Abstract

近年来,在跑步鞋之类的运动鞋的领域,通过提高鞋子的性能来提高穿着者的表现的技术正受到关注。特别是跑步鞋方面,提出一种提高着地时的冲击吸收性来减轻穿着者的疲劳、或者增加蹬地时的力的技术(例如专利文献1)。

[发明所要解决的问题]
专利文献1记载了在鞋子的底面安装板簧,用板簧吸收着地时的冲击,且增加蹬出时的力。
然而,专利文献1所记载的鞋子由于接地时的稳定性低,且在底面设置了复杂结构的板簧,故而有板簧振动而给穿着者造成不适感之虞。
本发明的目的在于提供一种鞋子,所述鞋子利用比专利文献1简单的结构,在不对穿着者造成不适感的情况下,提高反弹力。
[解决问题的技术手段]
为了解决所述课题,本发明的一实施例包括:鞋底,包括接足面及接地面;鞋面,至少局部覆盖鞋底的接足面;及弹性结构,随着从接地面的至少外足侧起向后方延伸而向上方弯曲。

通过这种结构,可利用简单的结构,在不对穿着者造成不适感的情况下,提高反弹力。

具体实施方式
首先,对本说明书所使用的用语的定义进行说明。在本说明书中,作为表示方向的用语,有时使用前后方向、宽度方向、及上下方向,这些表示方向的用语表示将鞋子置于平坦面而从穿着鞋子时的穿着者的视点观察的方向。因此,前方向意指脚尖侧,后方向意指后跟侧。另外,作为表示方向的用语,有时使用内足侧、及外足侧,内足侧意指足的宽度方向内侧、即足的拇趾(第一趾)侧,外足侧意指宽度方向上与内足侧相反一侧。
另外,在以下说明中,有时会提及鞋子的鞋底。鞋底意指仅中底、或外底与中底这两者。另外,在若干例子中,有时使用三维正交坐标来说明方向。在所述情形时,X轴是从外足侧起向内足侧延伸,Y轴是从后跟侧起向脚尖侧延伸,Z轴是从底面侧起向上侧延伸。
另外,在对实施方式的鞋子进行说明之前,参照图1对与实施方式的鞋子有所关联的足的骨骼进行说明。
图1是表示足的骨骼的俯视图。人体的足主要包括楔骨Ba、骰骨Bb、足舟骨Bc、距骨Bd、跟骨Be、跖骨Bf、趾骨Bg。足的关节包括跖趾(metatarsophalangeal,MP)关节Ja、跗跖关节Jb、跗横关节Jc。跗横关节Jc包括骰骨Bb与跟骨Be组成的跟骰关节Jc1、及足舟骨Bc与距骨Bd组成的距舟关节Jc2。本说明书中的穿着者的“前足部”是指比MP关节Ja靠前侧的部分,按照鞋子的长度比率置换的话,是指从脚尖侧起测定为鞋子全长的0%~约30%的部分。另外,“中足部”是指MP关节Ja至跗横关节Jc为止的部分,同样地,指从脚尖侧起测定为鞋子全长的约30%~80%的部分。另外,“后足部”是指比跗横关节Jc靠后侧的部分,同样地,指从脚尖侧起测定为鞋子全长的约80%~100%的部分。另外,在图1中,中心线S表示鞋子的中心线,沿着足宽方向中央部延伸。中心线S假定为位于通过人体的第三跖骨Bf3与跟骨Be的跟骨结节内侧突Be1的直线上的部位。图1中示出假定跟骨结节内侧突Be1所处的范围。鞋子全长中的比例为大致基准,并不对前足部、中足部、后足部的范围进行限定。

〔鞋面〕
鞋面12具有覆盖足背上侧的形状。鞋面12包括鞋面本体12a、鞋面12的固缚部件(固缚结构)12b、及在鞋面12的宽度方向中央附近沿着鞋面12的前后方向延伸的狭口12c。另外,在鞋面12安装了鞋舌12d。在本实施方式中,作为用来调整鞋面12的紧固情况的固缚部件12b,采用由孔眼与鞋带的组合形成的结构,但也可以使用粘扣等作为固缚部件12b。另外,也可以制成不包括狭口(slit)的袜套式的鞋面。
鞋面本体12a例如由将聚酯、聚氨酯等合成纤维编织而成的网状原材料、合成皮革、天然皮革所形成,具有覆盖足背的形状。狭口12c是用来根据鞋带的束紧情况调整鞋面本体12a的宽度的缓冲部分。在狭口12c的宽度方向两侧设置有多个孔眼。从狭口12c露出鞋舌12d,避免在穿有鞋带时鞋带与穿着者的足背接触。
〔中底〕

在中底14上配置增强构件20,在中底14下配置弹性结构18。中底14在后足部中被增强构件20及弹性结构18上下夹持。在中底14的底面形成了沿着Y轴延伸的槽22。
中底14的外缘具有与俯视足时的投影形状相仿的平面形状。中底14的上表面具有与足底的凹凸形状相对应的凹凸形状。另外,在中底14的上表面结合鞋面12。更具体而言,鞋面12沿着中底14的外缘、或沿着比外缘略靠中底14内侧的位置结合。作为将鞋面12结合于中底14的方法,有将鞋面12的边缝合于中底14、或者使用粘合剂等接合手段进行结合的方法。中底14的底面被弹性结构18及外底16所覆盖。
〔外底〕
外底16通过将多块橡胶成形为特定形状而形成。外底16以至少局部覆盖中底14的底面的方式贴附于中底14的底面。另外,弹性结构18具有分叉形状,外底16的一部分被贴附于弹性结构18的外侧面18a,后文会进行详细说明。
〔中底〕
图4表示鞋子的侧面图,表示取下鞋面后的状态。图5表示鞋子的俯视图,表示取下鞋面后的状态。
如上所述,在中底14的上表面(即接足面)40配置增强构件20,中底14的底面(即接地面)42配置于弹性结构18上。接足面40包括穿着者的足直接接触的面、及穿着者的足隔着鞋垫之类的中间构件间接接触的面。即,接足面40是指被施加穿着者的体重的中底14的上表面整体。另外,弹性结构18从接地面42延伸至接足面40,因此中底14也可以被弹性结构18上下夹持。接地面42的后端42a位于穿着者的足后端的大致正下方或靠前的位置。中底14的后端面44在接地面42的后端42a至中底14的最后端14a之间延伸。中底14的后端面44具有侧视时向前方且上方凹陷的弯曲形状。图4中由虚线A围成的区域内示出接地面42的后端附近的俯视图。如由虚线A围成的区域内所示,中底14的接地面42在后足部具有朝向后侧前端变细的形状。即,在接地面42的后端附近,在宽度方向两侧处接地面42的外缘朝向中心侧倾斜。由此,弹性结构18的内侧面46的一部分露出至上表面。由此,中底14的后端附近在宽度方向两侧具有前端变细的形状。也可以说是,中底14的宽度方向两端侧被切缺。通过将中底14的后端附近设为前端变细的形状,在压缩中底14时变得容易变形,从而可提高缓冲性。
在中底14的后端面44与弹性结构18的内侧面(U字形状的内侧面)46之间形成空间48。空间48由后端面44及弹性结构18的内侧面46确定,沿着鞋子10的宽度方向贯通。空间48作为用来在沿着上下方向压缩弹性结构18时使弹性结构18变形的空间发挥功能。即,通过设置空间48,弹性结构18变得容易沿着上下方向发生弹性变形。
接足面40的一部分以将穿着者的后跟保持于高于脚尖的位置的方式相对于水平面(XY平面)L1倾斜。将连结与接足面40的后跟中心相当的部位和接足面40位于中足部的最下方的部位的线设为虚拟线L2。在所述情形时,水平面L1与虚拟线L2形成的锐角α优选为4度~16度。锐角α更优选为8度~16度。
〔弹性结构〕
弹性结构18具有侧视时向后侧突出的U字形状。另外,弹性结构18在上下方向中间的截面处具有俯视时向后方突出的U字形状。弹性结构18是由杨氏模量大于中底14的例如热塑性聚氨酯之类的聚氨酯树脂、或纤维强化塑料之类的塑料材料所形成。弹性结构18优选以杨氏模量为100MPa以上的材料所形成。
弹性结构18的一端局部覆盖中底14的接足面40,从后足部延伸到中足部附近。弹性结构18的另一端延伸到中底14的接足面40附近。即,弹性结构18具有从接地面42起暂时先向后侧延伸、经过拐点后再朝向接足面40返回的环形状。此外,弹性结构18的另一端延伸到中底14的接足面40附近并非指弹性结构18严格地与接足面40接触,而是指具有对接足面40施加的荷重直接、或经由包括增强构件20在内的其他构件间接地传递至弹性结构18的另一端的关系。另外,弹性结构18的另一端与增强构件20扣合。
弹性结构18的外侧面18a具有侧视时连续的曲面。这时,使外底16的最后端的切线L3与水平面L1形成的锐角β成为10度~40度、优选成为20度~30度。此外,锐角β也可以设为外底16的切线与水平面L1的角度。
图6是弹性结构的立体图。如图6所示,弹性结构18具有使大致Y字形状的平板弯曲而成的形状。弹性结构18的一端分叉,分别形成内足侧部分54及外足侧部分56。内足侧部分54沿着接地面42的内足侧延伸。外足侧部分56沿着接地面42的外足侧延伸。内足侧部分54及外足侧部分56的外缘具有与接地面42的形状相仿的形状。在内足侧部分54与外足侧部分56之间形成特定的间隙60。间隙60与中底14的槽22的位置相合,从间隙60露出槽22。内足侧部分54的前端54a及外足侧部分56的前端56a延伸至中足部。内足侧部分54的前端54a位于比外足侧部分56的前端56a更靠前侧的位置。即,内足侧部分54在前后方向上以更长的范围覆盖接地面42。由此,可提高接地面42的内足侧的刚性而防止内旋。将内足侧部分54与外足侧部分56连结的位置比接地面42的后端42a更靠后侧而位于空间48(参照图4)内。即,间隙60也可以与空间48连续。
通过采用分叉的内足侧部分54及外足侧部分56,可使内足侧部分54及外足侧部分56独立变形。由此,根据体重的施加方式,内足侧部分54及外足侧部分56可分别自由地变形。另外,通过将连结内足侧部分54与外足侧部分56的位置设为比接地面42的后端42a更靠后侧,而可进一步提高独立的变形性。
参照图3,在内足侧部分54及外足侧部分56的外侧表面贴附外底16。贴附外底16的位置并无特别限定,优选在内足侧部分54的前端54a与中底14的边界、及外足侧部分56的前端56a与中底14的边界上贴附外底16。由此,前端54a、前端56a不会直接与地面42接触,而可防止弹性结构18脱落。另外,优选将外底16设置于比接地面42的后端42a更靠后侧的位置。其原因在于:着地时与接地面42的后端42a相比,后侧最先与地面接触,下文详细说明。在所述情形时,优选以即使鞋子10相对于接地面42将脚尖设为上方而以30度的角度接地,也可从外底16着地的方式配置外底16。
弹性结构18包括立起部58,所述立起部58从连结内足侧部分54与外足侧部分56的位置附近向上方立起。立起部58在XY平面及YZ平面这两个平面具有向后侧凸的弯曲形状。通过使立起部58在XY平面弯曲,可提高对上下方向的荷重的刚性。另外,通过使立起部58在YZ平面弯曲,可提高弹性结构18的弹簧常数而赋予弹性。立起部58的上端(即弹性结构18的另一端)附近与中底14的上表面接触,被中底14从下侧支撑。在立起部58的上端附近形成用来扣合增强构件20的凹部62。凹部62是形成于弹性结构18的另一端的上表面侧的凹坑。
在弹性结构18的凹部62的宽度方向两侧形成有向前侧突出的一对突出部64。由一对突出部64从宽度方向夹入中底14,而避免弹性结构18相对于中底14在宽度方向上偏移。
〔增强构件〕
图7表示增强构件的立体图,图8表示增强构件的后视图,图9表示增强构件的侧面图。增强构件20配置于中底14(参照图4等)的上表面,从中底14的后足部至中足部与前足部的边界附近连续延伸。增强构件20是由例如热塑性聚氨酯之类的聚氨酯树脂、或纤维强化塑料之类的塑料材料形成。增强构件20优选由与弹性结构18相同的材料形成。另外,可将增强构件20与弹性结构18一体形成。增强构件20从后足部至中足部与前足部的边界可提高中底14的强度,且提高一体性。另外,增强构件20可抑制鞋子10绕中心线S的扭转。
增强构件20包括后跟支撑部66、内足侧支撑部68、外足侧支撑部70、及凸部72。内足侧支撑部68及外足侧支撑部70从后跟支撑部66的前端的宽度方向两侧分别向前侧延伸。因此,增强构件20在俯视时具有大致U字形状。凸部72形成于后跟支撑部66的后侧。此外,虽然省略图示,但可在增强构件20上配置鞋垫或鞋内底。此外,增强构件20并非必需结构,也可以不设置增强构件。
后跟支撑部66在穿着时包围使用者的后跟的宽度方向两侧及后侧,在穿着时保持使用者的后跟。后跟支撑部66具有前侧开放的杯形状。
内足侧支撑部68从接足面40的后足部至中足部沿着内足侧延伸。内足侧支撑部68支撑穿着者的足的内足侧。外足侧支撑部70从接足面40的后足部至中足部沿着外足侧延伸。外足侧支撑部70支撑穿着者的足的外足侧。在内足侧支撑部68与外足侧支撑部70之间形成有特定的间隔。通过设置所述间隔,而避免相对硬质的增强构件20介置于穿着者的足与中底14(参照图4等)之间。由此防止缓冲性受损。
参照图4及图5,内足侧支撑部68及外足侧支撑部70在后足部与中足部的边界附近进入中底14的内侧。因此,内足侧支撑部68及外足侧支撑部70在侧视时成为向前侧倾斜的形状。
返回图7至图9,通过凸部72与弹性结构18的凹部62扣合,而将增强构件20与弹性结构18连结。将弹性结构18与增强构件20连结是指以至少上下方向的力可在弹性结构18与增强构件20之间传递的方式连结。凸部72从上侧嵌入凹部62内。可在凸部72与凹部62之间设置粘合剂等粘合部件。利用凹部62对凸部72向左右的移动进行限制。通过凸部72与凹部62的扣合结构,在对增强构件20施加荷重时将荷重传递至弹性结构18,并且在弹性结构18产生反弹力时将反弹力传递至增强构件20。在穿着鞋子10时,会对增强构件20施加使用者的体重,因此基本上成为增强构件20的凸部72将弹性结构18压向下侧的状态。另外,在弹性结构18产生反弹力时,成为弹性结构18的凹部62被压抵至增强构件20的凸部72的状态。也可以利用使用凹部62与凸部72的连结结构以外的结构。
〔中底的截面形状〕
图10表示沿着图4的BB截面的截面图。如图10所示,在中底14的内足侧及外足侧形成沿着增强构件20立起的卷起部76、卷起部76。由此,可防止增强构件20在宽度方向上偏移。另外,虽然省略附图,但中底14可在增强构件20的后侧也包括卷起部。
槽22形成于中底14的宽度方向中间,从后足部延伸至中足部。槽22配置于弹性结构18的内足侧部分54与外足侧部分56之间。槽22的内面具有朝向上侧而宽度变窄的大致锥形。通过设置槽22,中底14的宽度方向中间变得容易向下侧弯曲,而可提高缓冲性。
接着,对鞋子10的作用进行说明。
图11表示鞋子的侧面图。在穿着鞋子10着地时,鞋子10的后跟部分、即弹性结构18最先与地面G接触。弹性结构18与地面G接触后,弹性结构18发生变形。这时,由于在弹性结构18的上侧设置有空间48,故而弹性结构18的变形不会受阻。弹性结构18变形后,弹性结构18产生缓冲性。由于接足面40倾斜,故而着地时穿着者的足的中足部呈相对于地面G大致平行的状态。
弹性结构18变形一定量后,弹性结构18开始复原。在鞋子10向前方滚动了某种程度的状态下弹性结构18复原的话,弹性结构18的复原力经由连结结构传递至增强构件20。复原力传递至增强构件20后,后跟支撑部66、内足侧支撑部68、及外足侧支撑部70推压穿着者的足底。接地面42转变为与地面G平行的状态后,接足面40的倾斜使得中足部成为前倾的状态。由此,穿着者的姿势自然地转变为前倾姿势。由于增强构件20向前方倾斜,故而增强构件20推压足底的力具有向前的分量F。由此,对穿着者作用向前的加速力。
如上所述,根据鞋子10,可使用由弹性结构18获得的反弹力使穿着者加速,或至少对穿着者赋予加速感。
另外,由于将弹性结构18的内足侧部分54及外足侧部分56与接地面42设为一体,故而看上去未设置弹性结构18的鞋子与鞋子10的差异仅在于向中底14的后侧突出的弹性结构18。弹性结构18由于被固定于中底14,故而在移行时不会振动,而不会对穿着者造成不适感。另外,弹性结构18由于向中底14的后侧突出,故而在使鞋子10平坦地接地时不会损及稳定性。
本发明并不限于所述实施方式,实施方式的各结构可在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内适当变更。在本发明的范围内,假定如以下的变化例。
图12至图16是变化例的鞋子的示意性的侧面图。
如图12所示,第一变化例的鞋子120为了促进滚动而具有前足部大幅向上方抬起的前足提升形状。在将鞋子120配置于水平面L1上的情形时,将水平面L1至中底122的前端为止的距离L4设为中足部处的中底122的厚度的1.7倍~2.5倍。中足部处的中底122的厚度可在处于比中底122开始向上方抬起的位置更靠后侧的、中底122的接地面与水平面L1接地的位置进行计测。根据这种鞋子120,可利用弹性结构18与前足提升形状的组合进一步产生加速力。
如图13所示,第二变化例的鞋子130中弹性结构132未与增强构件134连结。弹性结构132连结于中底136的最后侧部分的上表面。即使不将弹性结构132与增强构件134连结,也可期待一定的反弹力及缓冲性。
如图14所示,第三变化例的鞋子140中弹性结构142未与增强构件144连结,且弹性结构142的另一端146也未与中底148连结。即弹性结构142的后端成为向上弯曲的自由端。通过这种结构也可期待一定的反弹力及缓冲性。
如图15所示,第四变化例的鞋子150中,弹性结构152的后端与中底154的后端面156接触。通过这种结构,也能够将弹性结构152的反弹力经由中底154传递至增强构件158。在所述情形时,可仅中底154的后端部由刚性高的材料形成,由此,可实质上由刚体将增强构件158与弹性结构152连结。通过这种结构也可期待一定的反弹力及缓冲性。
如图16所示,第五变化例的鞋子160中,中底162在后足部上下分离。在中底162的下侧部分164的底面配置有弹性结构166。通过这种结构也可期待一定的反弹力及缓冲性。
如以上所述,根据实施方式及变化例,只要从中底的接地面向后侧设置弹性结构,便可期待一定的反弹力及缓冲性。在所述情形时,弹性结构至少仅设置于着地时多数情况下最先与地面接触的外足侧即可。
Claims (12)
1.一种鞋子,包括:
鞋底,包括中底;且所述鞋底具有接足面及接地面;
鞋面,至少局部覆盖所述鞋底的所述接足面;及
弹性结构,随着从所述接地面的至少外足侧向后方延伸而向上方弯曲;
所述弹性结构的内侧面与所述中底的后端面隔着特定的距离而相向。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鞋子,其中
所述弹性结构具有侧视时向后方突出的大致U字形状,所述弹性结构的上端连接于所述接足面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的鞋子,其中
所述弹性结构在上下方向中间的截面具有俯视时向后方突出的大致U字形状。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的鞋子,其中
所述鞋底的后端面具有随着朝向下方而向前方弯曲的弯曲形状,在所述鞋底的后端面与所述弹性结构的内侧面之间形成沿着宽度方向贯通的空间。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的鞋子,其中
所述弹性结构包括:内足侧部分,沿着所述接足面的至少后足部内足侧延伸;及外足侧部分,沿着所述接足面的至少后足部外足侧延伸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的鞋子,其中
所述内足侧部分的前端位于比所述外足侧部分的前端更靠前方的位置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的鞋子,其中
所述内足侧部分与所述外足侧部分在比所述接地面的后端更靠后方侧的位置互相连结。
8.根据权利要求6所述的鞋子,其中
所述鞋底包括槽,所述槽在所述内足侧部分与所述外足侧部分之间延伸。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的鞋子,包括:
后跟支撑部,配置于所述接足面上,在穿着时支撑穿着者的后跟部,所述后跟支撑部与所述弹性结构连结。
10.根据权利要求9所述的鞋子,其中
所述后跟支撑部以可沿着上下方向对所述弹性结构传递力的方式连结。
11.根据权利要求9所述的鞋子,包括:
内足侧支撑部,连结于所述后跟支撑部,从所述接足面的至少后足部至中足部沿着内足侧延伸;及
外足侧支撑部,连结于所述后跟支撑部,从所述接足面的至少后足部至中足部沿着外足侧延伸。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的鞋子,其中
所述鞋底的前足部向上方倾斜,将所述鞋子配置于平坦的虚拟面上时的所述鞋底的前端与所述虚拟面的距离为中足部处的所述鞋底的厚度的1.7倍~2.5倍。
