In some embodiments, the chlorhexidine acetate is present in the composition in an amount of 0.01 to 2.50wt%; further, the content of the chlorhexidine acetate in the composition is 0.15-0.25 wt%; preferably, chlorhexidine acetate is present in the composition in an amount of 0.2wt%.
The applicant finds that when a proper amount of silver ions and chlorhexidine acetate are added into the antibacterial composition, the antibacterial efficiency of the composition can be remarkably improved, and the killing efficiency of the composition on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and the like is improved at the same time. The applicant speculates that the interaction between the chlorine atom in the chlorhexidine acetate structure and other components in the system can act with pathogenic bacteria such as escherichia coli, and destroy the proteins in the structures of the bacteria and viruses to lose the activity. Meanwhile, silver ions have positive charges in the structure, exist in a free state, and can be combined with various enzymes, so that the death of microorganisms such as staphylococcus aureus is promoted. Under the synergistic action of silver ions and chlorhexidine acetate, the composition can effectively change the living environment of microorganisms such as staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and the like, so that the microorganisms are more difficult to survive, and simultaneously, the destruction to the structures of the microorganisms is mutually promoted, thereby obviously improving the antibacterial efficiency of the composition.

The applicant finds that when a proper amount of silver ions and chlorhexidine acetate are adopted in the application, the antibacterial efficiency of the composition can be improved, and the antibacterial rate of the composition can be remarkably improved, so that the composition can take effect in a shorter time, and particularly when chitosan with higher deacetylation degree and more proper viscosity is selected, the sterilization rate of the composition to staphylococcus aureus within 2 minutes can be as high as 41.07 percent and is far higher than the sterilization effect index requirement, and even is slightly higher than the index requirement of a stock solution within 5 minutes. Probably because the chitosan with a specific deacetylation degree has a certain antibacterial effect, when the composition is prepared into a specific product for use, the chitosan can be quickly spread on the surface of an application part through the lower surface tension of the hydrophilic group and the hydrophobic group in the structure, and high-activity components such as silver ions, chlorhexidine acetate and the like in the composition are contacted with the application part, so that the penetration of the chitosan to the application part is promoted, and the chitosan coats microorganisms such as staphylococcus aureus and the like, so that the chitosan can take effect in a shorter time. The wormwood extract is also called as folium artemisiae argyi extract, and is extracted from dry leaves of Artemisia argyi L.etVant. It is rich in flavonoids, coumarins, lactones, phenols, organic acids, steroids and triterpenes, wherein the phenols comprise phenol, naphthol, kaempferol and the like. The above-mentioned several phenolic compounds are further favorable for raising antibacterial effect of said compound, and can further raise the killing rate of said compound for several pathogenic bacteria of colibacillus, hemolytic streptococcus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and staphylococcus aureus, etc.
The method for extracting the wormwood extract is not particularly limited in this application, and can be obtained by extracting in a manner well known to those skilled in the art, such as: drying folium Artemisiae Argyi 10kg, extracting with 70% ethanol solution under reflux for 3 times, mixing, recovering solvent under reduced pressure, concentrating, and extracting with petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, and n-butanol respectively. The Chinese Aralia extract is Chinese Aralia (Aralia chinensis L.) which is also called bur bag, sparrow bag, bird bed bag and Aralia chinensis, and root bark and stem bark are used as medicines. In some embodiments, the weight ratio of the cortex dictamni extract, the fructus kochiae extract and the herba schizonepetae extract is (0.5-1.5): (0.5-1.5): (0.5-1.5).
The cortex dictamni extract is a component obtained by extracting root bark of perennial herb Dictamni and stenotropha She Baixian of Rutaceae, and has different degrees of inhibition effects on various pathogenic fungi such as trichophyton violaceum, trichophyton concentricum and trichophyton schoenleinii. The Kochia scoparia extract is a component obtained by extracting dry mature fruits of Kochia scoparia of Chenopodiaceae, and has an inhibiting effect on dermatophytes such as Xanthophytes schoenleinii and Microsporum olgensis. The applicant found that the addition of component B together with silver ions and chlorhexidine acetate to the plant extract greatly improved the performance of the composition in several complete skin irritation experiments, giving it a very pronounced micro-irritation. The synergistic effect of active ingredients in the cortex dictamni extract, the fructus kochiae extract, the herba schizonepetae extract and the like, chlorhexidine acetate and silver ions is mainly utilized, so that on one hand, the direct contact of high-activity ingredients in the cortex dictamni extract, the fructus kochiae extract, the herba schizonepetae extract and the like with skin is reduced, and the stimulation of high-concentration high-activity ingredients to the skin is avoided; on the other hand, the high-activity components are coated, so that the acting force between the high-activity components and the skin is slowed down, and the irritation of the high-activity components to the skin is effectively reduced.
The second aspect of the invention discloses the application of the silver ion-containing itching-relieving, skin-tendering, skin-protecting, moisturizing and antibacterial compound, which is applied to one of washing products, textiles, non-woven fabrics, clothes, bedding products, household products and medical products.
The third aspect of the invention provides an antibacterial liquid, which comprises 5-20 wt% of the above itching-relieving, skin-tendering, skin-protecting, moisturizing and antibacterial compound containing silver ions, 0.1-2 wt% of an auxiliary agent, and pure water added to 100wt%; further, the method comprises the following steps of; the content of the silver ion-containing itching-relieving, skin-tendering, skin-protecting, moisturizing and antibacterial compound in the antibacterial liquid is 6-12 wt%; furthermore, the content of the silver ion-containing itching-relieving, skin-tendering, skin-protecting and moisturizing antibacterial compound in the antibacterial liquid is 8wt%.
The auxiliary agent in the antibacterial liquid agent can be selected from dispersing agent, penetrating agent and other components known to those skilled in the art, and can be selected according to actual requirements.
The fourth aspect of the invention provides an antibacterial gel, which comprises 5-20 wt% of the above itching-relieving, skin-tendering, skin-protecting, moisturizing and antibacterial compound containing silver ions, 0.1-1.8 wt% of a thickening agent, 0.1-2 wt% of an auxiliary agent, and pure water added to 100wt%.
The thickening agent in the present invention includes, but is not limited to, gelatin, carrageenan, pectin, acacia, carbomer, etc. The adjuvant of the antibacterial gel agent can be selected from various components known by those skilled in the art, such as a dispersing agent, a chelating agent, a preservative, a penetrating agent and the like, and can be selected according to actual needs.

Wherein the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 3:1; in the component A, the weight ratio of the nakedflower beautyberry extract, the honeysuckle extract, the sophora flavescens extract, the phellodendron amurense extract and the wormwood extract is 1:1; the weight ratio of the cortex dictamni extract, the fructus kochiae extract, the herba schizonepetae extract and the stiff silkworm extract in the component B is (2); the weight ratio of the chitosan to the plant extract is 1:8; the content of the chlorhexidine acetate in the composition is 0.2wt%; the content of the silver ions was 120ppm. The deacetylation degree of the chitosan is more than 95%, and the chitosan is food-grade chitosan of Nantong Lvjingshen bioengineering Co., ltd; the content of the humectant component is 1.2wt%, and the humectant component consists of glycerin and camellia seed oil with equal weight.

Wherein, the effect of the sample of the embodiment 2 is the most obvious, and the effect on the escherichia coli (2 min, 5min, 10min and 20 min) is 96.41%, 99.90%, 99.99% and 99.99% in sequence; the effects on staphylococcus aureus (2 min, 5min, 10min and 20 min) are 41.07%, 43.33%, 52.14% and 94.02% in sequence; the effects on the pseudomonas aeruginosa (2 min, 5min, 10min and 20 min) are 97.79%, 99.99% and 99.99% in sequence. While the results of example 3 and example 5 meet the specification, they are much lower than those of example 2.
4, stability: the samples of examples 1 to 8 were tested for their disinfecting effect according to the method specified in "Disinfection technical Specification" 2002 edition, wherein it was judged whether or not the index requirements of Table 5 were met.

The samples of examples 1 to 7 were satisfactory, and the sample of example 8 was not.
5. The requirement of toxicological safety: the determination is made according to the method prescribed by the Ministry of health, disinfection technical Specification, 2002 edition, wherein the criteria are met or not according to the index requirements of Table 6.

And (3) testing results: the samples of examples 4 and 6 were unsatisfactory, with the remaining samples being compounded.
According to the hygienic standard GB15979-2002 appendix C of the disposable hygienic product, 5% of sodium thiosulfate and 1% of lecithin, 9% of tween and 2% of histidine in PBS buffer are adopted as a neutralizer; the experiment was repeated 3 times at 19-21 ℃ for 15min with the test sample of example 2 and candida albicans, and the sterilization rates of the test sample and candida albicans were observed for 2min, 5min, 10min and 20min, respectively, and the results are shown in table 7 below.

From the above results, it can be seen that the killing rate of candida albicans by the sample can reach >99.99%. Further, the rabbit mucous membrane irritation test was performed on the sample in example 2, and it was found that irritation such as erythema and edema did not occur.

Claims (10)

1. A compound containing silver ion for relieving itching, tendering skin, caring skin, keeping moisture and resisting bacteria is characterized in that the raw materials for preparing the compound comprise plant extract and silver ion; the raw materials for preparing the chitosan-chlorhexidine acetate copolymer comprise chitosan and/or chlorhexidine acetate; the plant extract comprises a component A and/or a component B, wherein the component A comprises a nakedflower beautyberry leaf extract, a honeysuckle extract, a radix sophorae flavescentis extract, a golden cypress extract and a wormwood extract; the component B comprises a cortex dictamni extract, a fructus kochiae extract, a herba schizonepetae extract and a stiff silkworm extract; preferably, the raw materials for preparing the compound also comprise a humectant component.
2. The compound containing silver ions and having the functions of relieving itching, tendering skin, protecting skin, moisturizing and resisting bacteria as claimed in claim 1, wherein the component A further comprises one or more of angelica sinensis extract, isatis root extract, dandelion extract, plantain herb extract, motherwort extract, cnidium fruit extract, grapefruit extract, aralia chinensis extract and chinaroot greenbrier rhizome extract; preferably, the humectant component includes one or more of glycerin, camellia seed oil, vitamins, niacinamide, and hyaluronic acid.
3. The silver ion-containing antipruritic, skin-tendering, skin-protecting, moisturizing and antibacterial composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the chitosan to the plant extract is 1: (4-10).
4. The compound as claimed in claim 1, wherein the silver ion content in the composition is 10-1500 ppm.
5. The compound as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chlorhexidine acetate is present in an amount of 0.01-2.50 wt% of the composition.
6. The silver ion-containing anti-itch, skin-tendering, skin-caring, moisturizing and antibacterial complex for skin according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the chitosan has a deacetylation degree of not less than 90%.
7. The compound containing silver ions and having the functions of relieving itching, tendering skin, protecting skin, moisturizing and resisting bacteria as claimed in claim 6, wherein the weight ratio of the cortex dictamni extract, the fructus kochiae extract and the herba schizonepetae extract is (0.5-1.5): (0.5-1.5): (0.5-1.5).

The application of the silver ion-containing itching-relieving, skin-tendering, skin-protecting, moisturizing and antibacterial compound as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, which is applied to one of washing products, textiles, non-woven fabrics, clothes, bedding products, household products and medical products.
9. An antibacterial liquid formulation, characterized in that it comprises 5-20 wt% of the silver ion-containing itching-relieving, skin-tendering, skin-caring, moisture-keeping and antibacterial complex of any one of claims 1-7, 0.1-2 wt% of auxiliary agent, and pure water added to 100wt%.
10. An antibacterial gel, characterized in that it comprises 5-20 wt% of the silver ion-containing itching-relieving, skin-tendering, skin-caring, moisture-keeping and antibacterial compound of any one of claims 1-7, 0.1-1.8 wt% of a thickening agent, 0.1-2% of an auxiliary agent, and pure water is added to 100wt%.
