本发明公开了一种保健食品,特别公开了一种海红米皮制的控糖益生元及其制造方法。该食物其特殊之处在于:包括如下重量份数的原料:海红米皮4份、灭活食用酵母粉1份、低聚果糖1份。本发明特别对糖尿病,尤其二型糖尿病治疗效果较佳。也是绿色营养保健食品,既能满足人们日常的营养价值需要,又无毒副作用。

一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健食品,特别涉及一种海红米皮制的控糖益生元及其制造方法。
二)背景技术
糖尿病仍是一种可以控制但不能根治的疾病,而饮食和运动是糖尿病治疗的基础。
胰岛素几乎是人体内惟一的降糖激素,而糖尿病患者都有不同程度的胰岛素不足,这就导
致人体血糖升高。如果摄取的食物过多,餐后血糖就会陡然上升,给本来已经疲惫的胰岛
β细胞增加负担。而且部分由于肥胖导致胰岛素抵抗的患者本身对胰岛素不敏感,如果他
们摄取的食物过多,体重持续增加,对糖尿病病情无疑雪上加霜。所以,糖尿病患者在任
何时间都必须坚持糖尿病的饮食治疗。
糖尿病时长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的
慢性损害、功能障碍。
大多数糖尿病患者对药物具有依赖性,需要终身服药,但药物的毒副作用,会对人
的身体造成另外的伤害,诱发各种并发症。
三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种无毒副作用、营养价值高一种海红米
皮制的控糖益生元及其制造方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种海红米皮制的控糖益生元,其特殊之处在于:包括如下重量份数的原料:
海红米皮 4 份;
灭活食用酵母粉 0.5 份;
低聚果糖 0.5 份;
本发明的一种海红米皮制的控糖益生元的制造方法,其特殊之处在于:
(1) 海红米皮 4 份用 200目粉碎机粉碎;
(2)将粉碎后的海红米皮和灭活食用酵母粉 0.5份、低聚果糖粉 0.5 份搅拌均匀,
(3)装入密封容器(防止受潮),
(4)容器放进蒸汽灭菌炉高温高压灭菌(120摄氏度 30分钟),自然冷却至常温,分
装入袋。
食用方法:每袋 5 克,每日两次,每次一袋,餐后用 40℃以下温水冲服。
糖尿病病人连续食用三个月,可减少用药,无毒副作用,可长期食用。
海红米皮:含高量维生素、膳食纤维、氨基酸及矿物质等。有研究表明,微量元素
锌铬硒有降糖降脂的作用。成分检测报告如下:
灭活食用酵母粉:属于即食酵母,是专门为人体补充营养而培养的一种酵母,是一
种健康营养的食品,与其他的酵母相比,它的维生素配比更加科学,含 B族维生素,提供
益生菌成长的空间,维持血管的弹性,进而协助血液循环正常运作,另外还富含大量优质
膳食纤维,吸水膨胀后可以吸附脂肪,它可携带着吃进胃肠的脂肪滴从大便中排出,从而
减少脂肪的吸收,能够满足人体的营养需求。
低聚果糖:是一种水溶性膳食纤维,长期服用可以降低血清胆固醇,改善脂质代谢,
另外它不能被人体直接消化吸收,只能被肠道细菌吸收利用,故其热值低,不会导致肥胖,
间接也有减肥作用,对糖尿病患者来说也是一种良好的甜味剂。
根据人体的免疫平衡等机理优选配伍制成的保健食品,其保健功效不但大于各组分
相加之和,其协同增强作用显著提高,具有单一组分和同类复合组分所不能达到的意外保
健功效。
功效:该食品含有膳食纤维和低聚果糖,膳食纤维能直接影响体内葡萄糖吸收,有
助于肠道益生菌的生长,减慢身体对葡萄糖的吸收。低聚果糖可促进益生菌的生长,灭活
食用酵母可增加体内对胰岛素的敏感性,有助于人体降低血糖浓度,抑制前期糖尿病的症状,
促进糖尿病的康复。
本发明特别对二型糖尿病患者治疗效果较佳,也是绿色营养保健食品,既能满足人
们日常的营养价值需要,又无毒副作用。
每日两次,每袋 5 克,每次一袋,餐后用 40℃以下温水冲服。
糖尿病病人连续食用三个月,可减少用药,无毒副作用,可长期食用。经非胰岛素
依赖型糖尿病人对本发明的营养餐进行口服试验,结果是服用 1-3 个月后,可降低餐后血
糖 50-260毫克/100毫升,与原餐后血糖值比降低 35-50%。
四)具体实施方式
实施例 1:
该以海红米皮提取物为主要原料的控糖益生元的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(1) 海红米皮 4份用 200 目粉碎机粉碎,与灭活食用酵母粉 1份、低聚果糖 1份搅拌均匀,
装入密封容器(防止受潮),放进蒸汽灭菌炉高温高压灭菌(120摄氏度 30分钟),自然冷
却至常温,分装入袋。
实施例 2:
该糖尿病人营养餐,由如下重量份数的原料制成:海红米皮 3.5份用 200目粉碎机粉碎,与灭活食用酵母粉 1份、低聚果糖 0.5份。

1. 一种海红米皮制的控糖益生元及其制造方法,其特征在于:原料为:红米 20 份、茯苓 1 份、葛根 1 份、银耳 1 份、黑木耳 1 份;该方法具体包括如下步骤:
(1) 海红米皮 4 份用 200 目粉碎机粉碎,
(2)将粉碎后的海红米皮和灭活食用酵母粉 0.5份、低聚果糖粉 0.5份搅拌均匀,
(3)装入密封容器(防止受潮),
(4)容器放进蒸汽灭菌炉高温高压灭菌(120摄氏度 30 分钟),自然冷却至常温,分装入袋。
