Abstract

一种汽车坐垫用尼龙微胶囊芳香型复合面料的制备方法,属于汽车内饰加工技术领域,包括以下步骤:制备坐垫内层及外层材料、单层造壁、双层造壁、制备微胶囊粉末、制备微胶囊芳香整理剂、微胶囊整理、制备坐垫。本发明制备的微胶囊,表面光滑,囊壁致密没有破裂,结构完整,测定其最高含油率达到40%左右。微胶囊外观较为规整,且均一性、分散性良好。柠檬精油被包裹在微胶囊里,微胶囊的平均粒径为2.6um左右,具有良好的热稳定性。以柠檬香精为芯,蜜胺树脂为壁材,选择合适的乳化剂用量、芯材和壁材比例、反应体系温度及pH值、搅拌速度及合理的控制时间,得到粒径较小及结构紧密的微胶囊,且微胶囊释放柠檬香精的速率缓慢。

背景技术
[0002] 在科技高速发展的今天,越来越多的人崇尚自然、简约、健康的生活方式,消费者 对汽车内饰面料的感受,除了通过视觉和触觉外,还可以通过嗅觉一闻出各种织物散发出 的香味,以此选择自己喜爱的纺织品。各种香味面料的悄然兴起和蓬勃发展不仅顺应了这 一趋势,满足了人类的需求,也赋予纺织品新的内涵。随着经济的发展以及生活水平的提 高。人们对纺织品的要求发生了很大的变化,从过去的实用型向装饰、享受、保健型转化,纺 织品加香顺应了这一趋势。由于香味纺织品具有抑菌驱虫、掩盖异味、使身心舒适等作用, 因而得到了人们的普遍喜爱。
[0003] 香I昧面料的研究,将最新的芳香学与芳香疗法对人体心理学的研究成果应用到纺 织品,属于高技术、高附加值的纺织品。不仅能够使享用者沐浴春风,心旷神怡,而且能带给 使用者治疗和保健效用。随着科技的发展,经济的繁荣,消费水平的提高,不久的将来香味 纺织品将成为国际纺织品的流行趋势。由于技术和成本的制约,目前我国对香味面料的开 发和应用较少,尤其是香味面料在汽车内饰方面的应用更是少之又少。加大对此的研宄,致 力于推动微胶囊缓释技术的发展,必定能大大提高我国汽车纺织品在国际上的竞争实力。
发明内容
[0004]为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种具有优良的缓释效果的汽车 坐垫用尼龙微胶囊芳香型复合面料的制备方法。
[0005]本发明采用以下技术方案:
[0006] —种汽车坐垫用尼龙微胶囊芳香型复合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
[0007]步骤一:采用尼龙纤维织制成汽车坐垫外层材料;
[0008]步骤二:汽车坐垫内层材料采用棉、羊毛混合织物,并经过以下预处理:将棉、羊毛 混合织物于8〇°C含质量浓度3%NaOH、6%洗衣液的水溶液中浸渍lh,再用无水乙醇浸渍 30min,经热水、冷水各洗涤一次,真空干燥备用;
[0009]步骤三:将10g柠檬香精、22g乳化剂和150g蒸馏水在4(TC的温度下混合搅拌均匀, 搅拌速度为900r/min,搅拌3h后倒入容器中,调节pH值至4-5,容器放入40°C恒温水浴槽中, 在搅拌条件下滴加10g蜜胺树脂,升温至65°C,保温1 • 5h,进行单层造壁;
[0010]步骤四:单层造壁后冷却至室温,在搅拌条件下再次滴加l〇g蜜胺树脂,升温至75 。(:,保温2h,进行双层造壁;
[0011]步骤五:双层造壁后调节pH值至9,向容器中加入20g尿素除去游离甲醛,真空抽 滤,水洗3次,再用乙醇洗去表面的香精,烘干,得微胶囊粉末;
[0012]步骤六:按以下质量分数配置微胶囊芳香整理剂:微胶囊粉末5%,不饱和聚氨酯 水分散体20%,光引发剂2%,增稠剂1%,交联剂5%,余量为水;
[0013]步骤七:采用二浸二乳法,浴比1:2〇,将汽车坐垫内层材料在微胶囊芳香整理剂中 浸溃lh,使其充分浸润,随后用乳车压乳,轧余率70%-80 %,二浸二乳,于90 °C预供90s,用 烘干机在16(TC焙烘40s,经热水、冷水各洗一次,最后将其自然晾干,再于1000W高压有极汞 灯下紫外线固化4min,光源与材料的距离固定为5cm;
[0014]步骤八:将汽车坐垫外层材料和内层材料经过裁剪工艺、粘合工艺以及缝制工艺 制备成汽车坐垫。

[0020] 1)汽车坐垫外层材料采用尼龙纤维,耐磨性、抗皱性、防水性更好。坐垫内层材料 采用绵、羊毛混合织物,吸收透气性更好,并对其进行预处理,更有利于提高微胶囊整理的 效果。
[0021] 2)在本发明的工艺条件下制备的微胶囊,表面光滑,囊壁致密没有破裂,结构完 整,测定其含油率,最高含油率达到40 %左右。
[0022] 3)本发明制备的微胶囊外观较为规整,且均一性、分散性良好。柠檬精油被包裹在 微胶囊里,激光粒度仪的粒径测试表明了微胶囊的一致性较好,平均粒径为2.6um左右,具 有良好的热稳定性。
[0023] 4)以柠檬香精为芯,蜜胺树脂为壁材,选择合适的乳化剂用量、芯材和壁材比例、 反应体系温度及pH值、搅拌速度及合理的控制时间,得到粒径较小及结构紧密的微胶囊,微 胶囊释放柠檬香精的速率缓慢,具有优良的缓释效果,散发出柠檬香气具有良好的除异味 的效果。
[0024] 5)通过紫外线固化黏合剂可以实现微胶囊在低温条件下的固着。

Claims (5)

1. 一种汽车坐垫用尼龙微胶囊芳香型复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步 骤: 步骤一:采用尼龙纤维织制成汽车坐垫外层材料; 步骤二:汽车坐垫内层材料采用棉、羊毛混合织物,并经过以下预处理:将棉、羊毛混合 织物于80 °C含质量浓度3 % Na〇H、6 %洗衣液的水溶液中浸渍lh,再用无水乙醇浸渍30min, 经热水、冷水各洗涤一次,真空千燥备用; 步骤二:将10g柠檬香精、22g乳化剂和15〇g蒸馏水在4〇 的温度下混合搅拌均匀,搅拌 速度为900r/min,搅拌3h后倒入容器中,调节pH值至4-5,容器放入4(TC恒温水浴槽中,在搅 拌条件下滴加l〇g蜜胺树脂,升温至65°C,保温1.5h,进行单层造壁; 步骤四:单层造壁后冷却至室温,在搅拌条件下再次滴加10g蜜胺树脂,升温至^。(^保 温2h,进行双层造壁; 步骤五:双层造壁后调节pH值至9,向容器中加入2〇g尿素除去游离甲醛,真空抽滤,水 洗3次,再用乙醇洗去表面的香精,烘干,得微胶囊粉末; 步骤六:按以下质量分数配置微胶囊芳香整理剂:微胶囊粉末5%,不饱和聚氨酷水分 散体20%,光引发剂2%,增稠剂1 %,交联剂5%,余量为水; 步骤七:采用二浸二轧法,浴比1:2〇,将汽车坐垫内层材料在微胶囊芳香整理剂中浸渍 lh,使其充分浸润,随后用乳车压轧,乳余率70 %_8〇%,二浸二轧,于90预供9〇s,用供干 机在ie(TC焙烘40s,经热水、冷水各洗一次,最后将其自然晾干,再于丨⑻⑽高^有极未f下 紫外线固化4min,光源与材料的距离固定为5cm; 步骤八:将汽车坐垫外层材料和内层材料经过裁剪工艺、粘合工艺以及缝制工艺制备 成汽车坐垫。
