Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of oral care, and discloses toothpaste for refreshing breath, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of lysozyme, 1-5 parts of borneol, 2-3 parts of silver osmanthus, 2-5 parts of plant extract and 8-12 parts of propolis. The toothpaste for refreshing the breath uses lysozyme, borneol and silver sweet osmanthus as main functional substances, and the synergistic effect among the substances can effectively achieve the effects of resisting helicobacter pylori, enhancing bacteriostasis, resisting bacteria, removing peculiar smell and refreshing the breath.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oral care, in particular to toothpaste for removing bad breath and freshening breath.
Background
The oral problems are mainly caused by bacteria, and the effective measures such as toothpaste, mouthwash, oral disease treatment and the like can obviously reduce the number of pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity, improve and even eliminate the oral disease. The functions of the oral care products such as toothpaste, oral care liquid and the like can be realized mainly by active ingredients or antibacterial ingredients in the products, however, the oral care products containing the ingredients are often used to easily cause oral cavity micro-ecological disorder or generate drug resistance to bacteria, so that the effect of preventing oral diseases can not be achieved, and other various oral diseases can be caused.
Lysozyme is a natural antimicrobial protein that is widely found in plant sap, animal secretions, tears, saliva, milk, poultry eggs, and some bacteria. The lysozyme has not only the activity of muramidase, but also the activity of antibacterial peptide, which is related to the structure, charge distribution and surface hydrophobicity of lysozyme, and can hydrolyze beta-1, 4 glycosidic bond between N-acetylmuramic acid and N-acetylglucosamine in peptidoglycan, and the lysozyme is mainly used as preservative for food preservation, and has good safety.
Borneol is prepared from fresh branches and leaves of Cinnamomum camphora Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl of Lauraceae by extracting and processing. Distributed in the south and southwest provinces. Has effects of inducing resuscitation, refreshing mind, clearing heat and relieving pain.
Although there are a large number of types and effects of toothpastes on the market, there is no precedent for preparing toothpastes, especially oral care products with breath freshening effects, using borneol in combination with lysozyme. Therefore, how to provide a toothpaste for freshening breath by using lysozyme and borneol fragrance is a technical scheme which needs to be solved by the person skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention provides a toothpaste containing borneol and bio-lysozyme, which is specific to the removal of oral malodour.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a breath freshening toothpaste comprises the following components in parts by weight:
according to the invention, lysozyme is added into the toothpaste, so that the problem that oral bacteria are easy to be dysbiosis, so that bacteria generate drug resistance and an effect of preventing oral diseases cannot be achieved due to the fact that oral care products with chemical components are frequently used can be effectively solved; and the lysozyme is used with borneol, silver osmanthus fragrans, so that the defect of insufficient antibacterial and bactericidal capability of single lysozyme or conventional plant extracts is overcome, and the effects of removing bad breath, freshening breath and resisting helicobacter pylori are achieved while the antibacterial and bactericidal effects of the toothpaste are enhanced.
Preferably, in the toothpaste for freshening breath, the plant extract comprises the following components in percentage by mass (2-3): 1 herba Centellae extract and Glycyrrhrizae radix extract.
Preferably, in the toothpaste for freshening breath, the plant extract comprises the following components in percentage by mass (2-3): 1 and Galla chinensis extract.
The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: the asiaticoside extract contains asiatic acid and madecassic acid, and the active saponins have obvious antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, can effectively improve the oral environment when being applied to toothpaste, and can effectively prevent and improve pigmentation, thereby achieving a certain effect of whitening teeth.
The licorice belongs to medicinal and edible plants, is a widely used traditional Chinese medicine, has easily available raw materials, and has the functions of pure sweet taste, antibiosis and antiphlogosis, desensitization and itching relief, ulcer elimination, caries prevention, breath freshening and the like of the active ingredient glycyrrhizic acid and derivatives thereof in the licorice extract.
Tannic acid in the gallnut extract has precipitation effect on protein, after skin, mucous membrane and ulcer contact with tannic acid, tissue protein is coagulated to form a layer of envelope which has convergence effect, and small blood vessels are compressed and contracted, and blood is coagulated to have hemostatic effect; and tannic acid in the gallnut extract has obvious antibacterial and bactericidal effects.
The ratio of centella asiatica extract to licorice extract or centella asiatica extract to gallnut extract can exert the effects of bacteriostasis, antibiosis and breath freshening to the maximum.
Preferably, in the toothpaste for freshening breath, the preparation method of the borneol essence comprises the following steps: soaking camphol branches and leaves in 45-65% ethanol solution for 3-5 hr, air drying to water content less than 8%, distilling the air dried camphol branches and leaves for 30-60min to obtain volatile oil, dissolving the volatile oil in 95% ethanol solution, concentrating, freeze drying, centrifuging, and refining.
Preferably, in the toothpaste for freshening breath, the freeze drying temperature is-10 to-5 ℃ and the time is 1 to 3 hours.
Preferably, in the toothpaste for freshening breath, the preparation method of the silver osmanthus flower comprises the following steps: pulverizing flos Osmanthi Fragrantis to 20-30 mesh, soaking in 45-65% ethanol solution for 3-5 hr, heating and reflux extracting, collecting filtrate, filtering, and concentrating.
The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: according to the invention, borneol camphor branches and leaves/silver osmanthus fragrans are respectively immersed in 45-65% ethanol solution, so that the subsequent steps are convenient to carry out, and the effective substances are dissolved out to the greatest extent. The traditional borneol incense has the effects of clearing heat and detoxicating, and the combination of lysozyme, borneol incense and silver osmanthus achieves the remarkable effects of bacteriostasis, antibiosis and breath freshening.
Preferably, the toothpaste for freshening breath further comprises 30-40 parts of humectant, 20-25 parts of friction agent, 0.5-2 parts of foaming agent, 0.5-1 part of adhesive and 15-20 parts of water.
Preferably, in the toothpaste for freshening breath, the humectant is one or more selected from glycerin, sorbitol and polyethylene glycol;
the friction agent is one or more selected from silicon dioxide, calcium hydrophosphate dihydrate, anhydrous calcium pyrophosphate and aluminum hydroxide;
the foaming agent is selected from any one of sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate;
the adhesive is selected from one or more of xanthan gum, carrageenan and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
Compared with the prior art, the toothpaste for freshening breath provided by the invention uses lysozyme, borneol and silver sweet osmanthus as main functional substances, and the substances are synergistic, so that the effects of resisting helicobacter pylori, enhancing bacteriostasis, resisting bacteria, removing peculiar smell and freshening breath can be effectively achieved; meanwhile, the added plant extract can improve the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of the toothpaste to a certain extent, and has certain tooth whitening capability.
