本发明公开了一种五谷降糖面,包括按质量比计的如下组分:苦荞面粉40%、小麦粉10%、小米粉10%、玉米粉10%、青稞粉5%、葛根粉10%、玉竹粉5%和天花粉10%。本发明的有益效果在于:本发明据医食同根,药食同源,结合中医理论,以五谷杂粮为主,配以葛根粉、玉竹粉、天花粉,具有健脾和胃,养阴润肺,生津止渴,对消渴病的防治,同时本品配以菜叶食用,还具有降糖养胃的功效,并且本品中含有的葛根素、黄豆苷元、玉竹果聚糖、铃兰苦苷、天花粉核糖、木糖、苦瓜素、葫芦苦素等,能有效增加食品的疗效。

本发明属于养生食品技术领域,具体涉及一种五谷降糖面。
背景技术
食疗是中国人的传统习惯,通过饮食达到调理身体,强壮体魄的目的。食疗文化源远流长,食疗是一种长远的养生行为。以前的人通过食疗调理身体,现今的人通过食疗减肥、护肤、护发。食疗是一种健康的健体之道。
随着生活水平的提高,肉类、糖类食物的过多摄入,导致人们的血糖升高,不利于身体健康。为了维持血糖的平衡,人们往往会服用一些降糖西药,特别是糖尿病病人在血糖过高后,必须服食降糖西药来降低血糖,长时间服用降糖西药会有较大的副作用,因此,我们提出一种降低血糖的保健食品。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种五谷降糖面。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种五谷降糖面,包括按质量比计的如下组分:苦荞面粉40%、小麦粉10%、小米粉10%、玉米粉10%、青稞粉5%、葛根粉10%、玉竹粉5%和天花粉10%。
作为优选,一种五谷降糖面的制备方法,(1)选取苦荞、小麦、小米、玉米、青稞、葛根、玉竹和天花,并将各个原料进行烘干、去壳、去皮,烘干至含水率低于10%;(2)将烘干后的各个原料进行粉碎,粉碎后筛选出180目-200目的粉料;(3)按配比将步骤(2)中的各个粉料进行混合,混合后即得五谷降糖面。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明据医食同根,药食同源,结合中医理论,以五谷杂粮为主,配以葛根粉、玉竹粉、天花粉,具有健脾和胃,养阴润肺,生津止渴,对消渴病的防治,同时本品配以菜叶食用,还具有降糖养胃的功效,并且本品中含有的葛根素、黄豆苷元、玉竹果聚糖、铃兰苦苷、天花粉核糖、木糖、苦瓜素、葫芦苦素等,能有效增加食品的疗效。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例
本实施例提供的五谷降糖面,通过以下步骤制得:
(1)选取苦荞、小麦、小米、玉米、青稞、葛根、玉竹和天花,并将各个原料进行烘干、去壳、去皮,烘干至含水率低于10%;
(2)将烘干后的各个原料进行粉碎,粉碎后筛选出180目-200目的粉料,并将每个原料进行分类放置;
(3)将苦荞面粉40%、小麦粉10%、小米粉10%、玉米粉10%、青稞粉5%、葛根粉10%、玉竹粉5%和天花粉10%进行干粉混合,混合均匀后即得五谷降糖面;
(4)取80g制得的五谷降糖面进行装袋包装。
食用:取1袋五谷降糖面配以菜叶、油、盐煮服,1日2餐,早晚各一餐。1月为1个疗程,连吃3个疗程,血糖得到平衡,停服降糖西药。长期食饮,血糖不再反弹。

1.一种五谷降糖面,其特征在于:包括按质量比计的如下组分:苦荞面粉40%、小麦粉10%、小米粉10%、玉米粉10%、青稞粉5%、葛根粉10%、玉竹粉5%和天花粉10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种五谷降糖面,其特征在于:一种五谷降糖面的制备方法,(1)选取苦荞、小麦、小米、玉米、青稞、葛根、玉竹和天花,并将各个原料进行烘干、去壳、去皮,烘干至含水率低于10%;(2)将烘干后的各个原料进行粉碎,粉碎后筛选出180目-200目的粉料;(3)按配比将步骤(2)中的各个粉料进行混合,混合后即得五谷降糖面。
