1 data and method
1.1 clinical data
120 of patients who were in the pre-illness outpatient service at the secondary eosin hospital of Shanghai medical university during the period from 11 months in 2019 to 12 months in 2020 were selected as study subjects. 120 subjects were divided into three groups, 40 each, by using a random number table method, including the original plaster formula group, the plaster formula group of the present application, and the Xuefu Zhuyu Tang group. The medicines are decocted in a thick mode, dregs are removed, 300g of donkey-hide gelatin, 500g of white honey (400 g of xylitol for diabetics) and 500g of yellow wine are added into thick juice, and melting is carried out to obtain paste. For patients with qi deficiency, adding white Ginseng radix 100g, radix Codonopsis 100g, and radix astragali Preparata 100g respectively; colla Cornus Cervi is selected for patients with yang deficiency; 100g of scutellaria baicalensis and 100g of coptis chinensis can be added for patients with heat; 100g of divaricate saposhnikovia root is added for patients who are easy to catch cold; for patients with body fluid deficiency, radix Panacis Quinquefolii 100g, radix Adenophorae 100g, radix Glehniae 100g, radix Ophiopogonis 100g, and herba Dendrobii 100g can be added; for patients with chronic diseases and requiring wind dispelling and collaterals dredging, Scolopendra 100g and Scorpio 80g can be added; for patients with constipation, fructus Cannabis 100g and fructus Aurantii Immaturus 100g are added; 150g of platycladi seed, 100g of spina date seed, 100g of roselle, 120g of cortex albiziae, 100g of tuber fleeceflower stem, 100g of calcined magnetite and 100g of dens draconis are added for people with insomnia; for patients with waist soreness, 100g of Eucommiae cortex, 80g of radix Achyranthis bidentatae, 100g of herba Taxilli, and 100g of rhizoma Cibotii can be added.
The paste formula of the application: 150g of raw astragalus membranaceus, 150g of radix pseudostellariae, 100g of raw bighead atractylodes rhizome, 150g of fried white peony root, 150g of white poria, 90g of dittany bark, 90g of Japanese ampelopsis root, 90g of cynanchum atratum, 90g of angelica dahurica, 90g of mulberry bark, 90g of vinegar radix bupleuri, 150g of angelica sinensis, 100g of fried red peony root, 100g of radix rehmanniae recen, 150g of fried ligusticum wallichii, 90g of safflower carthamus, 90g of peach kernel paste, 60g of rose, 150g of caulis spatholobi, 150g of raw coix seed, 150g of cooked coix seed, 150g of Chinese yam, 100g of lotus seed meat, 90g of Chinese date, 90g of raw licorice, 60g of loofah sponge and 100g of beautiful sweetgum fruit. Decocting the above materials, removing residues, adding 250g of colla Corii Asini, 250g of maltose, 250g of Mel (200 g of xylitol for diabetic patients), and 250g of yellow wine, melting, and collecting paste.
Xuefu Zhuyu Tang group: 120g of peach kernel, 90g of safflower, angelica, radix rehmanniae recen and achyranthes bidentata, 45g of ligusticum wallichii and platycodon grandiflorum, 60g of red paeony root, fructus aurantii and liquorice and 30g of radix bupleuri. Decocting the above materials, removing residues, adding 250g of colla Corii Asini, 250g of maltose, 250g of Mel (200 g of xylitol for diabetic patients), and 250g of yellow wine, melting, and collecting paste.
The above ointment is taken 25g before or after winter solstice, and contains 14g of raw materials except maltose, Mel and yellow wine. The composition is administered with boiling water in the morning and evening for 60 days. During the period of eating, drinking wine, smoking, drinking strong tea, drinking coffee, eating irritant food and raw radish are avoided.
1.4 Observation index
According to the qi depression and blood stasis related symptom integral table, the qi depression and blood stasis related symptom integral before and after intervention of a subject is counted so as to reflect the intervention effect of the ointment formula on the qi depression and blood stasis physique of the subject.

1.5 clinical efficacy

1.6 statistical methods
Data were processed using SPSS 18.0 statistical software. 2 results
