Abstract
本发明提供了一种防治酒精性脂肪肝的固体饮料及其制备方法,涉及功能性食品技术领域,包括玉米低聚肽、葛根、枳椇子、人参、杜仲雄花以及湖北海棠叶、膳食纤维、亚麻籽、葡萄皮、山楂、陈皮、薄荷、枸杞、蒲公英、姜黄、薄荷、甘草以及决明子,该固体饮料基于祛湿解毒法,经过多年临床经验,通过科学配伍总结出得出,能够达到解酒醒脾、退黄祛湿、保肝利胆、活血散结等药效,进而对酒精性脂肪肝具有较好的防治效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及功能性食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种防治酒精性脂肪肝的固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
脂肪肝是指由于各种原因引起的肝细胞内脂肪堆积过多的病变。正常人肝内脂肪含量仅占肝湿重的3%—5%,而对于脂肪肝患者,肝内脂肪含量超过肝湿重的40%—50%,其中主要成分是甘油三酯。根据是否有饮酒病史可将脂肪肝分为非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝和酒精性脂肪肝两大类。酒精性脂肪肝是由于长期大量饮酒导致的肝脏疾病,是酒精性肝病中的一个分型。患者有长期饮酒史,一般超过5年。临床症状为非特异性,可无症状,或有右上腹胀痛、食欲不振、乏力、体重减轻等。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种防治酒精性脂肪肝的固体饮料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种防治酒精性脂肪肝的固体饮料,包括玉米低聚肽、葛根、枳椇子、人参、杜仲雄花以及湖北海棠叶。
根据上述技术方案,优选地,按照重量份数比,包括玉米低聚肽1-2份、葛根10-20份、枳椇子10-20份、人参1-2份、杜仲雄花1-5份以及湖北海棠叶1-5份。
根据上述技术方案,优选地,按照重量份数比,还包括膳食纤维20-30份、亚麻籽10-15份、葡萄皮1-5份、山楂10-20份、陈皮10-20份、薄荷1-5份、枸杞1-5份、蒲公英1-5份、姜黄1-5份、薄荷1-5份、甘草1-5份、决明子10-20份以及甜味剂1-10份。
根据上述技术方案,优选地,杜仲雄花和湖北海棠叶为新食品原料。
根据上述技术方案,优选地,葡萄皮含白藜芦醇。
根据上述技术方案,优选地,人参中人参皂苷的含量不低于8%。
根据上述技术方案,优选地,膳食纤维为抗性糊精、聚葡萄糖或菊粉中一种或几种混合物。
根据上述技术方案,优选地,甜味剂为三氯蔗糖、甜菊糖苷、白砂糖或结晶果糖中一种或几种混合物。
一种防治酒精性脂肪肝的固体饮料的制备方法,用于制备防治酒精性脂肪肝的固体饮料,包括以下步骤:
按照重量份数比,称取玉米低聚肽、葛根、枳椇子、人参、杜仲雄花、湖北海棠叶、膳食纤维、亚麻籽、葡萄皮、山楂、陈皮、薄荷、枸杞、蒲公英、姜黄、薄荷、甘草以及决明子;
将以上原料烘干,粉碎,按照1-10的重量份数比加入纯净水,沸水煮1-1.5小时,重复提取多次,提取液喷雾干燥得到提取物,粉碎过80-120目,获得原料提取物。
其中杜仲雄花具有镇静安神、保肝护肝、滋阴补肾、通肠润便的功能;湖北海棠对药物、酒精引起的急、慢性肝损伤、脂肪肝、肝纤维化均具有保护作用;玉米低聚肽在体内具有类超氧化物歧化酶的活性,可以增强还原型谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的水平,对超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基有很强的清除作用,有助于保护肝组织细胞结构和功能完整性。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的原料组合物是基于祛湿解毒法,经过多年临床经验,通过科学配伍总结出得出,能够达到解酒醒脾、退黄祛湿、保肝利胆、活血散结等药效,进而对酒精性脂肪肝具有较好的防治效果。

对比例1
一种用于治疗酒精性脂肪肝的中药组合物,包括三七、菊花、荷叶、莪术、菟丝子、赤芍、白芍、白术、山楂、青皮。
应用实施例:动物实验
(1)实验动物:SPF级SD雄性大鼠50只,体重200g±20g。
(2)实验方法:适应性喂养一周后开始实验。以高脂粮喂养结合60%乙醇15mL/kg灌胃方法来构建模型;大鼠血脂水平升高,肝功能下降,经组织病理学检测肝组织出现脂肪变性,表明模型建立成功。造模后,随机分为模型组、对照组、3个实验组,各10只。实验组1、2、3分别灌服实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的固体饮料。对照组予对比例1的复方中药制剂。模型组予灌服相同体积生理盐水。每天1次,持续4周。
(3)观察指标:观察大鼠肝功能(AST谷草转氨酶)和血脂水平(TG甘油三酯)。
(4)数据处理:资料采用SPSS 16.0统计软件,结果以平均值±标准差形式体现。计量正态资料进行方差分析,计量非正态资料进行秩和检验,P<0.05认为有统计学差异。

由表1可知,实施例3发挥疗效与对照组相似,能明显改善大鼠模型的肝功能和下降血脂水平。
效果例2:
患者刘某,62岁男性,病人持续腹胀,有酗酒史,时而闷痛,到医院做详细检查,结果被查出脂肪肝,合并轻度肝纤维化。病人体瘦目黄,乏力倦怠,口干而不渴,夜间盗汗,午后潮热,右侧胁肋胀满不舒,有时疼痛,舌红苔黄,脉滑数。体检查血脂示:总胆固醇6.10mmol/L,甘油三酯2.46mmol/L,HDL-C 2.06mmol/L。肝胆脾胰彩超示:脂肪肝、胆囊结石。
西医诊断:高脂血症;脂肪肝;胆囊。
服用以实施例3为主要制备的固体饮料2盒(14天)后,右胁肋部隐痛、口干口苦缓解,精神、胃纳转佳,无恶心呕吐,大便调畅。继服6盒,胁肋部胀痛无再明显发作,精神、胃纳、夜眠正常,复查血脂降至正常范围。

1.一种防治酒精性脂肪肝的固体饮料,其特征在于,包括玉米低聚肽、葛根、枳椇子、人参、杜仲雄花以及湖北海棠叶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治酒精性脂肪肝的固体饮料,其特征在于,按照重量份数比,包括玉米低聚肽1-2份、葛根10-20份、枳椇子10-20份、人参1-2份、杜仲雄花1-5份以及湖北海棠叶1-5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防治酒精性脂肪肝的固体饮料,其特征在于,按照重量份数比,还包括膳食纤维20-30份、亚麻籽10-15份、葡萄皮1-5份、山楂10-20份、陈皮10-20份、薄荷1-5份、枸杞1-5份、蒲公英1-5份、姜黄1-5份、薄荷1-5份、甘草1-5份、决明子10-20份以及甜味剂1-10份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防治酒精性脂肪肝的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述杜仲雄花和湖北海棠叶为新食品原料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防治酒精性脂肪肝的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述葡萄皮含白藜芦醇。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防治酒精性脂肪肝的固体饮料,其特征在于,人参中人参皂苷的含量不低于8%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种防治酒精性脂肪肝的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述膳食纤维为抗性糊精、聚葡萄糖或菊粉中一种或几种混合物。

9.一种防治酒精性脂肪肝的固体饮料的制备方法,用于制备权利要求3-8中任意一项所述的防治酒精性脂肪肝的固体饮料,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
按照重量份数比,称取玉米低聚肽、葛根、枳椇子、人参、杜仲雄花、湖北海棠叶、膳食纤维、亚麻籽、葡萄皮、山楂、陈皮、薄荷、枸杞、蒲公英、姜黄、薄荷、甘草以及决明子;
烘干,粉碎,按照1-10的重量份数比加入纯净水,沸水煮1-1.5小时,重复提取多次,提取液喷雾干燥得到提取物,粉碎过80-120目,获得原料提取物。
