保护膜按照用途可以分为数码产品保护膜,汽车保护膜,家用保护膜,食品保鲜保护膜等。随着手机等数码产品在中国的普及,保护膜已经慢慢的成为屏幕保护膜的一种统称,而其在屏幕保护膜领域的功能也是五花八门。材料从最早的PP材料到现今流行的AR材质,中间经历了5年多的发展,慢慢的被广大手机群体所接受。
目前的保护膜存在残胶、易老化、使用时间较长后触感不能恢复等问题,不利于产品的推广,实用性差。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种不残胶、实用性强的可自动修复触感的保护膜。

一种可自动修复触感的保护膜,包括保护膜本体,所述保护膜本体包括基材层、底涂处理层、弹性触感层、胶水层、离型层;所述底涂处理层设于所述基材层的上方;所述弹性触感层设于所述底涂处理层的上方;所述胶水层设于所述基材层的下方;所述离型层设于所述基材层的下方。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述基材层为CPP、OPP或PVC中的一种。

本发明的有益效果为:

在基材层10的一侧表面采用微凹涂布方式涂布底涂处理层20,以机速10~20m/min的速度,在60~100℃温度下烤干5~10min,得到半成品;
利用喷涂的方式,在半成品的底涂处理层20的一侧喷涂30~60μm的弹性触感层30,并在70~80℃温度下烘烤,得到基膜;
利用逗号刮刀涂布方式在基膜远离底涂处理层20的表面涂布10~50μm的胶水层40,机速在10~20m/min,涂胶完成后贴合25~100μm的离型层50。
实施例三:
如图1所示,一种可自动修复触感的保护膜,包括保护膜本体,所述保护膜本体包括基材层10、底涂处理层20、弹性触感层30、胶水层40、离型层50;所述底涂处理层20设于所述基材层10的上方;所述弹性触感层30设于所述底涂处理层20的上方;所述胶水层40设于所述基材层10的下方;所述离型层50设于所述基材层10的下方。
所述基材层10为CPP、OPP或PVC中的一种。
所述底涂处理层20为改性聚烯烃树脂涂层,所述改性聚烯烃树脂涂层设为丙烯酸改性聚烯烃树脂、乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元树脂或马来酸酐改性聚丙烯树脂中的一种或两种。
与实施例一的不同之处在于,所述弹性触感层30由以下质量分数的组分组成:

以上材料依次加入,高速搅拌30~50min,按15%的标准加入科思创DesmodurN3390 BA/SN,加入无醇无水溶剂调整合适的施工粘度,得到弹性触感涂料。本实施例具有良好的耐磨抗刮性能。
所述胶水层40为丙烯酸酯压敏胶层,所述胶水层40由以下质量分数的组分组成:

所述胶水层40还包括异氰酸酯交联剂及其他交联剂。
所述异氰酸酯交联剂为Desmodur L75、TakenateD-110N、东曹的L、TDI、XDI中的一种或两种;所述其他交联剂为三菱的TETRAD-C、CVC的Erisys GA240、乙酰丙酮铝、乙酰丙酮钛、氮丙啶DSM Crosslinker CX-100、BAYER XAMA7中的一种。
所述保护膜本体的制备步骤包括:
在基材层10的一侧表面采用微凹涂布方式涂布底涂处理层20,以机速10~20m/min的速度,在60~100℃温度下烤干5~10min,得到半成品;
利用喷涂的方式,在半成品的底涂处理层20的一侧喷涂30~60μm的弹性触感层30,并在70~80℃温度下烘烤,得到基膜;
利用逗号刮刀涂布方式在基膜远离底涂处理层20的表面涂布10~50μm的胶水层40,机速在10~20m/min,涂胶完成后贴合25~100μm的离型层50。
本发明以耐温的CPP或OPP或PVC为基材,先表面处理一层底涂处理剂,再在底涂上涂布一层弹性触感涂料,在另外一面改性丙烯酸酯压敏胶,胶面可以重工,不残胶、环保无卤,弹性抗刮涂层性能优异,具有耐老化、能自动恢复功能,触感像婴儿皮肤一般,实用性强。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种可自动修复触感的保护膜,其特征在于,包括保护膜本体,所述保护膜本体包括基材层、底涂处理层、弹性触感层、胶水层、离型层;所述底涂处理层设于所述基材层的上方;所述弹性触感层设于所述底涂处理层的上方;所述胶水层设于所述基材层的下方;所述离型层设于所述基材层的下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可自动修复触感的保护膜,其特征在于,所述基材层为CPP、OPP或PVC中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可自动修复触感的保护膜,其特征在于,所述底涂处理层为改性聚烯烃树脂涂层,所述改性聚烯烃树脂涂层设为丙烯酸改性聚烯烃树脂、乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元树脂或马来酸酐改性聚丙烯树脂中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可自动修复触感的保护膜,其特征在于,所述弹性触感层由以下质量分数的组分组成:

9.根据权利要求8所述的可自动修复触感的保护膜,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯交联剂为Desmodur L75、TakenateD-110N、东曹的L、TDI、XDI中的一种或两种;所述其他交联剂为三菱的TETRAD-C、CVC的Erisys GA240、乙酰丙酮铝、乙酰丙酮钛、氮丙啶DSM CrosslinkerCX-100、BAYER XAMA7中的一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的可自动修复触感的保护膜,其特征在于,所述保护膜本体的制备步骤包括:
