Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚酯树脂及其制备方法、一种涂料和工件,该聚酯树脂的酸值为48~55mgKOH/g,玻璃化温度为68~75℃,软化点为110~115℃,200℃熔体粘度为7000~10000mPa·s;其由包括以下质量分数的原料组分制得:20~35%脂肪二元醇、5~25%芳杂环二元醇、45~60%芳香二元酸、5~10%封端剂、0.6~1.5‰酯化催化剂和0.5~3%助剂。通过以上方式,本发明聚酯树脂适用于TGIC固化体系粉末涂料,固化后的涂层具有优异的耐热性和抗起霜性能,可解决现有聚酯粉末涂料耐热性能不足和易起霜的问题。
