Abstract
一种密封条的张贴装置,该装置包括:输送装置,它将双面覆盖有热可塑性合成树脂的薄板依次输送通过加热工位和压接工位;加热装置,它在加热工位加热薄板的一个边缘部,供给装置,将密封条供给至压接工位,使宽度为密封条宽度一半的密封条与薄板一边缘的一表面侧重合,而使剩下的一半从薄板的上述边缘伸出;一对压接辊,在压接工位由输送的薄板使之以相反的回转方向自由转动地被支承,而且夹、压着薄板的一边缘部及密封条;在两压接辊上,分别与一对压接辊同心地安装一对齿轮,两齿轮互相啮合。
Description
本发明涉及一种密封条的张紧装置,使用覆盖有热可塑性合成树脂的薄板,通过薄板的两缘部互相重合,形成具有纵密封的筒状液体包装材料时,该装置用于将防止液体浸透用密封条张贴在成为纵密封部的薄板的一缘部。
现有技术的该种装置包括:输送装置,它将双面覆盖有热可塑性合成树脂的薄板依次输送通过加热工位和压接工位;加热装置,它在加热工位加热薄板的一个边缘部,使薄板一表面侧的热可塑性合成树脂溶化,而不使另一表面侧的热可塑性合成树脂溶化;供给装置,将密封条供给至压接工位,使宽度为密封条宽度一半的密封条与薄板一边缘的一表面侧重合,而使剩下的一半从薄板的上述边缘伸出;一对压接辊,在压接工位由输送的薄板使之以相反的回转方向自由转动地被支承,而且夹、压着薄板的一边缘部及密封条。
如图5所示,图5表示由上述装置进行张贴作业的薄板W和密封条C。在薄板W上,沿着密封条C的一边缘部的纵向形成了多个并列的横折L。在折皱L部分易产生气孔。产生气孔时,会损害密封性能。
折皱产生的原因如下:溶融的热可塑性合成树脂仅存在于薄板的一面,与此面相接触一侧的接缩辊因溶融的热可塑性合成树脂而相对于薄板打滑,但与薄板另一面相接触的压接辊没有相对于薄板打滑的危险。当压接辊打滑时,便因压接辊的滑擦而产生了折皱L。
此外,为防止折皱的产生,虽然可以适当地设定使热可塑性合成树脂的温度,但此温度范围受到很大限制。
此外,在密封条上,存在上一卷密封条的末端和下一卷密封条的前端相接时产生的接头。当接头通过压辊之间时,接头不能通过压辊之间,有产生密封条被拉伸、断裂的问题。
鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种解决上述问题的密封条张贴装置。
根据本发明的该装置包括:输送装置,它将双面覆盖有热可塑性合成树脂的薄板依次输送通过加热工位和压接工位;加热装置,它在加热工位加热薄板的一个边缘部,使薄板一表面侧的热可塑性合成树脂溶化,而不使另一表面侧的热可塑性合成树脂溶化;供给装置,将密封条供给至压接工位,使宽度为密封条宽度一半的密封条与薄板一边缘的一表面侧重合,而使剩下的一半从薄板的上述边缘伸出;一对压接辊,在压接工位由输送的薄板使之以相反的回转方向自由转动地被支承,而且夹、压着薄板的一边缘部及密封条;在这样的装置中,其特征在于:在两压接辊上,分别与一对压接辊同心地安装一对齿轮,两齿轮互相啮合。
根据本发明的密封条张贴装置中,两压接辊上安装有分别与每一压接辊同轴的一对齿轮,由于两齿轮互相啮合,故两压接辊以相同的速度回转,因此,虽然与溶融热可塑性树脂相接触的一侧压接辊易产生打滑,但由于另一方的压接辊强制地使之转动,故上述的压接辊不会打滑。
故,由本发明的张贴装置可以防止因压接辊打滑引起的折皱。因此,不会因皱折在薄板上产生气孔,可保证密封性能。此外,加热热可塑性合成树脂的设定温度范围可以被扩大,制约工作条件的因素被缓解,不会产生密封条的断裂。

在下面的说明中,“前后”是指:薄板前进一侧为前(图2的右侧),反之为后;“左右”是指从前方看时的左右两侧(图4中的左右)。
薄板W由双面具有聚乙烯的以纸为主体的层叠体构成。密封条C由宽8mm、厚0.05mm的聚乙烯膜构成。密封条C上设有由竖起贴合形成的接头T。
在加热工位S1和压接工位S2分别配置加热器11和压接装置12。
加热器11由压力通风室22和向其供给热风的电热扇23构成。所说的压力通风室22从上方面对薄板输送路径的右边缘进行配置,而且在其底壁上具有热风吹出口21。在压力通风室22的正下方设有竖直挡风板24,竖直挡风板的上端与薄板输送路径大致位于同一水平面上。
压接装置12包括:立于薄板输送路径右侧的朝向左侧的山形(尖顶)状垂直支承板31;从支承板31的顶部向左方突出的水平支承轴32;板状可动板33,它在支承轴长度的一半位置上可向上下方向自如摇动地安装在支承轴32上,并与支承板31之间存在间隙,该可动板32沿前后方向延伸;夹于支承板31和可动板33之间的上下方向延伸的棒状手动操作杆34;具有由支承板31的下部向左方突出的水平的下辊轴35的下压接辊36;具有位于下辊轴35的上方、由可动板33的后端部向左方突出的水平的上辊轴37的上压接辊38;与下压接辊36同心地固定在下压接辊36的右端面上的下齿轮41;以及与上压接辊38同心地固定在上压接辊36的右端面上的上齿轮42。
在可动板33的前端部上,设有沿可动板33的长度方向延伸的长孔51。在可动板33的后端部上设有向上方突出的托架52。在托架52上,向左方突出地安装防止密封条垂下用导向辊53的辊轴54。手动操作杆34在其下端部由水平支承销55前后方向可自如摇动地安装于支承板31上。在手动操作杆34长度一半的位置上,向左方突出地设置嵌入长孔51的配合销56。下辊轴35穿过支承板31向右方突出,上辊轴37穿过可动板33向右方突出,两辊轴35,37的突出端挂有牵引弹簧57。
如图2实线所示,可动板33处于水平状态时,长孔51的后半部呈向上倾斜的状态,其前半部分呈水平。此时,配合销56位于长孔51的后端部,在此状态下,下压接辊36和上压接辊38以相当于弹簧57的压力夹压薄板W右边缘部和密封条C,下齿轮41和上齿轮42相互啮合。
如图2的假想线(点画线)所示,使杆34向前倾斜,则可动板33向下倾斜,两压辊36、38互相分离,解除了齿轮41、42的啮合。
薄板W通过未图示的输送装置以一定的速度向前输送,依次经过加热工位S1及压接工位S2。密封条C由未图示的供给装置引导至压接工位S2,依次绕卷在导向辊53及上压辊38上后,宽度为密封条宽度一半的密封条左半部分与薄板W右边缘部重合,剩下的右半部分从薄板W右边缘部向右方伸出。
当薄板W通过加热器11时,薄板W的右边缘部受到从上方吹出热风的吹拂,薄板W上表面侧的聚乙烯溶化。其溶化的程度为只要能发挥聚乙烯层的粘接效力即可。此时,最好使薄板W下表侧的聚乙烯不溶化为好。为此,虽然使用了挡风板24以使下表侧的聚乙烯层溶化,但不能避免下表层聚乙烯层的稍稍软化。
当聚乙烯层溶化的薄板W到达压接工位S2时,薄板W右边缘上重合有密封条C,同时,薄板W及密封条C通过下压接辊36和上压接辊38之间,密封条C被压在薄板W上,结果是:密封条C被压接在薄板W上,并被张贴于其上。
在薄板W及密封条C通过下压接辊36和上压接辊38之间时,使上、下压接辊38和36以相反的回转方向转动。上压接辊38与薄板上表面侧的溶融聚乙烯层接触,上压接辊38虽容易打滑,但,由于下压接辊36的回转力由一对齿轮41、42传递给上压接辊38,所以,上压接辊38不会打滑,两压接辊以同样转速转动。
Claims (6)
1.一种密封条的张贴装置,该装置包括:输送装置,它将双面覆盖有热可塑性合成树脂的薄板依次输送通过加热工位和压接工位;加热装置,它在加热工位加热薄板的一个边缘部,使薄板一表面侧的热可塑性合成树脂溶化,而不使另一表面侧的热可塑性合成树脂溶化;供给装置,将密封条供给至压接工位,使宽度为密封条宽度一半的密封条与薄板一边缘的一表面侧重合,而使剩下的一半从薄板的上述边缘伸出;一对压接辊,在压接工位由输送的薄板使之以相反的回转方向自由转动地被支承,而且夹、压着薄板的一边缘部及密封条;在这样的装置中,其特征在于:在两压接辊上,分别与一对压接辊同心地安装一对齿轮,两齿轮在相啮合。
2.如权利要求1的密封条张贴装置,其特征在于:加热装置由压力通风室和向压力通风室供给热风的电热扇构成,所说的压力通风室具有吹出口,该热风吹出口朝着薄板一边缘部的一侧表面配置。
3.如权利要求2的密封条张贴装置,其特征在于:挡风板夹着薄板的一边部配置在室内的相对侧,而且,从与这一边缘部接近的位置向远离该边缘部扩展。
4.如权利要求1的密封条张贴装置,其特征在于:在离开两压接辊靠向密封条输送路径的上游侧配置防止密封条垂下的导向辊。
5.如权利要求1或4的密封条张贴装置,其特征在于:两压接辊夹住薄板的一边缘部,可以自如地在互相接近或分开,并且由弹簧拉向接近的方向,当两压接辊分开时,两齿轮的啮合被解除。
6.如权利要求5所示的密封条张贴装置,其特征在于:一侧的压接辊安装在固定板上,另一侧的压接辊安装在可动板上,由固定板上与压辊轴平行延伸的轴使安装在可动板上的压辊自如地摇动。
