A formula of pure natural plant antimicrobial health care wipes and its preparation
method
The invention relates to the technical field of antibacterial wet wipes production
technology, in particular to a formula of pure natural plant antibacterial health wet wipes
and its preparation method.
With the improvement of consumers' quality of life and hygiene habits, wet wipes will
gradually become a necessity in people's daily life. However, the chemical reagent
benzalkonium chloride, whose chemical name is benzyl dimethyl [2-[2-[4-(1,1,3,3
tetramethylbutyl) phenoxy] ethoxy] ethyl] ammonium chloride, which is the latest used for
disinfection of most disinfection wet wipes. It is a compound of tetravalent ammonium. As
a new type of bactericide, its performance is significantly better than other fungicides in
the market (such as isothiazolinone, glutaraldehyde, guanidine, nipagin ester and
compound preservatives, etc.), and it has many advantages such as broad spectrum, strong
efficacy, sterilization, virus killing and non-corrosiveness. Although benzethonium
chloride is not harmful to human body when its concentration is very low, benzethonium
chloride is irritating to eyes and can cause allergic dermatitis and other allergic symptoms
in some people. At present, China's Hygienic Standardfor Cosmetics stipulates that the
limit of benzalkonium chloride used as preservative in cosmetics is 0.1%. At present, the
content of benzethonium chloride in sanitary wipes circulating in the market is 0.08% ~
0.1%. Therefore, it is imperative and urgent to develop disinfectant wipes which are mainly
made of natural medicines and have no preservatives, irritation and side effects.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a pure natural plant
antibacterial health care wipes formula and its preparation method. The pure natural
Chinese medicine extract is used as the base liquid of the wipes, which has good
antibacterial effect, and the wipes do not contain chemical synthetic reagents that may
produce toxic side effects on the skin.
To achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
The pure natural plant antibacterial health wet wipes are composed of a substrate and
a base liquid adsorbed on the substrate, wherein the substrate is a non-woven fabric, and
the base liquid is prepared from the following raw material extracts in parts by mass: 30
parts of Bo chrysanthemum, 20-30 parts of Lonicerajaponica Thunb, 30-40 parts of
Saussurea involucrata, 20-25 parts of Senecio scandens, 20-30 parts of Reineckeae
carneae, 30-40 parts of Folium Isatidis, and 2025 parts of Taraxacum mongolicum.
Effective antibacterial components are extracted and separated by microfiltration,
nanofiltration and ultrafiltration membrane integration; The preparation method of the pure
natural plant antibacterial health care wipes includes the preparation of the base liquid of
the wipes and the production and processing of the wipes.
The processing of the wet wipes base liquid of the described pure natural plant
antibacterial health wipes comprises the following steps:
(1) screening the Chinese medicine raw materials;
(2) weighing the raw materials;
(3) mixing the materials evenly;
(4) extracting the Chinese medicine raw materials from the active ingredients;
(5) separating the active ingredients by integrated membrane technology;
(6) concentrating the separated liquid to produce the antibacterial liquid as the wet
wipes base liquid.
And the wet wipes production and processing of pure natural plant antibacterial
health wipes comprises the following steps:
(1) sterilize the non-woven fabric;
(2) fold the non-woven fabric;
(3) moisten the folded non-woven fabric with wet wipes base liquid;
(4) cut the non-woven fabric crosswise into wipes shape and then stack them;
(5) test the wipes online;
(6) package and seal the wipes;
(7) test the wipes manually and check the anti-bacterial effect;
(8) pack the wipes and then store them in the warehouse.
Beneficial effects:
The pure natural plant antibacterial health care wipes take non-woven fabric as the
substrate, and the extracts of Aesculus (Parispolyphylla), Bo chrysanthemum, Lonicera japonicaThunb., Potentilladiscolor,Senecio scandens, Reineckia carnea,Folium Isatidis,
