Description

' LU102389 A Traditional Chinese Medicine Composition for Reducing Blood Sugar and Preparation Method
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine composition, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for reducing blood sugar and a preparation method thereof.
BACKGROUND Diabetes is a growing global public health problem. It is reported that 13% of adults in the United States have diabetes. Healthcare spending on diabetes in 2017 was more than USD 327 billion. The research shows that the incidence of diabetes is on the rise in recent years.
Wherein Il diabetes is the most common type of the diabetes, its occurrence and development are related to many factors, such as insulin resistance, obesity, or B cell function damage, etc. At this stage, oral sugar control drugs are usually adopted for the blood sugar control of !| diabetes patients, or a combination of oral sugar control drugs and insulin is adopted. As the above-mentioned treatment methods can only control the blood sugar of patients, and cannot fundamentally solve the problem of endocrine disorders in patients, even if the blood sugar level of patients is well controlled by sugar control drugs, the disease cannot be cured. Therefore, patients usually have a series of diabetes complications in the later stage of treatment. Traditional medicines could become an alternative to diabetes treatment. Therefore, there is a great market demand for effective traditional Chinese medicine composition for diabetes treatment.
