背景技术
对于消费者来说,好的纺织品应具备以下因素:舒适型、审美性、满足时装趋势的不同外观织物、织物的物理性能、销售标签等。理想的织物是把这几点结合起来,这就意味着混合的各种纤维根据我们的要求制成最好的产品。目前市场更趋向质量更好、外观颇为典雅的织物。这种织物具有随和雅致、匀称洁净、多样化和无季节性的特点。所以这是混纺织物大力发展的好时机。而棉毛混纺织物是一种非常适应过度季节的产品,因为它能把两种纤维的美感结合起来,为消费者提供新织物的特性。
棉/羊毛混纺织物综合了羊毛和棉纤维的优点:羊毛优良的弹性补偿了棉纤维易起皱、弹性差的缺点,而棉较高的强度及断裂延伸度又提高了羊毛织物的保形性及耐磨性,且在一定程度上减轻了羊毛的易起毛起球性。经过染整加工后,棉/羊毛混纺织物的保暖性与纯棉织物相比有很大提高,其质地细腻、滑爽、柔软、轻薄、手感丰满、富有弹性、穿着舒适大方,给人以轻便、凉爽、挺括的高雅感。总体来看,国内外对棉和普通羊毛混纺织物一浴法染色技术本身的研究比较成熟,这方面的报道也比较多,而有关棉和丝光羊毛混纺产品染色的难度较大,相关报道也较少。丝光羊毛和纯棉纤维混纺产品结合了羊毛与棉的优点,且赋予产品防毡缩、易护理、机可洗等优点,但因丝光羊毛表面鳞片层被剥离,染料上染屏障被弱化,与棉纤维同浴染色时得色往往深于棉,所以棉/丝光羊毛混纺产品的一浴法染色一直是一个难点。
因此,研究出一种绿色环保又简单有效的棉/羊毛混纺织物的染整工艺是目前棉/羊毛混纺面料生产领域需要解决的重要问题之一。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种棉/羊毛混纺织物的染整工艺。
技术方案:为实现以上目的,本发明提供的一种棉/羊毛混纺织物的染整工艺,包括步骤
(1)烧毛:将棉/羊毛织物送入烧毛机进行双面烧毛处理,烧毛速度为100-105m/min;
(2)退煮漂一浴:将烧毛后的棉/羊毛混纺织物用退煮漂一浴法进行处理,具体是将棉/羊毛混纺织物在超声波空化作用在浸入退煮漂工作液中,所述工作液包括净棉酶GX13-4g/L,α-淀粉酶2-3g/L,双氧水20-25ml/L,改性茶皂素12-26g/L,精炼剂3-5g/L,尿素1-1.5g/L,螯合扩散剂1-1.5g/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-1.5g/L,硅酸钠3-6g/L,渗透剂JFC 2-5g/L,浴比为1:30;PH值为6.3-7.3,处理温度为70-80℃,处理时间为55-65min;
(3)防缩整理:将经过退煮漂后的棉/羊毛混纺织物放入浸轧防缩整理液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,防缩整理液的温度30-45℃,pH为5-7,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为12-17r/min,轧余率90%,所述浸轧工作液包含壳聚糖2-3g/L,水性聚氨酯40-50g/L,醋酸5-10g/L,碳酸氢钠1-6g/L,盐酸3-6g/L,柠檬酸:12-15g/L;柔软剂:2-5g/L;抗菌剂:1-3g/L;β-环糊精:20-30g/L,次亚磷酸钠:3-5g/L;渗透剂JFC:1.5-2.5g/L;
(4)预定型:将经过防缩整理的棉/羊毛混纺织物通过预定型机作预定型处理,预定型过程中定型温度为115-120℃,车速为10-15m/min,超喂28-30%;
(5)丝光:将预定型后的织物进行丝光处理,具体是用NaOH 5-8g/L,渗透剂JFC 3-5g/L,在60-70℃水浴中处理20-30min,浴比为1:25;
(6)染色:将经过丝光处理的棉/羊毛混纺织物进行染色,具体为将织物放入染色机的清水中,在清水中逐渐加入活性染料,KD型用量为2-3%(owf),KD型用量为2.5-3.2%(owf),同时添加1-1.8g/L的高温匀染剂,无水乙醇0.5-0.8g/L,无水碳酸钠1.2-1.8g/L,精炼剂0.3-0.7g/L氢氧化钠0.2-0.6g/L,渗透剂JFC 2-3g/L,通过柠檬酸调节pH值为5-6时,循环化料加料15-20min,染色机升温,升温速度为1.5-2℃/min,温度升到90-100℃时,保温染色20-30min,然后染色机降温,降温速度为2-3℃/min,当温度降至50-55℃时,将织物放入50-55℃的皂洗液中进行皂洗,皂洗时间为15-22min;
(7)固色:将清洗后的棉/羊毛混纺织物放入固色液中进行固色,所述固色液含有食盐8-10g/L,固色剂75-85g/L,浴比为25:1,固色温度60-80℃,固色时间为30-50min,然后通过烘干机在80℃预烘2-3min,然后在140-160℃焙烘3min;
(8)浸轧:将固色后的织物放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度40-50℃,pH为5-6,一浸一轧是轧车的转速为10-15r/min,轧余率80%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
防水剂:2-4g/L;
渗透剂JFC:3-5g/L;
柔软剂:1.5-2g/L;
抗菌剂:0.8-1.3g/L;
HAC:1.2-2.3g/L;
除臭剂0.8-1g/L;
抗静电剂:1.2-2.2g/L;
(9)烘干:将经过防静电浸轧粗合理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为115-120℃,机车速为15-30m/min;
(10)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度105℃,机车速为50-55m/min;
(11)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度100-110℃,机车速为60-70m/min;
(12)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
步骤2所述的精炼剂为DM-1331。
步骤7所述的固色剂为二烷基氨基甲基丙烯酸酯季铵盐聚合物固色剂。
步骤8中所述的柔软剂为酯基季铵盐柔软剂。
步骤8中所述的防水剂为UG纳米防水防油剂。
步骤8中所述的除臭剂为活性炭。
步骤8中所述的抗静电剂为氧基月桂酷胺。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、整理步骤简化:本发明通过在超声波空化作用下用退煮漂一浴法代替原来的退浆、煮练、漂白步骤,有效缩短整理时间,节约成本20-30%,又由于本发明通过在退煮漂整理液中加入改性茶皂素,有效提高棉/羊毛混纺面料的白度,有利于后续染色工序;
2、采用一浴法染色,简化染色步骤:本发明通过采用双活性基型活性染料对棉/羊毛混纺面料同时进行染色,有效简化染色步骤,提高工作效率15-20%;本发明在染色工序中,通过对温度及升温速度的严格控制,保证织物强度及白度受影响小,并且通过在染料中加入了高温匀染剂,避免了因温度的升高导致燃料耐热稳定性降低进而导致染料聚集,影响匀染透染效果,避免产生色点、色渍等染色问题,染色效果好;
3、本发明通过在浸轧工序中加入柔软剂,可进一步提高混纺面料的舒适性,亲肤性;又由于在浸轧工序中加入的抗菌剂、除臭剂、抗静电剂等使得织物不但能够抗静电便于穿着而且具备抗菌、除臭等功能,有效提高织物的实用性能;
4、本发明工艺简单,操作便捷,可推广使用。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
实施例1
一种棉/羊毛混纺织物的染整工艺,包括步骤
(1)烧毛:将棉/羊毛织物送入烧毛机进行双面烧毛处理,烧毛速度为100m/min;
(2)退煮漂一浴:将烧毛后的棉/羊毛混纺织物用退煮漂一浴法进行处理,具体是将棉/羊毛混纺织物在超声波空化作用在浸入退煮漂工作液中,所述工作液包括净棉酶GX13g/L,α-淀粉酶2g/L,双氧水20ml/L,改性茶皂素12g/L,精炼剂为DM-1331 3g/L,尿素1g/L,螯合扩散剂1g/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1g/L,硅酸钠3g/L,渗透剂JFC 2g/L,浴比为1:30;PH值为6.3,处理温度为70℃,处理时间为55min;
(3)防缩整理:将经过退煮漂后的棉/羊毛混纺织物放入浸轧防缩整理液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,防缩整理液的温度30℃,pH为5,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为12r/min,轧余率90%,所述浸轧工作液包含壳聚糖2g/L,水性聚氨酯40g/L,醋酸5g/L,碳酸氢钠1g/L,盐酸3g/L,柠檬酸:12g/L;柔软剂:2g/L; 抗菌剂:1g/L;β-环糊精:20g/L,次亚磷酸钠:3g/L;渗透剂JFC:1.5g/L;
(4)预定型:将经过防缩整理的棉/羊毛混纺织物通过预定型机作预定型处理,预定型过程中定型温度为115℃,车速为10m/min,超喂28%;
(5)丝光:将预定型后的织物进行丝光处理,具体是用NaOH 5g/L,渗透剂JFC 3g/L,在60℃水浴中处理20min,浴比为1:25;

(7)固色:将清洗后的棉/羊毛混纺织物放入固色液中进行固色,所述固色液含有食盐8g/L,二烷基氨基甲基丙烯酸酯季铵盐聚合物固色剂75g/L,浴比为25:1,固色温度60℃,固色时间为30min,然后通过烘干机在80℃预烘2min,然后在140℃焙烘3min;
(8)浸轧:将固色后的织物放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度40℃,pH为5,一浸一轧是轧车的转速为10-r/min,轧余率80%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
UG纳米防水防油剂:2g/L;
渗透剂JFC:3g/L;
酯基季铵盐柔软剂:1.5g/L;
抗菌剂:0.8g/L;
HAC:1.2g/L;
活性炭:0.8g/L;
氧基月桂酷胺:1.2g/L;
(9)烘干:将经过防静电浸轧粗合理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为115℃,机车速为15m/min;
(10)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度105℃,机车速为50m/min;
(11)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度100℃,机车速为60m/min;
(12)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
实施例2
一种棉/羊毛混纺织物的染整工艺,包括步骤
(1)烧毛:将棉/羊毛织物送入烧毛机进行双面烧毛处理,烧毛速度为102m/min;
(2)退煮漂一浴:将烧毛后的棉/羊毛混纺织物用退煮漂一浴法进行处理,具体是将棉/羊毛混纺织物在超声波空化作用在浸入退煮漂工作液中,所述工作液包括净棉酶GX13.5g/L,α-淀粉酶2.3g/L,双氧水 22ml/L,改性茶皂素20g/L,精炼剂为DM-1331 4g/L,尿素1.3g/L,螯合扩散剂1.3g/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.3g/L,硅酸钠4.5g/L,渗透剂JFC 3g/L,浴比为1:30;PH值为7,处理温度为75℃,处理时间为60min;
(3)防缩整理:将经过退煮漂后的棉/羊毛混纺织物放入浸轧防缩整理液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,防缩整理液的温度37℃,pH为6,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为15r/min,轧余率90%,所述浸轧工作液包含壳聚糖2.6g/L,水性聚氨酯45g/L,醋酸8g/L,碳酸氢钠4g/L,盐酸3.6g/L,柠檬酸:13g/L;柔软剂:3g/L;抗菌剂:2.3g/L;β-环糊精:25g/L,次亚磷酸钠:4g/L;渗透剂JFC:2g/L;
(4)预定型:将经过防缩整理的棉/羊毛混纺织物通过预定型机作预定型处理,预定型过程中定型温度为118℃,车速为13m/min,超喂29%;
(5)丝光:将预定型后的织物进行丝光处理,具体是用NaOH 7g/L,渗透剂JFC 4g/L,在65℃水浴中处理25min,浴比为1:25;
(6)染色:将经过丝光处理的棉/羊毛混纺织物进行染色,具体为将织物放入染色机的清水中,在清水中逐渐加入活性染料,KD型用量为2.3%(owf),KD型用量为2.8%(owf),同时添加1.6g/L的高温匀染剂,无水乙醇0.7g/L,无水碳酸钠1.5g/L,精炼剂0.4g/L氢氧化钠0.4g/L,渗透剂JFC 2.4g/L,通过柠檬酸调节pH值为5.3时,循环化料加料18min,染色机升温,升温速度为1.7℃/min,温度升到95℃时,保温染色25min,然后染色机降温,降温速度为2.4℃/min,当温度降至53℃时,将织物放入52℃的皂洗液中进行皂洗,皂洗时间为18min;
(7)固色:将清洗后的棉/羊毛混纺织物放入固色液中进行固色,所述固色液含有食盐9g/L,二烷基氨基甲基丙烯酸酯季铵盐聚合物固色剂80g/L,浴比为25:1,固色温度70℃,固色时间为40min,然后通过烘干机在80℃预烘2.5min,然后在150℃焙烘3min;
(8)浸轧:将固色后的织物放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度45℃,pH为5.6,一浸一轧是轧车的转速为13r/min,轧余率80%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
UG纳米防水防油剂:3g/L;
渗透剂JFC:4g/L;
酯基季铵盐柔软剂:1.7g/L;
抗菌剂:1g/L;
HAC:1.9g/L;
活性炭:0.9g/L;
氧基月桂酷胺:1.8g/L;
(9)烘干:将经过防静电浸轧粗合理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为117℃,机车速为16m/min;
(10)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度105℃,机车速为53m/min;
(11)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度105℃,机车速为65m/min;
(12)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
实施例3
一种棉/羊毛混纺织物的染整工艺,包括步骤
(1)烧毛:将棉/羊毛织物送入烧毛机进行双面烧毛处理,烧毛速度为105m/min;
(2)退煮漂一浴:将烧毛后的棉/羊毛混纺织物用退煮漂一浴法进行处理,具体是将棉/羊毛混纺织物在超声波空化作用在浸入退煮漂工作液中,所述工作液包括净棉酶GX14g/L,α-淀粉酶3g/L,双氧水25ml/L,改性茶皂素26g/L,精炼剂为DM-1331 5g/L,尿素1.5g/L,螯合扩散剂1.5g/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.5g/L,硅酸钠6g/L,渗透剂JFC 5g/L,浴比为1:30;PH值为7.3,处理温度为80℃,处理时间为65min;
(3)防缩整理:将经过退煮漂后的棉/羊毛混纺织物放入浸轧防缩整理液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,防缩整理液的温度45℃,pH为7,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为17r/min,轧余率90%,所述浸轧工作液包含壳聚糖3g/L,水性聚氨酯50g/L,醋酸10g/L,碳酸氢钠6g/L,盐酸6g/L,柠檬酸:15g/L;柔软剂:5g/L;抗菌剂:3g/L;β-环糊精:30g/L,次亚磷酸钠:5g/L;渗透剂JFC:2.5g/L;
(4)预定型:将经过防缩整理的棉/羊毛混纺织物通过预定型机作预定型处理,预定型过程中定型温度120℃,车速为15m/min,超喂30%;
(5)丝光:将预定型后的织物进行丝光处理,具体是用NaOH 8g/L,渗透剂JFC 5g/L,在70℃水浴中处理30min,浴比为1:25;
(6)染色:将经过丝光处理的棉/羊毛混纺织物进行染色,具体为将织物放入染色机的清水中,在清水中逐渐加入活性染料,KD型用量为3%(owf),KD型用量为3.2%(owf),同时添加1.8g/L的高温匀染剂,无水乙醇0.8g/L,无水碳酸钠1.8g/L,精炼剂0.7g/L氢氧化钠0.6g/L,渗透剂JFC 3g/L,通过柠檬酸调节pH值为6时,循环化料加料20min,染色机升温,升温速度为2℃/min,温度升到100℃时,保温染色30min,然后染色机降温,降温速度为3℃/min,当温度降至55℃时,将织物放入55℃的皂洗液中进行皂洗,皂洗时间为22min;
(7)固色:将清洗后的棉/羊毛混纺织物放入固色液中进行固色,所述固色液含有食盐10g/L,二烷基氨基甲基丙烯酸酯季铵盐聚合物固色剂85g/L,浴比为25:1,固色温度80℃,固色时间为50min,然后通过烘干机在80℃预烘3min,然后在160℃焙烘3min;
(8)浸轧:将固色后的织物放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度50℃,pH为6,一浸一轧是轧车的转速为15r/min,轧余率80%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
UG纳米防水防油剂:4g/L;
渗透剂JFC:5g/L;
酯基季铵盐柔软剂:2g/L;
抗菌剂:1.3g/L;
HAC:2.3g/L;
活性炭:1g/L;
氧基月桂酷胺:2.2g/L;
(9)烘干:将经过防静电浸轧粗合理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为120℃,机车速为30m/min;
(10)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度105℃,机车速为55m/min;
(11)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度110℃,机车速为70m/min;
(12)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。

Claims (7)

1.一种棉/羊毛混纺织物的染整工艺,其特征在于:包括步骤
(1)烧毛:将棉/羊毛织物送入烧毛机进行双面烧毛处理,烧毛速度为100-105m/min;
(2)退煮漂一浴:将烧毛后的棉/羊毛混纺织物用退煮漂一浴法进行处理,具体是将棉/羊毛混纺织物在超声波空化作用在浸入退煮漂工作液中,所述工作液包括净棉酶GX1 3-4g/L, α-淀粉酶 2-3g/L,双氧水 20-25ml/L,改性茶皂素 12-26g/L,精炼剂 3-5g/L,尿素1-1.5g/L,螯合扩散剂 1-1.5 g/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠 1-1.5 g/L,硅酸钠 3-6g/L,渗透剂JFC 2-5g/L,浴比为1:30;PH值为6.3-7.3,处理温度为70-80℃,处理时间为55-65min;
(3)防缩整理:将经过退煮漂后的棉/羊毛混纺织物放入浸轧防缩整理液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,防缩整理液的温度30-45℃,pH为5-7, 二浸二轧时轧车的转速为12-17r/min,轧余率90%,所述浸轧工作液包含壳聚糖 2-3g/L,水性聚氨酯 40-50g/L,醋酸 5-10g/L,碳酸氢钠 1-6g/L,盐酸 3-6g/L,柠檬酸:12-15g/L;柔软剂:2-5g/L;抗菌剂:1-3 g/L;β-环糊精:20-30g/L,次亚磷酸钠:3-5 g/L;渗透剂 JFC:1.5-2.5g/L;
(4)预定型:将经过防缩整理的棉/羊毛混纺织物通过预定型机作预定型处理,预定型过程中定型温度为115-120℃,车速为10-15m/min,超喂28-30%;
(5)丝光:将预定型后的织物进行丝光处理,具体是用NaOH 5-8 g/L,渗透剂JFC 3-5g/L,在60-70℃水浴中处理20-30 min,浴比为1:25;

(7)固色:将清洗后的棉/羊毛混纺织物放入固色液中进行固色,所述固色液含有食盐8-10g/L,固色剂75-85g/L,浴比为25:1,固色温度60-80℃,固色时间为30-50min,然后通过烘干机在80℃预烘2-3min,然后在140-160℃焙烘3 min;
(8)浸轧:将固色后的织物放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度40-50℃,pH为5-6, 一浸一轧是轧车的转速为10-15 r/min,轧余率80%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
防水剂:2-4 g/L;
渗透剂 JFC:3-5 g/L;
柔软剂: 1.5-2g/L;
抗菌剂:0.8-1.3 g/L;
HAC:1.2-2.3g/L;
除臭剂0.8-1 g/L;

(12)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棉/羊毛混纺织物的染整工艺,其特征在于:步骤2所述的精炼剂为DM-1331。
3.根据权利要求1所述的棉/羊毛混纺织物的染整工艺,其特征在于:步骤7所述的固色剂为二烷基氨基甲基丙烯酸酯季铵盐聚合物固色剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的棉/羊毛混纺织物的染整工艺,其特征在于:步骤8中所述的柔软剂为酯基季铵盐柔软剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的棉/羊毛混纺织物的染整工艺:步骤8中所述的防水剂为UG纳米防水防油剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的棉/羊毛混纺织物的染整工艺,其特征在于:步骤8中所述的除臭剂为活性炭。
7.根据权利要求1所述的棉/羊毛混纺织物的染整工艺:步骤8中所述的抗静电剂为氧基月桂酷胺。
