微型输电组件的精密加工成型模组
技术领域
本发明属于微型输电组件加工技术领域,具体涉及一种微型输电组件的精密加工成型模组。
背景技术
微型精密输电组件是一些设备的核心输电组件,其加工成型是通过精密模具塑压成型的方法来实现。在实际生产中,成型加工一直采用苏式50年代相关的模具成型技术。老式组件内装配有三个附件,附件结构是在接线片上焊接导丝,接线片刚性足,强度好。对原成型件进行破坏性检验,电刷附件设计的装配位置交错布局,因原电刷组件结构设计的原因,传统模具设计浇口从接线片两侧进料,注塑料流需反复穿绕接线片,形成S形穿行塑压,填充过程料流持续冲击接线片,冲击力使接线片在注塑件内部倾斜歪倒,易产生导丝之间短路,或导丝之间进行耐压值低,击穿检测合格率低。因耐压抗击穿值过低。
针对更加细小精微的组件,组件附件导丝直径是原来尺寸的1/2,弯曲成型后焊接而成,相比原来的组件结构,没有接线片,间距密集,间距不到原来的四分之一,间距尺寸精度要求高,导丝塑压易变形,导丝装配成型部分的尺寸是原来尺寸的二分之一左右,体积是原来的1/6左右,零件在狭小的成型空间内,高精度密集装配,需借助放大镜等工具装配,造成装模、装配困难;塑压时,因塑压料流冲击导丝,易产生导丝变形、位移和短路,或引起导丝之间耐电压值过低而击穿,传统输电组件以及模具不能达到耐压设计要求,造成起导丝组件报废,出现成品合格率低的问题;由于所生产的组件细小精微,对模具的精密度、浇注系统要求比较高,在狭小的精密成型空间,导丝附件的精密装配、定位,需要根据现有模具加工工艺条件,试验、创新模具结构,因此,针对上述问题,有必要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:提供一种微型输电组件的精密加工成型模组,采用上层哈夫模和下层哈夫模组成的锥形模具,便于微型输电组件的装配操作以及塑件取出,上层哈夫模和下层哈夫模中与微型输电组件精密装配、定位部分采用完全敞开的结构,便于加工、抛光、表面处理加工,并由锁模夹圈装置将上层哈夫模和下层哈夫模锁紧固连,提高塑压成型的微型输电组件质量和精度。
本发明采用的技术方案:微型输电组件的精密加工成型模组,包括上层哈夫模和下层哈夫模,所述上层哈夫模下端面中部制有用于确定电刷附件的刷脚和电刷精密位置的型腔,所述上层哈夫模上端面两侧制有浇口且浇口通过浇道与型腔下端连通,所述下层哈夫模上端面中部制有与型腔位置对应的电刷焊脚定位槽,所述下层哈夫模上设有用于对电刷焊脚定位槽内的待加工微型输电组件的焊脚下端部进行定位的下定位装置,所述上层哈夫模上端面中部设有用于对装配于型腔内的电刷丝上端进行定位的上定位装置,所述上层哈夫模和下层哈夫模定位装配合模后形成上大下小的锥形模具,且上层哈夫模和下层哈夫模通过锁模夹圈装置锁紧固定。
其中,所述上层哈夫模和下层哈夫模均由左右两块对称的模瓣通过连接导销定位连接后组成,所述型腔和电刷焊脚定位槽分别位于上层哈夫模和下层哈夫模分型面上。
进一步地,所述下定位装置包括下限位块,所述下层哈夫模下端面中部制有与电刷焊脚定位槽连通的安装孔槽,所述下限位块装入安装孔槽内。
进一步地,所述上定位装置包括上限位块,所述上层哈夫模上端面中部制有与型腔上端连通的槽口且上限位块装于槽口内。

进一步地,所述上层哈夫模上板面制有多个贯穿至下端面的定位销孔,所述下层哈夫模上端面制有多个与定位销孔位置对应的定位孔,所述上层哈夫模和下层哈夫模通过上下两端分别适配于定位销孔和定位孔(9)内的定位销定位连接。
进一步地,所述垫板板面上制有出模孔,且锥形孔内的锥形模具通过插入出模孔内的出模组件与夹圈分离。
进一步地,所述出模组件由固定板和固定于固定板上并与出模孔位置对应的顶杆组成。

本发明与现有技术相比的优点:
1、本技术方案采用由左右两块对称的模瓣通过连接导销定位连接后组成上层哈夫模和下层哈夫模形成的锥形模具,便于微型输电组件的装配操作以及塑件取出,上层哈夫模和下层哈夫模中与微型输电组件精密装配、定位部分采用完全敞开的结构,便于加工、抛光、表面处理加工;
2、本技术方案采用夹圈和垫板组成的锁模夹圈装置将上层哈夫模和下层哈夫模锁紧固连,保证上层哈夫模和下层哈夫模的相对位置精度,提高塑压成型的微型输电组件质量和精度;
3、本技术方案通过在上层哈夫模上端面两侧加工通过浇道与型腔下端连通的浇口,采用两侧进料,避免料流直接冲击电刷丝,两侧料流进入型腔后直接相遇相对冲击,减小在充满型腔的过程中对电刷丝形成侧向冲击,提高成品合格率;
4、本技术方案结构简单,定位结构可靠,便于各类精密加工设备对模具型腔的精密加工,便于表面处理与加工。

采用本结构所生产的微型输电组件19,结构细小精微,其电刷丝直径是原来的1/3,弯曲成型后焊接而成,相比原来的结构,电刷丝间距是原来的1/4,位置密集间距小,本技术方案结构简单,定位结构可靠,便于各类精密加工设备对模具型腔的精密加工,便于表面处理与加工。

1.微型输电组件的精密加工成型模组,其特征在于:包括上层哈夫模(1)和下层哈夫模(2),所述上层哈夫模(1)下端面中部制有用于确定电刷附件的刷脚和电刷精密位置的型腔(3),所述上层哈夫模(1)上端面两侧制有浇口(5)且浇口(5)通过浇道与型腔(3)下端连通,所述下层哈夫模(2)上端面中部制有与型腔(3)位置对应的电刷焊脚定位槽(4),所述下层哈夫模(2)上设有用于对电刷焊脚定位槽(4)内的待加工微型输电组件(19)的焊脚下端部进行定位的下定位装置,所述上层哈夫模(1)上端面中部设有用于对装配于型腔(3)内的电刷丝上端进行定位的上定位装置,所述上层哈夫模(1)和下层哈夫模(2)定位装配合模后形成上大下小的锥形模具,且上层哈夫模(1)和下层哈夫模(2)通过锁模夹圈装置锁紧固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微型输电组件的精密加工成型模组,其特征在于:所述上层哈夫模(1)和下层哈夫模(2)均由左右两块对称的模瓣通过连接导销(17)定位连接后组成,所述型腔(3)和电刷焊脚定位槽(4)分别位于上层哈夫模(1)和下层哈夫模(2)分型面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微型输电组件的精密加工成型模组,其特征在于:所述下定位装置包括下限位块(6),所述下层哈夫模(2)下端面中部制有与电刷焊脚定位槽(4)连通的安装孔槽,所述下限位块(6)装入安装孔槽内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微型输电组件的精密加工成型模组,其特征在于:所述上定位装置包括上限位块(7),所述上层哈夫模(1)上端面中部制有与型腔(3)上端连通的槽口且上限位块(7)装于槽口内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的微型输电组件的精密加工成型模组,其特征在于:所述锁模夹圈装置包括夹圈(11)和垫板(12),所述夹圈(11)中部制有与上层哈夫模(1)和下层哈夫模(2)形成的锥形模具适配的锥形孔(13)且锥形模具装入锥形孔(13)内,所述夹圈(11)和其下端的垫板(12)通过沉头螺钉(14)固连为一体。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的微型输电组件的精密加工成型模组,其特征在于:所述上层哈夫模(1)上板面制有多个贯穿至下端面的定位销孔(8),所述下层哈夫模(2)上端面制有多个与定位销孔(8)位置对应的定位孔(9),所述上层哈夫模(1)和下层哈夫模(2)通过上下两端分别适配于定位销孔(8)和定位孔(9)内的定位销(10)定位连接。
7.根据权利要求5所述的微型输电组件的精密加工成型模组,其特征在于:所述垫板(12)板面上制有出模孔(15),且锥形孔(13)内的锥形模具通过插入出模孔(15)内的出模组件(20)与夹圈(11)分离。
8.根据权利要求6所述的微型输电组件的精密加工成型模组,其特征在于:所述出模组件(20)由固定板(16)和固定于固定板(16)上并与出模孔(15)位置对应的顶杆(21)组成。
9.根据权利要求2所述的微型输电组件的精密加工成型模组,其特征在于:所述上层哈夫模(1)和下层哈夫模(2)中其中的一块模瓣分型面两端侧壁上制有用于另一块模瓣分型面两端露出的缺口(18),所述上层哈夫模(1)和下层哈夫模(2)通过两端部分别抵于另一块模瓣分型面两端露出部分的U形分模件(22)依次将上层哈夫模(1)和下层哈夫模(2)分离。
