Description

Hemostatic, granulation-promoting and antibacterial composition and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of antibacterial washing and caring products, in particular to a hemostatic and granulation-promoting antibacterial composition and application thereof.
Background
Along with the development of society and the improvement of the living standard of people, people pay more and more attention to the sanitation of working and living environments for the self health requirement, and various antibacterial products are produced. The oral cavity is the entrance of the respiratory digestive tract, has important physiological functions of chewing, swallowing, speech expression and the like, is one of important ways for pathogenic microorganisms to invade the organism, has proper temperature and humidity in the oral cavity, and is the earliest contact with flora (bacteria and fungi) from the air, thereby providing superior conditions for the growth and the propagation of the microorganisms. When the immunity of the organism is low, endogenous or exogenous infection is easy to occur, and the importance of oral care is particularly obvious. In addition, the gynecological diseases of the siblings of the vast females are always the obstacles which disturb the life of the females, and the gynecological symptoms such as pruritus, peculiar smell, pain, cachexia, aging, abnormal complexion, chloasma, old fastness, infertility and the like are always troubled the females for hundreds of years, and for the adult females, the most common diseases are not cold but genital tract infection; the most common uncomfortable symptoms are not fever, cough, headache and the like, but pudendum pruritus, peculiar smell, pain, frequent micturition, urgent micturition and the like. The long-term application of a certain chemical can easily cause the drug resistance of bacteria, and the chemical has irritation and corrosivity, has toxic and side effects, and more importantly, lacks of real green and environment-friendly safety.
The plant extracts from natural sources have rich biological functions, such as emulsification, bacteriostasis, deodorization, hemostasis, anti-inflammation, and prevention of diseases such as dental caries and oral ulcer, and the plant active extracts with the functions are reasonably and effectively used in a composite way, so that unexpected effects can be achieved. Because the plant active molecules have strong synergistic effect, after two or more than two extracts are mixed according to a certain proportion, the biological characteristics of the respective active molecules can be fully exerted to the utmost extent, and the effect which cannot be compared with the effect of using one extract singly is achieved, namely the additive effect.
Excellent performances of chitosan such as biological functionality and compatibility, blood compatibility, safety, microbial degradability and the like are widely concerned by various industries, and the chitosan has wide application in various fields such as medicine, food, chemical engineering, cosmetics, water treatment, metal extraction and recovery, biochemistry, biomedical engineering and the like, is convenient to use, can be quickly sterilized, and has wide application prospect and great market value. Wherein the joint use of chitosan and antibacterial ions is disclosed in patent CN102552964B, a nano-silver chitosan composite antibacterial composition, a wound plaster and a preparation method thereof; CN101721733A also discloses a medical chitosan antibacterial dressing. Chitosan and antibacterial particles are widely applied to antibacterial materials, particularly various fiber fabrics, but the problem of weak antibacterial ability, poor effect and the like of chitosan in some washing and caring articles is also existed, so that the chitosan is ignored by people.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a hemostatic, granulation-promoting and antibacterial composition, which at least comprises the following raw materials: chitosan, plant extracts; the weight ratio of the chitosan to the plant extract is 1: (2-12); the plant extract at least comprises one of nakedflower beautyberry extract, honeysuckle extract, lightyellow sophora root extract, amur corktree bark extract, isatis root extract, dandelion extract, plantain herb extract, Chinese angelica extract, motherwort extract, common cnidium fruit extract and grapefruit extract.
As a preferred technical solution, the raw material of the present invention further comprises silver ions; the content of the silver ions is 0.02-0.15 wt% of the chitosan.
As a preferred technical solution, the raw material of the present invention further comprises silver ions; the content of the silver ions is 0.05-0.1 wt% of the chitosan.
As a preferred technical solution, the weight ratio of the chitosan to the plant extract in the invention is 1: (6-10).
As a preferred technical solution, the plant extract in the present invention comprises a combination of beautyberry extract, isatis root extract, dandelion extract and plantain extract; the weight ratio of the callicarpa nudiflora extract, the isatis root extract, the dandelion extract and the plantain extract is 1: (0.5-1): (0.1-1): (0.5-1.5).
