Abstract
本发明的目的是提供一种养颜美容食品的制作方法,包括如下步骤:取大枣、山楂洗净去核,切成块状,将谷芽粉、糖、芽孢杆菌、水混合,并放置于30~35℃的恒温房中12小时,制得浆状混合物,将切块后的大枣、山楂放入浆状混合物中,将包裹着浆状混合物的大枣、山楂,过油炸至金黄;炒制藕粉,合欢花打散成细丝,将两者混合,步骤3处理后的大枣、山楂,趁热放入步骤4的粉中拿簸箕滚动,得到产品。该食品具有养颜美容的功效。

本发明属于蜜饯领域,特别是涉及一种具备养颜美容功效食品的制作方法。
背景技术
食品是人们的生活保障,但是人们自古至今都在不断的赋予食品更多的意义,中国美食中讲究色香味美,人们不但要吃饱,还要在吃饱的同时享受到视觉、味觉的满足,现在人们越来越注重健康,所以越来越多的人希望吃到更加健康及具备各种特殊功效的美食。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种养颜美容食品的制作方法,该食品具有养颜美容的功效。
本发明的养颜美容食品的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
1、取大枣、山楂洗净去核,切成块状,
2、将谷芽粉、糖、芽孢杆菌、水按照重量比40:80:5:150混合,并放置于30~35℃的恒温房中12小时,制得浆状混合物,
3、将切块后的大枣、山楂放入浆状混合物中,将包裹着浆状混合物的大枣、山楂,过油炸制金黄;
4、炒制藕粉,合欢花打散成细丝,将两者混合,
5、步骤3处理后的大枣、山楂,趁热放入步骤4的粉中拿簸箕滚动,得到产品。
本发明养颜美容食品,营养丰富,可以起到养颜美容的功效。
具体实施方式
一种养颜美容食品的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
1、取大枣、山楂洗净去核,切成块状,
2、将谷芽粉、糖、芽孢杆菌、水按照重量比40:80:5:150混合,并放置于30~35℃的恒温房中12小时,制得浆状混合物,
3、将切块后的大枣、山楂放入浆状混合物中,将包裹着浆状混合物的大枣、山楂,过油炸制金黄;
4、炒制藕粉,合欢花打散成细丝,将两者混合,

本发明制作方法中,大枣、合欢花、藕粉可以起到补肾养血的作用,肾气强则正气足,可以抵抗外邪,并促进气血,使肤色红润,而山楂、谷芽开胃生津,去湿气,有助于人体的营养吸收,去湿气则减少脂肪堆积,所有原料可以起到补肾养血,开胃生津的作用,从而使人们可以在吃喝的同时达到调节人体内里的目的,人身体气血足则肌肤红润,消化强则减少毒素堆积,所以自然达到养颜美容的功效。
同时本发明食品制作工艺特殊,谷芽粉、糖、芽孢杆菌、水的混合发酵产品超氧化歧化酶,与主材大枣、山楂混合进行炸制,炸制的优点可以最大限度的保证超氧化歧化酶的活性,然后外面包裹炒香的藕粉及合欢花丝,达到了色香味齐全的目的。超氧化歧化酶对人体好处显著可以去除人体内有害物质,人体无堆积毒素,皮肤自然从内在的健康。
将本发明产品给100位20~30岁的女性食用,每日100克,3个月后调查,有90%的使用者皮肤开始有显著的变化,各种皮肤病的发病率明显降低。

1.一种养颜美容食品的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
1、取大枣、山楂洗净去核,切成块状,
2、将谷芽粉、糖、芽孢杆菌、水按照重量比40:80:5:150混合,并放置于30~35℃的恒温房中12小时,制得浆状混合物,
3、将切块后的大枣、山楂放入浆状混合物中,将包裹着浆状混合物的大枣、山楂,过油炸制金黄;
4、炒制藕粉,合欢花打散成细丝,将两者混合,
5、步骤3处理后的大枣、山楂,趁热放入步骤4的粉中拿簸箕滚动,得到产品。
