美容养颜酵素及其口服液的生产方法,其包含以下步骤:
1)苦荞、玉竹、白芷、薏仁、百合、莲子破碎,浸泡,闷料、喷洒益生菌A液,拌料压实密闭发酵36-48小时,然后加发酵物料5-10的倍水磨浆、均质,然后液化、糖化得糖化醪,调ph值至7-8,杀菌,接种益生菌B,于35-45℃通氧密闭保温发酵 24-48小时,分离得发酵液和发酵渣,发酵渣干燥密闭保存;
2)枸杞、红枣、龙眼肉清洗,5-10倍水浸泡,打浆去籽核,得混合果汁,加入果胶酶和纤维素酶酶解2-3小时,加入葡萄籽提取物,杀菌,然后降温至20-30℃,加入步骤1)得到的发酵液,接种益生菌C保温发酵至ph值达到3.0-4.0时或自然终止发酵,继续保温后酵30-180天,分离去渣,得美容养颜酵素原液;分离出的发酵果渣干燥后密闭保存;

本发明达到了以下几个效果:
经过益生菌发酵,改善中药原料的多糖的分子结构,大分子多糖在被益生菌采食转化后,分子结构改变,以小分子多糖为主,营养功效增加,副作用降低。益生菌发酵产生的乳酸等酵素产物,在动物和人的肠道被吸收后,提高中药的医疗性能。
本发明实现了葡萄资源的综合利用,不产生废弃物,还可以有效的利用葡萄酒或葡萄汁生产所产生的葡萄皮渣。
药食两用的原料经益生菌发酵,使原料中的纤维、多糖、蛋白质分子结构改变,以小分子为主,不但营养功效增加,而且更利于营养物质的溶出,有利于人体更好的吸收。

4)美容养颜酵素原液中加入适量的水、低聚木糖、L-阿拉伯糖、聚葡萄糖、糖醇、白砂糖,装瓶杀菌得美容养颜酵素口服液;
5)美容养颜酵素原液中加入低聚木糖、L-阿拉伯糖、聚葡萄糖、糖醇,用白砂糖调可溶性固形物含量达到60%以上装瓶即得美容养颜酵素。
6)步骤1)和步骤2)得到的干燥发酵渣混合,粉碎后加入低聚木糖粉、L-阿拉伯糖、聚葡萄糖、糖醇、白砂糖、糊精,制粒、包装得美容养颜酵素。
实施例5
一种美容养颜酵素及其口服液,其原料依重量份组成为:枸杞50份,红枣30 份,苦荞32份,玉竹25份,薏仁35份,杏仁10份,白芷24份,龙眼肉34份,百合28份,莲子41份,葡萄籽提取物5份,L-阿拉伯糖3份,肉碱6份,低聚糖3 份,聚葡萄糖50份,水、白砂糖、糖醇、糊精适量;
其中药原料均为药食两用原料,枸杞,性平、味甘,归肝、肾经;红枣,味甘性温、归脾、胃经;玉竹,性微寒;味甘,归肺、胃经;薏仁,性微寒,味甘、淡,归脾、胃、肺经;杏仁,苦,微温;有小毒,归肺、大肠经;白芷,性温,辛;归肺、脾、胃经;龙眼肉,湿热,归心、脾、胃经;百合,微寒,味甘;微苦,归心、肺经;莲子,性平,味甘涩,入心、脾、肾经;苦荞,味苦,性平寒,归脾、胃、大肠经;红枣、杏仁、白芷、龙眼肉四种原料呈性温,玉竹、薏仁、百合、苦荞四种原料呈性凉或性寒,枸杞、莲子呈性平,原料组合呈性平。
美容养颜酵素及其口服液的生产方法,其包含以下步骤:
1)苦荞、玉竹、白芷、薏仁、百合、莲子破碎,浸泡,闷料、喷洒地衣芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌活化菌液,拌料压实密闭发酵48小时,然后加发酵物料10的倍水超微磨浆两遍,然后均质,通过磨浆水量调浆液调pH值4.5左右,加入0.4ml/kg(干原料)的酸性α-淀粉酶,和300单位/克(干原料)的糖化酶,60℃保温糖化48小时得糖化醪。加入剩余的水,用氢氧化钾或碳酸钾调糖化醪pH值至8,杀菌,接种凝结芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌,于45℃通氧密闭保温发酵48小时,分离得发酵液和发酵渣,发酵渣干燥密闭保存;
2)枸杞、红枣、龙眼肉清洗,10倍水浸泡,打浆去籽核,得混合果汁,加入果胶酶和纤维素酶酶解3小时,加入葡萄籽提取物,杀菌,然后降温至30℃,加入步骤1)得到的发酵液,接种发酵乳杆菌、格氏乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、约氏乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌,保温发酵至ph值达到4.0时或自然终止发酵,继续保温后酵180天,分离去渣,得美容养颜酵素原液;分离出的发酵果渣干燥后密闭保存;
4)美容养颜酵素原液中加入适量的水、低聚木糖、L-阿拉伯糖,肉碱、聚葡萄糖、糖醇、白砂糖,装瓶杀菌得美容养颜酵素口服液;
5)美容养颜酵素原液中加入低聚木糖、L-阿拉伯糖、肉碱、聚葡萄糖、糖醇,用白砂糖调可溶性固形物含量达到60%以上装瓶即得美容养颜酵素。
6)步骤1)和步骤2)得到的干燥发酵渣混合,粉碎后加入低聚木糖粉、L-阿拉伯糖、肉碱、聚葡萄糖、糖醇、白砂糖、糊精,制粒、包装得美容养颜酵素。
实施例6美容养颜酵素的抗氧化实验
1材料与方法
1.1样品 以美容养颜酵素为主要原料。每日2次,每次30毫升,取30毫升美容养颜酵素,稀释5倍,制成口服液。
1.2实验设计 选择年龄45~65岁,身体状况良好的120名志愿者作为受试对象。对受试者按丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平随机分为试食组和对照组,尽可能考虑影响结果的主要因素如年龄、性别和饮食习惯等, 进行均衡性检验,保证组间可比性。
1.3主要仪器及试剂 日本产日立7600全自动生化分析仪。
1.4观察指标 肝、肾功能检查,血清中MDA、SOD、GSH-Px。
1.5统计方法 应用统计软件SPSS11.5,实验数据用x±s表示,采用实验前后配对t检验和组间比较t检验进行统计分析。
2结果
2.1生化指标测定 实验前后受试者各项生化指标肌酐(CRE)、尿素氮(BUN)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、白球比值(A/G)等均在正常值范围内,无显著改变,见表1。
2.2MDA、SOD、GSH-Px指标及配对t检验结果见表2。

3讨论
Herman自由基衰老理论认为,自由基随机破坏性作用引发脂质过氧化造成对生物膜损伤,使生命大分子交联聚合、脂褐素累积,破坏或减少器官组织细胞,降低免疫功能,造成机体衰老。
美容养颜酵素含有多个酚性羟基,在体内被氧化后释放出H+,竞争性地与自由基及氧化物结合,从而保护脂质不被氧化,阻断自由基链式反应。美容养颜酵素清除体内的氧自由基与增强机体抗氧化酶活力过程是同时进行的。MDA是脂质过氧化作用的最终分解产物,美容养颜酵素通过清除体内的氧自由基,使血清中MDA含量显著减少;同时通过有效清除多种活性氧自由基,淬灭单线态氧,增强SOD活性;通过抑制过量H2O2的产生,使谷胱甘肽恢复到正常水平,恢复并增强了GSH-Px的活性,从而强化机体的抗氧化系统。本实验结果试食组血清中MDA平均下降4.80%;SOD平均升高 2.31%;GSH-Px平均升高2.45%,通过配对t检验及成组t检验比较差异有统计学意义 (P<0.01),这与动物实验研究结果一致。美容养颜酵素能有效提高体内抗氧化酶活性, 清除自由基,降低体内脂质过氧化发生水平,对促进人体将康有重要意义。
需要说明的是:本发明实施例5制备的美容养颜酵素粉同样具有上述实验效果。
实施例6美容养颜酵素的去除黄褐斑实验
本发明就美容养颜酵素的去除黄褐斑效果没有进行动物实验,没有测定受试动物皮肤组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化脂质(LPO)及脂褐质和羟脯氨酸的含量。但是为了直观的反应本发明的美容养颜效果,本发明征集了60名30-45岁的家庭妇女进行却斑实验,试验时间为90天。
试验方法:服用美容养颜酵素前每人拍素颜照备案,然后每人每日服用美容养颜酵素2次,每次30毫升。取30毫升,稀释5倍,制成口服液后饮用。
90天后在同样的的灯光照明亮度的条件下重新拍素颜照,将前后照片进行对比。
实验结果结果表明:经过服用美容养颜酵素90天,60名受试者中有56位受试者色斑明显淡化,2名年轻的受试者色斑完全消失,有两位受试者效果不明显。所有受试者皮肤均细腻,有光泽。说明本发明具有明显的美容养颜的作用。
Claims (4)
1.一种益生菌美容养颜口服液,其原料依重量份组成为:枸杞20~60份,红枣10~60份,苦荞10~60份,玉竹10~60份,薏仁10~60份,杏仁10~60份,白芷10~60份,龙眼肉10~60份,百合10~60份,莲子10~60份,葡萄籽提取物1-10份,L-阿拉伯糖1-10份,肉碱1-10份,低聚糖1-10份,聚葡萄糖10-50份,水、白砂糖、糖醇、糊精适量;
其中药原料均为药食两用原料,枸杞,性平、味甘,归肝、肾经;红枣,味甘性温、归脾、胃经;玉竹,性微寒;味甘,归肺、胃经;薏仁,性微寒,味甘、淡,归脾、胃、肺经;杏仁,苦,微温;有小毒,归肺、大肠经;白芷,性温,辛;归肺、脾、胃经;龙眼肉,湿热,归心、脾、胃经;百合,微寒,味甘;微苦,归心、肺经;莲子,性平,味甘涩,入心、脾、肾经;苦荞,味苦,性平寒,归脾、胃、大肠经;红枣、杏仁、白芷、龙眼肉四种原料呈性温,玉竹、薏仁、百合、苦荞四种原料呈性凉或性寒,枸杞、莲子呈性平,原料组合呈性平。
2.一种益生菌美容养颜口服液的生产方法,其包含以下步骤:
1)苦荞、玉竹、白芷、薏仁、百合、莲子除杂,破碎,浸泡,闷料、喷洒益生菌A液,拌料压实密闭发酵36-48小时,密闭发酵结束后,加水超微磨浆两遍,然后均质,通过磨浆水量调浆液调pH值4.0-4.5左右,加入0.2-0.4ml/kg(干原料)的酸性α-淀粉酶,和100-300单位/克(干原料)的糖化酶,60℃保温糖化24—48小时得糖化醪。加入剩余的水,用氢氧化钾或碳酸钾调糖化醪pH值至7-8;
2)枸杞、红枣、龙眼肉清洗,5-10倍水浸泡,打浆去籽核,得混合果汁,加入果胶酶和纤维素酶酶解2-3小时,加入葡萄籽提取物,杀菌,然后降温至20-30℃,加入步骤1)得到的糖化醪,接种益生菌C保温发酵至ph值达到3.0-4.0时或自然终止发酵,继续保温后酵30-180天,分离去渣,得纯美容养颜酵素原液;分离出的发酵果渣干燥后密闭保存;
4)美容养颜酵素原液中加入适量的水、低聚木糖、L-阿拉伯糖,肉碱、聚葡萄糖、糖醇、白砂糖,装瓶杀菌得美容养颜酵素口服液;
5)美容养颜酵素原液中加入低聚木糖、L-阿拉伯糖、肉碱、聚葡萄糖、糖醇,用白砂糖调可溶性固形物含量达到60%以上装瓶即得美容养颜酵素。
6)步骤1)和步骤2)得到的干燥发酵渣混合,粉碎后加入低聚木糖粉、L-阿拉伯糖、肉碱、聚葡萄糖、糖醇、白砂糖、糊精,制粒、包装得美容养颜酵素。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种益生菌美容养颜口服液的生产方法,其特征在于所述益生菌A、B为凝结芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌四种中的一种或几种与青春双歧杆菌、动物双歧杆菌(乳双歧杆菌)、两歧双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、卷曲乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种(保加利亚乳杆菌)、德氏乳杆菌乳亚种、发酵乳杆菌、格氏乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、约氏乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、植物乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、肠膜明串珠菌肠膜亚种、马克斯克鲁维酵母、乳酸片球菌、戊糖片球菌中的一种或几种的混合菌株。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种益生菌美容养颜口服液的生产方法,其特征在于所述的益生菌C为青春双歧杆菌、动物双歧杆菌(乳双歧杆菌)、两歧双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、卷曲乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种(保加利亚乳杆菌)、蜡样芽孢杆菌、德氏乳杆菌乳亚种、发酵乳杆菌、格氏乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、约氏乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、植物乳杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、肠膜明串珠菌肠膜亚种、马克斯克鲁维酵母、乳酸片球菌、戊糖片球菌中的一种或几种。
