本发明涉及导电性金属树脂层叠体及其成型体。
背景技术
燃料电池隔离物(隔膜)在发挥赋予各单元电池以导电性的作用以及确保供给到单元电池的燃料和空气(氧)的通道的作用的同时,还发挥作为它们的分隔边界壁的作用。因此,对隔离物要求高导电性、高不透气性、化学稳定性、耐热性、亲水性等各种特性。
燃料电池隔离物主要可大致分为由碳系材料形成的碳隔离物和由金属材料形成的金属隔离物。其中,金属隔离物具有高导电性、高传热性、机械强度和不透气性。但是,金属隔离物具有容易受到由燃料电池中的环境所致的腐蚀这样的缺点。
在金属隔离物中,作为腐蚀对策提出了将金属材料用适宜的被覆层进行被覆的方法。例如,在专利文献1中公开了一种在金属基板的至少一个单面设置将树脂和导电性填充剂混合了的树脂导电层,通过压制加工成型有气体流路的燃料电池用隔离物。但是,在这种以往的技术中,存在如下等问题:在加工负荷高、集中负载产生的部位,在加工时非金属的导电层被挤出,露出金属。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
本发明是为了解决上述问题点而完成的,目的在于提供一种具备金属箔和树脂层且成型性和加工性优异的导电性金属树脂层叠体及其成型体。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明人为了解决上述课题而反复进行了专心研究,结果发现,采用具备金属箔、以及在其至少一个面上包含由非金属材料形成的导电性填料、有机纤维和树脂的树脂层的导电性金属树脂层叠体,成型性和加工性改善,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明提供下述导电性金属树脂层叠体及其成型体。
1.导电性金属树脂层叠体,该导电性金属树脂层叠体具备金属箔、以及在其至少一个面上包含由非金属材料形成的导电性填料、有机纤维和树脂的树脂层。
2.根据技术方案1的导电性金属树脂层叠体,其中,上述树脂层是使树脂含浸于包含由非金属材料形成的导电性填料和有机纤维的非金属导电片材而成的。
3.根据技术方案1或2的导电性金属树脂层叠体,其中,上述有机纤维是其熔点高于对导电性金属树脂层叠体进行加热而进行加工时的加热温度、并且加工后仍以纤维状存在的有机纤维。
4.根据技术方案1~3的任一项的导电性金属树脂层叠体,其中,上述树脂为热固性树脂。
5.根据技术方案1~4的任一项的导电性金属树脂层叠体,其中,上述导电性填料包括碳材料。
6.将根据技术方案1~5的任一项的导电性金属树脂层叠体进行成型而得到的成型体。

发明效果
本发明的层叠体通过使用在树脂层中包含纤维质的非金属导电片材,成型性改善。特别是,即使在集中负载施加那样的加工负荷高的部分,也被纤维质约束,因此材料没有逃逸,金属箔没有露出。
另外,上述非金属导电片材可以以高填充率包含导电填料,可实现薄壁的片材化,处理性优异。由于该特性,加工时工序负荷降低。上述非金属导电片材能够使填料高填充,因此导电性的控制也变得容易。

具体实施方式
[导电性金属树脂层叠体]
本发明的导电性金属树脂层叠体具备金属箔、以及在其至少一个面上包含由非金属材料形成的导电性填料、有机纤维和树脂的树脂层。
[金属箔]
作为上述金属箔的材质,没有特别限定,优选耐腐蚀性优异的材质,可举出不锈钢、钛和钛合金、铝和铝合金、铜和铜合金、镍和镍合金、铜和铜合金等。
上述金属箔可以以具有耐腐蚀性的镀覆层和类金刚石碳等的涂层为首并以改善硬度、耐磨性、润滑性、耐腐蚀性、抗氧化性、耐热性、隔热性、绝缘性、密合性、装饰性和美观等这些性质中的一些为主要目的而实施表面处理。
上述金属箔的厚度从金属箔处理时的强度和加工性的观点出发,优选为10~300μm,更优选为10~200μm。
[树脂层]
上述树脂层包含由非金属材料形成的导电性填料、有机纤维和树脂。作为上述导电性填料,只要为非金属材料就没有特别限定,例如可举出碳材料、无机粉末、导电性陶瓷等,优选碳材料。作为上述碳材料,可举出天然石墨、将针状焦炭烧制而成的人造石墨、将块状焦炭烧制而成的人造石墨、将天然石墨化学处理而得到的膨胀石墨等石墨,将碳电极粉碎而成者、煤系沥青、石油系沥青、焦炭、活性炭、玻璃状碳、乙炔黑、科琴黑等。这些之中,作为导电性填料,从导电性的观点出发,优选石墨。上述导电性填料可单独使用一种或将两种以上组合使用。
上述导电性填料的形状没有特别限定,可以为球状、鳞片状、块状、箔状、板状、针状、无定形中的任一者,从用作燃料电池隔离物时的导电性的观点出发,优选球状或块状的低长宽比形状。
上述导电性填料的平均粒径优选为1~200μm,更优选为1~100μm。如果导电性填料的平均粒径为上述范围,则能够得到所需的导电性并确保气体阻隔性。予以说明,在本发明中,平均粒径是指基于激光衍射法的粒度分布测定中的中值粒径(d50)。
上述导电性填料的含量在上述树脂层中优选为30~96质量%,更优选为30~85质量%。如果导电性填料的含量为上述范围,则能够在不损害成型性的范围内得到所需的导电性。
上述有机纤维优选是其熔点高于对本发明的层叠体加热而进行加工时的加热温度的有机纤维。具体地,从为了使有机纤维以纤维形态可靠地保持以承受成型加工时的加工负荷的观点出发,上述有机纤维的熔点优选比上述加热温度高10℃以上,更优选高20℃以上,进一步优选高30℃以上。通过使用这样的有机纤维,能够改善层叠体和由其得到的成型品的强度。
作为上述有机纤维的材质,可举出聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺(分解温度500℃)、聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺(分解温度500℃)等芳族聚酰胺、聚丙烯腈(熔点317℃)、纤维素(熔点260℃)、乙酸酯(熔点260℃)、尼龙聚酯(熔点260℃)、聚苯硫醚(PPS)(熔点280℃)、聚乙烯(PE)(熔点120~140℃(HDPE)、95~130℃(LDPE))、聚丙烯(PP)(熔点160℃)等。
从抄造时的基重(grammage)的稳定化和层叠体的强度确保的观点出发,上述有机纤维的平均纤维长度优选为0.1~10mm,优选为0.1~6mm,优选为0.5~6mm。另外,从成型性的观点出发,上述有机纤维的平均纤维直径优选为0.1~100μm,更优选为0.1~50μm,进一步优选为1~50μm。予以说明,在本发明中平均纤维长度和平均纤维直径是使用光学显微镜或电子显微镜对任意的100条纤维所测定的纤维长度和纤维直径的算术平均值。
上述有机纤维的含量在树脂层中优选为1~20质量%,更优选为3~15质量%。如果有机纤维的含量为上述范围,则不损害成型性。上述有机纤维可单独使用一种或将两种以上组合使用。
作为上述树脂,没有特别限定,从耐热性这方面出发,优选熔点或玻璃化转变点为100℃以上的树脂。如果为这样的树脂,则可以为热固性树脂,也可以为热塑性树脂,从耐热性和耐蠕变性这方面出发,优选热固性树脂。
作为上述热固性树脂,例如可举出以可熔可溶型酚醛树脂、酚醛清漆型酚醛树脂为代表的酚醛系树脂,糠醇树脂、糠醇糠醛树脂、糠醇酚树脂等呋喃系树脂,聚酰亚胺树脂,聚碳二亚胺(polycarbodiimide)树脂,聚丙烯腈树脂,芘-菲树脂,聚氯乙烯树脂,环氧树脂,尿素树脂,邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯树脂,不饱和聚酯树脂,蜜胺树脂,二甲苯树脂等。作为上述热固性树脂,从加工性和成型体的物性这方面考虑,优选环氧树脂、酚醛树脂。
作为上述热塑性树脂,例如可举出聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯硫醚、氟树脂、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、液晶聚合物、聚醚醚酮、聚环烯烃和聚醚砜以及它们的衍生物中熔点为100℃以上的树脂、聚碳酸酯、聚苯乙烯和聚苯醚以及它们的衍生物中玻璃化转变点为100℃以上的树脂等。作为上述热塑性树脂,从成本、耐热性、耐蠕变性方面考虑,优选聚丙烯。
在使用环氧树脂作为上述树脂的情况下,除了主剂以外,可以将固化剂和固化促进剂并用并使其含浸。通过这样操作,固化在各成分相溶的状态下开始,因此固化速度改善且成型体的物性的均匀性改善。
作为环氧树脂,只要具有环氧基就没有特别限定,例如可举出邻甲酚酚醛清漆型环氧树脂、苯酚酚醛清漆型环氧树脂、双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂、联苯型环氧树脂、联苯芳烷基型环氧树脂、三酚型环氧树脂、溴化环氧树脂、双环戊二烯型环氧树脂、联苯酚醛清漆型环氧树脂等。这些可以单独使用一种或者将两种以上组合使用。
作为上述固化剂,优选酚醛树脂,作为其具体例,可举出酚醛清漆型酚醛树脂、甲酚型酚醛树脂、烷基改性酚醛树脂、联苯芳烷基型环氧树脂、三酚型环氧树脂等。这些可以单独使用一种或者将两种以上组合使用。
作为上述固化促进剂,只要促进环氧基与固化剂的反应就没有特别限定。作为固化促进剂的具体例,可举出三苯基膦、四苯基膦、二氮杂双环十一碳烯、二甲基苄胺、2-甲基咪唑、2-甲基-4-咪唑、2-苯基咪唑、2-苯基-4-甲基咪唑、2-十一烷基咪唑、2-十七烷基咪唑等。这些可以单独使用一种或者将两种以上组合使用。
上述树脂的熔点或玻璃化转变点的上限没有特别限定,从层叠体和由其得到的成型品的生产率这方面考虑,优选为300℃以下。
上述树脂的一部分只要其熔点低于加工温度则可以为纤维形态,熔点优选比加工温度低10℃以上,更优选低20℃以上,进一步优选低30℃以上。
上述树脂的含量在上述树脂层中优选为1~50质量%,更优选为1~30质量%。如果含量为上述范围,则不损害成型后的导电性。
上述树脂层可进一步包含导电助剂以改善导电性。作为导电助剂,从耐腐蚀性的观点出发,优选碳纤维、碳纳米纤维、碳纳米管等碳材料且为纤维状的碳材料。
作为上述碳纤维,可举出以聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维为原料的PAN系碳纤维、以石油沥青等沥青为原料的沥青系碳纤维、以酚醛树脂为原料的酚醛系碳纤维等,从成本的观点出发,优选PAN系碳纤维。
从兼得成型性和导电性的观点出发,上述纤维状的导电助剂的平均纤维长度优选为0.1~10mm,优选为0.1~7mm,优选为0.1~5mm。另外,从成型性的观点出发,其平均纤维直径优选为3~50μm,优选为3~30μm,优选为3~15μm。
在包含上述导电助剂的情况下,其含量在上述树脂层中优选为1~20质量%,更优选为1~10质量%。如果导电助剂的含量为上述范围,则能够确保所需的导电性而不损害成型性。上述导电助剂可以单独使用一种或者将两种以上组合使用。
上述树脂层除了上述的成分以外,还可包含其它成分。作为上述其它成分,可举出硬脂酸系蜡、酰胺系蜡、褐煤酸系蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、聚乙烯蜡等内部脱模剂,阴离子系、阳离子系或非离子系的表面活性剂,强酸,强电解质,碱,适于聚丙烯酰胺系、聚丙烯酸钠系、聚甲基丙烯酸酯系等表面活性剂的公知的絮凝剂,羧甲基纤维素、淀粉、醋酸乙烯酯、聚乳酸、聚乙二醇酸、聚氧乙烯等增稠剂等。这些成分的含量只要不损害本发明的效果则可设为任意。
[导电性金属树脂层叠体的制造方法]
本发明的导电性金属树脂层叠体例如可通过包含如下工序的制造方法来制造:将用于形成上述树脂层的层叠体制造用片材放置在金属箔上,进行加压。此时,作为层叠体制造用片材,优选通过将包含树脂的树脂组合物含浸于包含由非金属材料形成的导电性填料和有机纤维的非金属导电片材而得到的片材。
上述非金属导电片材优选为包含导电性填料和有机纤维的抄造片材。上述导电性填料和有机纤维如上所述。上述导电性填料的含量在上述抄造片材中优选为50~96质量%,更优选为60~96质量%。如果导电性填料的含量为上述范围,则可以在不损害成型性的范围内得到所需的导电性。
上述有机纤维的含量在上述抄造片材中优选为1~20质量%,更优选为3~15质量%。如果有机纤维的含量为上述范围,则能够赋予成型后的损害容忍度而不损害成型性。上述有机纤维可以单独使用一种或者将两种以上组合使用。
另外,可包含上述的导电助剂和其它成分。上述导电助剂的含量在上述抄造片材中优选为1~20质量%,更优选为1~10质量%。如果导电助剂的含量为上述范围,则能够确保所需的导电性而不损害成型性。上述导电助剂可以单独使用一种或者将两种以上组合使用。其它成分的含量只要不损害本发明的效果则可设为任意。
上述抄造片材可通过将包含上述各成分的组合物进行抄造来制造。抄造方法没有特别限定,可以为以往公知的方法。例如,通过使包含上述各成分的组合物分散在不溶解这些成分的溶剂中,使得到的分散液中的各成分堆积在基材上,使得到的堆积物干燥,从而可制造本发明的上述抄造片材。通过采用抄造法制作片材,能够使纤维均匀地分散在片材中,能够含有纤维直至成为具有充分的强度的片材。
上述抄造片材即使其基重为50~1500g/m2左右的低基重,也具有充分的强度。另外,上述抄造片材优选其厚度为0.2~1.0mm左右。
含浸于上述非金属导电片材的树脂组合物可根据需要包含由非金属材料形成的导电性填料。通过含浸包含上述导电性填料的树脂组合物,在上述片材的表面形成导电性填料层(即,导电性填料局部存在于上述片材的表面),因此,由本发明的层叠体得到的成型品成为电阻的下降被抑制、表面导电性得到改善的成型品。上述树脂和导电性填料如上所述。
上述树脂组合物中,树脂的含量优选为20~100质量%,更优选为60~100质量%。在包含上述导电性填料的情况下,其含量优选为0.1~80质量%,更优选为0.1~40质量%。如果导电性填料的含量为上述范围,则与树脂的分散性优异,能够防止含浸时的偏析。
上述树脂组合物可根据需要包含其它成分。作为上述其它成分,可举出硬脂酸系蜡、酰胺系蜡、褐煤酸系蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、聚乙烯蜡等内部脱模剂,阴离子系、阳离子系或非离子系的表面活性剂,强酸,强电解质,碱,适于聚丙烯酰胺系、聚丙烯酸钠系、聚甲基丙烯酸酯系等表面活性剂的公知的絮凝剂,羧甲基纤维素、淀粉、醋酸乙烯酯、聚乳酸、聚乙二醇酸、聚氧乙烯等增稠剂等,抗氧化剂,热稳定剂,卤素捕集剂,紫外线吸收剂,抗菌剂,无机填充材料,润滑剂,增塑剂,阻燃剂,表面活性剂,亲水性赋予剂,疏水性赋予剂,滑动性赋予剂等。这些成分的含量只要不损害本发明的效果则可设为任意。
从生产率的观点出发,上述树脂组合物优选为包括浆料状的液状,或者膜状。在上述树脂组合物为液状的情况下,例如可使用将上述成分溶解或悬浮在溶剂中而制成悬浊液者。作为上述溶剂,没有特别限制,可根据目的适当选择,例如可举出水系溶剂、有机系溶剂。作为上述水系溶剂,例如可举出水、醇等。作为上述有机系溶剂,例如可举出丙酮、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)、甲苯、甲乙酮(MEK)等。上述溶剂的含量只要是使上述树脂组合物的全部量溶解的量就没有特别限定。
在上述树脂组合物为膜状的情况下,可使用将树脂和根据需要的上述成分加热至比上述树脂的熔点高的温度,进行混炼并成型为膜状者(以下,有时也简称为树脂膜)。此时,作为成型方法,可举出辊压、平板压、带压等方法。上述膜的厚度可根据含浸于上述非金属导电片材的树脂和导电性填料的量来适当设定。
本发明的层叠体优选其厚度为150~1000μm左右。
通过使上述树脂组合物含浸于上述非金属导电片材,能够制造上述层叠体制造用片材。作为含浸方法,在上述树脂组合物为浆料状或液状的情况下,可举出将上述非金属导电片材浸渍在该组合物中的方法、以及将该组合物滴加和喷雾至上述非金属导电片材上而使其含浸的方法。在上述树脂组合物为膜状的情况下,可举出将该树脂膜加热、使其熔融而使该组合物含浸的方法。
本发明的导电性金属树脂层叠体可用作燃料电池用隔离物、电池用集成体、电极、散热板、电磁波屏障、电子电路基板、电阻器、加热器、集尘滤芯、面状发热体、电磁波材料等成型体的前体。
[成型体]
通过将本发明的导电性金属树脂层叠体根据需要进行切断面或冲裁而制成所期望的大小,将得到的片材进行加热、成型,从而可制造成型体。予以说明,端部、切断面和冲裁部位通过使层叠体制造用片材大于金属箔,由此在成型后能够用树脂层覆盖。另外,将进行了切断或冲裁的导电性树脂层叠体投入外形尺寸稍大于该导电性树脂层叠体的模具中,其后采用压缩成型使树脂流动,从而能够覆盖端部、切断面和冲裁部位。
作为上述成型方法,没有特别限定,优选压缩成型。作为进行压缩成型时的模具,例如可举出能够在成型体的表面的一面或两面形成槽的模具。通过使用这样的模具,可得到在表面的一面或两面具有槽的成型体。上述槽例如在燃料电池隔离物的情况下成为气体流路。
就进行压缩成型时的温度(模具温度)而言,在使用热固性树脂作为上述树脂种类的情况下,优选为固化促进剂的活性温度,在使用热塑性树脂的情况下,优选为比树脂的熔点高10℃以上,更优选高20℃以上。另外,成型压力优选为1~100MPa,更优选为1~60MPa。
采用上述方法,能够制造厚度薄壁化至100~600μm左右、导电性和散热性优异的成型体。上述成型体可适宜地用作燃料电池隔离物、电池用集成体、电极、散热板等。
实施例
以下,举出制造例、实施例和比较例,更具体地说明本发明,但本发明不受限于下述实施例。予以说明,下述实施例中使用的材料如下所述。
·天然石墨:平均粒径25μm
·PAN系碳纤维:平均纤维长度3.0mm,平均纤维直径7μm
·聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺纤维:平均纤维长度0.9mm,平均纤维直径10μm,分解温度500℃
[1]导电性片材的制作
[制造例1]
将天然石墨87质量份、PAN系碳纤维3质量份和芳族聚酰胺纤维10质量份放入水中,进行搅拌,得到纤维质浆料。将该浆料进行抄造,制作了导电性片材A。导电性片材A的基重为78g/m2。
[2]树脂溶液的制备
[制造例2]
将作为环氧树脂的NC-3000(日本化药(株))71.8质量份、作为固化剂的フェノライト(注册商标)TD2090(DIC(株))27.9质量份和作为固化促进剂的キュアゾール(注册商标)2PZ(四国化成工业(株))0.3质量份溶解在丙酮100质量份中以制备了50质量%的树脂溶液A。
[3]涂敷用浆料的制作
[制造例3]
向树脂溶液A添加树脂质量的3.16倍的天然石墨、相对于石墨为4质量%的碳纤维,用丙酮稀释至石墨浓度成为50质量%以成为适于涂敷的浓度,得到了涂敷用浆料。
[4]导电性金属树脂层叠体的制作及其评价
[实施例1]
向导电性片材A滴加树脂溶液A并使其含浸,使丙酮挥发,制作了层叠体制造用片材,该层叠体制造用片材为导电性片材和树脂的复合体。树脂溶液的含浸量设为丙酮挥发后的复合体基重成为92g/m2的量。
将制作的层叠体制造用片材配置于作为厚度50μm的不锈钢(SUS)箔的SUS304H的上下表面,用作为脱模片材的聚四氟乙烯片材夹持后,用压缩成型机在模具温度90℃、压力1MPa下加压30秒,制作了使复合体熔敷至SUS箔而成的层叠体A。
[比较例1]
使用棒涂机将制造例3的浆料以干燥后成为101g/m2/单面的形式涂敷至SUS箔的两面,使其干燥,得到了层叠体B。
关于层叠体A和B,进行了以下的评价。
[表面观察]
将层叠体A和B分别投入带有成为流路的槽的模具中,用压缩成型机在模具温度185℃、压力60MPa下加热成型5分钟,得到了带流路的层叠体A和B。
用数码显微镜观察了带流路的层叠体A和B各自的表面。将结果示于表1。另外,图1中示出带流路的层叠体A的观察图像,图2中示出带流路的层叠体B的观察图像。予以说明,图1和2中,1表示流路的凸部,2表示流路的侧面,3表示流路的底部。
[贯通电阻(penetration resistance)]
将层叠体A和B分别投入平板的模具中,用压缩成型机在模具温度185℃、压力60MPa下加热成型5分钟,得到了平板层叠成型体A和B。在从这些层叠成型体切出的15mm×15mm×0.15mm的试验片的上下配置实施了镀金的铜电极,一边在上下方向施加1MPa的面压一边以成为电流密度1A/cm2的方式使电流流过,采用4端子法测定此时的电压降,依照下述式求出贯通电阻。将结果示于表1。

[弯曲强度]
将层叠体A和B分别投入平板的模具中,用压缩成型机在模具温度185℃、压力60MPa下加热成型5分钟,得到了平板层叠成型体A和B。使用从这些层叠成型体切出的60mm×10mm×0.15mm的试验片,基于JIS K 7171求出弯曲强度。将结果示于表1。

根据图1,带流路的层叠体A能够在金属箔不露出的状况下成型,而根据图2,带流路的层叠体B在流路的凸部1和侧面2中露出金属箔。根据表1所示的结果,将本发明的导电性金属树脂层叠体压缩成型而得到的成型体没有金属箔的露出,导电性和强度优异。

Claims (13)
1.导电性金属树脂层叠体,该导电性金属树脂层叠体具备金属箔、以及在其至少一个面上包含由非金属材料形成的导电性填料、有机纤维和树脂的树脂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导电性金属树脂层叠体,其中,上述树脂层是使树脂含浸于包含由非金属材料形成的导电性填料和有机纤维的非金属导电片材而成的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的导电性金属树脂层叠体,其中,上述有机纤维是其熔点高于对导电性金属树脂层叠体进行加热而进行加工时的加热温度、并且加工后仍以纤维状存在的有机纤维。
4.根据权利要求1~3的任一项所述的导电性金属树脂层叠体,其中,上述树脂为热固性树脂。
5.根据权利要求1~4的任一项所述的导电性金属树脂层叠体,其中,上述导电性填料包括碳材料。
6.将根据权利要求1~5的任一项所述的导电性金属树脂层叠体进行成型而得到的成型体。
7.根据权利要求6所述的成型体,其中,上述成型体为燃料电池隔离物、电池用集成体、电极或散热板。
8.燃料电池隔离物,该燃料电池隔离物具备金属箔、以及在其至少一个面上包含由非金属材料形成的导电性填料、有机纤维和树脂的树脂层,并在单面或两面具有槽。
9.导电性金属树脂层叠体制造用片材,该片材是用于制造具备金属箔、以及在其至少一个面上包含由非金属材料形成的导电性填料、有机纤维和树脂的树脂层的导电性金属树脂层叠体的片材,其中,
该片材将包含树脂的树脂组合物含浸于包含由非金属材料形成的导电性填料和有机纤维的非金属导电片材而成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的导电性金属树脂层叠体制造用片材,其中,上述非金属导电片材由抄造片材形成,该抄造片材包含由非金属材料形成的导电性填料和有机纤维。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的导电性金属树脂层叠体制造用片材,其中,上述树脂为热固性树脂。
12.根据权利要求9~11的任一项所述的导电性金属树脂层叠体制造用片材,其中,上述导电性填料包括碳材料。
13.导电性金属树脂层叠体的制造方法,其包括如下工序:将根据权利要求9~12的任一项所述的导电性金属树脂层叠体制造用片材放置在金属箔的至少一个面上,进行加压。
