Abstract

本发明公开一种提升涤棉色牢度的方法。所述的方法包括下述步骤:染涤→酸性还原→染棉→皂洗→出缸→脱水→开幅→定型。本发明采用新型的涤纶皂洗剂取代了传统涤棉两浴皂洗法,省略还原清洗,只需染棉后皂洗,节水节能且环保,染棉后使用新型皂洗剂皂洗,即可高效地去除沾附在涤纶以及棉纤维上的分散染料浮色,以提高皂洗、摩擦等各项牢度,新型皂洗剂可以耐受较高浓度的元明粉水溶液与碳酸钠水溶液,对金属离子有良好的螯合性,不属于危险品,不存在易燃易爆等安全隐患,不含APEO等禁用物质,绿色环保,大大提高生产效率,实现节能减排。

提升涤棉色牢度的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种提升涤棉色牢度的方法。
背景技术
现有工艺:染涤→酸性还原→出缸→脱水→开辐→定涤→进缸→碱性还原→染棉→皂洗 1→皂洗2→皂洗3→出缸→脱水→开幅→定型;
上述工艺需碱性还原,使用多道皂洗工序,不仅对织物磨损大,还增加成本。
发明内容
为克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种提升涤棉色牢度的方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明的提升涤棉色牢度的方法,方法包括下述步骤:染涤→酸性还原→染棉→皂洗→出缸→脱水→开幅→定型;具体步骤包括:
S1.按浴比1:10入水,将高温匀染剂、醋酸匀速加速染色机内;
S2.上布,布速调节为200m/min左右、调控泵压使喷嘴的喷量为最大的80%;
S3.染涤:将染色机温度升40℃,将化成浆料的分散染料通过化料桶加入染色机,以 1.5℃/min速率升温至80℃,保温10min,以1.0℃/min速率升温至130度,保温40min,以1.0℃/min速率降温至65℃;
S4.酸性还原:用醋酸调整染液PH至4-5,加入酸性还原清洗剂,以3.0℃/min速率升温至80℃,保温20min,做还原清洗,保温后排液;
S5.常温水洗2次,每次10min;
S6.染棉:按浴比1:10入水,将棉匀染剂、螯合剂匀速加速染色机内,将染色机温度升40℃,将化成浆料的活性染料通过化料桶加入染色机,运行10min,分两次加入元明粉,以1.0℃/min速率升温至60℃,保温10min后,分两次加入纯碱,每次注料20min,两次间隔10min,然后保温50-60min,排液,常温水洗两次后,加入醋酸常温运行10min,中和后排液;
S7.皂洗:将染色机温度升70℃,加入1.5g/L的皂洗剂STP-2,以1.5℃/min速率升温至85℃,保温20min,以1.5℃/min速率降温至65℃,排液;洗热水(70℃)10min,排液,常温水洗10min后排液;出布、脱水、开幅后准备定型。
本发明使用涤纶皂洗剂STP-2取代了传统涤棉两浴皂洗法,省略还原清洗,只需染棉后皂洗,节水节能且环保,染棉后使用皂洗剂STP-2,可高效地去除沾附在涤纶以及棉纤维上的染料浮色,以提高皂洗、摩擦等各项牢度,STP-2可以耐受较高浓度的元明粉水溶液与碳酸钠水溶液,对金属离子有良好的螯合性,绿色环保,大大提高生产效率,实现节能减排。采用涤棉色牢度提升剂TPV作为改善涤纶、涤棉或其混纺织物各项牢度的牢度提升剂,解决部分染色织物泡水牢度差的问题。尤其适用于泡水牢度较差的黑色、藏青色、大红等,能明显提高水洗牢度和沾色牢度,对织物色光影响较小;皂洗过程中使用涤纶皂洗剂STP-2与TPV 起到互相增效作用。

具体实施方式
实施例
以染32S/100D藏蓝打击布为例:
染色工艺:高温染色机130℃定涤,出布后进行皂洗色牢度检测,使用新型助剂,待定型落布后再进行皂洗色牢度检测,与前者进行对比,看定型后的效果。

S1、采用针织面料常用染色机(ECO-8-D1T立信染整机械有限公司)染色按浴比1:10 入水,将高温匀染剂、醋酸匀速加速染色机内;
S2、上布,布速调节为200m/min左右、调控泵压使喷嘴的喷量为最大的80%;
S3、染涤:将染色机温度升40℃,将化成浆料的分散染料通过化料桶加入染色机,以 1.5℃/min速率升温至80℃,保温10min,以1.0℃/min速率升温至130度,保温40min, 以1.0℃/min速率降温至65℃;工艺曲线如图1所示
S4、酸性还原:用醋酸调整染液PH至4-5,加入酸性还原清洗剂,以3.0℃/min速率升温至80℃,保温20min,做还原清洗,保温后排液;
S5、常温水洗2次,每次10min;
S6、染棉:按浴比1:10入水,将棉匀染剂、螯合剂匀速加速染色机内,将染色机温度升40℃,将化成浆料的活性染料通过化料桶加入染色机,运行10min,分两次加入元明粉,以1.0℃/min速率升温至60℃,保温10min后,分两次加入纯碱,每次注料20min,两次间隔10min,然后保温50-60min,排液,常温水洗两次后,加入醋酸常温运行10min, 中和后排液;工艺曲线如图2
S7、将染色机温度升70℃,加入1.5g/L的皂洗剂STP-2,以1.5℃/min速率升温至85℃, 保温20min,以1.5℃/min速率降温至65℃,排液;洗热水(70℃)10min,排液,常温水洗10min后排液;出布、脱水、开幅后准备定型。

定型工艺:
1.清洗定型机的轧槽、轧棍,地面干净整洁;
2.将需要定型面料推至定型机车头;
3.设定工艺参数,定型温度160℃,车速25m/min,超喂20%;
4.在料槽中配好40g/L的涤棉色牢度提升剂TPV溶液,并注入轧槽中待用;
5.将需定型的布与车头引布做好包缝连接,断头要连接平整;
6.运行机器,面料经向两侧要置于定型机针板上,针眼距布边0.5cm;
7.定型机尾操作工放好落布车,观察面料外观质量,并检测幅宽、克重、干湿摩擦牢度、皂洗牢度等性能指标;
8.面料经定型后,填写好面料运转卡,然后将面料推至待验区等待检验。
·性能测试
①皂洗色牢度测试:皂洗色牢度是纺织品色牢度检测当中的一项,是纺织品质量检验中一个重要的检测项目,其好坏是评定纺织品印染质量的一个主要方面。
测试方法:取3g洗涤液溶于100ml水中,将待测布样放入溶液中搅拌,3min后静置,观察洗液颜色,如图3和图4所示:
经测试结果可以看出:定型后的皂洗色牢度明显提升,而且色相也符合客户要求。新工艺下测试的皂洗牢度比原工艺皂洗牢度效果要好。
②耐干湿摩擦色牢度测试:耐摩擦色牢度按照GB/T 3920—2008测试,耐摩擦色牢度是指染色织物经受外界的作用而保持原来色泽或状态的能力。
测试方法:用标准干态和湿态棉布,按规定条件与染色织物试样进行摩擦,根据白布上的沾色程度与标准灰色沾色样卡进行对照评定,即染料分子和有色纤维微粒子在外力的作用下通过界面接触向白布转移的程度。评定该染色织物的耐摩擦色牢度程度(级数)以1级最差,5 级最佳。
图5为干湿摩比较图,经测试结果可以看出:经对试样进行摩擦试验和对沾色区域的微观分析,纺织品经摩擦试验后干摩4-5级,湿摩4级,符合客户来样要求,新工艺对匹布干湿摩擦没有影响;布样润湿后,染料容易发生转移,这也是湿摩擦色牢度比干摩擦色牢度差的原因。
③耐洗色牢度测试:GB/T 3921—2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐皂洗色牢度》标准。
测试方法:纺织品试样夹于涤棉标准贴衬织物缝合在一起,将其置于肥皂和无水碳酸钠混合液中,在规定的时间以及温度中,进行机械搅动,再经过清洗和干燥,以原样为参照,通过灰色样卡或者仪器评定试样变色和贴衬织物的沾色情况。
皂洗液配置:5g皂片,0.5g无水碳酸钠溶于1L水中,升温至于设备温度一致备用,待设备温度升至65℃,放于洗杯中洗45min;
图4耐洗色牢度涤棉沾色情况对比图,经测试结果可以看出:涤沾色情况评级可达4-5级,棉沾色情况评级可达4-5级,符合客户要求。
本发明为染色皂洗过程,使用涤纶皂洗剂STP-2皂洗,可有效除去织物表面浮色,而且省略原还原清洗,本染色过程能提高皂洗、摩擦等性能;后整理过程中,使用新型助剂涤棉色牢度提升剂,可明显提高织物水洗牢度和沾色牢度,无论从机械性还是染色性两者应用可达到1+1≥2的效果,实现了工艺少流程,少耗能,少排污,布面服用性能还能达到客户的要求。
本发明所使用的涤纶皂洗剂STP-2和涤棉色牢度提升剂TPV均为山东汉邦新材料科技有限公司生产。

Claims (2)

1.一种提升涤棉色牢度的方法,其特征在于,所述的方法包括下述步骤:染涤→酸性还原→染棉→皂洗→出缸→脱水→开幅→定型;具体步骤包括:
S1.按浴比1:10入水,将高温匀染剂、醋酸匀速加速染色机内;
S2.上布,布速调节为200m/min左右、调控泵压使喷嘴的喷量为最大的80%;
S3.染涤:将染色机温度升40℃,将化成浆料的分散染料通过化料桶加入染色机,以1.5℃/min速率升温至80℃,保温10min,以1.0℃/min速率升温至130度,保温40min,以1.0℃/min速率降温至65℃;
S4.酸性还原:用醋酸调整染液PH至4-5,加入酸性还原清洗剂,以3.0℃/min速率升温至80℃,保温20min,做还原清洗,保温后排液;
S5.常温水洗2次,每次10min;
S6.染棉:按浴比1:10入水,将棉匀染剂、螯合剂匀速加速染色机内,将染色机温度升40℃,将化成浆料的活性染料通过化料桶加入染色机,运行10min,分两次加入元明粉,以1.0℃/min速率升温至60℃,保温10min后,分两次加入纯碱,每次注料20min,两次间隔10min,然后保温50-60min,排液,常温水洗两次后,加入醋酸常温运行10min,中和后排液;
S7.皂洗:将染色机温度升70℃,加入1.5g/L的皂洗剂STP-2,以1.5℃/min速率升温至85℃,保温20min,以1.5℃/min速率降温至65℃,排液;洗热水(70℃)10min,排液,常温水洗10min后排液;出布、脱水、开幅后准备定型。
2.如权利要求1所述的提升涤棉色牢度的方法,其特征在于,所述的定型步骤的参数如下:定型时间(min)20-30;定型温度(℃)160;车速(m/min)25;超喂+20%;涤棉色牢度提升剂TPV 40g/L。
