Detailed Description
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for reducing blood sugar and/or blood fat, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50-160 parts of ginseng, 50-140 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 50-180 parts of poria, 100-500 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 100-300 parts of dendrobium officinale, 100-400 parts of tortoise plastron, 100-300 parts of wolfberry fruit, 100-500 parts of trichosanthes root, 100-300 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae, 100-340 parts of red paeony root, 100-300 parts of cortex moutan, 100-300 parts of Chinese yam, 100-600 parts of fried hawthorn and 100000 parts of meat. The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention combines the functions of clearing liver, tonifying kidney, strengthening spleen, promoting diuresis and reducing phlegm, and can effectively play a technical effect of reducing and stabilizing blood sugar and/or blood fat.
The raw materials for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise 50-160 parts of ginseng, preferably 50-100 parts, and more preferably 80 parts.
The raw materials for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise 50-140 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, preferably 50-100 parts, and more preferably 80 parts.
The raw materials for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise 50-180 parts of poria, preferably 50-100 parts, and more preferably 100 parts.
The raw materials for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise 100-500 parts of radix ophiopogonis, preferably 100-300 parts, and more preferably 300 parts.
The raw materials for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise 100-300 parts of dendrobium officinale, and more preferably 100 parts.
The raw materials for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise 100-400 parts of tortoise plastron, more preferably 100-300 parts, and even more preferably 200 parts.
The raw materials for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise 100-300 parts of wolfberry fruit, and more preferably 100 parts.
The raw materials for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise 100-500 parts of trichosanthes root, more preferably 100-300 parts, and even more preferably 300 parts.
The raw materials for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise 100-300 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae, and more preferably 150 parts.
The raw materials for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise 100-340 parts of red peony root, more preferably 100-300 parts, and even more preferably 200 parts.
The raw materials for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise 100-300 parts of cortex moutan, and more preferably 100 parts.
The raw materials for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise 100-300 parts of Chinese yam, and more preferably 200 parts of Chinese yam.
The raw materials for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise 100-600 parts of fried hawthorn, more preferably 100-300 parts, and even more preferably 200 parts.
The source of the above raw materials is not particularly limited in the present invention, and conventional commercially available products known to those skilled in the art may be used.
In the present invention, the meat preferably includes poultry meat, and in the present invention, the poultry meat preferably includes ecotype chicken and the livestock meat preferably includes beef. The invention also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, which comprises the following steps:
(1) placing meat and flavoring in water, boiling with strong fire, cooking with slow fire, and stewing to obtain processed meat;
(2) decocting the above Chinese medicinal composition except meat in water to obtain a mixed decoction;
(3) placing the processed meat obtained in the step (1) into the combined decoction obtained in the step (2) to obtain a mixture, and sequentially boiling the mixture with strong fire, boiling with soft fire and soaking at constant temperature to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine composition;
there is no requirement for time sequence between the steps (1) and (2).
The invention puts meat and flavoring into water to be boiled with big fire, cooked with small fire and smoldered in turn to obtain the processed meat. In the present invention, the seasoning preferably comprises the following components in parts by mass: 300-1000 parts of star anise, 100-500 parts of clove, 800-2000 parts of pepper, 1000 parts of green Chinese onion, 1000 parts of ginger, 2000-4000 parts of salt and 1500 parts of soy sauce, and further preferably 500 parts of star anise, 300 parts of clove, 1000 parts of pepper, 1000 parts of green Chinese onion, 1000 parts of ginger, 3000 parts of salt and 1500 parts of soy sauce; the mass ratio of the meat to the seasoning is preferably 100000: (6700-11000). In the present invention, the mass ratio of the meat to the seasoning is preferably 100000:8300, and the boiling with strong fire preferably includes: heating water to boil, and keeping the boiling state for heating for 10 min; the slow fire cooking preferably comprises: reducing the temperature of the boiling water to a slightly boiling state at the center of the water surface, and keeping the slightly boiling state until the meat is cooked; the smothering preferably comprises: and stopping heating and stewing for 4-5 h after the meat is cooked. The meat processing method provided by the invention can effectively improve the taste of the cooked meat.
The invention puts the raw materials except meat into water for boiling to obtain the combined decoction. In the present invention, the boiling preferably comprises: the first time of boiling, the second time of boiling and the third time of boiling; during the first decoction, the mass ratio of the total mass of the raw materials except meat to water in the traditional Chinese medicine composition is 1150-3300: 5000, and the first medicine decoction is obtained after the traditional Chinese medicine composition is decocted for 20 min; during the second decoction, the mass ratio of the total mass of the raw materials except meat to water in the traditional Chinese medicine composition is 1150-3300: 3000, and the second decoction is obtained after the traditional Chinese medicine composition is decocted for 20 min; and during the third decoction, the mass ratio of the total mass of the raw materials except meat to water in the traditional Chinese medicine composition is 1150-3300: 2000, the third decoction is obtained after the traditional Chinese medicine composition is decocted for 10min, and the first decoction, the second decoction and the third decoction are combined to obtain the combined decoction. The decocting method provided by the invention can effectively retain the efficacy of the raw materials for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
The invention mixes the combined soup with the processed meat to obtain a mixture, and then the mixture is boiled with strong fire, boiled with small fire and soaked at constant temperature in turn to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition. In the present invention, the slow fire cooking preferably comprises: after the mixture is boiled with strong fire, reducing the temperature of the mixture to a state that the center of the surface of the mixture is slightly boiled, wherein the time for boiling with small fire is preferably 5-10 min, and is further preferably 8 min; the constant temperature infusion preferably comprises: soaking the mixture boiled by small fire in an environment at 0-4 ℃ for 72 hours; the mass ratio of the processed meat to the combined soup is preferably (5-20): 1, and more preferably 10: 1. In the invention, after the processed meat is boiled with strong fire, boiled with small fire and soaked at constant temperature in the combined soup, the drug effect of the combined soup can be effectively absorbed, and the combined soup is concentrated into the meat, so that the traditional Chinese medicine composition for effectively reducing and stabilizing blood sugar can be provided, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention takes the meat as a carrier, so that the patient acceptance is higher.
The invention also provides application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition or the traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared by the preparation method in preparing a hypoglycemic and/or hypolipidemic medicine.
The invention also provides application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition or the traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared by the preparation method in preparing medicines or medicated diet for reducing blood sugar and/or blood fat.
The invention also provides application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition or the traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared by the preparation method in preparing medicines or medicated diet for preventing or treating type II diabetes.
For further illustration of the present invention, the following detailed description of the present invention will be made with reference to the drawings and examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1
Preparing the following materials in parts by mass: 100000 parts of ecological chicken, 500 parts of star anise, 300 parts of clove, 1000 parts of pepper, 1000 parts of green Chinese onion, 1000 parts of ginger, 3000 parts of salt and 1500 parts of soy sauce. And (3) putting the materials into water, boiling the materials with a big fire for 10 minutes, then stewing the materials with a small fire slowly until the chicken is cooked, continuously stewing the chicken for 4 hours without opening the cover, taking out the chicken and cooling the chicken to obtain the processed ecological chicken with the white strips.
80 parts of ginseng, 80 parts of largehead atractylodes rhizome, 100 parts of poria, 300 parts of dwarf lilyturf tuber, 100 parts of dendrobium officinale, 200 parts of tortoise plastron, 100 parts of medlar, 300 parts of Mongolian snakegourd root, 150 parts of anemarrhena, 200 parts of red paeony root, 100 parts of cortex moutan, 200 parts of Chinese yam and 200 parts of fried hawthorn.
100kg of ecological chicken, 500g of star anise, 300g of clove, 1000g of pepper, 1kg of green Chinese onion, 1kg of ginger, 3000g of salt and 1.5L of soy sauce are taken. And (3) putting the materials into water, boiling the materials with a big fire for 10 minutes, then stewing the materials with a small fire slowly until the chicken is cooked, continuously stewing the chicken for 4 hours without opening the cover, taking out the chicken and cooling the chicken to obtain the processed ecological chicken with the white strips.
Decocting 80g of Ginseng radix, 80g of Atractylodis rhizoma, 100g of Poria, 300g of radix Ophiopogonis, 100g of herba Dendrobii, 200g of carapax et Plastrum Testudinis, 100g of fructus Lycii, 300g of Trichosanthis radix, 150g of rhizoma anemarrhenae, 200g of radix Paeoniae Rubra, 100g of cortex moutan, 200g of rhizoma Dioscoreae and 200g of parched fructus crataegi in 5000mL of water for 20min, and filtering to obtain first decoction; adding 3000mL of water into the filtered medicine residues, decocting for 20min, and filtering to obtain a second medicine decoction; adding 2000mL of water into the filtered residue, decocting for 10min, filtering to obtain a third decoction, and mixing the first decoction, the second decoction and the third decoction to obtain a mixed decoction.
And (3) putting the processed ecological chicken with white streaky silks into the mixed medicine soup, boiling the mixture with strong fire, then boiling the mixture with slow fire for 8min, cooling the ecological chicken with white streaky silks and the mixed medicine soup to 0-4 ℃ after the boiling with slow fire is finished, and soaking the mixture for 72h at constant temperature to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition. Storing the Chinese medicinal composition under vacuum sealing condition.
Example 2
Preparing the following materials in parts by mass: 100000 parts of beef, 500 parts of anise, 300 parts of clove, 1000 parts of pepper, 1000 parts of green Chinese onion, 1000 parts of ginger, 3000 parts of salt and 1500 parts of soy sauce. And (3) putting the materials into water, boiling with strong fire for 10 minutes, stewing with slow fire until the beef is cooked thoroughly, continuously stewing for 4 hours without opening the cover, taking out, and cooling to obtain the processed beef.

100kg of beef, 500g of anise, 300g of clove, 1000g of pepper, 1kg of green Chinese onion, 1kg of ginger, 3000g of salt and 1.5L of soy sauce are taken. And (3) putting the materials into water, boiling with strong fire for 10 minutes, stewing with slow fire until the beef is cooked thoroughly, continuously stewing for 4 hours without opening the cover, taking out, and cooling to obtain the processed beef.
Decocting 80g of Ginseng radix, 80g of Atractylodis rhizoma, 100g of Poria, 300g of radix Ophiopogonis, 100g of herba Dendrobii, 200g of carapax et Plastrum Testudinis, 100g of fructus Lycii, 300g of Trichosanthis radix, 150g of rhizoma anemarrhenae, 200g of radix Paeoniae Rubra, 100g of cortex moutan, 200g of rhizoma Dioscoreae and 200g of parched fructus crataegi in 5000mL of water for 20min, and filtering to obtain first decoction; adding 3000mL of water into the filtered medicine residues, decocting for 20min, and filtering to obtain a second medicine decoction; adding 2000mL of water into the filtered residue, decocting for 10min, filtering to obtain a third decoction, and mixing the first decoction, the second decoction and the third decoction to obtain a mixed decoction.
And (3) putting the processed beef into the mixed medicine soup, boiling the beef with strong fire, then boiling the beef with soft fire for 8min, cooling the beef and the mixed medicine soup to 0-4 ℃ after the boiling with soft fire is finished, and soaking the beef and the mixed medicine soup for 72h at constant temperature to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition. Storing the Chinese medicinal composition under vacuum sealing condition.
Application example 1
The invention selects a type II diabetes patient with age of 39 years and body mass index of 36.6kg/m2It is suitable for light labour without great pressure. Before treatment, the patient has severe thirst symptoms, and the clinical examination report shows that the fasting blood sugar is 19.08 mmol/L; 10.4% of glycosylated hemoglobin; triglyceride 18.56 mmol/L. The patients do not take medicines for controlling blood sugar and blood fat before, during and after treatment, and the patients eat 1500-4500 g of the traditional Chinese medicine composition every day during the treatment period.
The patients continued to eat the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided in example 1 for 33 days, and statistics were made on the blood sugar and blood lipid changes of the patients during and after the end of the consumption of the traditional Chinese medicine composition.

As can be seen from FIG. 1 and Table 1, the fasting blood glucose of the patients gradually decreased from 19.08mmol/L to 7.08mmol/L in 33 days of the treatment of the patients, and the blood glucose did not rebound greatly within 200 days after the treatment of the Chinese medicinal composition was stopped. And the index of the glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) of the patient is continuously reduced 30 days after the treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is stopped, and the HbA1c is reduced to a normal level 200 days after the treatment is stopped.
Table 3 demonstrates the daily blood glucose level changes of the patients during the treatment period of the Chinese medicinal composition. The treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine composition obviously reduces the blood sugar fluctuation. As can be seen from the comparison at the same test time point, the blood glucose level of the patient gradually decreases as the treatment time of the Chinese medicinal composition advances.
2. The statistical results of the blood lipid changes are shown in tables 4-7 and fig. 3-6.

As shown in tables 4 to 7 and FIGS. 3 to 6, the TG value of the Chinese medicinal composition rapidly decreased after 7 days of treatment, and the TG value decreased to a normal level after 32 days of treatment. The TG level of this patient did not rebound 200 days after treatment was stopped. TC decreased to normal levels 7 days after treatment. HDL-C and LDL-C were within the normal range both during and after treatment. And the body weight of the patient does not fluctuate more than 1kg during and 200 days after the treatment.
The data show that the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention can effectively play a technical role in reducing blood sugar and blood fat of type II diabetes patients.
Although the present invention has been described with respect to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that the invention is not limited thereto, and that various changes and modifications can be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50-160 parts of ginseng, 50-140 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 50-180 parts of poria, 100-500 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 100-300 parts of dendrobium officinale, 100-400 parts of tortoise plastron, 100-300 parts of wolfberry fruit, 100-500 parts of trichosanthes root, 100-300 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae, 100-340 parts of red paeony root, 100-300 parts of cortex moutan, 100-300 parts of Chinese yam, 100-600 parts of fried hawthorn and 100000 parts of meat.
2. The traditional Chinese medicine composition according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50-100 parts of ginseng, 50-100 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 50-100 parts of poria, 100-300 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 100-300 parts of dendrobium officinale, 100-300 parts of tortoise plastron, 100-300 parts of wolfberry fruit, 100-300 parts of trichosanthes root, 100-300 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae, 100-300 parts of red paeony root, 100-300 parts of cortex moutan, 100-300 parts of Chinese yam, 100-300 parts of fried hawthorn and 100000 parts of meat.
3. The Chinese medicinal composition as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the meat comprises poultry meat and livestock meat.
4. A method for preparing the Chinese medicinal composition of any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
(1) placing meat and flavoring in water, boiling with strong fire, cooking with slow fire, and stewing to obtain processed meat;
(2) decocting the raw materials except meat in the traditional Chinese medicine composition of any one of claims 1 to 3 in water to obtain a combined decoction;
(3) placing the processed meat prepared in the step (1) into the combined decoction obtained in the step (2) to obtain a mixture, and sequentially boiling the mixture with strong fire, boiling with soft fire and soaking at constant temperature to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine composition;
there is no requirement for time sequence between the steps (1) and (2).
5. The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein the seasoning in the step (1) comprises the following components in parts by mass: 300-1000 parts of anise, 100-500 parts of clove, 800-2000 parts of pepper, 1000 parts of green Chinese onion, 1000 parts of ginger, 2000-4000 parts of salt and 1500 parts of soy sauce; the mass ratio of the meat to the seasoning is 100000: (6700-11000).

The method according to claim 4, wherein the boiling with big fire in the step (1) comprises: heating water to boil, and keeping the boiling state for heating for 10 min; the small-fire cooking comprises the following steps: reducing the temperature of the boiling water to a slightly boiling state at the center of the water surface, and keeping the slightly boiling state until the meat is cooked; the smothering comprises the following steps: and stopping heating and stewing for 4-5 h after the meat is cooked.

The method of claim 4, wherein the cooking in the step (2) comprises: the first time of boiling, the second time of boiling and the third time of boiling; when the first decoction is carried out, the mass ratio of the total mass of the raw materials except meat in the traditional Chinese medicine composition of any one of claims 1 to 3 to water is 1150-3300: 5000, and a first decoction is obtained after the decoction is carried out for 20 min; during the second decoction, the mass ratio of the total mass of the raw materials except meat in the traditional Chinese medicine composition of any one of claims 1 to 3 to water is 1150-3300: 3000, and a second decoction is obtained after the decoction is carried out for 20 min; when the third decoction is carried out, the mass ratio of the total mass of the raw materials except meat in the traditional Chinese medicine composition of any one of claims 1 to 3 to water is 1150-3300: 2000, the third decoction is obtained after the decoction is carried out for 10min, and the first decoction, the second decoction and the third decoction are combined to obtain the combined decoction.
8. The method according to claim 4, wherein the low-fire cooking in the step (3) comprises: after the mixture is boiled with strong fire, reducing the temperature of the mixture to a state that the center of the surface of the mixture is slightly boiled, wherein the boiling time with small fire is 5-10 min; the constant-temperature infusion comprises the following steps: soaking the mixture boiled by small fire in an environment at 0-4 ℃ for 72 hours; the mass ratio of the processed meat to the combined decoction is (5-20) to 1.
9. Use of the Chinese medicinal composition of any one of claims 1 to 3 or the Chinese medicinal composition prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 4 to 8 in the preparation of medicines or medicated diet for reducing blood sugar and/or blood lipid.
10. Use of the Chinese medicinal composition of any one of claims 1 to 3 or the Chinese medicinal composition prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 4 to 8 in the preparation of medicaments or medicinal meals for preventing or treating type II diabetes.
