s2: weighing radix codonopsitis, angelica, prepared rhizome of rehmannia, medlar and pseudo-ginseng according to a formula, washing the mixture by warm water at the temperature of 30-45 ℃, putting the mixture into a container, and mixing the materials according to a material-liquid ratio of 1 g: adding 30ml of cold water, decocting with strong fire until boiling, then decocting with slow fire for 30-60 minutes, carrying out suction filtration to obtain a primary extracting solution and filter residue, adding 10 times of cold water by weight into the filter residue, boiling with strong fire, then decocting with slow fire for 2-3 hours, carrying out suction filtration to obtain a secondary extracting solution, mixing the primary extracting solution and the secondary extracting solution, decocting for 20 minutes to obtain extracting solutions, combining the extracting solutions, filtering by 150 meshes, putting into a concentration tank, concentrating into an extract with the relative density of 1.14-1.2 at 85 ℃, and carrying out spray drying on the traditional Chinese medicine extract to obtain traditional Chinese medicine spray-dried powder for later use;
s3: cleaning fructus crataegi and fructus Hippophae, placing into a container, adding 8 times of water, boiling with strong fire, stewing with slow fire for 35-45 min, and filtering to obtain fructus crataegi and fructus Hippophae filtrate;
s4: mixing the dried red dates obtained in the step S1 with the filtrate obtained in the step S3, coenzyme and cane sugar, putting the mixture into a container, stewing for 40-60 minutes, pulping the cooked red dates, and then spraying and drying the pulp to form red date spray-dried powder for later use;
s5: and (4) uniformly mixing the traditional Chinese medicine spray-dried powder obtained in the step S2 and the red date spray-dried powder obtained in the step S4, and then granulating and packaging to prepare the solid beverage.
Example 2
Selecting materials according to the formula proportion of the invention: 70 g of codonopsis pilosula, 130 g of angelica, 70 g of medlar, 400 g of red date, 200 g of hawthorn, 130 g of prepared rhizome of rehmannia, 200 g of pseudo-ginseng, 1010 g of coenzyme Q, 70 g of sea buckthorn, 150 g of mulberry and 300 g of cane sugar.

s3: cleaning fructus crataegi and fructus Hippophae, placing into a container, adding 8 times of water, boiling with strong fire, stewing with slow fire for 35-45 min, and filtering to obtain fructus crataegi and fructus Hippophae filtrate;
