根据变形,面板将达到压力辊的温度所需要的量的热传输给密封带子。在这种情况下,密封的功能主要在于被加热的金属压力辊。
本发明也涉及在包含的隔间上应用密封带子的方法,其中,在被加热的金属辊或密封辊和牵引装置和/或对立装置(例如辊)之间的密封区域中进行密封。
根据本发明的方法,在密封区域附近,至少密封带子接收适合于将其带到期望的温度的热贡献(heat contribution),所述贡献通过面板获得,所述热贡献与密封带子的横向分叉或张紧作用相关联。

实施方式的一些形式的描述
参考图1,示出了用于对应用的带子进行预加热的设备10,在这种情况下,适用于密封具有泡壳的带子。
根据本发明,设备10与承载泡壳的带子12配合工作。设备10在这种情况下包括还具有压力功能的已被加热和/或进行加热的金属辊或密封辊15和与带子12相关联的对立牵引辊11。待密封的带子12和从卷轴13展开的密封带子14在所述辊11和所述辊15之间的配合的点、区域或线处会合。配合的点、区域或线对应于密封区域。
密封的发生是由于与密封带子14的正确温度相关联的由密封辊15施加的压力和加热的双重作用的结果。在相对于密封带子14的正常进料方向处于紧接密封区域的前方即密封区域的上游的部分中提供了能够增加密封带子14的温度的已被加热和/或进行加热的面板或板17。
在密封辊15由移动臂16移动和定位时,密封带子14通常以已知的方式保持张紧。
特别在图1中,设备10处于运行状态,其中密封辊15邻近牵引辊11,配合以进行密封。
参考图2,示出了系统的可能的非运行状态,其中密封辊15通过移动臂16相对于图1的邻近牵引辊11的密封位置而移动。
应当注意,由于与移动臂16相关联的支撑体26,面板17和密封辊15的相互位置在任何情况下保持恒定,即是固定的。
在这种情况下,支撑体26与移动臂16的一端是整体的。因此,在示出的例子中,面板17固定到支撑体26,并且密封辊15被约束到移动臂16。
参考图3,示出了面板17,根据本发明,该面板17具有用于密封带子14的滑动表面23,滑动表面23充当热交换表面。
根据本发明,滑动表面23设置有分叉或张紧装置或元件24(图4)。
参考图4,面板17示出为包括所引用的设置在滑动表面23上并特别配置为维持密封带子14的横向拉紧的分叉或张紧装置或元件24。
在实施方式的一些形式中,分叉元件24包括至少两组分叉元件24,其对称分布在相对于滑动表面23的中心线的一侧和另一侧上。
此外,分叉元件24倾斜布置并朝向中心线会合,与此相对应,分叉元件24的端部是大体上相邻的(图4和图5)。参考图4和图5,分叉元件24例如向上会合地布置。例如,分叉元件24以人字形图案配置。
特别地,分叉元件24在横向于密封带子14进料方向的方向上使密封带子14处于张力下,避免了由于热的突然增加引起的褶皱和皱纹。
有利地配置为相对于滑动表面23凸出或突出的轮廓的分叉元件24可以具有相对于密封带子14的进料轴线不同的角度,取决于密封带子14和/或其进料速度的特性。分叉元件24可以具有平坦的支撑表面25(图5),或仅仅具有成形的脊部。分叉元件24也可具有恒定的或可变的发展部(development),例如曲线的或尖的。
在本发明的实施方式的一些形式中,分叉元件24的构造允许还以具有泡壳的带子12和密封带子14的高进料速度来进行,并且其中进料方向相切于辊11和辊15,向密封带子14施加足够的张力,以具有横向稳定性和与面板17的足够的接触压力,并且因此具有足够的热量传输,防止如上所述的不想要的褶皱和皱纹的形成。
在这种特定情况下,面板17还包括加热元件18和通过入口管20引入其中的空气的出口通道21。出口通道21到达面板17的滑动表面23。空气可具有所需的温度。此外,空气可与加热元件18配合。如果存在已被加热的气体,或已被加热的空气和被其自身加热元件加热的面板17共存,密封辊15也可具有减小的表面温度。有利地位于出口区中的出口通道21具有扩口22以改善排出空气的分配。扩口22也可扩展各自的出口通道21的下游并伴随密封带子14。图3a到图3f示出了扩口22的可能示例性实施方式。在图3f中,例如,出口通道21有助于上述密封带子14的分叉。
面板17将有利地由金属制成,但是其也可以由其它材料制成,例如陶瓷,或是可比较的,或者由陶瓷材料或类似物覆盖的金属,或反之亦然。
图5示出了设备10的实施方式的例子,其包括两个隔开的移动臂16,密封辊15(为方便用虚线表示)在该两个隔开的移动臂16之间附接到相应的支撑体26。牵引辊11(这也为了方便用虚线示出)位于相对于密封辊15的配合位置,以便能够与密封辊15配合地作用在从卷轴13进料的密封带子14(图5中通过虚线示出)上和在没有在这里示出的带子12上。在这种情况下附接到两个支撑体26的本发明的面板17大体上在密封辊15和牵引辊11之间在密封辊15外部布置。
很清楚,可以对之前描述的预热设备10和相应的方法做出零件和/或步骤的修改和/或增加,而不脱离本发明的领域和范围。
同样很清楚的是,尽管本发明已经参考一些特定例子进行了描述,但是本领域的技术人员将确定能够实现具有在权利要求中阐述的并因此均在由此界定的保护领域内的特性的预热设备和相应方法的很多其它等效形式。
Claims (15)
1.一种预加热带子(12)的设备,所述设备适合于用于在被加热的金属辊或密封辊(15)和例如辊的牵引装置和/或对立装置(11)之间的密封区域中用密封带子(14)来密封包含的隔间,其特征在于:所述设备包括被加热和/或加热的面板(17),所述面板(17)适合于通过所述密封辊(15)布置在所述密封带子(14)的所述密封区域附近,所述面板(17)适合于至少向所述密封带子(14)提供热能,并具有用于所述密封带子(14)的充当热交换表面的滑动表面(23),所述滑动表面(23)具有分叉装置(24),所述分叉装置(24)布置为相对于所述滑动表面(23)的中心线从一侧和另一侧会合,所述分叉装置(24)能够在横向于所述密封带子(14)的进料方向的方向上起作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述分叉装置(24)以人字形图案配置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述分叉装置(24)包括以凸出方式相对于所述滑动表面(23)突出的轮廓。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的设备,其特征在于,所述分叉装置(24)具有平坦的支撑表面(25)。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的设备,其特征在于,所述分叉装置(24)具有尖头式发展部。
6.根据上述任一权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,所述面板(17)和所述密封辊(15)具有固定的相互位置。
7.根据上述任一权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,所述面板(17)具有在其内的加热元件(18)。
8.根据上述任一权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,所述面板(17)具有与其内部部分相配合的至少空气入口管(20)和与所述密封带子(14)的在所述面板(17)上滑动的所述表面配合的至少出口通道(21)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的设备,其特征在于,所述出口通道(21)具有扩口装置(22)。
10.根据上述任一权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,所述面板(17)由传热材料制成。
11.根据上述任一权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,所述面板(17)由金属材料制成。
12.根据权利要求1到10中任一权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,所述面板(17)或至少其滑动表面(23)由陶瓷材料或与陶瓷材料类似的材料制成。
13.一种加热面板,其用于对可应用于密封设备的密封带子(14)进行预加热的设备,其特征在于,所述加热面板适合于至少向所述密封带子(14)提供热能并具有用于所述密封带子(14)的充当热交换表面的滑动表面(23),所述滑动表面(23)具有分叉装置(24),所述分叉装置(24)布置为相对于所述滑动表面(23)的中心线从一侧和另一侧会合,所述分叉装置(24)能够在横向于所述密封带子(14)的进料方向的方向上起作用。
14.一种在包含的隔间上应用密封带子(14)的方法,所述密封发生在被加热的金属辊或密封辊(15)和例如辊的牵引装置和/或对立装置(11)之间的密封区域中,其特征在于,在所述密封区域附近,至少所述密封带子(14)接收适合于将其带到所需温度的热贡献,所述贡献通过面板(17)获得,所述热贡献与所述密封带子(14)的横向分叉或张紧的作用相关联。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述密封辊(15)的定位自动地随所述密封辊(15)一起带上所述面板(17)。
