有透明PET;所述聚噻吩涂层的配方为聚噻吩抗静电液:纯净水:异丙醇=1:2.5:2.5(质量比);所述有机硅胶水层包括低粘硅树脂,高粘硅树脂,碳纳米管,无水甲苯,无水乙酯,交联剂,偶联剂,白金;所述低粘硅树脂,高粘硅树脂,碳纳米管,无水甲苯,无水乙酯,交联剂,偶联剂,白金的质量比为60:40:0.4:20:80:1.0:0.5:1.6。

实施例3
一种抗静电硅胶保护膜,其特征在于:基层为聚氨酯薄膜,在基层上涂有底层聚噻吩涂层,所述底层上涂有有机硅胶水层,所述有机硅胶水层上贴合有透明PET;所述聚噻吩涂层的配方为聚噻吩抗静电液:纯净水:异丙醇=1:2.5:2.5(质量比);所述有机硅胶水层包括低粘硅树脂,高粘硅树脂,碳纳米管,无水甲苯,无水乙酯,交联剂,偶联剂,白金;所述低粘硅树脂,高粘硅树脂,碳纳米管,无水甲苯,无水乙酯,交联剂,偶联剂,白金的质量比为100:0:0.4:20:80:0.3:1.5:0.8。
所述聚氨酯薄膜的厚度为50μm,聚噻吩涂层的厚度为4μm,透明PET的厚度为50μm,所述有机硅胶水层的厚度为13μm。
所述低粘硅树脂的粘度为5000CPS。所述高粘硅树脂的粘度为8000CPSC。所述交联剂为相对分量为465.36的JQ-4多异氰酸酯(PolyisocyanateJQ-4),所述偶联剂为有机硅烷偶联剂。
一种抗静电硅胶保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)在按配方将聚噻吩抗静电涂层液、纯净水、异丙醇混合后,使用200目网纹辊凹涂印刷至聚氨酯薄膜上,涂布厚度4μm;
(2)先将市售定向碳纳米管(Carbonblack,分子式C5,CASNO.308068-56-6),使用无水甲苯和无水乙酯溶解得到碳纳米管溶液,所述碳纳米管溶液按其质量比例为碳纳米管:无水甲苯:无水乙酯的质量比为0.4:20:80;之后按照低粘硅树脂、高粘硅树脂、碳纳米管溶液、交联剂、偶联剂、白金的顺序和比例依次加入并搅拌,加入每种材料后都搅拌3min后再添加,添加完后搅拌22min,搅拌速度为250-1000r/min;
(3)通过逗号刮刀涂布的方式将步骤2配置的胶水均匀的涂布在PET膜的聚噻吩涂层面上,厚度13μm;
(4)将涂布好的胶水与透明PET贴合并收卷便可得到所需产品。

与实施例1相同,除了不加入定向碳纳米管。
对比例2
与实施例1相同,除了不加入高粘硅树脂。
对比例3
与实施例1相同,除了不加入低粘硅树脂。
对比例4
与实施例1相同,除了不加入白金。
对比例5
与实施例1相同,除了低粘硅树脂,高粘硅树脂,碳纳米管,无水甲苯,无水乙酯,交联剂,偶联剂,白金的质量比为80:20:1:0.4。
对比例6
与实施例1相同,除了低粘硅树脂,高粘硅树脂,碳纳米管,无水甲苯,无水乙酯,交联剂,偶联剂,白金的质量比为80:20:0.2:2.0。
对比例7
与实施例1相同,除了不涂布聚噻吩涂层。
抗静电值测试:使用手持式表面电阻测试仪,测试量程为103-1012之间,将手持式表面电阻测试仪之测试电极置于被测样品胶面用力压紧,使测试电极与胶面紧密接触并读取测试仪显示之表面电阻值。由于静电耗散材料的表面电阻值在104-1011之间为绝缘抗静电材料为判定依据,通过对比例之表面电阻的研判,该抗静电硅胶保护膜之表面电阻值可稳定在106-1010之间。

本发明中通过定向碳纳米管的导电特性,能将电子电器设备多余的静电释放,避免静电导致电子线路或电子元器件的损坏而导致功能失灵,大大提高了电子电器设备使用过程中的安全系数;利用有机硅胶的高排气性能以及高低粘度的配合使用,能确保该保护膜在使用过程中的快速贴标及不起汽泡,使用不残胶和脱胶的优异性能,通过一定比例的添加碳纳米管和白金能够协同的提高的抗静电效果,通过底涂聚噻吩可以增强胶水的抗静电效果。
Claims (4)
1.一种抗静电硅胶保护膜,其特征在于:基层为聚氨酯薄膜,在基层上涂有底层聚噻吩涂层,所述底层上涂有有机硅胶水层,所述有机硅胶水层上贴合有透明PET;所述聚噻吩涂层包括质量比1:2.5:2.5的聚噻吩抗静电液、纯净水、异丙醇;所述有机硅胶水层包括低粘硅树脂,高粘硅树脂,碳纳米管,无水甲苯,无水乙酯,交联剂,偶联剂,白金;所述低粘硅树脂,高粘硅树脂,碳纳米管,无水甲苯,无水乙酯,交联剂,偶联剂,白金的质量比为60-100:40-0:0.4:20:80:0.3-1.0:0.5-1.5:0.8-1.6;所述低粘硅树脂的粘度为3000-5000CPS;所述高粘硅树脂的粘度为8000-12000CPS;所述交联剂为相对分子量为465.36的JQ-4多异氰酸酯,所述偶联剂为有机硅烷偶联剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电硅胶保护膜,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯薄膜的厚度为50μm,聚噻吩涂层的厚度为2-4μm,透明PET的厚度为50μm,所述有机硅胶水层的厚度为13-17μm。
3.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的抗静电硅胶保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:(1)在按配方将聚噻吩抗静电涂层液、纯净水、异丙醇混合后,使用200目网纹辊凹涂印刷至聚氨酯薄膜上,涂布厚度2-4μm;
(2)先将定向碳纳米管,使用无水甲苯和无水乙酯溶解得到碳纳米管溶液,所述碳纳米管溶液按其质量比例为碳纳米管:无水甲苯:无水乙酯的质量比为0.4:20:80;之后按照低粘硅树脂、高粘硅树脂、碳纳米管溶液、交联剂、偶联剂、白金的顺序和比例依次加入并搅拌,加入每种材料后都搅拌3min后再添加,添加完后搅拌22min,根据实际情况调节搅拌速度;
(3)通过逗号刮刀涂布的方式将步骤2配置的胶水均匀的涂布在PET膜的聚噻吩涂层面上,厚度13-17μm;
(4)将涂布好的胶水与透明PET贴合并收卷便可得到所需产品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗静电硅胶保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于步骤2的搅拌速度为250-1000r/min。
