本发明涉及一种健康食品领域,具体涉及一种控制2型糖尿病人群高血糖和提高免疫力的营养组合物。
背景技术
糖尿病是遗传因素和环境因素长期作用所致的一种慢性疾病,主要是由于体内的胰岛素分泌绝对或相对不足或者胰岛素作用障碍所致的以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,是继心脑血管疾病和肿瘤之后严重危害人类健康的第三大慢性疾病。目前在全球范围内糖尿病的发病率呈上升趋势,其中又以2型糖尿病居多,其可引发心、脑、肾、血管等多器官并发症,致死致残率极高,因此积极防治糖尿病有着十分重要的意义。
糖尿病的判断标准为空腹血糖≥6.1mmol/L,餐后血糖≥11.1mmol/L,随着学术研究的不断进步,餐后高血糖是心血管并发症和死亡的独立高危因素,相反空腹血糖与心血管并发症不具有相应的相关性,餐后血糖对猝死的预测性超过空腹血糖。在任何空腹血糖水平,发生猝死的危险性随着餐后2小时血糖的升高而升高,餐后两小时血糖降低2mmol/L可预防患者发生猝死。现代医学已经明确餐后高血糖与糖尿病并发症及餐后猝死直接相关。
目前,降低餐后血糖的措施主要是抑制淀粉和葡萄糖吸收、促进胰岛素分泌及直接补充胰岛素。临床上常用的降低血糖的药物主要以西药为主,虽然治疗效果显著,但是它们都存在不同程度的毒副作用和不良反应,损害肝脏、神经系统,引发皮肤过敏、威胁生命的超敏变态反应等。而以食品原料开发的降餐后血糖的产品因其没有毒副作用具有很高的市场优势,但是目前市场上食用性的降低血糖的药物,虽然无毒副作用,但是见效慢,效果差。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种控制2型糖尿病人群高血糖和提高免疫力的营养组合物。

上述的一种控制2型糖尿病人群高血糖和提高免疫力的营养组合物,其中,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:白芸豆提取物10份、菊粉12.5份、抗性糊精7.5份、低聚木糖0.75份、人参0.35份、白藜芦醇0.35份、黄精31份、葛根0.75份、牛初乳0.425份、啤酒酵母0.3份、小麦低聚肽1.1份、苦瓜多肽0.075份、叶黄素酯0.02份、牛磺酸0.015份、维生素B1 0.012份、维生素B2 0.012份、维生素B6 0.012份、维生素B12 0.00018份、异麦芽酮糖醇6份。
上述的一种控制2型糖尿病人群高血糖和提高免疫力的营养组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)混合:称取上述重量份的原料混合均匀,得混合物料;
(2)粉碎:将步骤(1)中的混合物料粉碎,粉碎后过80-120目筛,得细粉;
(3)包装:将步骤(2)中的细粉料高温灭菌后进行真空包装。
本发明控制2型糖尿病人群高血糖和提高免疫力的营养组合物配方中各种原料的功能和作用如下:
白芸豆提取物:白芸豆中含有较高活性的α-淀粉酶抑制剂,能有效控制α-淀粉酶的活性,在人体内将摄入的淀粉转化为葡萄糖之前,抑制其活性,从而有效控制淀粉转化成糖分的速度和比率,具有调节血糖、控制体重、调节血脂作用;
菊粉:是一种膳食纤维,可促进肠道蠕动,缩短食物在肠内的通过时间,增加粪便体积,延缓葡萄糖的吸收速率,减慢淀粉水解速度,对改善胃肠道功能均具有积极的作用,能减轻便秘,缓解痛苦;
抗性糊精:是一种可溶性膳食物质,能够延缓和抑制对糖类的消化吸收,改善末梢组织对胰岛素的感受性,降低对胰岛素的要求;
低聚木糖:不仅能调节肠道益生菌,还具有保护肝脏、降血压、清胆固醇的功效;

维生素B6:人体内某些辅酶的组成成分,参与多种代谢反应,尤其是和氨基酸代谢有密切关系;
维生素B12:能够提高叶酸利用率、维护神经髓靴的代谢与功能、促进红细胞的发育和成熟;
异麦芽酮糖醇:是一种甜味剂,能够被人体肠道中的双歧杆菌所分解利用,促进双歧杆菌的生长繁殖,维持肠道的微生态平衡,有利于人体的健康,且其热量约为蔗糖的一半,对血浆葡萄糖和胰岛素水平无明显影响,可供糖尿病人食用。
2型糖尿病人群的血糖主要通过抑制餐后淀粉和葡萄糖的吸收、促进胰岛素分泌及直接补充胰岛素来控制的。本发明提供的营养组合物的配方中白芸豆是一种淀粉类阻断剂,可以减少淀粉类餐食后碳水化合物的吸收,有效的降低食用后的餐后血糖、调节血脂、控制体重;苦瓜多肽与胰岛素有相似的结构和理化指标,具有显著的调节血糖效果;菊粉、抗性糊精、低聚木糖是一种膳食纤维,能够减缓葡萄糖的吸收,改善病人由于长期服用化学药物造成的肠道微生态环境恶化、促进钙的吸收、改善骨质疏松、调节身体机能、辅助降低血糖;小麦低聚肽能够抑制胆固醇上升、促进胰岛素分泌;人参、白藜芦醇、黄精、葛根、牛初乳、小麦低聚肽、牛磺酸在降低血糖、调节血脂的同时又能够提高人体的免疫力、抗疲劳、改善骨质疏松、补肾益肾;啤酒酵母、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12能够均衡营养、加速脂肪代谢、快速消耗能量、促进毛发皮肤更健康;叶黄素酯能够预防和改善血糖造成的眼部病变;异麦芽酮糖醇是一种甜味剂,使本发明的营养组合物口感更纯正、香甜。
本发明提供的控制2型糖尿病人群高血糖和提高免疫力的营养组合物是专为2型糖尿病人群科学配制,在解决营养全面均衡的同时,能够快速有效的控制淀粉类食物转化为糖类的形成机制和脂肪形成机制,具有快速调节血糖、控制体重、提高机体免疫力、抗疲劳、调节血脂、改善骨质疏松、补肾益肾等功效,而且降低了2型糖尿病人群服药的痛苦。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种控制2型糖尿病人群高血糖和提高免疫力的营养组合物,其由以下重量份的原料制备而成:白芸豆提取物1-20份、菊粉10-15份、抗性糊精5-10份、低聚木糖0.5-1份、人参0.2-0.5份、白藜芦醇0.2-0.5份、黄精2-60份、葛根0.5-1份、牛初乳0.05-0.8份、啤酒酵母0.2-0.4份、小麦低聚肽1-1.2份、苦瓜多肽0.06-0.09份、叶黄素酯0.01-0.03份、牛磺酸0.01-0.02份、维生素B1 0.01-0.014份、维生素B2 0.01-0.014份、维生素B6 0.01-0.014份、维生素B12 0.00012-0.00024份、异麦芽酮糖醇4-8份。
上述控制2型糖尿病人群高血糖和提高免疫力的营养组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混合:称取上述重量份的原料混合均匀,得混合物料;
(2)粉碎:将步骤(1)中的混合物料粉碎,粉碎后过80-120目筛,得细粉;
(3)包装:将步骤(2)中的细粉料高温灭菌后进行真空包装。
其中,白芸豆提取物的制备方法如下:
(1)白芸豆的预处理:浸泡、磨浆,过滤除渣,得到滤液;
(2)静置:将滤液在室温下静置,使淀粉充分沉降,然后离心取上清液;
(3)灭酶:将上清液灭除内源性α-淀粉酶活性,然后离心取上清液;
(4)乙醇沉淀:向上清液中加入无水乙醇适当搅拌,沉淀蛋白质,然后离心取下层沉淀物;
(5)溶解蛋白质:将下层沉淀物中残留的乙醇除去,然后用pH6.9的磷酸盐缓冲液溶解蛋白质,得到蛋白液;
(6)酶解:将蛋白液调至合适的浓度、温度和pH后,加入碱性蛋白酶酶解杂蛋白;
(7)酸沉:用1mol/L的盐酸将酶解液调节至合适的pH进行酸沉,然后离心取上清液;
(8)乙醇沉淀:向上清液中加入无水乙醇,沉淀α-淀粉酶抑制剂,然后离心取下层沉淀物,该沉淀物为α-淀粉酶抑制剂。
(9)冷冻干燥:将沉淀物在通风橱中放置1-2h后,于-80℃冷冻干燥48h,超微粉碎后即得粉末状的α-淀粉酶抑制剂产品。
实施例2
一种控制2型糖尿病人群高血糖和提高免疫力的营养组合物,其由以下重量份的原料制备而成:白芸豆提取物10份、菊粉12.5份、抗性糊精7.5份、低聚木糖0.75份、人参0.35份、白藜芦醇0.35份、黄精31份、葛根0.75份、牛初乳0.425份、啤酒酵母0.3份、小麦低聚肽1.1份、苦瓜多肽0.075份、叶黄素酯0.02份、牛磺酸0.015份、维生素B1 0.012份、维生素B2 0.012份、维生素B6 0.012份、维生素B12 0.00018份、异麦芽酮糖醇6份。
上述控制2型糖尿病人群高血糖和提高免疫力的营养组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混合:称取上述重量份的原料混合均匀,得混合物料;
(2)粉碎:将步骤(1)中的混合物料粉碎,粉碎后过80-120目筛,得细粉;
(3)包装:将步骤(2)中的细粉料高温灭菌后进行真空包装。
本发明提供的控制2型糖尿病人群高血糖和提高免疫力的营养组合物是专为2型糖尿病人群科学配制,在解决营养全面均衡的同时,能够快速有效的控制淀粉类食物转化为糖类的形成机制和脂肪形成机制,具有快速调节血糖、控制体重、提高机体免疫力、抗疲劳、调节血脂、改善骨质疏松、补肾益肾等功效,而且降低了2型糖尿病人群服药的痛苦。
本发明实施例3-25提供的控制2型糖尿病人群高血糖和提高免疫力的营养组合物的配方见表1-3。
本发明的营养组合物对血糖影响效果的研究
首先选择符合要求并愿意配合观察的2型糖尿病患者10例,测试时间为2017年7月28日到2017年10月28日,参加测试的患者在测试期间停用双胍类、抑制类和20单位以内胰岛素的辅助降血糖药物,每天早中晚餐前10-20分钟温开水冲服本发明实施例2提供的营养组合物1次,分别测试患者7月28日干预前的空腹和餐后1h、2h的血糖值作为对比参考值,7月28日中餐开始服用本发明实施例2提供的营养组合物,再测出7月30日干预后的空腹血糖及服用本发明实施例2提供的营养组合物1h、2h后的餐后1h、2h的血糖值,具体测试结果如表4;并测试患者的在2017年7月27日以前原治疗方案的糖化血红蛋白作为对照值,再测得2017年10月28日的糖化血红蛋白,具体测试结果如表5;数据以 表示,数据分析采用Excel t检验法。
注:7月30日血糖与7月28日血糖相比:**p<0.01。
从表4中可以看出,患者在7月30日的空腹血糖、餐后1h的血糖、餐后2h的血糖与7月28日相比均降低,且本发明实施例2提供的控制2型糖尿病人群高血糖和提高免疫力的营养组合物对血糖的影响极有效。且从表4中也可以看出,本发明实施例2提供的营养组合物对餐后2h的血糖影响更为显著,大大降低了了患者因餐后2小时血糖的升高而造成猝死的可能性。
注:10月28日糖化血红蛋白与7月28日糖化血红蛋白相比:**p<0.01。
从表5中可以看出,患者在10月28日测得的糖化血红蛋白比7月28日测得的糖化血红蛋白明显降低,且本发明实施例2提供的控制2型糖尿病人群高血糖和提高免疫力的营养组合物对糖化血红蛋白的影响极有效。
Claims (3)
1.一种控制2型糖尿病人群高血糖和提高免疫力的营养组合物,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制备而成:白芸豆提取物1-20份、菊粉10-15份、抗性糊精5-10份、低聚木糖0.5-1份、人参0.2-0.5份、白藜芦醇0.2-0.5份、黄精2-60份、葛根0.5-1份、牛初乳0.05-0.8份、啤酒酵母0.2-0.4份、小麦低聚肽1-1.2份、苦瓜多肽0.06-0.09份、叶黄素酯0.01-0.03份、牛磺酸0.01-0.02份、维生素B1 0.01-0.014份、维生素B2 0.01-0.014份、维生素B6 0.01-0.014份、维生素B12 0.00012-0.00024份、异麦芽酮糖醇4-8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种控制2型糖尿病人群高血糖和提高免疫力的营养组合物,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制备而成:白芸豆提取物10份、菊粉12.5份、抗性糊精7.5份、低聚木糖0.75份、人参0.35份、白藜芦醇0.35份、黄精31份、葛根0.75份、牛初乳0.425份、啤酒酵母0.3份、小麦低聚肽1.1份、苦瓜多肽0.075份、叶黄素酯0.02份、牛磺酸0.015份、维生素B1 0.012份、维生素B2 0.012份、维生素B6 0.012份、维生素B12 0.00018份、异麦芽酮糖醇6份。

(1)混合:称取上述重量份的原料混合均匀,得混合物料;
(2)粉碎:将步骤(1)中的混合物料粉碎,粉碎后过80-120目筛,得细粉;
(3)包装:将步骤(2)中的细粉料高温灭菌后进行真空包装。
