纺纱,是取动物或植物性纤维运用加捻的方式使其抱合成为一连续性无限延伸的纱线,以便适用于织造的一种行为,纱本身的捻度会使纤维自然而紧密的抱合在一起,因而非常有利织造或针织,其中纱的捻度与纱的直径有关,测量的方式是由每一寸纱中有几转来决定,并以低、中或高来表示,通常捻度愈高即纱的转数越多的,表示纱的强度愈好,低捻纱常用来制造平滑,光泽或柔软无光的织物,反之,具皱摺感或表面粗硬的织物则需要高捻纱来制造。
可再生混纺纱是利用回收的废旧纺织品为原材料,并添加其他辅助剂制成的纺纱,而随着原材料资源的紧缺和保护环境的需要,废旧纺织品回收再利用越来越受到人们的重视,它不仅可以缓解纺织行业资源短缺的现状,还可以减少纺织品对环境造成的污染,而现有的可再生混纺棉纱性能相对单一,多突出表现在某一性能上,在处于复杂的使用环境中并不能保持相对均衡的使用状态,进而影响其使用寿命,为用户带来较差的使用体验。
因此,有必要提供一种具有吸水性的可再生混纺棉纱解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有吸水性的可再生混纺棉纱,解决了现有的可再生混纺棉纱性能相对单一,在处于复杂的使用环境中并不能保持相对均衡的使用状态,进而影响其使用寿命的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的具有吸水性的可再生混纺棉纱,包括以下重量份原料:
废旧棉织品30-35份,棉纱边角料13-28份,铜氨纤维9-12份,淀粉8-12份,纳米二氧化硅粉末4-7份,纳米氧化锌粉末3-6份,聚丙烯腈纤维10-13份,三聚氰胺9-14份,聚乙烯醇11-14份,二氧化氯0.5-0.8份,碳酸氢铵5-7份,羧甲基纤维素3-5份,甘油硬脂酸脂1-3份,水30-40份。
优选的,包括以下重量份原料:
废旧棉织品30份,棉纱边角料14份,铜氨纤维10份,淀粉10份,纳米二氧化硅粉末5份,纳米氧化锌粉末4份,聚丙烯腈纤维11份,三聚氰胺12份,聚乙烯醇12份,二氧化氯0.7份,碳酸氢铵6份,羧甲基纤维素4份,甘油硬脂酸脂2份,水40份。

S1、取废旧棉织品30份、棉纱边角料14份、铜氨纤维10份,依次放入容器中混合,并用破碎机将混合原料打碎成纤维,打碎后放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌温度为60-70℃,并在搅拌时加入甘油硬脂酸脂,在转速为300-400r/min下进行搅拌20-30min,然后送入烘干机中烘干,最后经过梳棉工艺制成混合纤维棉条备用;
S2、取淀粉10份、纳米二氧化硅粉末5份、纳米氧化锌粉末4份依次放入搅拌机中,并加入20份的水,通过搅拌机进行加热搅拌操作,加热温度为70-75℃,搅拌25分钟后制得一次备用浆料;
S3、将S1中制得的混合纤维棉条浸入S2中的一次备用浆料中,40-50分钟之后取出,挤出多余浆液,并置于烘干机中,在80-90℃的温度条件下进行烘干,烘干后的纤维与聚丙烯腈纤维混合,再次经过梳棉工艺制得再生纤维棉条;
S4、取羧甲基纤维素4份置于搅拌机中,并加入20份的水,加热搅拌至50-55℃后,分别向溶液中添加三聚氰胺12份、聚乙烯醇12份、二氧化氯0.7份和碳酸氢铵6份,继续搅拌加热至70-80℃,得到二次备用浆料;
S5、将S3中制得的再生纤维棉条浸入S4中制得的二次备用浆料中,加热至50-60℃后,恒温处理1-1.5小时之后取出,将多余的浆液挤出,然后放入烘干机中进行烘干处理;
S6、将S5中烘干好的棉条进行粗纱、细纱、梳棉、精梳等工艺操作,即可得到本发明吸水性的可再生混纺棉。
优选的,所述S1中在加入甘油硬脂酸脂时,需分两次等量依次加入,间隔时间为5-7分钟。
优选的,所述S1中旧棉织品与棉纱边角料在使用之前需要经过漂洗,将其外部的灰尘和杂质清洗干净,且经过破碎机粉碎后的纤维长度为4-6mm。

本发明提供一种具有吸水性的可再生混纺棉纱,(1)、主要以废旧棉织品和棉纱边角料为主要原料,同时添加铜氨纤维作为辅助纤维料,能够在保持良好的吸水性的同时,并能够有效的提升纤维的整体强度和手感,使用淀粉、纳米二氧化硅粉末和纳米氧化锌粉末制得的浆料对纺纱棉进行浸泡处理,能够提高纤维的抗晒性、耐磨性和保暖性;
(2)、通过使用羧甲基纤维素、三聚氰胺、聚乙烯醇、二氧化氯以及碳酸氢铵对纤维进行二次浸泡处理,其中三聚氰胺具有提高强度、韧性的功能,二氧化氯具有消毒、抑菌消炎功能,而碳酸氢铵具有膨胀功能,能够将再生纺纱棉松散,使得纺纱棉抗弯曲强度高、抑菌防霉、可纺性好、抱合力高、吸湿性强的等优点,使得纺纱具有多方面均衡的性能,在处于复杂的使用环境中,使得棉纱能够很好的适应,保持相对稳定的状态,进而增加人们的使用体验,且不会轻易受到外界环境影响,延长其使用寿命,满足人们的使用需求。

下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。请结合参阅图1、图2和图3,其中,图1为本发明提供的用于对纤维棉条进行烘干处理的烘干机的结构示意图;图2为图1所示的转动板内部局部的结构示意图;图3为图1所示的转动板侧面内部的示意图。具有吸水性的可再生混纺棉纱,包括以下重量份原料:
废旧棉织品30-35份,棉纱边角料13-28份,铜氨纤维9-12份,淀粉8-12份,纳米二氧化硅粉末4-7份,纳米氧化锌粉末3-6份,聚丙烯腈纤维10-13份,三聚氰胺9-14份,聚乙烯醇11-14份,二氧化氯0.5-0.8份,碳酸氢铵5-7份,羧甲基纤维素3-5份,甘油硬脂酸脂1-3份,水30-40份。
包括以下重量份原料:
废旧棉织品30份,棉纱边角料14份,铜氨纤维10份,淀粉10份,纳米二氧化硅粉末5份,纳米氧化锌粉末4份,聚丙烯腈纤维11份,三聚氰胺12份,聚乙烯醇12份,二氧化氯0.7份,碳酸氢铵6份,羧甲基纤维素4份,甘油硬脂酸脂2份,水40份。
所述具有吸水性的可再生混纺棉纱的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、取废旧棉织品30份、棉纱边角料14份、铜氨纤维10份,依次放入容器中混合,并用破碎机将混合原料打碎成纤维,打碎后放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌温度为60-70℃,并在搅拌时加入甘油硬脂酸脂,在转速为300-400r/min下进行搅拌20-30min,然后送入烘干机中烘干,最后经过梳棉工艺制成混合纤维棉条备用;
S2、取淀粉10份、纳米二氧化硅粉末5份、纳米氧化锌粉末4份依次放入搅拌机中,并加入20份的水,通过搅拌机进行加热搅拌操作,加热温度为70-75℃,搅拌25分钟后制得一次备用浆料;
S3、将S1中制得的混合纤维棉条浸入S2中的一次备用浆料中,40-50分钟之后取出,挤出多余浆液,并置于烘干机中,在80-90℃的温度条件下进行烘干,烘干后的纤维与聚丙烯腈纤维混合,再次经过梳棉工艺制得再生纤维棉条;
S4、取羧甲基纤维素4份置于搅拌机中,并加入20份的水,加热搅拌至50-55℃后,分别向溶液中添加三聚氰胺12份、聚乙烯醇12份、二氧化氯0.7份和碳酸氢铵6份,继续搅拌加热至70-80℃,得到二次备用浆料;
S5、将S3中制得的再生纤维棉条浸入S4中制得的二次备用浆料中,加热至50-60℃后,恒温处理1-1.5小时之后取出,将多余的浆液挤出,然后放入烘干机中进行烘干处理;
S6、将S5中烘干好的棉条进行粗纱、细纱、梳棉、精梳等工艺操作,即可得到本发明吸水性的可再生混纺棉。
所述S1中在加入甘油硬脂酸脂时,需分两次等量依次加入,间隔时间为5-7分钟。
所述S1中旧棉织品与棉纱边角料在使用之前需要经过漂洗,将其外部的灰尘和杂质清洗干净,且经过破碎机粉碎后的纤维长度为4-6mm。
所述S2中在加入水时,需边搅拌边缓慢的加入,搅拌使得转速为220-250r/min,且制得的浆料为白色浓稠状,内部没有颗粒物。
所述S3中在向一次备用浆料内部浸入纤维棉条时,需保证浆料完全将棉条淹没,棉条尽量保持平铺状态,便于浆料更好的与棉条接触,挤出多余浆料时,需保证棉条内部含水量为50%。

悬挂结构2,所述悬挂结构2设置于所述箱体1上,所述悬挂结构2包括驱动电机21,所述驱动电机21输出轴的一端固定连接有转动板22,所述转动板22的外部套接有滑座23,所述转动板22的内部开设有移动槽24,所述移动槽24内表面的一侧转动连接有转动件25,所述转动件25的外表面套接有齿轮26,所述移动槽24内表面的底部固定连接有齿板27,所述齿板27的一侧与所述齿轮26的外部啮合,所述转动板22的前后两侧均开设有滑槽28,所述滑座23的内侧设置有两个滑轮29,所述滑轮29的外部与所述滑槽28的内部滚动连接,所述滑座23的底部固定连接有悬挂带210。
驱动电机21位于箱体1的外部,外接有电源,通过外部的开关控制其运转,转动板22位于箱体1的内部,通过驱动电机21转动,可以带动转动板22同时在箱体1内部水平方向转动,滑座23共设置有五个,均匀分布在转动板22的外部,可以在转动板22外部水平方向滑动,转动件25由移动槽24内部延伸至滑座23外部的一侧,通过在外部转动该转动件25,使得其表面的齿轮26可以转动,同时可以在齿板27上水平方向移动,进而能够带动滑座23在转动板22上水平移动,实现对滑座23位置的调节,滑轮29与滑槽28适配设置,通过两者配合滚动,对滑座23提供支撑,并使得滑座23在移动时保持流畅顺滑状态,悬挂带210用悬挂棉条,通过设置该悬挂结构2,主要用于对棉条进行悬挂,并在悬挂棉条时,可需要调节悬挂带210之间的间距时,即可通过转动外部的转动件25实现,使得悬挂带210在使用时更加灵活,能够满足人们不同的使用需求。
所述箱体1内壁的两侧均设置有烘干器3,所述箱体1的底部固定连接有支撑架4,所述箱体1的左侧转动连接有箱门5。
通过驱动电机21带动转动板22转动,进而带动转动板22上的棉条转动,并通过箱体1内壁左右两侧的烘干器3对棉条进行烘干。
本发明提供的具有吸水性的可再生混纺棉纱的工作原理如下:
该吸水性的可再生混纺棉纱,主要以废旧棉织品和棉纱边角料为主要原料,同时添加铜氨纤维作为辅助纤维料,能够在保持良好的吸水性的同时,并能够有效的提升纤维的整体强度和手感,使用淀粉、纳米二氧化硅粉末和纳米氧化锌粉末制得的浆料对纺纱棉进行浸泡处理,能够提高纤维的抗晒性、耐磨性和保暖性,通过使用羧甲基纤维素、三聚氰胺、聚乙烯醇、二氧化氯以及碳酸氢铵对纤维进行二次浸泡处理,其中三聚氰胺具有提高强度、韧性的功能,二氧化氯具有消毒、抑菌消炎功能,而碳酸氢铵具有膨胀功能,能够将再生纺纱棉松散,使得纺纱棉抗弯曲强度高、抑菌防霉、可纺性好、抱合力高、吸湿性强的等优点。

第二实施例
基于本发明的第一实施例一种具有吸水性的可再生混纺棉纱,本发明的第二实施例提供另一种具有吸水性的可再生混纺棉纱,其中,第二实施例并不会妨碍第一实施例的技术方案的独立实施。
具体的,本发明的提供另一种具有吸水性的可再生混纺棉纱不同之处在于:
包括以下重量份原料:
废旧棉织品35份,棉纱边角料25份,铜氨纤维12份,淀粉12份,纳米二氧化硅粉末7份,纳米氧化锌粉末6份,聚丙烯腈纤维14份,三聚氰胺9份,聚乙烯醇11份,二氧化氯0.8份,碳酸氢铵7份,羧甲基纤维素5份,甘油硬脂酸脂1份,水30份。
所述具有吸水性的可再生混纺棉纱的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、取废旧棉织品35份、棉纱边角料25份、铜氨纤维12份,依次放入容器中混合,并用破碎机将混合原料打碎成纤维,打碎后放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌温度为60-70℃,并在搅拌时加入甘油硬脂酸脂,在转速为300-400r/min下进行搅拌20-30min,然后送入烘干机中烘干,最后经过梳棉工艺制成混合纤维棉条备用;
S2、取淀粉12份、纳米二氧化硅粉末7份、纳米氧化锌粉末6份依次放入搅拌机中,并加入15份的水,通过搅拌机进行加热搅拌操作,加热温度为70-75℃,搅拌25分钟后制得一次备用浆料;
S3、将S1中制得的混合纤维棉条浸入S2中的一次备用浆料中,40-50分钟之后取出,挤出多余浆液,并置于烘干机中,在80-90℃的温度条件下进行烘干,烘干后的纤维与聚丙烯腈纤维混合,再次经过梳棉工艺制得再生纤维棉条;
S4、取羧甲基纤维素5份置于搅拌机中,并加入15份的水,加热搅拌至50-55℃后,分别向溶液中添加三聚氰胺9份、聚乙烯醇11份、二氧化氯0.8份和碳酸氢铵7份,继续搅拌加热至70-80℃,得到二次备用浆料;
S5、将S3中制得的再生纤维棉条浸入S4中制得的二次备用浆料中,加热至50-60℃后,恒温处理1-1.5小时之后取出,将多余的浆液挤出,然后放入烘干机中进行烘干处理;
S6、将S5中烘干好的棉条进行粗纱、细纱、梳棉、精梳等工艺操作,即可得到本发明吸水性的可再生混纺棉。

Claims (9)

1.一种具有吸水性的可再生混纺棉纱,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料:
废旧棉织品30-35份,棉纱边角料13-28份,铜氨纤维9-12份,淀粉8-12份,纳米二氧化硅粉末4-7份,纳米氧化锌粉末3-6份,聚丙烯腈纤维10-13份,三聚氰胺9-14份,聚乙烯醇11-14份,二氧化氯0.5-0.8份,碳酸氢铵5-7份,羧甲基纤维素3-5份,甘油硬脂酸脂1-3份,水30-40份;
所述具有吸水性的可再生混纺棉纱的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、取废旧棉织品30份、棉纱边角料14份、铜氨纤维10份,依次放入容器中混合,并用破碎机将混合原料打碎成纤维,打碎后放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌温度为60-70℃,并在搅拌时加入甘油硬脂酸脂,在转速为300-400r/min下进行搅拌20-30min,然后送入烘干机中烘干,最后经过梳棉工艺制成混合纤维棉条备用;

S4、取羧甲基纤维素4份置于搅拌机中,并加入20份的水,加热搅拌至50-55℃后,分别向溶液中添加三聚氰胺12份、聚乙烯醇12份、二氧化氯0.7份和碳酸氢铵6份,继续搅拌加热至70-80℃,得到二次备用浆料;
S5、将S3中制得的再生纤维棉条浸入S4中制得的二次备用浆料中,加热至50-60℃后,恒温处理1-1.5小时之后取出,将多余的浆液挤出,然后放入烘干机中进行烘干处理;
S6、将S5中烘干好的棉条进行梳棉、精梳、粗纱、细纱工艺操作,即可得到本发明吸水性的可再生混纺棉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有吸水性的可再生混纺棉纱,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料:
废旧棉织品30份,棉纱边角料14份,铜氨纤维10份,淀粉10份,纳米二氧化硅粉末5份,纳米氧化锌粉末4份,聚丙烯腈纤维11份,三聚氰胺12份,聚乙烯醇12份,二氧化氯0.7份,碳酸氢铵6份,羧甲基纤维素4份,甘油硬脂酸脂2份,水40份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有吸水性的可再生混纺棉纱,其特征在于,所述S1中在加入甘油硬脂酸脂时,需分两次等量依次加入,间隔时间为5-7分钟。
