Abstract

本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其是一种腈纶、涤棉混纺纱线的一浴法染色方法,包括如下步骤:(1)前处理,(2)染色,将纱线放入染缸,加入规定量的水,加入渗透剂,分散剂,甲酸,升温至50摄氏度后加入元明粉,在继续升温至85℃,保温40min后排水、水洗;(3)皂洗,加入皂洗剂,以2℃/min的速度升温至45℃,保温20min,加入纯碱,保温10min,排水、水洗(4)固色,加入固色剂,升温至60℃,保温20min,排水、水洗即可完成染色。本发明所得到的一种腈纶、涤棉混纺纱线的一浴法染色方法,其通过合理的工序及用量的设计,能极大的提高了各种助剂的使用率,即减少助剂用量,提升染色性能,降低水及能源消耗,染色成本更低。

一种腈纶、涤棉混纺纱线的一浴法染色方法
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其是一种腈纶、涤棉混纺纱线的一浴法染色方法。
背景技术
[0002] 随着人类社会对环保和节能意识的增强,人们越来越重视对环保、节能、高效产品 的开发与研究。对耗能、污染均较严重的印染行业来说,通过改进工艺开发节能、高效、环保 的纺织品已成为当今染整加工的发展方向。传统的二浴法染色,不仅造成了水资源的浪费, 同时还存在着工序较多,工艺过程较长,费时费力等不足,并且二次染色有时会造成着色不 均匀,易造成疵品,生产效率低下,排污量大。为解决上述问题,人们研发出了一浴法染色的 方法,如中国专利“染色一浴法”(公开号CN 1032965A)公开了一种用于涤棉粘混纺纱染色 的一浴法;中国专利“一浴法染色的方法”(公开号CN 1S38004A)公开了一种棉与其它化 纤材料的混纺织物用一浴法染色的方法等,但诸多研宄均未涉及过腈纶、毛、铜氨纤维混纺 针织物用一浴法染色的方法。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能有效提供各种助剂利用 率且提高染色性能的腈纶、涤棉混纺纱线的一浴法染色方法。
[0004]为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种腈纶、涤棉混纺纱线的一浴法染色方法, 包括如下步骤:(1)前处理,将纱线放入染缸中,加入清水,其浴比为1:3-5;在染缸中加入冰 醋酸5-10g/L、匀染剂3-5g/L,然后升温至60-80°C,保温20-30min,然后再以rc/min的速度 升温至90°C,保温lOmin后再以2°C/min的速度降温至3(TC,排水;(2)染色,将纱线放入染 缸,加入规定量的水,加入渗透剂l2g/L,分散剂Mg/L,甲酸l:3g/L,升温至50摄氏度后加入 元明粉20g/L,在继续升温至85°C,保温40min后排水、水洗;(3)皂洗,加入皂洗剂3g/L,以2 °C/min的速度升温至45 °C,保温20min,加入纯碱5g/L,保温lOmin,排水、水洗⑷固色,加 入固色剂2g/L,升温至60°C,保温20min,排水、水洗即可完成染色。

[0007] 实施例1: 本实施例描述的一种腈纶、涤棉混纺纱线的一浴法染色方法,包括如下步骤:(1)前处 理,将纱线放入染缸中,加入清水,其浴比为1:3;在染缸中加入冰醋酸5g/L、匀染剂3g/L,然 后升温至60°C,保温30min,然后再以rc/min的速度升温至90°C,保温lOmin后再以2-C/min 的速度降温至30°C,排水;(2)染色,将纱线放入染缸,加入规定量的水,加入渗透剂12g/L, 分散剂15g/L,甲酸l:3g/L,升温至f50摄氏度后加入元明粉2〇g/L,在继续升温至85〇C,保温 40min后排水、水洗;(3)阜洗,加入阜洗剂3g/L,以2°C/min的速度升温至45 C,保温2〇min, 加入纯碱5g/L,保温lOmin,排水、水洗(4)固色,加入固色剂2g/L,升温至60°C,保温2〇min, 排水、水洗即可完成染色。
