Abstract

本发明公开了一种法兰绒织物的加工方法,采用全棉纤维制成,步骤包括织造、前处理、拉毛、印染和后整理。本发明公开的法兰绒织物的加工方法中均采用生物酶对织物进行前处理和后整理,并且采用较为环保的活性染料进行染色处理,生产的法兰绒织物手感好、健康环保,对人体无毒害作用。

一种法兰绒织物的加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种法兰绒织物的加工方法。
背景技术
法兰绒是一种用粗梳棉毛纱织制的柔软而有绒面的棉毛织物,其内部有一层丰满细洁的绒毛覆盖,不露织纹,手感柔软平整。法兰绒克重高,毛绒细腻且密,面料厚,成本高,保暖性好,目前广泛地应用在男女上装、童装以及家纺中。
随着现代人造纤维的应用越来越广泛,大部分的生产厂家都采用涤纶纤维生产法兰绒;然而,人造纤维虽然有价格优势,但其在生产加工过程中会添加大量的化学物质,造成环境污染,并有可能对人体健康造成损伤。目前,如何生成舒适性能高的天然织物成为了研究的热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中的问题,提供了一种法兰绒织物的加工方法,该面料采用全棉纤维织成,在加工过程中均采用天然的生物酶进行前处理和后整理,生态环保,有利于人体健康,并对环境的污染小。
为了达到上述目的,本发明中的技术方案如下:
一种法兰绒织物的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
1)织造:采用40S的全棉纱线进行织造;
2)前处理:采用淀粉酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶对织物进行退浆和煮练处理,使织物在溶液中浸渍24h,然后采用轧辊进行2-3次轧液处理,控制轧余量为60%;再采用3-5g/L的过氧化氢对织物进行漂白处理,于室温下进行浸轧处理,并在80-100℃汽蒸30-45min,水洗出布。
3)拉毛:对织物采用起毛剂和蓬松剂浸轧处理后烘干,然后采用起毛辊对布面进行双面拉毛,使织物内外表面都形成一层绒毛层;
4)印染:采用活性染料对织物进行染色和印花,采用二浴法进行轧液,具体为:在室温下浸轧染液,采用二浸二轧,首次轧余率为70-80%,第二次轧余率为50-60%;在红外线下预烘2-3min,温度为60-80℃;然后进行热风烘干,温度为120-130℃;在固色液中进行常温浸轧,然后在100-110℃下汽蒸30s-60s;最后进行水洗、皂洗、再次水洗,并烘干;
5)后整理:采用纤维素酶配合果胶酶对织物进行柔软整理,采用壳聚糖对织物进行防皱整理;整理后对织物进行烘干。
更具体地,上述染液按重量计包括以下组分:12-18份的染料,2-5份的润湿剂,30-40份的海藻酸钠,0-50份的尿素;上述固色液按重量计包括以下组分:20-30份的磷酸三钠,12-15份的小苏打。
更具体地,后整理采用轧液的方式进行;在柔软整理中,控制pH为5.5-6,温度为50-60℃,处理时间为20-30min;在防皱整理中,壳聚糖浓度为0.5%,温度为50-60℃,处理时间为25-35min。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:采用40s的全棉纱线进行编织,使织物保暖性能好,拉毛后绒毛密度高,手感好;采用天然的生物酶对织物进行前处理和后整理,处理效果好,能使织物更加柔软,垂坠感更好,且不添加有害的化学物质,健康环保。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种法兰绒织物的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
1)织造:采用40S的全棉纱线进行织造;
2)前处理:采用淀粉酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶对织物进行退浆和煮练处理,使织物在溶液中浸渍24h,然后采用轧辊进行3次轧液处理,控制轧余量为60%;再采用5g/L的过氧化氢对织物进行漂白处理,于室温下进行浸轧处理,并在80-100℃汽蒸30min,水洗出布。
3)拉毛:对织物采用起毛剂和蓬松剂浸轧处理后烘干,然后采用起毛辊对布面进行双面拉毛,使织物内外表面都形成一层绒毛层;
4)印染:采用活性染料对织物进行染色和印花,采用二浴法进行轧液,具体为:在室温下浸轧染液,采用二浸二轧,首次轧余率为70-80%,第二次轧余率为50-60%;在红外线下预烘3min,温度为60-80℃;然后进行热风烘干,温度为120-130℃;在固色液中进行常温浸轧,然后在100-110℃下汽蒸60s;最后进行水洗、皂洗、再次水洗,并烘干;
5)后整理:采用纤维素酶配合果胶酶对织物进行柔软整理,采用壳聚糖对织物进行防皱整理;整理后对织物进行烘干。
其中,上述染液按重量计包括以下组分:18份的染料,3份的润湿剂,40份的海藻酸钠,39份的尿素;上述固色液按重量计包括以下组分:25份的磷酸三钠,15份的小苏打。
更具体地,后整理采用轧液的方式进行;在柔软整理中,控制pH为5.5-6,温度为50-60℃,处理时间为20min;在防皱整理中,壳聚糖浓度为0.5%,温度为50-60℃,处理时间为25min。

Claims (3)

1.一种法兰绒织物的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)织造:采用40S的全棉纱线进行织造;
2)前处理:采用淀粉酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶对所述的织物进行退浆和煮练处理,使所述的织物在溶液中浸渍24h,然后采用轧辊进行2-3次轧液处理,控制轧余量为60%;再采用3-5g/L的过氧化氢对所述的织物进行漂白处理,于室温下进行浸轧处理,并在80-100℃汽蒸30-45min,水洗出布;
3)拉毛:对所述的织物采用起毛剂和蓬松剂浸轧处理后烘干,然后采用起毛辊对布面进行双面拉毛,使所述的织物内外表面都形成一层绒毛层;

3.根据权利要求2中所述的法兰绒织物的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的后整理采用轧液的方式进行;在所述的柔软整理中,控制pH为5.5-6,温度为50-60℃,处理时间为20-30min;在所述的防皱整理中,壳聚糖浓度为0.5%,温度为50-60℃,处理时间为25-35min。
