Abstract

本发明涉及一种棉麻混纺染布的制备工艺,主要包括以下步骤:坯布准备、烧毛、预处理、退浆、煮练和漂白、染色及后处理;其中,预处理操作为水热加压处理,浴比为1:10‑15、温度为135‑150℃、压力为0.2‑0.3MPa、处理时间为20‑30min;所述退浆操作为在55‑60℃的温水中同时加入纤维素酶、淀粉酶、非离子表面活性剂及半胱胺,并控制pH值为5.5‑6、浴比为1:10‑15;所述煮练和漂白操作为在高温的浓碱溶液中进行煮练,浓碱溶液中添加有烧碱、双氧水和抗皱剂;所述染色操作先将坯布放入浴比1:15‑20的温水中,加入缓冲液和载体助剂,15min后加入染料进行高温高压染色。本发明采用水热加压预处理方法,能够有效软化麻纤维;退浆操作中同时进行纤维素酶和淀粉酶的处理,能够在去除淀粉的同时进行棉麻染布的整理工作;本发明制备的染布色牢度、耐日晒度好。

Description

一种棉麻混纺染布的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及棉麻混纺织物的染色工艺,尤其涉及一种棉麻混纺染布的制备工艺。
背景技术
纯棉面料的质地柔软,吸湿抗热性较好,而且穿着舒适,在服装行业使用广泛,织品与肌肤接触无任何刺激,无负作用,久穿对人体有益无害,卫生性能良好。亚麻面料具有调温、抗过敏、防静电、抗菌的功能,但是纯亚麻纤维制成的面料手感粗糙,因此部分面料采用亚麻纤维和棉纤维进行混纺,以提高面料的柔软性,亚麻纤维短、粗、硬,与棉面料易于染色不同,亚麻纤维和棉纤维混纺后的面料难以均匀上色,色牢度相对较差、容易褪色。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种染色均匀、色牢度好的棉麻混纺染布的制备工艺,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种棉麻混纺染布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤;
S1、坯布准备:选用棉纤维和亚麻纤维混合纺织的混纺面料作为染色的坯布;
S2、烧毛:烧去坯布表面上的绒毛;烧毛的目的在于在于烧去布面上的绒毛,使布面光洁美观,并防止在染色、印花时因绒毛存在而产生染色不匀及印花疵病。织物烧毛是将织物平幅快速通过高温火焰,或擦过赤热的金属表面,这时布面上存在的绒毛很快升温,并发生燃烧,而布身比较紧密,升温较慢,在未升到着火点时,即已离开了火焰或赤热的金属表面,从而达到烧去绒毛,又不损伤织物的目的。
S3、预处理:水热加压处理,浴比为1:10-15、温度为135-150℃、压力为0.2-0.3MPa、处理时间为20-30min;传统的染色前处理多为在温水中加入添加剂后浸泡,这种操作需要使用较多的添加剂,主要起到提高耐光牢度和软化坯布的作用,本发明中采用水热加压处理方式代替传统的添加剂处理,能够达到同等的软化麻纤维的效果,在蒸煮过程中可使纤维中某些成分受到一定程度的破坏或溶解,使纤维间的结合力受到削弱从而提高麻纤维的塑性,同时,在加压蒸煮过程中,会产生错综复杂的物理化学和化学反应,从而使得麻纤维的染色性能提高,有助于提高后期的色牢度。
S4、退浆:在55-60℃的温水中同时加入1-1.5g/L的纤维素酶、0.8-1.5g/L淀粉酶、0.5-0.8g/L非离子表面活性剂及0.05-0.1g/L半胱胺,并控制pH值为5.5-6、浴比为1:10-15、处理时间为45-60min;纤维素酶作为一种高效生物催化剂,因其具有可降解性及对织物能产生可控的整理而广泛应用于纺织行业,处理后的织物手感细腻、柔软、耐用性增强;淀粉酶可以在低温条件下达到退浆效果;非离子表面活性剂的加入能够促进纤维素酶的活性、半胱胺则能够促进淀粉酶的活性,大大缩短退浆时间、提高退浆效果,另一方面,非离子表面活性剂和半胱胺的加入能够中和纤维素酶与淀粉酶的使用条件,由于纤维素酶和淀粉酶的最佳活性温度和酸碱度不同,因此同时使用常会影响各自的效果,而加入非离子表面活性剂和半胱胺后,纤维素酶和淀粉酶的最佳活性温度和酸碱度差异变小,能够为同时使用提供可能。
S5、煮练:在高温的浓碱溶液中进行煮练,浓碱溶液中添加有烧碱、双氧水和抗皱剂,控制pH值8-9、温度为85-90℃;煮练主要用于去除残留杂质和色素,在此过程中加入抗皱剂一方面能够提高坯布的柔软性和易染色性,同时还能够起到保护坯布的作用、能够防止坯布在浓碱条件下收到损伤。
S6、染色:先将坯布放入浴比1:15-20的温水中,加入15-20g/L的缓冲液和1-2g/L的载体助剂,15min后加入染料进行高温高压染色;加入缓冲液和载体助剂主要起到预染的作用。
S7、后处理;将坯布从染色机中取出并清洗,清洗完成后放入烘箱内烘烤,直至坯布的含水率降至3-5%,然后拉幅定型。
进一步的,步骤S3中缓慢升温至135-150℃后保温,所述缓慢升温的速度为5-8℃/min,试验证明,缓慢升温相比快速升温对于麻纤维的软化效果更佳。
进一步的,步骤S4中纤维素酶为酸性纤维素酶、淀粉酶为α-淀粉酶,酸性纤维素酶在本发明的酸性条件下活性更高,α-淀粉酶更适宜温度较高的环境。
进一步的,步骤S5中抗皱剂由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:柔软剂25-30份、乳酸5-10份、渗透剂5-10份、醋酸铝15-20份。
本发明的有益效果在于:预处理步骤成本低、效果好;退浆处理和纤维素酶处理同时进行,缩短了染色周期、提高了生产效率;采用本发明的工艺制备的棉麻混纺染布具有色牢度高、染色均匀、面料柔软的优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1、
一种棉麻混纺染布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤;
S1、坯布准备:选用棉纤维和亚麻纤维混合纺织的混纺面料作为染色的坯布;
S2、烧毛:烧去坯布表面上的绒毛;
S3、预处理:水热加压处理,浴比为1:15、温度为140℃、压力为0.25MPa、处理时间为25min,整个过程中始终保持温度为恒定值;
S4、退浆:在60℃的温水中同时加入1.5g/L的纤维素酶、1.2g/L淀粉酶、0.6g/L非离子表面活性剂及0.07g/L半胱胺,并控制pH值为5.8、浴比为1:15、处理时间为50min;
S5、煮练:在高温的浓碱溶液中进行煮练,浓碱溶液中添加有烧碱、双氧水和抗皱剂,控制pH值为9、温度为90℃,其中抗皱剂为MSDS-66;
S6、染色:先将坯布放入浴比1:18的温水中,加入18g/L的缓冲液和1.5g/L的载体助剂,15min后加入染料进行高温高压染色。
S7、后处理;将坯布从染色机中取出并清洗,清洗完成后放入烘箱内烘烤,直至坯布的含水率降至3-5%,然后拉幅定型。
实施例2、
步骤S3中缓慢升温至140℃后保温,所述缓慢升温的速度为6℃/min,其余工艺条件和处理步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例3、
步骤S3中缓慢升温至140℃后保温,所述缓慢升温的速度为6℃/min,步骤S5中抗皱剂由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:柔软剂27份、乳酸7份、渗透剂7份、醋酸铝18份,其余工艺条件和处理步骤与实施例1相同。
对比例1、
步骤S3不采用热水加压的处理方法,采用在室温下将坯布置于1:20的水中预湿润8min,加入8g/L耐光牢度增强剂、10g/L防皱剂,调节pH值为5-6,升温至50-60℃浸泡30-50min,其余工艺条件与处理步骤与实施例1相同。
对比例2、
取消步骤S3的预处理步骤,其余工艺条件与处理步骤与实施例1相同。
对比例3、
步骤S4中在55℃的温水中加入1.2g/L淀粉酶及0.07g/L半胱胺,并控制pH值为5.8、浴比为1:15、处理时间为50min,其余工艺条件与处理步骤与实施例1相同。
分别对上述3个实施例和3个对比例进行染色牢度测试,检测结果如下:

对比分析实施例1和实施例2可知,预处理步骤采用缓慢升温的方式对于日晒牢度有明显的积极影响;对比分析实施例2和实施例3可知,本发明的抗皱剂配比相比传统MSDS-66抗皱剂对日晒牢度和耐洗牢度的提高更有益处;对比分析实施例1、对比例1、对比例2可知,水热加压处理对日晒牢度的积极影响更显著;对比分析实施例1与对比例3可知,在退浆步骤中混合纤维素酶整理操作同样也能提高日晒牢度。

Claims (4)

1.一种棉麻混纺染布的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤;
S1、坯布准备:选用棉纤维和亚麻纤维混合纺织的混纺面料作为染色的坯布;
S2、烧毛:烧去坯布表面上的绒毛;
S3、预处理:水热加压处理,浴比为1:10-15、温度为135-150℃、压力为0.2-0.3MPa、处理时间为20-30min;
S4、退浆:在55-60℃的温水中同时加入1-1.5g/L的纤维素酶、0.8-1.5g/L淀粉酶、0.5-0.8g/L非离子表面活性剂及0.05-0.1g/L半胱胺,并控制pH值为5.5-6、浴比为1:10-15、处理时间为45-60min;
S5、煮练:在高温的浓碱溶液中进行煮练,浓碱溶液中添加有烧碱、双氧水和抗皱剂,控制pH值8-9、温度为85-90℃;
S6、染色:先将坯布放入浴比1:15-20的温水中,加入15-20g/L的缓冲液和1-2g/L的载体助剂,15min后加入染料进行高温高压染色;
S7、后处理;将坯布从染色机中取出并清洗,清洗完成后放入烘箱内烘烤,直至坯布的含水率降至3-5%,然后拉幅定型。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种棉麻混纺染布的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤S3中缓慢升温至40-50℃后保温,所述缓慢升温的速度为5-8℃/min。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种棉麻混纺染布的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤S4中纤维素酶为酸性纤维素酶、淀粉酶为α-淀粉酶。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种棉麻混纺染布的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S5中抗皱剂由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:柔软剂25-30份、乳酸5-10份、渗透剂5-10份、醋酸铝15-20份。
