技术领域
本发明涉及技术植物饮料领域,尤其涉及一种具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料及制作方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,生活节奏不断加快,人们长期处于饮食不合理作息不规律的状态,高蛋白、高脂肪摄入过多,导致血管里的脂肪越来越多,血液粘稠度增加,导致血液流速减慢,血液中的血小板、胆固醇、纤维蛋白等物质便在血管壁上沉淀下来,常年累月,沉淀物越来越多;加上有喝酒、吸烟等不良习惯以及环境污染等原因,造成人体经络不畅通、毒素堆积、血管堵塞,形成心脑血管疾病。中医典著《素问·调经论》中说:“人之所有者血与气耳”,“血气不和,百病乃变化而生”。即“血与气是组成人体的基本物质,血气不能正常循行,会产生各种疾病”。现代医学中说,心脑血管疾病主要原因就是血管壁平滑肌细胞非正常代谢造成的,血管组织和人体的其他组织在一定周期内完成新陈代谢的过程,但是由于新的细胞组织不能正常的形成,使血管壁本身存在“缺陷”因此就容易产生炎症,血管收缩不畅,心脑血管疾病具有“发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高、复发率高,并发症多”,“四高一多”的特点,已成为人类死亡病因最高的头号杀手。
目前市面上用于治疗心脑血管疾病的药物品种繁多,主要以疏通血管的药物为主,且大多数以西药为主,主要使用溶栓药物,抗凝剂等药物,但是存在价格高、长期使用对肝、肾损害大,治标不治本、制备工艺复杂、成本高等问题。中药治疗主要包括活血化瘀,物理治疗等,但是起效慢,服用时间长,不良反应、毒副作用大都尚不明确。市场现有的疏通血管相关产品,存在组方复杂,制备繁琐,产品安全不能保障,治疗效果不显著等问题。
再者,市场上的中药产品,原料基本采用热水浸提、高温熬煮这种能耗高且效率低的提取方式,其工序繁琐、对功效成分破坏性大。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术中存在的技术问题。为此,本发明提供一种具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料及制作方法,目的是软化血管、改善血液循环,同时还具有抗凝血及预防动脉粥样硬化等作用。
基于上述目的,本发明提供了一种具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料,包括如下重量份的各原料:
大枣10-13份、枸杞9-12份、柠檬3-6份、辣木叶1-3份、黑木耳1-3份、沙棘1-3份、绿茶1-3份、火麻仁1-3份、菊花1-3份、桑叶1-3份、大蒜1-3份和低聚果糖45-50份。
优选的,植物饮料还包括山梨糖醇10-15份。一方面提高口感,另一方面,能够提高植物饮料的保存时间。
本发明还提供具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)粉碎:按配方量称取黑木耳和大蒜混合湿法粉碎,得到细碎品1;将辣木叶、火麻仁和桑叶混合粉碎,得到细碎品2;将大枣、枸杞、柠檬、沙棘、绿茶和菊花混合粉碎,得到细碎品3;
(2)提取:对细碎品1进行提取得提取液1;将细碎品2和细碎品3混合后提取得提取液2;
(3)离心:分别对提取液1和提取液2进行离心、除杂得到离心液1和离心液2;
(4)膜过滤、浓缩:对离心液2进行膜微滤除杂,反渗透膜浓缩后得含固量为10%以上的膜浓液;
(5)调配:将离心液1和步骤(4)所得膜浓液混合,然后加入低聚果糖和山梨糖醇混匀,经灭菌后即得。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中在细碎品1中加入45-55倍量的水进行提取,细碎品2和细碎品3混合后加入15-20倍量的水进行提取,提取的温度为10-30℃,提取压力均为20-60Mpa。
优选的,所述步骤(2)提取所采用的设备为高效高压差低温连续式提取设备。更优选的,高效高压差低温连续式提取设备采用专利号为ZL200920304058.x 的提取设备。其过程便捷高效、能耗低、有效成分保留度高。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中离心的速度均为3800-5000r/min。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中膜微滤采用陶瓷膜微滤,陶瓷膜的孔径为400-600nm,进料泵、循环泵频率为50Hz,膜管压力为0-0.28MPa,清液端流速为0.5-2L/min。提高饮料的安全性,保证气味纯正,绿色无害。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中反渗透膜浓缩的温度不高于30℃,进料泵、循环泵频率为50Hz,膜管压力为0-0.18MPa,清液端流速为0.5-1.5L/min。协同上述陶瓷膜微滤步骤,提高饮料口感,保证气味纯正,绿色无害。
优选的,所述步骤(5)中灭菌是采用UHT灭菌。有效保证安全性。
本发明中,大枣富含的环磷酸腺苷,是人体能量代谢的必需物质,能增强肌力、消除疲劳、扩张血管、增加心肌收缩力、改善心肌营养,对防治心脑血管疾病有良好的作用。
枸杞中含有丰富的维生素A、胡萝卜素及微量元素,其可以起到养肝明目、补血益气、美容养颜、软化血管、增强身体免疫力、预防动脉硬化、延缓衰老以及滋阴补肾的作用;还能起到一定调节血压、血脂的作用。
沙棘总黄酮、不饱和脂肪酸等成份能有效调节血压、血脂、血糖,降低血液粘度,抑制血小板过度聚集、软化血管、改善血液循环、防止动脉硬化。对冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗塞、心律失常、心肌缺血缺氧等病症有极好的防治作用。
菊花可以增加人体内的钙质,可以调节人体的心肌功能,降低胆固醇的含量。
火麻仁,甘能补中、益血,血脉复则积血破。火麻仁益血补阴,可破瘀血,非血药而有化血之液,不益气而有行气之用。
桑叶具有抗凝血作用、降血脂作用、降血压作用、降胆固醇作用、抗血栓形成和抗动脉粥样硬化作用、降血糖等作用。
辣木叶含有非常丰富的钾元素、维生素C等,具有降血压、降血脂,预防动脉硬化等作用。
柠檬富含维生素C和维生素P,能增强血管弹性和韧性,可预防和治疗高血压和心肌梗塞症状。
黑木耳含有维生素K和丰富的钙,镁等矿物质,能减少血液凝块,预防血栓等症的发生,有防治动脉粥样硬化和冠心病的作用。
绿茶,含有黄酮醇类,有抗氧化作用,亦可防止血液凝块及血小板成团,降低心血管疾病。
大蒜,活性成分大蒜素,提高免疫功能,保护心血管系统,抗高血脂和动脉硬化、抗血小板聚集、增强纤维蛋白溶能活性和扩张血管产生降压作用。
低聚果糖,是一种水溶性膳食纤维,应用于固体饮料,不仅提高了食品的营养和保健价值,而且热量低,不会引起肥胖也不会使血糖上升,是理想的新型保健甜味剂,长期服用可以降低血清胆固醇,改善脂质代谢。
山梨糖醇,具有“低热值、低糖、低温抗氧化、压缩性、保湿性、防龋齿”等特殊性能与功效,在本发明中作营养型的甜味剂、稳定剂和防腐剂。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用天然的药食同源类原料,组方搭配科学,组分间配伍合理,充分发挥了组分间的协同作用,全方位共同起到疏通血管的作用,产品调配成本低,而且本产品具有口感良好,气味纯正,安全,绿色无害,饮用方便等优点。经常饮用具有降血压、降血脂,通经活络,改善血液微循环和通经活络等功效,能够有效预防和治疗心脑血管疾病。

实施例1
一种适具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料,由如下重量份的各原料制成:大枣10 份、枸杞10份、柠檬4份、辣木叶2份、黑木耳2份、沙棘2份、绿茶2份、火麻仁1份、菊花1份、桑叶1份、大蒜1份、低聚果糖48、山梨糖醇11份。
上述具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)粉碎:将黑木耳2份、大蒜1份置于装有1.2mm筛网的高效涡轮式粉碎机中混合湿法粉碎,得到细碎品1;将辣木叶2份、火麻仁1份、桑叶1份混合湿法粉碎,得到细碎品2;将大枣10份、枸杞10份、柠檬4份、沙棘2份、绿茶2份和菊花1份混合粉碎,得到细碎品3。
(2)提取:将细碎品1单独加入适量纯化水,补足纯化水至50倍;细碎品 2与细碎品3混合加入适量的纯化水,补足纯化水至17倍,分别采用高效高压差低温连续式提取设备(HHLSE),全程低温,控制温度在30℃,提取压力40MPa,得到提取液1和提取液2。
(3)离心、过滤:将(2)所得提取液1,提取液2分别经过离心,过滤,离心速度3800r/min,除去渣和杂质,得到离心液1和离心液2。
(4)微滤、浓缩:将离心液2,进行陶瓷膜微滤(500nm)(≤30℃)除杂, 进料泵、循环泵频率为50Hz,膜管压力为0.15MPa,清液端流速为1L/min,反渗透膜浓缩(≤30℃)进料泵、循环泵频率为50Hz,膜管压力为0.1MPa,清液端流速为 0.8L/min,得到含固量10%以上的膜浓液。
(5)调配:将离心液1和膜浓液混合,然后加入低聚果糖和山梨糖醇混匀,经过UHT灭菌即可。
实施例2
一种适具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料,由如下重量份的各原料制成:大枣12 份、枸杞10份、柠檬5份、辣木叶2份、黑木耳2份、沙棘2份、绿茶2份、火麻仁2份、菊花2份、桑叶2份、大蒜2份、低聚果糖48、山梨糖醇11份。
上述具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)粉碎:将黑木耳2份、大蒜2份置于装有1.2mm筛网的高效涡轮式粉碎机中混合湿法粉碎,得到细碎品1;将辣木叶2份、火麻仁2份、桑叶2份混合湿法粉碎,得到细碎品2;将大枣12份、枸10份杞、柠檬5份、沙棘2份、绿茶2份和菊花2份混合粉碎,得到细碎品3。
(2)提取:将细碎品1单独加入适量纯化水,补足纯化水至50倍;细碎品 2与细碎品3混合加入适量的纯化水,补足纯化水至17倍,分别采用高效高压差低温连续式提取设备(HHLSE),全程低温,控制温度在30℃,提取压力50MPa,得到提取液1和提取液2。
(3)离心、过滤:将(2)所得提取液1,提取液2分别经过离心,过滤,离心速度4000r/min,除去渣和杂质,得到离心液1和离心液2。
(4)微滤、浓缩:将离心液2,进行陶瓷膜微滤(400nm)(≤30℃)除杂, 进料泵、循环泵频率为50Hz,膜管压力为0.1MPa,清液端流速为1L/min,反渗透膜浓缩(≤30℃)进料泵、循环泵频率为50Hz,膜管压力为0.1MPa,清液端流速为 1.2L/min,得到含固量10%以上的膜浓液。
(5)调配:将离心液1和膜浓液混合,然后加入低聚果糖和山梨糖醇混匀,经过UHT灭菌即可。
实施例3
一种适具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料,由如下重量份的各原料制成:大枣11 份、枸杞12份、柠檬3份、辣木叶3份、黑木耳1份、沙棘2份、绿茶2份、火麻仁3份、菊花1份、桑叶1份、大蒜1份、低聚果糖49、山梨糖醇12份。
上述具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)粉碎:将黑木耳1份、大蒜1份置于装有1.2mm筛网的高效涡轮式粉碎机中混合湿法粉碎,得到细碎品1;将辣木叶3份、火麻仁3份、桑叶1份混合湿法粉碎,得到细碎品2;将大枣11份、枸12份杞、柠檬3份、沙棘2份、绿茶2份和菊花1份混合粉碎,得到细碎品3。
(2)提取:将细碎品1单独加入适量纯化水,补足纯化水至50倍;细碎品 2与细碎品3混合加入适量的纯化水,补足纯化水至17倍,分别采用高效高压差低温连续式提取设备(HHLSE),全程低温,控制温度在30℃,提取压力30MPa,得到提取液1和提取液2。
(3)离心、过滤:将(2)所得提取液1,提取液2分别经过离心,过滤,离心速度4500r/min,除去渣和杂质,得到离心液1和离心液2。
(4)微滤、浓缩:将离心液2,进行陶瓷膜微滤(600nm)(≤30℃)除杂, 进料泵、循环泵频率为50Hz,膜管压力为0.2MPa,清液端流速为0.5L/min,反渗透膜浓缩(≤30℃)进料泵、循环泵频率为50Hz,膜管压力为0.15MPa,清液端流速为1.5L/min,得到含固量10%以上的膜浓液。
(5)调配:将离心液1和膜浓液混合,然后加入低聚果糖和山梨糖醇混匀,经过UHT灭菌即可。
对比例1
一种适具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料,由如下重量份的各原料制成:大枣10 份、枸杞10份、柠檬4份、辣木叶2份、黑木耳2份、沙棘2份、绿茶2份、火麻仁1份、菊花1份、桑叶1份、大蒜1份、低聚果糖48、山梨糖醇11份。
上述具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)粉碎:按配方量将各原料混合粉碎得细碎品。
(2)提取:将细碎品加入适量纯化水,补足纯化水至50倍,采用煎煮法提取,得提取液。
(3)离心、过滤:将(2)所得提取液经过离心,过滤,离心速度3800r/min,除去渣和杂质,得到离心液。
(4)调配:在离心液中加入低聚果糖和山梨糖醇混匀,经过UHT灭菌即可。
对比例2
一种适具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料,由如下重量份的各原料制成:大枣10 份、枸杞10份、柠檬4份、辣木叶2份、黑木耳2份、沙棘2份、绿茶2份、火麻仁1份、菊花1份、桑叶1份、大蒜1份、低聚果糖48、山梨糖醇11份。
上述具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)粉碎:按配方量将各原料混合粉碎得细碎品。
(2)提取:将细碎品加入适量纯化水,补足纯化水至50倍,采用热水侵提法提取,得提取液。
(3)离心、过滤:将(2)所得提取液经过离心,过滤,离心速度3800r/min,除去渣和杂质,得到离心液。
(4)调配:在离心液中加入低聚果糖和山梨糖醇混匀,经过UHT灭菌即可。
功效研究
选择100例心脑血管疾病患者,其中:动脉粥样硬化患者40例,脑血栓患者60例。
(1)治疗方法:将上述病例均采用本发明上述实施例1所制得的适具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料进行治疗,每天服用3次,早、中、晚各一次,饭后服用,一个月为一疗程,两个疗程后进行疗效观察。
(2)疗效判定标准
治愈:经过2-3个疗程后,各症状及临床体征消失,其他客观检查指标基本正常;
显效:经过2-3个疗程后,各症状及临床体征减轻,其他客观检查指标明显改善;
无效:经过2-3个疗程后,各症状及临床体征无改善或加重,其他客观检查指标改善或加重。
(3)治疗结果
对100例心脑血管疾病患者进行疗效观察,其中动脉粥样硬化患者40例中,治愈5例,显效34例,无效1例,显效率为97.5%;脑血栓患者60例中,治愈 8例,显效50例,无效2例,显效率为96.7%。
口感测试
对实施例1至实施例3,对比例1及对比例2进行口感测试,结果表明,实施例1至实施例3所得饮料口感相对更好,气味纯正。对比例1和对比例2所得饮料口感相对较差。
有效成分检测
对实施例1至实施例3,对比例1及对比例2进行有效成分测试,结果表明,实施例1至实施例3所得饮料比两个对比例所得有效成分高5-10%。

Claims (9)
1.一种具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的各原料:
大枣10-13份、枸杞9-12份、柠檬3-6份、辣木叶1-3份、黑木耳1-3份、沙棘1-3份、绿茶1-3份、火麻仁1-3份、菊花1-3份、桑叶1-3份、大蒜1-3份和低聚果糖45-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料,其特征在于,还包括山梨糖醇10-15份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)粉碎:按配方量称取黑木耳和大蒜混合湿法粉碎,得到细碎品1;将辣木叶、火麻仁和桑叶混合粉碎,得到细碎品2;将大枣、枸杞、柠檬、沙棘、绿茶和菊花混合粉碎,得到细碎品3;
(2)提取:对细碎品1进行提取得提取液1;将细碎品2和细碎品3混合后提取得提取液2;
(3)离心:分别对提取液1和提取液2进行离心、除杂得到离心液1和离心液2;
(4)膜过滤、浓缩:对离心液2进行膜微滤除杂,反渗透膜浓缩后得含固量为10%以上的膜浓液;
(5)调配:将离心液1和步骤(4)所得膜浓液混合,然后加入低聚果糖和山梨糖醇混匀,经灭菌后即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中在细碎品1中加入45-55倍量的水进行提取,细碎品2和细碎品3混合后加入15-20倍量的水进行提取,提取的温度为10-30℃,提取压力均为20-60Mpa。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)提取所采用的设备为高效高压差低温连续式提取设备。
6.根据权利要求3所述的具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中离心的速度均为3800-5000r/min。
7.根据权利要求3所述的具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中膜微滤采用陶瓷膜微滤,陶瓷膜的孔径为400-600nm,进料泵、循环泵频率为50Hz,膜管压力为0-0.28MPa,清液端流速为0.5-2L/min。
8.根据权利要求3所述的具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中反渗透膜浓缩的温度不高于30℃,进料泵、循环泵频率为50Hz,膜管压力为0-0.18MPa,清液端流速为0.5-1.5L/min。
9.根据权利要求3所述的具有疏通血管功能的植物饮料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中灭菌是采用UHT灭菌。
