技术领域
本发明属于弹性面料技术领域,具体为一种黑色涤棉弹力织物的染整工艺。
背景技术
涤棉是涤纶和棉的混合物,是以涤纶为主要成份,涤棉混纺物是以涤纶为主要成份,采用65%涤纶和35%的棉花混纱线织成的纺织品,涤棉布俗称的确良,其手感不如全棉舒服,穿着不如全棉吸汗。涤纶是合成纤维中产量最高的第一大品种。涤纶有多个商品名,“涤纶”是我国的商品名,化学名称是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯,通常是化学物聚合而成,因此涤纶也称聚酯。结构及性能:结构形态由喷丝孔决定,常规涤纶横截面呈圆形,无中腔。改变纤维的截面形状,可以制出异形纤维。提高光亮度和抱合力。纤维大分子结晶度,取向度高,纤维强力高(是粘胶纤维的20倍),耐摩性好。弹性好不易起皱,挺括保形性好,耐光、热性好,洗涤后快干免烫,洗可穿性能良好。涤纶是化纤织物,不容易排汗。摸上去有刺拉的感觉,很容易起静电,斜着看上去有亮光。
随着市场的发展和人们对颜色需求的改变,特别是对黑色要求越来越高,印染厂做的大货一般情况下需遵循“宁可深不可浅”的原则才能满足客户要求。然而黑色的涤纶织物在染涤后若采用常规的保险粉还原清洗或酸性还原清洗工艺,其水洗和撞色牢度较差,很难达到客户要求。这是因为涤纶纤维易沾染分散染料,且沾染后很难清除,从而导致沾色牢度下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种黑色涤棉弹力织物的染整工艺,本发明工艺固色性好、染色较深,满足市场需要。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种黑色涤棉弹力织物的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1预处理:将黑色涤棉弹力织物在常温下加入处理液进行浸轧,二浸二轧,轧余率为60-90%,所述处理液包括:渗透剂2-5g/L、双氧水12-15g/L、精练剂8-12g/L、螯合分散剂1-5g/L,烧碱30-40g/L,常温堆置10-15h后热洗,再浸入酶处理液中,30-60℃下处理30-80min,50-100℃热洗后烘干;
S2预定型:将热洗烘干后的面料进行预定型,定型温度为150-180℃,定型布速为12-15m/min;
S3染涤纶:在染缸中加入6g/L的黑色单偶氮分散染料SFN,2g/L的稳定剂EL-SF,2g/L的乙酸,分散染料SFN与稳定剂ELSF均为浙江昱泰染化科技有限公司生产,浴比1:8,染缸中的pH值为3.85-4.0,起染水温为70℃,以1℃/min升温速度升至125-130℃,保温60min,再降温到70℃,降温速度为1℃/min;
S4还原清洗:向染缸中加入碳酸钠3g/L,连二亚硫酸钠3g/L,在90℃温度下中和浸泡15-20min,同时通过乙酸将染缸中的pH值维持在4-5,最后用40℃温水洗干净;
S5染棉:在新的染缸中加入35g/L黑色活性染料,硫酸钠90g/L,浴比1:6;起染温度为40℃,以1℃/min升温速度升至60℃后,保温20min,加入碳酸钠20g/L后染色60min;
S6皂洗固色:将染色后的涤纶和棉放入固色杠中,加入皂洗剂2g/L,除尘剂2g/L,温度98℃,时间20min,连续皂洗两次,清洗干净并加入无醛固色剂3g/L,在40℃温度下固色20min,出缸;
S7定型:将经皂洗固色的弹力织物置于热定型机中进行热定型,热定型温度为120-130℃,送布速度为25-30m/min,定型的门幅比成品门幅宽2-3cm。
进一步地,所述步骤S1中所述酶处理液包括:淀粉酶5-10g/L、果胶酶1-5g/L、纤维素酶0.01-5g/L、漆酶0-5g/L、尿素0.5-2.5g/L。
进一步地,所述步骤S1中精炼除油剂为Dyamul SORnew,渗透剂为渗透剂JFC,螯合分散剂为乙二酸四甲叉磷酸钠。
进一步地,所述步骤S3中所述分散染料为黑色单偶氮分散染料SFN,所述稳定剂为稳定剂EL-SF。
进一步地,所述步骤S5中的黑色活性染料为邻氨基苯磺酸、H酸、2-硫酸酯乙基砜基以及苯胺氮化偶合缩合物混合而成的组合物。
进一步地,所述步骤S6中的皂洗剂为丙希酸聚合物,除尘剂为聚酯改性化合物,无醛固色剂为双氰胺与二乙烯三胺缩合物。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明以渗透剂、双氧水、精练剂、螯合分散剂、烧碱作为预处理剂,同时通过以淀粉酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶、漆酶、尿素作为酶处理剂的双重处理,在提升织物的黑色深度的同时,也同时使得织物的比表面积增大,对染料的吸附能力也增大,而且织物的表面粗糙程度也随之增大,有效改善织物的显色性;本发明采用黑色单偶氮分散染料SFN作为活性染料,该活性染料的溶解性高且耐碱性好,有效改善涤棉织物不耐碱的缺点。同时本发明中采用涤纶和棉分染色的方式进行染色处理,更加针对性地提高织物的染色深度。

下面结合具体实施例进一步详细描述本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
实施例1
一种黑色涤棉弹力织物的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1预处理:将黑色涤棉弹力织物在常温下加入处理液进行浸轧,二浸二轧,轧余率为60%,所述处理液包括:渗透剂JFC2g/L、双氧水12g/L、精练剂Dyamul SORnew8g/L、乙二酸四甲叉磷酸钠1g/L,烧碱30g/L,常温堆置10h后热洗,再浸入由淀粉酶5g/L、果胶酶1g/L、纤维素酶0.01g/L、尿素0.5g/L组成的酶处理液中,30℃下处理30min,50℃热洗后烘干;
S2预定型:将热洗烘干后的面料进行预定型,定型温度为150℃,定型布速为12m/min;
S3染涤纶:在染缸中加入6g/L的黑色单偶氮分散染料SFN,2g/L的稳定剂EL-SF,2g/L的乙酸,分散染料SFN与稳定剂ELSF均为浙江昱泰染化科技有限公司生产,浴比1:8,染缸中的pH值为3.85,起染水温为70℃,以1℃/min升温速度升至125℃,保温60min,再降温到70℃,降温速度为1℃/min;
S4还原清洗:向染缸中加入碳酸钠3g/L,连二亚硫酸钠3g/L,在90℃温度下中和浸泡15-20min,同时通过乙酸将染缸中的pH值维持在4-5,最后用40℃温水洗干净;
S5染棉:在新的染缸中加入35g/L黑色单偶氮分散染料SFN,硫酸钠90g/L,浴比1:6;起染温度为40℃,以1℃/min升温速度升至60℃后,保温20min,加入碳酸钠20g/L后染色60min;
S6皂洗固色:将染色后的涤纶和棉放入固色杠中,加入丙希酸聚合物2g/L,聚酯改性化合物2g/L,温度98℃,时间20min,连续皂洗两次,清洗干净并加入双氰胺与二乙烯三胺缩合物3g/L,在40℃温度下固色20min,出缸;
S7定型:将经皂洗固色的弹力织物置于热定型机中进行热定型,热定型温度为120℃,送布速度为25m/min,定型的门幅比成品门幅宽2cm。

一种黑色涤棉弹力织物的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1预处理:将黑色涤棉弹力织物在常温下加入处理液进行浸轧,二浸二轧,轧余率为75%,所述处理液包括:渗透剂JFC4g/L、双氧水13g/L、精练剂Dyamul SORnew10g/L、乙二酸四甲叉磷酸钠3g/L,烧碱35g/L,常温堆置13h后热洗,再浸入由淀粉酶7g/L、果胶酶3g/L、纤维素酶4.2g/L、漆酶3g/L、尿素1.8g/L组成的酶处理液中,30-60℃下处理30-80min,50-100℃热洗后烘干;
S2预定型:将热洗烘干后的面料进行预定型,定型温度为160℃,定型布速为13m/min;
S3染涤纶:在染缸中加入6g/L的黑色单偶氮分散染料SFN,2g/L的稳定剂EL-SF,2g/L的乙酸,分散染料SFN与稳定剂ELSF均为浙江昱泰染化科技有限公司生产,浴比1:8,染缸中的pH值为3.9,起染水温为70℃,以1℃/min升温速度升至127℃,保温60min,再降温到70℃,降温速度为1℃/min;
S4还原清洗:向染缸中加入碳酸钠3g/L,连二亚硫酸钠3g/L,在90℃温度下中和浸泡17min,同时通过乙酸将染缸中的pH值维持在4,最后用40℃温水洗干净;
S5染棉:在新的染缸中加入35g/L黑色单偶氮分散染料SFN,硫酸钠90g/L,浴比1:6;起染温度为40℃,以1℃/min升温速度升至60℃后,保温20min,加入碳酸钠20g/L后染色60min;
S6皂洗固色:将染色后的涤纶和棉放入固色杠中,加入丙希酸聚合物2g/L,聚酯改性化合物2g/L,温度98℃,时间20min,连续皂洗两次,清洗干净并加入双氰胺与二乙烯三胺缩合物3g/L,在40℃温度下固色20min,出缸;
S7定型:将经皂洗固色的弹力织物置于热定型机中进行热定型,热定型温度为125℃,送布速度为27m/min,定型的门幅比成品门幅宽2.5cm。
实施例3
一种黑色涤棉弹力织物的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1预处理:将黑色涤棉弹力织物在常温下加入处理液进行浸轧,二浸二轧,轧余率为90%,所述处理液包括:渗透剂JFC5g/L、双氧水15g/L、精练剂Dyamul SORnew12g/L、乙二酸四甲叉磷酸钠5g/L,烧碱40g/L,常温堆置15h后热洗,再浸入由淀粉酶10g/L、果胶酶5g/L、纤维素酶5g/L、漆酶5g/L、尿素2.5g/L组成的酶处理液中,60℃下处理80min,100℃热洗后烘干;
S2预定型:将热洗烘干后的面料进行预定型,定型温度为180℃,定型布速为15m/min;
S3染涤纶:在染缸中加入6g/L的黑色单偶氮分散染料SFN,2g/L的稳定剂EL-SF,2g/L的乙酸,分散染料SFN与稳定剂ELSF均为浙江昱泰染化科技有限公司生产,浴比1:8,染缸中的pH值为4.0,起染水温为70℃,以1℃/min升温速度升至130℃,保温60min,再降温到70℃,降温速度为1℃/min;
S4还原清洗:向染缸中加入碳酸钠3g/L,连二亚硫酸钠3g/L,在90℃温度下中和浸泡20min,同时通过乙酸将染缸中的pH值维持在5,最后用40℃温水洗干净;
S5染棉:在新的染缸中加入35g/L黑色单偶氮分散染料SFN,硫酸钠90g/L,浴比1:6;起染温度为40℃,以1℃/min升温速度升至60℃后,保温20min,加入碳酸钠20g/L后染色60min;
S6皂洗固色:将染色后的涤纶和棉放入固色杠中,加入丙希酸聚合物2g/L,聚酯改性化合物2g/L,温度98℃,时间20min,连续皂洗两次,清洗干净并加入双氰胺与二乙烯三胺缩合物3g/L,在40℃温度下固色20min,出缸;
S7定型:将经皂洗固色的弹力织物置于热定型机中进行热定型,热定型温度为130℃,送布速度为30m/min,定型的门幅比成品门幅宽3cm。
对比例
本对比例与实施例2的工艺和参数基本一致,不同之处在于本对比例中预处理步骤当中没有采用处理剂。
通过对实施例1-实施例3及对比例所染整处理后的弹力织物进行检测,所得结果如下表1所示:

从上表1可以看出实施例2的各方面检测数据均较为优异,为最优实施方案。
其中,耐水洗色牢度、耐酸汗渍色牢度、耐碱汗渍色牢度测试方法均参照GB18401-2010《国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范》。

S1 预处理:将黑色涤棉弹力织物在常温下加入处理液进行浸轧,二浸二轧,轧余率为60-90%,所述处理液包括:渗透剂2-5g/L、双氧水12-15g/L、精练剂8-12g/L、螯合分散剂1-5g/L,烧碱30-40g/L,常温堆置10-15h后热洗,再浸入酶处理液中,30-60℃下处理30-80min,50-100℃热洗后烘干;
S2 预定型:将热洗烘干后的面料进行预定型,定型温度为150-180℃,定型布速为12-15m/min;
S3 染涤纶:在染缸中加入6g/L的分散染料,2g/L的稳定剂,2g/L的乙酸,染缸中的浴比为1:8, pH值为3.85-4.0,起染水温为70℃,以1℃/min升温速度升至125-130℃,保温60min,再降温到70℃,降温速度为1℃/min;
S4 还原清洗:向染缸中加入碳酸钠3g/L,连二亚硫酸钠3g/L,在90℃温度下中和浸泡15-20min,同时通过乙酸将染缸中的pH值维持在4-5,最后用40℃温水洗干净;
S5 染棉:在新的染缸中加入35g/L黑色活性染料,硫酸钠90g/L,浴比1:6;起染温度为40℃,以1℃/min升温速度升至60℃后,保温20min,加入碳酸钠20g/L后染色60min;
S6 皂洗固色:将染色后的涤纶和棉放入固色杠中,加入2g/L,除尘剂2g/L,温度98℃,时间20min,连续皂洗两次,清洗干净并加入无醛固色剂3g/L,在40℃温度下固色20min,出缸;
S7 定型:将经皂洗固色的弹力织物置于热定型机中进行热定型,热定型温度为120-130℃,送布速度为25-30m/min,定型的门幅比成品门幅宽2-3cm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黑色涤棉弹力织物的染整工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中所述酶处理液包括:淀粉酶5-10g/L、果胶酶1-5g/L、纤维素酶0.01-5g/L、漆酶0-5g/L、尿素0.5-2.5g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种黑色涤棉弹力织物的染整工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中精炼除油剂为Dyamul SORnew,渗透剂为渗透剂JFC,螯合分散剂为乙二酸四甲叉磷酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种黑色涤棉弹力织物的染整工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中所述分散染料为黑色单偶氮分散染料SFN,所述稳定剂为稳定剂EL-SF。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种黑色涤棉弹力织物的染整工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S5中的黑色活性染料为邻氨基苯磺酸、H酸、2-硫酸酯乙基砜基以及苯胺氮化偶合缩合物混合而成的组合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种黑色涤棉弹力织物的染整工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S6中的皂洗剂为丙希酸聚合物,除尘剂为聚酯改性化合物,无醛固色剂为双氰胺与二乙烯三胺缩合物。
