Description

增效杀虫组合物
含有N,N′-二苯甲酰基-N′-叔烷基肼的杀虫组合物是已知的,如USP4,985,461中所描述的,虽然这些组合物对某些昆虫有效,但需要对更广谱的昆虫更有效的组合物,且出于节约,环境和费用的考虑,需要更低量的N,N′-二苯甲酰基-N′-叔烷基肼。

实施组合物中的细胞色素P450酶抑制剂化合物的量与N,N′-二苯甲酰基-N′-叔烷基肼化合物的相对比例是作为杀虫剂显示意外增效效力的量的比例。在一些实施组合物中,一种或多种细胞色素P450酶抑制剂化合物和一种或多种N,N′-二苯甲酰基-N′-叔烷基肼的组合的存在与增强的效力有关,因而与没有细胞色素P450酶抑制剂化合物的组合物的效力相比,其存在意外的杀虫效果,那些没有细胞色素P450酶抑制剂化合物的组合物作为杀虫剂显示很小的效力或基本上没有效力。在其它的实施组合物中,不带细胞色素P450酶抑制剂化合物的带N,N′-二苯甲酰基-N′-叔烷基肼的组合物显示明显的杀虫活性,但是细胞色素P450酶抑制剂化合物与N,N′-二苯甲酰基-N′-叔烷基肼组合的组合物显示明显增高的杀虫活性或效力。
对于这些组合物细胞色素P450酶抑制剂化合物的量与N,N′-二苯甲酰基-N′-叔烷基肼化合物增效的相对比例以重量计优选在0.1∶1至约1000∶1的范围。通常该范围是至少约相等(即1∶1),优选至少为5倍(5∶1),更优选至少为一百倍。根据所涉及的特定应用,该比例的范围有实际的上限,且通常会期望为完全杀伤所用的N,N′-二苯甲酰基-N′-叔烷基肼化物的比例,但是细胞色素P450酶抑制剂化合物与肼的最大比例是不重要的。
优选的组合物包括一或多种N,N′-二苯甲酰基-N′-叔烷基肼化合物,优选N-(2,3-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼;N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N-(4-乙基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼或N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N-(2-甲基-3-甲氧基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼,和一或多种选自烯唑醇,氯苯嘧啶醇,苯氰唑,丁苯吗啉,腈菌唑,咪鲜安,和丙环唑的细胞色素P450酶抑制剂化合物,以增效的比例,其中相对于无抑制剂的组合物而言,抑制剂的量能有效地明显提高组合物的杀虫活性。
本发明的实施组合物可以用于农业上可接受的组合物或制剂。这些农业上可接受的组合物可以用来溶解,扩散实施组合物的分散而不损害活性成分的效果且其本身对土壤,设备,作物,或农业环境没有明显的伤害作用。如果需要,也可以组合助剂如表面活性剂,稳定剂,消泡剂,和抗漂移剂,以及除草剂,杀菌剂和其它农业活性物质用于期望的应用。
因此,本发明的实施组合物可以单独使用或以与一种其它的和/或与这些固体和/或液体分散载体赋形物和/或与其它已知相适的活性物,特别是植物保护剂,如其它的杀虫剂,杀节肢动物剂,杀线虫剂,杀真菌剂,杀细菌剂,杀鼠剂,除草剂,化肥,生长调节剂或其它增效剂的混合物形式使用。
该活性化合物可以由通常采用的方法用作杀虫剂喷雾,如常规的大容量水压喷雾,小容量喷雾,弥雾,气雾,和喷粉。通常采用如大容量喷雾,超低容量喷雾,弥雾,气雾和喷粉。
除了前述成分外,根据本发明的制剂也可以含有其它通常用于这种制剂中的物质。例如,润滑剂,如硬脂酸钙或硬脂酸镁,可以加入可湿性粉剂或要造粒的混合物中。再则,可加入例如粘合剂如聚乙烯醇—纤维素衍生物或其它胶体物质,如酪蛋白,以改善农药对被保护的表面的粘合。
本发明的另一实施方案为包含施加实施组合物于土壤或叶上以防治昆虫的方法,在土壤或叶上其被植物吸收,转送到其它的植物部分并最终被害虫或昆虫通过植物部分的消化而消化。这种使用的方式称之为“内吸”使用。此外,实施组合物可以施于土壤并于此与要防治的昆虫和其它害虫接触,这种使用方式称之为“土壤”使用。另一种选择中,实施组合物可以叶面施用于想免受以叶为食的昆虫和其它害虫侵害的植物。
关于这点,本发明也包含杀死、防除、或控制昆虫的方法,该方法包含将昆虫与至少一种防治或毒死量(即杀虫有效量)的包含第一种量的N,N′-二苯甲酰基-N′-叔烷基肼和第二种量的细胞色素P450酶抑制剂的组合物接触,其中所述第二种量的抑制剂对明显提高所述肼的杀虫活性是有效的。实施组合物可以单独或与如上所述载体赋形物一起使用。说明书和权利要求书中采用的“接触”一词是指将本发明的组合物单独或以更大的组合物或制剂的成分施用于至少一种(a)这些昆虫和(b)其相应的栖息地(即要被保护的地点,例如生长作物或作物要被种植的区域)。
下面实施例旨在说明本发明而非旨在限定其范围。
                    实施例1
防治亚热带粘虫(Spodoptera Eridania)幼虫试验
含23%活性成分(a.i.)的N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N-(4-乙基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼的流动制剂用水稀释至(ppmw)重量比百万分之2.5份a.i.水溶液。向此溶液中加入所需量的每加仑水浓乳剂0.5磅苯氰唑的组合物,分别得0,62.5,125和250ppmw a.i.苯氰唑的溶液。同时制备未添加N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N-(4-乙基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼的含0,62.5,125,250ppmwa.i.的苯氰唑的水溶液。用有TX-1喷嘴的3喷杆以40psi压力按30加仑/英亩的量将所有溶液喷雾至利马豆(Phaseolus lunatus)上。喷雾沉淀物风干后,将处理的叶子从植物上取下,置于培养皿中,并用亚热带粘虫(Spodoptera Eridania)的三龄幼虫侵食,四天后计数死的幼虫数并计算死亡百分率。
结果概括如下于表1中,表1显示与苯氰唑(细胞色素P450酶抑制麦角甾醇生物合成抑制杀菌剂)组合的N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N-(4-乙基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼对亚热带粘虫的杀虫活性协同增高。

                       实施例2
防治大豆夜蛾(Trichoplusis Includens)幼虫试验
将含23%活性成分的N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N-(4-乙基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼的流动制剂用自来水稀释至得0,5,10,20ppmw a.i.的溶液。类似的一组溶液用150ppmw a.i.的腈菌唑水溶液代替自来水由N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N-(4-乙基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼制备。第三组溶液用150ppmwa.i.的苯氰唑水溶液也由N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N-(4-乙基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼制备。这三组溶液分别以100加仑/英亩的量喷至培养皿中取下的大豆(Glycine max)叶上。喷雾沉淀物风干后,处理的叶子用大豆夜蛾的三龄幼虫以每皿10头侵食,三天后计数每个处理的死亡幼虫数并计算死亡百分率表达于表2中,表2显示与腈菌唑、苯氰唑(细胞色素P450酶抑制麦角甾醇生物合成抑制杀菌剂)组合的N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N-(4-乙基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼对亚热带粘虫的杀虫活性协同增高。

将含23%活性成分的N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N-(4-乙基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼的流动制剂用自来水稀释至得5ppmwa.i.的溶液。类似的一组肼杀虫剂溶液也用30ppmwa.i.的几种抑制剂如烯菌唑、苯氰唑、丙环唑、己唑醇(三唑杀菌剂)、咪鲜安(咪唑杀菌剂)、氯苯嘧啶(嘧啶杀菌剂)和丁苯吗啉(吗啉杀菌剂)的水溶液制备。按实施例2中描述的方法进行防治大豆夜蛾的试验。结果概括于表3中,表3显示与其它麦角甾醇生物合成抑制杀菌剂组合的N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N-(4-乙基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼对亚热带粘虫的杀虫活性协同增高。

将23%的N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N-(4-乙基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼的流动制剂用自来水稀释至得5ppmw a.i.的溶液。也用4ppmw a.i.,40ppmw a.i.和400ppmw a.i.的芝麻酚(亚甲基二氧基苯衍生物和已知的细胞色素P450酶抑制剂)制备类似的肼杀虫剂溶液。按实施例2中描述的方法进行防治亚热带粘虫三龄幼虫的试验。处理四天后测定昆虫防治百分率,结果概括于表4中,表4显示与芝麻酚(一种已知的细胞色素P450酶抑制剂)组合的N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N-(4-乙基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼对亚热带粘虫的杀虫活性协同增高。

Claims (8)

1.一种组合物,包含取代或未取代的N,N′-二苯甲酰基-N′-叔烷基肼和一种细胞色素P450酶抑制剂。
2.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中N,N′-二苯甲酰基-N′-叔烷基肼是式N-(2-A-3-B-4-C-苯甲酰基)-N′-(3-D-5-E-苯甲酰基)-N′-叔烷基肼,其中,A,B和C是独立地选自氢;(C1-C4)烷基,(C1-C4)烷氧基,和卤素的取代基;且D和E是独立地选自氢;(C1-C2)烷基的取代基。
3.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中N,N′-二苯甲酰基-N′-叔烷基肼选自N-(2,3-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼;N-(4-乙基苯甲酰基)-N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼和N′-(3,5-二甲基苯甲酰基)-N-(2-甲基-3-甲氧基苯甲酰基)-N′-叔丁基肼。
4.权利要求1的组合物,其中细胞色素P450酶抑制剂选自咪唑,吗啉,嘧啶和三唑。
5.根据权利要求4组合物,其中所述抑制剂选自bifonazole,氯三苯甲咪唑,抑霉唑,酮哌噁咪唑,micronazole,腈菌唑,咪鲜安,丁苯吗啉,氯苯嘧啶醇,戊环唑,唏唑醇,苯氰唑,fluconazole,己唑醇,itraconazole,腈菌唑,戊菌唑,和丙环唑。
6.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中所述的N,N′-二苯甲酰基-N′-叔烷基肼与所述的细胞色素P450酶抑制剂的杀虫增效比为0.1∶1至1000∶1。
7.杀灭、防除或防治昆虫的方法,包括将昆虫与杀虫有效量的含有N,N′-二苯甲酰基-N′-叔烷基肼和显示增效杀虫活性量的细胞色素P450酶抑制剂的组合物接触。
8.根据权利要求7的方法,其中所述的昆虫是一或多种亚热带粘虫和大豆夜蛾。
