Abstract

本发明公开了一种棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺,具有以下步骤:将棉织物浸入含有复合生物酶的处理液中,升温至50~58℃,进行生物酶前处理30~60min;然后直接向该处理液中加入元明粉和纯碱,处理5~15min,将复合生物酶碱灭活;接着向该处理液中匀速加入化好的活性染料,加料时间为20~40min,加完升温至60~70℃,保温染色40~60min;染色结束后,排液,水洗,调酸,排液,皂洗。本发明的棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺不仅白度和毛细效果较高、对纤维损伤较小、布面无色花,而且工艺流程更简短、生产效率更高。

Description

棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织印染技术领域,具体涉及一种棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺。
背景技术
棉是天然纤维素纤维,其主要成分是纤维素,但是在生长过程中还会有果胶、蜡状物质、灰分、天然色素等杂质存在,这些杂质的存在会严重影响染色过程中染料的上染,因此在染色前需要通过精练、漂白等前处理过程予以去除。
目前,棉织物的前处理工艺主要有两种:
(1)传统的前处理工艺,也即采用大量烧碱、表面活性剂、双氧水等化学物质进行精练、漂白。
该工艺的优点在于:前处理效果好、质量稳定;缺点则是:对棉纤维损伤通常较大,而且会产生COD值较大的废水,对环境污染较大,同时也消耗大量的水资源,而这与目前所倡导的绿色节能环保相悖。
(2)生物酶前处理工艺。
该工艺的优点在于:对棉纤维损伤通常较小,对环境更为友好;缺点则是:前处理效果不及前述传统工艺,而且绝大多数都是针对全棉织物以及少数针对棉涤织物,而对于棉氨织物,由于氨纶在纺丝及织造过程中会使用大量硅油类表面活性剂,导致现有的生物酶前处理方法对于棉氨织物处理效果更不理想。
另外,绝大多数的棉织物前处理后均需要先排液再染色,难以实现一浴染色,也即一浴染色后布面会有色花现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种不仅白度和毛细效果较高、对纤维损伤较小、布面无色花,而且工艺流程更简短、生产效率更高的棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺,具有以下步骤:
①将棉织物浸入含有复合生物酶的处理液中,以1~3℃/min的速度升温至50~58℃,进行生物酶前处理30~60min;
②然后直接向该处理液中加入元明粉和纯碱,处理5~15min,将复合生物酶碱灭活;
③接着向该处理液中匀速加入化好的活性染料,加料时间为20~40min,加完以1~2℃/min的速度升温至60~70℃,保温染色40~60min;
④染色结束后,排液,入水室温水洗,再在50℃~70℃的温度下调酸10min~30min至pH值为6~8,排液后,在50℃~100℃的温度下皂洗10min~30min。
上述步骤①中,所述含有复合生物酶的处理液中,复合生物酶的浓度为0.5~5g/L,优选为1~3g/L。
上述步骤①中,所述含有复合生物酶的处理液的配方如下:0.3~4.5g/L碱性果胶裂解酶、0.1~1g/L中性纤维素酶、0.05~0.5g/L富化内切酶、0.01~0.1g/L漆酶、0.005~0.05g/L表面活性剂CLD-H、0~3g/L氨纶精练除油剂ACR、0.1~1g/L渗透剂JFC、余量为水。
进一步地,上述步骤①中,所述含有复合生物酶的处理液的配方如下:0.5~2.5g/L碱性果胶裂解酶、0.2~0.5g/L中性纤维素酶、0.05~0.2g/L富化内切酶、0.01~0.1g/L漆酶、0.01~0.03g/L表面活性剂CLD-H、0.5~2g/L氨纶精练除油剂ACR、0.3~0.7g/L渗透剂JFC、余量为水。
上述步骤②中,所述元明粉的加入量以每升处理液计为40~90g;所述纯碱的加入量以每升处理液计为15~30g。
上述步骤③中,所述活性染料的加入总量为棉织物重量的0.01%~6.0%。
上述步骤①中,所述棉织物为纯棉织物、含棉混纺织物或者含棉交织织物,优选为棉氨交织织物。
本发明具有的积极效果:
(1)本发明的复合生物酶配伍合理,除杂效率好,一浴染色后的棉织物表面良好,无色花。
(2)本发明的处理液中含有的表面活性剂CLD-H不仅与本发明的各生物酶配伍性好,而且还可提高各生物酶的活性,从而能够有效提高织物毛效及白度。
(3)本发明的处理液中含有的氨纶精练除油剂ACR可将氨纶上的硅油有效乳化,形成稳定的分散液,从而避免大多数棉/氨纶织物一浴染色中出现的色花问题,从而使本发明的生物酶前处理工艺不仅对纯棉织物以及涤棉织物处理效果好,而且对棉氨织物处理效果好,具有更广的适用范围。
(4)本发明的棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺采用碱灭活复合生物酶,工艺流程更简短、生产效率更高。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例的棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺具有以下步骤:
①将棉织物【本实施例为95%棉+5%氨纶交织织物】浸入处理液中,以2℃/min的速度升温至55℃,进行生物酶前处理50min。
本实施例的处理液是含有1.0g/L碱性果胶裂解酶、0.35g/L中性纤维素酶、0.1g/L富化内切酶、0.05g/L漆酶、0.02g/L表面活性剂CLD-H、1.0g/L氨纶精练除油剂ACR、0.5g/L渗透剂JFC的水溶液。
其中,特种表面活性剂CLD-H来源于西安楚龙达化工有限公司,氨纶精练除油剂ACR来源于常州信安达公司,渗透剂JFC来源于上海沣瑞化工有限公司。
②然后向步骤①的处理液中直接加入70g/L元明粉和20g/L纯碱,处理10min,将复合生物酶碱灭活。
③接着向步骤②的处理液中匀速加入化好的活性染料,活性染料包括为棉织物重量0.15%的Neofix Orange HF-3RW、为棉织物重量0.58%的Remazol Br Red 3BS conc以及为棉织物重量3.57%的Neozol Black B 133%BS,加料时间为30min,加完以1℃/min的速度升温至62℃,保温染色60min。
④染色结束后,排液,入水室温水洗,再在50℃的温度下调酸10min,将pH值调至7.0,排液后,在95℃的温度下皂洗15min。
具体染色工艺曲线见图1。
(实施例2~实施例5)
各实施例的棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺与实施例1基本相同,不同之处见表1。

Claims (8)

1.一种棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺,其特征在于具有以下步骤:
①将棉织物浸入含有复合生物酶的处理液中,以1~3℃/min的速度升温至50~58℃,进行生物酶前处理30~60min;所述含有复合生物酶的处理液的配方如下:0.3~4.5g/L碱性果胶裂解酶、0.1~1g/L中性纤维素酶、0.05~0.5g/L富化内切酶、0.01~0.1g/L漆酶、0.005~0.05g/L表面活性剂CLD-H、0~3g/L氨纶精练除油剂ACR、0.1~1g/L渗透剂JFC、余量为水;
②然后直接向该处理液中加入元明粉和纯碱,处理5~15min,将复合生物酶碱灭活;
③接着向该处理液中匀速加入化好的活性染料,加料时间为20~40min,加完以1~2℃/min的速度升温至60~70℃,保温染色40~60min;
④染色结束后,排液,入水室温水洗,再在50℃~70℃的温度下调酸10min~30min至pH值为6~8,排液后,在50℃~100℃的温度下皂洗10min~30min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺,其特征在于:上述步骤①中,所述含有复合生物酶的处理液的配方如下:0.5~2.5g/L碱性果胶裂解酶、0.2~0.5g/L中性纤维素酶、0.05~0.2g/L富化内切酶、0.01~0.1g/L漆酶、0.01~0.03g/L表面活性剂CLD-H、0.5~2g/L氨纶精练除油剂ACR、0.3~0.7g/L渗透剂JFC、余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺,其特征在于:上述步骤①中,所述含有复合生物酶的处理液中,复合生物酶的浓度为0.5~5g/L。
4.根据权利要求2所述的棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺,其特征在于:上述步骤①中,所述含有复合生物酶的处理液中,复合生物酶的浓度为1~3g/L。
5.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺,其特征在于:上述步骤②中,所述元明粉的加入量以每升处理液计为40~90g;所述纯碱的加入量以每升处理液计为15~30g。
6.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺,其特征在于:上述步骤③中,所述活性染料的加入总量为棉织物重量的0.01%~6.0%。
7.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺,其特征在于:上述步骤①中,所述棉织物为纯棉织物、含棉混纺织物或者含棉交织织物。
8.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的棉织物酶染一浴染色工艺,其特征在于:上述步骤①中,所述棉织物为棉氨交织织物。
