本发明涉及中药领域,具体而言,涉及解酒养肝的中药组合物。
背景技术
酒中的乙醇会损害人的中枢神经系统,使神经系统从兴奋到高度的抑制,严重地破坏神经系统的正常功能。过量的饮酒就是损害肝脏。慢性酒精中毒,则可导致酒精性肝硬化。此外慢性酒精中毒,对身体还有多方面的损害。如可导致多发性神经炎、心肌病变、脑病变、造血功能障碍、胰腺炎、胃炎和溃疡病等,还可使高血压病的发病率升高。还有人注意到,长期大量饮酒,能危害生殖细胞,导致后代的智力低下。经常大量饮酒的人,其喉癌及消化道癌发病率明显增加。因此,研制具有解酒醒酒作用的相关药品具有重大意义。
申请号为CN200810102249.8的专利文件公开了由灵芝、葛根、菊花、白豆蔻、藿香、益智仁、砂仁、防风、陈皮、天麻、甘草、麦冬、女贞子和蓝藻组成的药物组合物,具有解酒、护肝、健胃和清肠作用。
申请号为CN201110249427.1的专利文件公开了由葛花、栀子、炒山楂、青木香、青皮、橘皮、柴胡、竹茹、甘草、砂仁组成的药物组合物,具有解酒护肝,疏肝理气,和胃止呕的功效。
申请号为CN201410028678的专利文件公开了由灵芝、五味子、枳椇子、葛花、密蒙花以及大枣组成的药物组合物,具有解酒、护肝功能的产品。
现有的专利产品和非专利产品共同存在的问题是解酒效果不理想。针对这一问题,本发明的目的是提供解酒养肝中药组合物及其制备方法,它均衡兼顾了解酒、促进肝脏解毒,健胃消脾方面的功能,能有效减缓人们因饮酒过量,或酒精中毒引起的头痛、头晕、呕吐、干渴、胃部不适等不良症状,对肝脏,肠胃具有明显保护作用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供能够有效解酒养肝,缓解醉酒症状的中药组合物及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
中药组合物,其由如下重量份的原料制成:
葛根10-15份,枳椇子4.5-9份,菊花4.5-10份,炒麦芽8-15份,佛手3-10份,白茅根7-30份,枸杞4-12份,姜片3-10份,橘皮3-15份,山楂5-12份,桑葚5-15份,甘草1-10份。
优选地,在本发明的实施例中,中药组合物包括有按重量份计的以下物质组成:
葛根10-12份,枳椇子4.5-7份,菊花4.5-6份,炒麦芽8-10份,佛手3-5份,白茅根7-9份,枸杞4-6份,姜片3-5份,橘皮3-6份,山楂5-9份,桑葚5-9份,甘草1-3份。
优选地,在本发明的实施例中,中药组合物包括有按重量份计的以下物质组成:
葛根10份,枳椇子6.5份,菊花4.5份,炒麦芽8份,佛手3份,白茅根7.5份,枸杞4.5份,姜片3份,橘皮3.5份,山楂5份,桑葚5份,甘草1.5份。在本发明的实施例中还提供了上述治疗肝病的中药组合物的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
将所述中药组合物所有组分按比例配制,先浸泡1个小时,用水提取,将提取液浓缩,干燥,制得所述的中药组合物。
优选地,所述提取用水的质量为组合物总质量的8倍。
优选地,所述提取的方式为煎煮;作为优选,煎煮次数为2次,第一次1小时,第二次40分钟。
优选地,所述提取液进行浓缩,获得相对密度为1.0~1.5的浓缩液。
优选地,浓缩至相对密度为1.2,相对密度于60℃测得。浓缩为常压或减压浓缩。
优选地,干燥至水分≤5%。
优选地,粉碎至60目~80目。
具体的,本发明提供的解酒护肝组合物的制备方法包括:
步骤1:将所述中药组合物所有组分用水浸泡1个小时,放入提取罐内,用8倍量水,煎煮2次,第一次1小时,第二次40分钟,提取过滤,合并获得提取液;
步骤2:将提取液在浓缩至相对密度1.0~1.5,得浓缩液;
步骤3:将浓缩液在60℃~75℃,干燥至水分≤5%后,粉碎,过60目~100目筛,获得解酒护肝中药组合物。
作为优选,本发明提供的解酒护肝中药组合物的用量为50mg/kg·bw。
本发明还提供了解酒护肝的药物,包括本发明提供的解酒护肝中药组合物和药学上可接受的辅料。
在本发明提供的一些实施例中,药学上可接受的辅料为水果粉、食用香精、甜味剂、酸味剂、填充剂、润滑剂、防腐剂、助悬剂、食用色素、稀释剂、乳化剂、崩解剂或增塑剂中的或两者以上的混合物。
作为优选,解酒护肝药物的剂型为片剂、丸剂、口服液剂、胶囊剂、糖浆剂、滴丸剂或颗粒剂。按照常规制药工艺流程,制得上述药物的各种剂型。
本发明中,发明人选用了葛根,枳椇子,白茅根三味中药来解决解酒问题,用菊花,枸杞,桑葚三味药物来解决养肝问题,用炒麦芽,佛手,姜片,橘皮,山楂,甘草六味药物来解决胃部吸收问题。发明人多次试验和摸索,总结出最佳的配方组分,用以解酒养肝。
经临床验证,本发明的中药组合物能均衡兼顾了解酒、促进肝脏解毒,健胃消脾方面的功能,能有效减缓人们因饮酒过量,或酒精中毒引起的头痛、头晕、呕吐、干渴、胃部不适等不良症状,对肝脏,肠胃具有明显保护作用。

将所述中药组合物所有组分用水先浸泡1个小时,放入提取罐内,用8倍量水,煎煮2次,第一次1小时,第二次40分钟,提取过滤,合并获得提取液;
将提取液在浓缩至相对密度1.0~1.5,得浓缩液;
将浓缩液在60℃~75℃,干燥至水分≤5%后,粉碎,过60目~100目筛,得解酒护肝中药组合物。

本发明上述实施例的治疗肝病的中药组合物由12种中药药材组成的组合物,可用于治疗醉酒。根据相关的中医医药原理,组合物各成分的药性如下:
葛根,能解乙醇毒性,并能解酒后迅速排泄。可解酒后头痛脑涨,脸红等症状。缓解酒精在胃内吸收,保护胃粘膜;
枳椇子,治酒醉,烦热,口渴,呕吐,二便不利;
菊花,能疏散风热,清肝明目,平肝阳,解毒;
炒麦芽,行气消食,健脾开胃,退乳消胀;
佛手,舒肝理气,和胃化痰,治肝气郁结之胁痛,胸闷,肝胃不和,脾胃气滞之脘腹胀痛;
白芦根,清热,生津,除烦,止呕;
枸杞,滋补肝肾,益精明目;
生姜片,具有发汗解表、温中止呕、温肺止咳功效;
橘皮,理气、化痰、止咳、健脾胃、温胃、散寒;
山楂,消食健胃,行气散瘀;
桑葚,具有补肝益肾、生津润燥;
甘草,和中缓急,润肺,解毒,调和诸药。
实施例14各组分的活性物质分析
1.葛根,含有丰富的化学成分,其主要活性物质葛根素和异黄酮有改善心脑血管循环、解痉解热、降脂降压及降血糖等药理作用。被广泛应用于临床治疗冠心病心绞痛、高血压、突发性耳聋及对女性的保健作用等。
2.枳椇子,主要包括生物碱、黄酮类和三萜皂苷三类活性化合物,具有保肝、解酒等多种药理作用。
3.菊花,其主要成分为黄酮、三萜类等化合物,具有多种药理活性,在心血管、抗病毒、抗肿瘤方面活性研究报道较多。
4.炒麦芽,包含麦黄酮、β-谷甾醇、多元烯类化合物,炒麦芽具有行气消食、健脾开胃、益气补虚、退乳消胀之功效。治疗食积不消、脘腹胀痛,脾虚食少,乳汁郁积。
5.佛手,含橙皮甙、挥发油和少量香叶木甙,果味甜、微苦、性甘温,具有和胃健脾、舒肝理气、止咳化痰之功效。
6.白茅根,主要含有三萜类、黄酮类、木脂素类、内酯类、糖类、甾体类及有机酸类等多种化学成分,药理研究表明白茅根具有利尿、止血、抗菌及免疫调节等作用。
7.枸杞,为茄科植物枸杞的成熟果实,化学成分为枸杞多糖、多种氨基酸、微量元素、维生素、牛磺酸、生物碱、挥发油等化学成分。现代临床研究表明枸杞具有降低血脂血糖、保肝、抗肿瘤、抗衰老等药理作用。
8.干姜,为姜科姜属植物姜的干燥根茎,其化学成分复杂,主要包括挥发油、姜辣素、二苯基庚烷等结构类型,是药食两用的常用中药,具有抗炎杀菌、抗氧化、抗血小板聚集和抗肿瘤等多种药理活性,可用于消炎、镇痛及止呕等。
9.橘皮含有橙皮苷、川陈皮素、橘皮素3.个活性黄酮为指标,具有理气健脾,燥湿化痰的功能。现代研究表明,陈皮还有升压和预防动脉硬化等作用。
10.山楂,为药食同源植物,含有黄酮类、黄烷及其聚合物类、三萜类和有机酸类等多种化学成分,主要具有降血脂、保肝、降压、助消化、强心、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗菌等作用,应用十分广泛。
11.桑葚,化学成分不仅含有丰富的氨基酸、维生素、矿物质等营养成分还含有白藜芦醇、黄酮、多糖等活性成分。同时介绍了桑葚的药理活性作用,主要包括调节免疫作用、抗氧化作用、降糖降脂作用、抗癌抗突变作用。
12.甘草,有效成分为甘草酸、甘草次酸、甘草黄酮类物质、甘草多糖的药理活性。具有补脾益气,润肺止咳,缓急止痛,缓和药性的功效。在临床上广泛应用于脾胃虚弱、食少便溏、润肺平喘、食物或药物中毒、止痛,特别是在解毒、抗菌、抗肿瘤。
实施例15临床实验验证
1.某医院临床治疗效果典型案例:
王某,男,30岁,在饮酒过后,按剂量服用本发明1小时后,消除了酒后、口渴、咽干、呕吐.头晕眼花的病症。
肖某,男,50岁,按剂量服用本发明1.5小时后,过度饮酒后酒精中毒现象不明显,头痛也好了。
张某,男35岁,饮酒过后,口渴、呕吐.头晕眼花,按剂量服用本发明1.5小时后,症状消失。
陈某,男28岁,饮酒过后,头晕眼花,口渴,按剂量服用本发明1小时后,症状消失了。
邓某,男45岁,饮酒过后,发热、头痛、口渴、咽干、头晕眼花,按剂量服用本发明2小时后,症状消失。
黄某,女25岁,饮酒过后,脸红,头痛,口渴,头晕眼花,按剂量服用本发明1小时后,症状消失。
蓝某,女30岁,饮酒过后,脸红,呕吐.头晕眼花,按剂量服用本发明1小时后,症状消失。
2. 2014年3月1日至2015年12月30某医院统计数据
患者:饮酒过度者48例,其中男性35例,女性13例,年龄21-63岁,均为不同程度的饮酒过度者。
治疗方法:使用本发明1剂量(以体重50kg计量,即包含250mg该中药组合物),饮酒前或饮酒后服用。
疗效:48例患者的临床疗效观察,显著减轻头痛、口渴、发热、咽干、呕吐、头晕眼花等症状的40例,有效减轻者6例,效果不明显2例,总有效率达到95.83%。
由此可说明本发明的中药组合物均衡兼顾了解酒、促进肝脏解毒,健胃消脾方面的功能,能有效减缓人们因饮酒过量,或酒精中毒引起的头痛、头晕、呕吐、干渴、胃部不适等不良症状,对肝脏,肠胃具有明显保护作用。

Claims (10)
1.解酒养肝的中药组合物,其特征在于,包括有按重量份计的以下物质组成:葛根10-15份,枳椇子4.5-9份,菊花4.5-10份,炒麦芽8-15份,佛手3-10份,白茅根7-30份,枸杞4-12份,姜片3-10份,橘皮3-15份,山楂5-12份,桑葚5-15份,甘草1-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,包括有按重量份计的以下物质组成:葛根10-12份,枳椇子4.5-7份,菊花4.5-6份,炒麦芽8-10份,佛手3-5份,白茅根7-9份,枸杞4-6份,姜片3-5份,橘皮3-6份,山楂5-9份,桑葚5-9份,甘草1-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,包括有按重量份计的以下物质组成:葛根10份,枳椇子6.5份,菊花4.5份,炒麦芽8份,佛手3份,白茅根7.5份,枸杞4.5份,姜片3份,橘皮3.5份,山楂5份,桑葚5份,甘草1.5份。
4.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:将所述中药组合物所有组分按比例配制,先浸泡1个小时,用水提取,将提取液浓缩,干燥,制得如权利要求1~3任一项所述的中药组合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述提取用水的质量为组合物总质量的8倍。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述提取的方式为煎煮;煎煮次数为2次,第一次1小时,第二次40分钟。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,对所述提取液进行浓缩,获得相对密度为1.0~1.5的浓缩液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述浓缩液干燥至水分小于或等于5%。
9.解酒养肝的药物,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1~3任一项所述的中药组合物和药学上可接受的辅料。
10.根据权利要求9所述的药物,其特征在于,其剂型为片剂、丸剂、口服液剂、胶囊剂、糖浆剂、滴丸剂或颗粒剂。
