All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
A high-quality and high-yield cultivation method for mulberry with long spike matured for many times a year comprises the following steps:
1. planting and pruning
The planting density of the long-ear mulberry in the greenhouse is 1.5m multiplied by 2.0m, and the trunk of the 2-year-old long-ear mulberry plant is cut off at a position 1m away from the ground, so that the young shoots are sprouted. 5-6 shoots after sprouting are selected and left for growing, and the rest shoots are all erased. And (4) at the beginning of 1 month in winter, cutting the young shoots at a position which is about 20cm away from the trunk after the selected young shoots grow to the lignification of the base parts.
2. Shading in the first season
The purpose of shading is to promote the flower bud differentiation and the formation of the flower spike of the Morus longissima. In late 12 months, the selected young shoots are cut off at a distance of about 20cm from the trunk, and then shaded to promote the flower bud differentiation and the formation of flower spikes. The shading method can cover the whole tree crown by using a shading net and can also shade light by using a shading system of the greenhouse. The grape flower buds begin to germinate at the beginning of 2 months. The effect of different shade degrees on spikelet formation of Morus longissima is shown in Table 1 below. As can be seen from table 1, the light-shielding treatment can significantly promote the axillary bud flowering rate of the morus longissima, wherein the effect is best at a light-shielding rate of 65%; in addition, the light-shielding treatment can also increase the number of flower ears in axillary buds, and the effect is most excellent in the light-shielding rate of 65% and 75%.

3. Irradiating the first season after the flower buds germinate
After shading, 200g of urea, 100g of calcium superphosphate, 50g of potassium sulfate and about 10kg of stable manure or organic fertilizer can be applied to each long-spike mulberry. And after axillary buds germinate, the shading net is collected, the mulberry with long spike is naturally illuminated, otherwise photosynthesis is influenced, photosynthetic products are insufficient, the quality and the yield of fruits are greatly reduced, and in addition, fruit drop is aggravated due to insufficient illumination. As can be seen from table 2, the first-cut mulberry fruits were degraded after the shading treatment, but the difference between the control and the other treatments except the treatment with a shading rate of 75% was not significant.

6. Pruning and shading after fruit harvest in the second season
Under normal conditions, the harvesting time of the fruits in the second season is 7-8 months. After fruit harvesting, selecting 1-2 robust-growing branches from the branches germinated on the selected branch in the second season, cutting off the branches from a position which is 10cm away from the base, reserving the branches as bearing branches in the next season, and cutting off all the other branches from the base. After trimming, shading treatment is carried out by using a shading net according to the method. After shading, 100g of urea, 100g of monopotassium phosphate and 50g of potassium sulfate are applied to each long-spike mulberry. As can be seen from table 4, compared to the control, the 4-pin shade net treatment with a shade rate of 75% resulted in significantly lower fruit quality of morus longicornus compared to the control, and neither of the other two treatments achieved a significant level of difference from the control.

As can be seen from Table 6, the fruit quality of Morus Caryophyllata was the best after the 2-pin shade net treatment with a shade rate of 50%.
TABLE 6 influence of different shading degrees on the quality of the third season fruit of Morus longissima
Figure BDA0003166145490000071
The technical key of the method is that after pruning, the shading is used for promoting flower bud differentiation and leading the flower buds to germinate, then the lighting is used for photosynthesis, organic matters are provided for the growth and nutrient accumulation of fruits, and fertilizer is applied during each shading period, so that sufficient inorganic nutrition is provided for the flower bud differentiation and the fruit growth. By the method, the three-harvest-one-year cultivation of the long-spike mulberry is realized. The method requires the temperature of the greenhouse from 2 months to 12 months in each year to be 20-30 ℃ at the highest temperature in the daytime and more than 8 ℃ at the lowest temperature at night. It can be seen from this example that the treatment with 3-needle shading net (shading rate of 65%) was the best for the three-time fruiting of Morus longicornus every year in the first and second seasons, and the treatment with 2-needle shading net (shading rate of 50%) was the best for the three-time fruiting of Morus longicornus every year in the third season.
