本发明涉及食疗养生领域,尤其涉及一种清三高,降血脂五谷杂粮食疗粉。
背景技术
三高是现代中老年人普遍的疾病隐患:高血糖、高血压、高血脂,现代人吃得过于精细,少运动,高蛋白、高热量的饮食,处于营养过剩的状态,造成了健康隐患,高血脂高血压是引起心脑血管疾病的重要因素,可导致血管狭窄和阻塞,进而引发脑卒死,心肌梗死。所以在日常生活中要注意饮食的搭配,五谷杂粮中含有较多的膳食纤维。而膳食纤维作为人体每日必需的七大营养素之一,能增加食物黏滞性,减慢糖类和脂类的肠道吸收速度,从而起到促进排便、降低血糖、血脂、减肥、排毒等作用,现有的清三高、降血脂五谷杂粮食疗粉大多由简单的几种杂粮组成,营养不全面,口感欠佳,功效欠佳,不能满足人体对各种营养需求。

为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本发明提供一种含有丰富膳食纤维,可清除血管壁内多余胆固醇,促进血液循环,防止高血压、高血脂及血管硬化,营养全面,口感香浓绵滑,具有清三高、降血脂功效的五谷杂粮食疗粉。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种具有清三高、降血脂功效的五谷杂粮食疗粉,其组分及其重量配比是:黄豆100-300,燕麦100-300,淮山100-300,荞麦100-300,桃仁100-150,茯苓100-300,党参200-400,决明子100-150,糙米100-300,葛根100-300,黑米100-300,玉米100-300,薏仁100-300,山楂100-200。

燕麦:燕麦:富含膳食纤维,能促进肠胃蠕动,利于排便,热量低,升糖指数低,降脂降糖。
淮山药:补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精,润泽肌肤。
荞麦:健脾开胃,宽肠消积,除烦利湿,清热解毒。
桃仁:润滑肠道,刺激排便,帮助消化的功效,能够舒张血管。
茯苓:利水消肿,提高人体免疫力,降血压的功效。
党参:党参:益气、生津、养血。
决明子:明目、平喘、利胆、保肝、降压。
糙米:健脾养胃,补中益气,调理五脏,安宁心神,消食导滞。
葛根:扩张血管,降糖降脂。
黑米:开胃益中,健脾暖肝,明目活血,滋阴补肾,滑涩补精。
玉米:减肥、防癌抗癌、降血压降血脂。

一种具有清三高、降血脂功效的五谷杂粮食疗粉,其组分及其重量配比是:黄豆100-300,燕麦100-300,淮山100-300,荞麦100-300,桃仁100-150,茯苓100-300,党参200-400,决明子100-150,糙米100-300,葛根100-300,黑米100-300,玉米100-300,薏仁100-300,山楂100-200,本发明选取黄豆100克,燕麦100克,淮山150克,荞麦100克,桃仁100克,茯苓100克,党参150克,决明子100克,糙米100克,葛根100克,黑米100克,玉米100克,薏仁150克,山楂150克,将每种食材分别除杂、洗净、低温蒸或烘焙成熟(每种食材烘焙温度和时间根据食材品种不同而定),待冷却后,粉碎,过100目筛,混合,清毒,装罐即得成品。
服用方法:一次30克,适合早上或晚上代餐吃,先用少许温开水调开,再倒入100度的沸水调匀即可,或用凉水调开,煮沸吃更好,口感更加香醇稠滑,可依个人喜好加入冰糖或蜂蜜调味。
