本发明涉及代餐组合物技术领域,具体涉及一种减肥代餐组合物及其制备方法。针对现有技术中减肥代餐粉的减肥作用和降血脂作用效果不够理想的问题。本发明提供的代餐组合物是由明日叶10~30份;麦芽10~40份;葛根10~30份;薏仁5‑15份;大豆20~30份组成。本发明还提供所述代餐组合物的制备方法及其在制备具有调节血脂功能的保健品或药品中的用途。本发明提供的复配的代餐组合物具有优良的减肥效果,且能够显著降低血脂。且其减肥效果和降血脂效果优于配方中任意一种组分单独使用的情况。

本发明涉及代餐组合物技术领域,具体涉及一种减肥代餐组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
代餐粉是一种由谷类、豆类、薯类食材等为主,其它属类植物的根、茎、果实等可食用部分为辅制成的一种单一或综合性冲调粉剂产品。是减肥人群用于代替饭食的食物。根据其成分组成,代餐粉能够降低人体的血脂含量,针对脂肪肝、高血脂等情况具有显著的改善作用。代餐粉对于人体的血糖浓度具有一定的调节作用,能够避免用餐后血糖浓度的上升,有利于糖尿病的缓解与改善。服用代餐粉不仅能够有效帮助减肥,对于肥胖情况人群的血压具有显著的调节作用。
明日叶(学名:Angelica keiskei(Miq.)Koidz.)是伞形科当归属植物。多年生草本;株高80-120厘米,茎叶内含黄色液汁,茎直立,多分枝。依植株外形,可分成青茎种、红茎种与混合等三个品种。明日叶是一种药食兼用的蔬菜,外形酷似芹菜。嫩茎叶可作蔬菜食用,可炒食、凉拌、榨汁、油炸、火锅、烧汤、炖肉或做成茶汁。有抗癌、防止细胞老化、调理慢性病之效。
麦芽多生长在北方区域,为禾本科植物大麦Hordeurnvulgare L.的成熟果实经发芽干燥的炮制加工品。将麦粒用水浸泡后,保持适宜温、湿度,待幼芽长至约5mm时,晒干或低温干燥。麦芽常用于治疗食积不消,脘腹胀痛,脾虚食少,乳汁郁积,乳房胀痛,妇女断乳,肝郁胁痛,肝胃气痛。
葛根为豆科植物野葛的干燥根,习称野葛。秋、冬二季采挖,趁鲜切成厚片或小块;干燥。甘、辛,凉。有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功。常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。
薏仁(coix seed)为薏苡的干燥成熟种仁,又名薏米、药玉米,水玉米(东北),晚念珠(福建),六谷米(广西),珍珠米(贵州),有的也称打腕子或打碗子等,性甘、微寒、无毒。
现有技术已有尝试将上述食材或药材制成具有减肥功效的食品或饮料。例如:中国专利“CN201310527295.3一种蓝莓普洱凉茶饮料的制备方法”中提供了一种具有减肥功效的茶饮料,其中包含明日叶和葛根。中国专利“CN201710648688.8一种减肥保健食品及其制备方法”提供了一种具有减肥功效的保健食品,其中包含葛根和薏仁。然而,这些现有技术均不能够作为代餐,且其减肥作用和降血脂作用有限。
另一方面,目前市场上代餐粉的种类较多,但是,同样存在减肥效果不够明显,对血脂降低作用有限等问题。因而,仍然有必要对代餐粉的配方进行改进,寻找减肥和降血脂效果更好的代餐粉。

针对现有技术中,减肥代餐粉的减肥作用和降血脂作用效果不够理想的问题。本发明提供一种减肥代餐组合物及其制备方法,其目的在于:通过合理的配方,使得代餐组合物具有更好的减肥效果和降血脂的效果。
一种减肥代餐组合物,它是由如下原料制成:
明日叶10~30份;
麦芽10~40份;
葛根10~30份;
薏仁5-15份;
大豆20~30份。
优选的,它是由如下原料制成:
明日叶10份;
麦芽40份;
葛根10份;
薏仁10份;
大豆30份。
优选的,所述的明日叶来源于明日叶Angelica keiskei(Miq.)Koidz.的茎和/或叶;
和/或,所述麦芽为大麦Hordeurnvulgare L.的成熟果实经发芽;
和/或,所述葛根为野葛Puerariamontana var.lobata(Willd.)Sanjappa&Pradeep的根;
和/或,所述薏仁为薏苡Coixlacryma-jobi L.的成熟种仁;
和/或,所述大豆来源于大豆Glycine max(Linn.)Merr.的种子。
优选的,它是由原料明日叶、葛根、薏仁、大豆的鲜品或干燥品打粉、混合,加入药品或食品领域可接受的辅料或辅助性成分制备而成的固体制剂或半固体制剂。
优选的,所述的固体制剂是散剂;所述的半固体制剂是膏剂。
本发明还提供上述组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取原料干燥,打粉;
(2)混合,加入药品或食品领域可接受的辅料或辅助性成分制备成固体制剂或半固体制剂。
本发明还提供上述组合物在制备具有调节血脂功能的保健品或药品中的用途。
本发明还提供上述组合物在制备具有减肥功效的保健品或药品中的用途。
本发明提供的代餐组合物合理改善配方,通过明日叶、麦芽、葛根、薏仁和大豆的合理搭配,实现了更好的减肥效果。实验表明,相比于配方中的任意单一组分,该配方复合而成的代餐粉对总胆固醇和甘油三酯有明显的降低作用。
显然,根据本发明的上述内容,按照本领域的普通技术知识和惯用手段,在不脱离本发明上述基本技术思想前提下,还可以做出其它多种形式的修改、替换或变更。
以下通过实施例形式的具体实施方式,对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例。凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步的说明。
一下实施例的原料通过如下方式获得:
明日叶粉由新鲜的的明日叶经烘干、粉碎制得。
麦芽粉购自海口硒利尼姆生物技术有限公司。
葛根粉、薏仁粉、豆购自四川劲德生物技术有限公司。
实施例1
1、本实施例代餐粉组成:

1)按照上述配方称取明日叶粉、麦芽粉、葛根粉、薏仁粉、豆粉。
2)按照重量比于三维混合机中混合均匀。
3)用粉状自动包装机分装2)混好的物料,每袋50g。
实施例2
1、本实施例代餐粉组成:

2、制备方法:
1)按照配方称取明日叶粉、麦芽粉、葛根粉、薏仁粉、豆粉。
2)按照重量比于三维混合机中混合均匀。
3)用粉状自动包装机分装2)混好的物料,每袋50g。
下面通过实验对上述实施例的代餐粉的减肥效果、降血脂效果进行考察。
实验例
1、实验材料:
1.1实验药物:代餐粉(按照实施例1制备)。
1.2实验动物:清洁级昆明种雌性小鼠,体重为18-22g。
2、实验环境条件:屏障系统,温度22~24℃,湿度52~58%。
3、实验分组:小鼠随机分为空白对照组、高脂对照组、明日叶粉对照组、麦芽粉对照组、葛根粉对照组、薏仁粉对照组、豆粉对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组。
构建肥胖模型:空白对照组给予普通饲料;其它实验组给予高脂饲料(配方为83.4%基础饲料、1.5%胆固醇、5%蛋黄粉、10%猪油、0.1%胆盐);连续喂食30天。
4、实验方法:喂食30天构建肥胖模型后,各组继续用不同的饲料喂食30天。各组喂食的总重量相同的饲料如下:空白对照组给予普通饲料;高脂对照组给予高脂饲料;日叶粉对照组、麦芽粉对照组、葛根粉对照组、薏仁粉对照组和豆粉对照组分别给予对应的单组份饮食配方配方(配方为0%基础饲料、100%明日叶粉、麦芽粉、葛根粉、薏仁粉或豆粉);低剂量组:给予低剂量减肥配方饲料(配方为75%基础饲料、25%代餐粉);中剂量组:给予中剂量减肥配方饲料(配方为50%基础饲料、50%代餐粉);高剂量组:给予高剂量配方高脂饲料(配方为0%基础饲料、100%代餐粉)。末次喂食后禁食12h,称体重后,大鼠摘眼球取血,分离血清,以试剂盒方法测总胆固醇和甘油三脂。
实验结果如表1、2所示。

由表1可以看出,低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组的体重与空白对照组的体重相当或略轻,其它各对照组的体重则相比于空白对照组更高。由此可知,高脂饮食导致了小鼠体重升高,之后即使用明日叶粉、麦芽粉、葛根粉、薏仁粉或豆粉中的单一组分进行代餐,仍然不能有效降低小鼠的体重。而使用本发明的代餐粉代替日常饲料,却能够有效将高脂饮食升高的体重降下来。因而,本发明提供的代餐份具有良好的减肥效果。
注:*指与各对照组对比,均满足P<0.05。
由表2可以看出,高脂对照组的总胆固醇和甘油三酯明显高于空白对照组。因而,高脂饮食对小鼠的血脂提高作用明显。而使用明日叶粉、麦芽粉、葛根粉、薏仁粉或豆粉中的单一组分进行代餐,能够将小鼠的总胆固醇和甘油三酯降低至与空白对照组接近的水平。而低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组的总胆固醇和甘油三酯则明显低于其它所有对照组。且随着代餐粉占日常饮食中的比例的提高(即剂量提高),总胆固醇和甘油三酯的降低效果更明显。由此可见,通过本发明提供的代餐粉,能够显著降低血脂。
综上所述,本发明提供的复配的代餐组合物具有优良的减肥效果,且能够显著降低血脂。且其减肥效果和降血脂效果优于配方中任意一种组分单独使用的情况。
Claims (8)
1.一种减肥代餐组合物,其特征在于:它是由如下原料制成:
明日叶10~30份;
麦芽10~40份;
葛根10~30份;
薏仁5-15份;
大豆20~30份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,它是由如下原料制成:
明日叶10份;
麦芽40份;
葛根10份;
薏仁10份;
大豆30份。
3.按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于:所述的明日叶来源于明日叶Angelicakeiskei(Miq.)Koidz.的茎和/或叶;
和/或,所述麦芽为大麦Hordeurnvulgare L.的成熟果实经发芽;
和/或,所述葛根为野葛Puerariamontana var.lobata(Willd.)Sanjappa&Pradeep的根;
和/或,所述薏仁为薏苡Coixlacryma-jobi L.的成熟种仁;
和/或,所述大豆来源于大豆Glycine max(Linn.)Merr.的种子。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述组合物,其特征在于:它是由原料明日叶、葛根、薏仁、大豆的鲜品或干燥品打粉、混合,加入药品或食品领域可接受的辅料或辅助性成分制备而成的固体制剂或半固体制剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其特征在于:所述的固体制剂是散剂;所述的半固体制剂是膏剂。
6.权利要求1-5任一项所述的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)取原料干燥,打粉;
(2)混合,加入药品或食品领域可接受的辅料或辅助性成分制备成固体制剂或半固体制剂。
7.权利要求1-5任一项所述的组合物在制备具有调节血脂功能的保健品或药品中的用途。
8.权利要求1-5任一项所述的组合物在制备具有减肥功效的保健品或药品中的用途。
