技术领域
本发明涉及法兰绒面料生产工艺技术领域,特别是涉及一种全棉法兰绒印花面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
法兰绒是一种用粗梳(棉)毛纱织制的柔软而有绒面的(棉)毛织物。法兰绒的生产是先将部分羊毛(或棉纤维)染色,后掺入一部分原色羊毛(或棉纤维),经混匀纺成混色毛纱,织成织品经缩绒、拉毛整理而成。大多采用斜纹组织,也有用平纹组织的。所用原料除全毛(或纯棉)外,一般为毛(或纯棉)粘混纺,有的为提高耐磨性混入少量锦纶纤维。
全棉法兰绒面料加工具有直接印花和涂料印花,采用直接印花工艺容易出现水洗掉色、染料分子结构易致癌等问题;采用涂料印花工艺(通过将粘合剂粘黏在纤维表面),虽然不产生废水,但是制品手感板结,易摩擦掉色。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种全棉法兰绒印花面料的生产工艺,用于解决现有技术中全棉法兰绒面料易掉色的问题。本发明将全棉21s纱线和粗梳毛纱进行预处理,经过固酸、固色和干燥后的全棉21s纱线和粗梳毛纱更容易上色,上色后不容易掉色,色牢度更高。本发明通过活性印花工艺进行生产,在生产过程中印花浆的温度为30~40℃、印花速率为10~15m/min,此温度下印花浆中的活性成分更好进入纤维中,从而提高色牢度。
为实现上述目的及其他相关目的,
本发明的第一方面,提供一种全棉法兰绒印花面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将全棉21s纱线和粗梳毛纱分别通过固酸、固色和干燥后得到预处理的全棉21s纱线和预处理的粗梳毛纱待用;
步骤二、选用预处理的全棉21s作经纱、预处理的粗梳毛纱作纬纱,通过两上两下左斜斜纹织造法进行织造,得到织造后的面料待用;
步骤三、将织造后的面料放入印花浆中进行印花处理,印花浆的温度为30~40℃,印花速率为10~15m/min,再进行烘干、固色,即得印花半成品面料待用;
步骤四、将印花半成品面料依次经过水洗、脱水和烘干定型,即得全棉法兰绒印花面料。
将全棉21s纱线和粗梳毛纱进行预处理,经过固酸、固色和干燥后的全棉21s纱线和粗梳毛纱更容易上色,上色后不容易掉色,色牢度更高;酸处理可以溶解可溶性杂质,改变染色性能,增加白度,通过酸洗去除纤维素表面的残余物。本发明通过活性印花工艺进行生产,在生产过程中印花浆的温度为30~40℃、印花速率为10~15m/min,此温度下印花浆中的活性成分更好进入纤维中,从而提高色牢度。
于本发明的一实施例中,所述步骤一中固酸工序具体为:向转鼓中加入固酸液,再加入全棉21s纱线或粗梳毛纱,在温度为20~30℃下转动10~20min后对转鼓进行排液,再加水进行洗涤后排液即可;
固酸液包括重量份数如下的组分:150~200份的水,3~4份的甲酸。
通过酸洗去除纤维素表面的残余物,酸在结晶区表面和无定型区内与纤维素作用,使极少部分纤维素变成水化纤维素,从而改善亚麻纤维染色性能,其次,酸的脱氯作用是将粗纱上残留的次氯酸钠与酸作用,发生次氯酸钠分解,生成氯和有效氯。初生态氯对纱线进一步漂白,提高白度。
于本发明的一实施例中,所述固酸液与全棉21s纱线的重量比为5:(1~2);所述固酸液与粗梳毛纱的重量比为5:(1~1.5)。
于本发明的一实施例中,所述步骤一中固色工序具体为:向转鼓中加入固色液,再加入全棉21s纱线或粗梳毛纱,在温度为30~40℃下转动30~60min后对转鼓进行排液,再加水进行洗涤后排液即可;
固色液包括重量份数如下的组分:300~550份的水,0.5~1.5份的甲酸,1~4份的铝单宁,5~10份的TJ-A611固色剂(四川亭江新材料股份有限公司)。
通过预先固色,可以保持面料的白度。
于本发明的一实施例中,所述固色液与全棉21s纱线的重量比为5:(0.9~1.2);所述固色液与粗梳毛纱的重量比为5:(0.8~1.0)。
于本发明的一实施例中,所述步骤三中的印花浆包括如下重量份数的组分:20~30份的染液,1~2份的尿素,0.05~0.2份的分散剂NNO(2-萘磺酸甲醛聚合物钠盐,CAS号:36290-04-7,分子式:C21H14Na2O6S2),25~30份的羧甲基淀粉钠,3~5份的氢氧化钠,0.2~0.8份的纳米二氧化钛,30~50份的水。
印花浆中包括染液、尿素、分散剂NNO、羧甲基淀粉钠、氢氧化钠、纳米二氧化钛和水,其中尿素与氢氧化钠用于提供碱性环境,可以在面料中腐蚀出不影响使用的凹槽,使得面料具有手感柔软以及透气的性能;羧甲基淀粉钠作为糊化剂,使得印花浆的稠度增加,更能均匀染色,使得印花浆与面料的结合力度增大,从而更便于活性成分更好进入纤维中;纳米二氧化钛屏蔽紫外线作用强,有良好的分散性和耐候性,此外还有抗菌、自洁净、抗老化性能,添加了纳米二氧化钛之后可以提高印花部分的抗紫外线性能,避免印花出现裂纹,从而提高印花的使用寿命。
于本发明的一实施例中,所述步骤三中的印花浆包括如下重量份数的组分:22~25份的染液,1.5~2.0份的尿素,0.05~0.2份的分散剂NNO,25~28份的羧甲基淀粉钠,3~4份的氢氧化钠,0.5~0.8份的纳米二氧化钛,35~45份的水。

通过蒸化固色,固色效果更好,也有利于染料与纤维紧密结合,从而提高色牢度。
于本发明的一实施例中,所述步骤三中印花浆的温度为35℃,印花速率为12m/min。
如上所述,本发明的一种全棉法兰绒印花面料的生产工艺,具有以下有益效果:将全棉21s纱线和粗梳毛纱进行预处理,经过固酸、固色和干燥后的全棉21s纱线和粗梳毛纱更容易上色,上色后不容易掉色,色牢度更高;酸处理可以溶解可溶性杂质,改变染色性能,增加白度,通过酸洗去除纤维素表面的残余物。本发明通过活性印花工艺进行生产,在生产过程中印花浆的温度为30~40℃、印花速率为10~15m/min,此温度下印花浆中的活性成分更好进入纤维中,从而提高色牢度;印花浆中包括染液、尿素、分散剂NNO、羧甲基淀粉钠、氢氧化钠、纳米二氧化钛和水,其中尿素与氢氧化钠用于提供碱性环境,可以在面料中腐蚀出不影响使用的凹槽,使得面料具有手感柔软以及透气的性能;羧甲基淀粉钠作为糊化剂,使得印花浆的稠度增加,更能均匀染色,使得印花浆与面料的结合力度增大,从而更便于活性成分更好进入纤维中;纳米二氧化钛屏蔽紫外线作用强,有良好的分散性和耐候性,此外还有抗菌、自洁净、抗老化性能,添加了纳米二氧化钛之后可以提高印花部分的抗紫外线性能,避免印花出现裂纹,从而提高印花的使用寿命。

实施例1
一种全棉法兰绒印花面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将全棉21s纱线和粗梳毛纱分别通过固酸、固色和干燥后得到预处理的全棉21s纱线和预处理的粗梳毛纱待用;
步骤二、选用预处理的全棉21s作经纱、预处理的粗梳毛纱作纬纱,通过两上两下左斜斜纹织造法进行织造,得到织造后的面料待用;
步骤三、将织造后的面料放入印花浆中进行印花处理,印花浆的温度为30℃,印花速率为10m/min,再进行烘干、蒸化固色,所述蒸化固色的温度为150℃,时间为12min,即得印花半成品面料待用;
步骤四、将印花半成品面料依次经过水洗、脱水和烘干定型,即得全棉法兰绒印花面料。
具体地,固酸工序为:向转鼓中加入固酸液,再加入全棉21s纱线或粗梳毛纱,在温度为20℃下转动20min后对转鼓进行排液,再加水进行洗涤后排液即可;
固酸液包括重量份数如下的组分:150份的水,3份的甲酸;
所述固酸液与全棉21s纱线的重量比为5:1;所述固酸液与粗梳毛纱的重量比为5:1。
具体地,固色工序为:向转鼓中加入固色液,再加入全棉21s纱线或粗梳毛纱,在温度为30℃下转动60min后对转鼓进行排液,再加水进行洗涤后排液即可;
固色液包括重量份数如下的组分:300份的水,0.5份的甲酸,1份的铝单宁,5份的TJ-A611固色剂;
所述固色液与全棉21s纱线的重量比为5:0.9;所述固色液与粗梳毛纱的重量比为5:0.8。
具体地,所述印花浆包括如下重量份数的组分:20份的染液(20%的ME型活性染料),1份的尿素,0.05份的分散剂NNO,25份的羧甲基淀粉钠,3份的氢氧化钠,0.2份的纳米二氧化钛,30份的水。
实施例2
一种全棉法兰绒印花面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将全棉21s纱线和粗梳毛纱分别通过固酸、固色和干燥后得到预处理的全棉21s纱线和预处理的粗梳毛纱待用;
步骤二、选用预处理的全棉21s作经纱、预处理的粗梳毛纱作纬纱,通过两上两下左斜斜纹织造法进行织造,得到织造后的面料待用;
步骤三、将织造后的面料放入印花浆中进行印花处理,印花浆的温度为40℃,印花速率为15m/min,再进行烘干、蒸化固色,所述蒸化固色的温度为170℃,时间为8min,即得印花半成品面料待用;
步骤四、将印花半成品面料依次经过水洗、脱水和烘干定型,即得全棉法兰绒印花面料。
具体地,固酸工序为:向转鼓中加入固酸液,再加入全棉21s纱线或粗梳毛纱,在温度为30℃下转动10min后对转鼓进行排液,再加水进行洗涤后排液即可;

一种全棉法兰绒印花面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将全棉21s纱线和粗梳毛纱分别通过固酸、固色和干燥后得到预处理的全棉21s纱线和预处理的粗梳毛纱待用;
步骤二、选用预处理的全棉21s作经纱、预处理的粗梳毛纱作纬纱,通过两上两下左斜斜纹织造法进行织造,得到织造后的面料待用;
步骤三、将织造后的面料放入印花浆中进行印花处理,印花浆的温度为35℃,印花速率为12m/min,再进行烘干、蒸化固色,所述蒸化固色的温度为160℃,时间为10min,即得印花半成品面料待用;
步骤四、将印花半成品面料依次经过水洗、脱水和烘干定型,即得全棉法兰绒印花面料。
具体地,固酸工序为:向转鼓中加入固酸液,再加入全棉21s纱线或粗梳毛纱,在温度为25℃下转动15min后对转鼓进行排液,再加水进行洗涤后排液即可;

步骤三、将织造后的面料放入印花浆中进行印花处理,印花浆的温度为35℃,印花速率为12m/min,再进行烘干、蒸化固色,所述蒸化固色的温度为160℃,时间为10min,即得印花半成品面料待用;
步骤四、将印花半成品面料依次经过水洗、脱水和烘干定型,即得全棉法兰绒印花面料。

步骤二、选用预处理的全棉21s作经纱、预处理的粗梳毛纱作纬纱,通过两上两下左斜斜纹织造法进行织造,得到织造后的面料待用;
步骤三、将织造后的面料放入印花浆中进行印花处理,印花浆的温度为35℃,印花速率为12m/min,再进行烘干、蒸化固色,所述蒸化固色的温度为160℃,时间为10min,即得印花半成品面料待用;
步骤四、将印花半成品面料依次经过水洗、脱水和烘干定型,即得全棉法兰绒印花面料。

具体地,所述印花浆包括如下重量份数的组分:24份的染液,1.8份的尿素,0.10份的分散剂NNO,26份的羧甲基淀粉钠,4份的氢氧化钠,0.7份的纳米二氧化钛,40份的水。
将上述实施例1~实施例6的全棉法兰绒印花面料进行如下测试,测试结果如表格1所示:
断裂强度和断裂伸长率:在干态条件下,使用YG001N型电子单纤强力仪对预处理的全棉21s纱线和预处理的粗梳毛纱进行测试。在预加张力为0.5cN,夹头间距为10mm,拉伸速度为10mm/min的条件下测试50次,求平均值。预处理的全棉21s纱线和预处理的粗梳毛纱的单纤细度为1.67dtex。
回潮率:用电子天平秤取10g全棉法兰绒印花面料,记为M1。置于烘箱内1h,设定温度为110±3℃,迅速取出全棉法兰绒印花面料在电子天平上秤取全棉法兰绒印花面料的干燥重量,再将全棉法兰绒印花面料放入烘箱中烘10min,前后烘烤温度相同,迅速取出全棉法兰绒印花面料在电子天平上秤取全棉法兰绒印花面料的干燥重量,如果两次干燥重量之差小于全棉法兰绒印花面料自重的0.05%,则取后一次干燥重量为干燥重量视为M2。回潮率=(M1-M2)/M1。
耐湿热:用电子天平秤取10g全棉法兰绒印花面料,将全棉法兰绒印花面料浸泡在80℃、和100℃的水中,观察表观性状并测其收缩率。80℃的全棉法兰绒印花面料的颜色无变化,纱线强力无下降,收缩率小于0.9%的情况下视为合格;其余视为不合格。100℃的全棉法兰绒印花面料的颜色无明显变化,纱线强力无明显下降,收缩率小于1.5%的情况下视为合格;其余视为不合格。
耐摩擦色牢度:GB/T3920-2008。

从表格1的数据中更可以看出,实施例1~实施例6的全棉法兰绒印花面料的回湿率较小,耐湿热性能好,不容易掉色以及变形;实施例1~实施例6的全棉法兰绒印花面料具有好的耐摩擦色牢度性能。
综上所述,本发明将全棉21s纱线和粗梳毛纱进行预处理,经过固酸、固色和干燥后的全棉21s纱线和粗梳毛纱更容易上色,上色后不容易掉色,色牢度更高。本发明通过活性印花工艺进行生产,在生产过程中印花浆的温度为30~40℃、印花速率为10~15m/min,此温度下印花浆中的活性成分更好进入纤维中,从而提高色牢度。所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。

Claims (9)
1.一种全棉法兰绒印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将全棉21s纱线和粗梳毛纱分别通过固酸、固色和干燥后得到预处理的全棉21s纱线和预处理的粗梳毛纱待用;
步骤二、选用预处理的全棉21s作经纱、预处理的粗梳毛纱作纬纱,通过两上两下左斜斜纹织造法进行织造,得到织造后的面料待用;
步骤三、将织造后的面料放入印花浆中进行印花处理,印花浆的温度为30~40℃,印花速率为10~15m/min,再进行烘干、固色,即得印花半成品面料待用;
步骤四、将印花半成品面料依次经过水洗、脱水和烘干定型,即得全棉法兰绒印花面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全棉法兰绒印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中固酸工序具体为:向转鼓中加入固酸液,再加入全棉21s纱线或粗梳毛纱,在温度为20~30℃下转动10~20min后对转鼓进行排液,再加水进行洗涤后排液即可;
固酸液包括重量份数如下的组分:150~200份的水,3~4份的甲酸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种全棉法兰绒印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述固酸液与全棉21s纱线的重量比为5:(1~2);所述固酸液与粗梳毛纱的重量比为5:(1~1.5)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种全棉法兰绒印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中固色工序具体为:向转鼓中加入固色液,再加入全棉21s纱线或粗梳毛纱,在温度为30~40℃下转动30~60min后对转鼓进行排液,再加水进行洗涤后排液即可;
固色液包括重量份数如下的组分:300~550份的水,0.5~1.5份的甲酸,1~4份的铝单宁,5~10份的TJ-A611固色剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种全棉法兰绒印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述固色液与全棉21s纱线的重量比为5:(0.9~1.2);所述固色液与粗梳毛纱的重量比为5:(0.8~1.0)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种全棉法兰绒印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中的印花浆包括如下重量份数的组分:20~30份的染液,1~2份的尿素,0.05~0.2份的分散剂NNO,25~30份的羧甲基淀粉钠,3~5份的氢氧化钠,0.2~0.8份的纳米二氧化钛,30~50份的水。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的一种全棉法兰绒印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中的印花浆包括如下重量份数的组分:22~25份的染液,1.5~2.0份的尿素,0.05~0.2份的分散剂NNO,25~28份的羧甲基淀粉钠,3~4份的氢氧化钠,0.5~0.8份的纳米二氧化钛,35~45份的水。
8.根据权利要求1或6所述的一种全棉法兰绒印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中固色为蒸化固色,所述蒸化固色的温度为150~170℃,时间为8~12min。
9.根据权利要求1或6所述的一种全棉法兰绒印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中印花浆的温度为35℃,印花速率为12m/min。
