Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗冲击防爆的光学保护膜及制备方法,可以显著抵抗外力对屏幕的冲击,有效保护玻璃屏幕。本发明包含有PET基材,PET基材上面引入亚克力胶涂层,亚克力胶涂层上面设有TPU树脂塑料抗冲击层,PET基材下面引入硅胶抗冲击层,硅胶抗冲击层下面设有PET剥离膜。本发明产品具有超强的耐磨性,加厚硅胶层可有效防止屏幕爆裂。

一种抗冲击防爆的光学保护膜及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种光学保护膜,具体说,是特别涉及一种抗冲击防爆的光学保护膜的制备方法。
背景技术
触摸屏在人们的日常生活中随处可见,触摸屏保护膜也越来越多的出现在我们的周围。随着移动终端设备的发展,人们逐渐在手机、平板电脑上越来越多的处理工作,但因为手机平板电脑等设备都采用钢化玻璃屏幕,容易破碎,给智能设备的使用带来不便。本发明旨在发明一种抗冲击防爆的光学保护膜,有效抵抗外力对屏幕的冲击作用,起到保护屏幕的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明目的在于提供一种抗冲击防爆的光学保护膜膜的制备方法,可以显著抵抗外力对屏幕的冲击,有效保护玻璃屏幕。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种抗冲击防爆的光学保护膜,包含有PET基材,PET基材上面引入亚克力胶涂层,亚克力胶涂层上面设有TPU树脂塑料抗冲击层,PET基材下面引入硅胶抗冲击层,硅胶抗冲击层下面设有PET剥离膜。
在其中一些实施例中,所述TPU树脂塑料抗冲击层厚度200~300μm,亚克力胶涂层厚度10~20μm,PET基材厚度75~125μm,硅胶抗冲击层厚度50~80μm,PET剥离膜厚度25~50μm。
在其中一些实施例中,所述TPU树脂塑料抗冲击层涂料包括聚氨酯树脂。
一种抗冲击防爆的光学保护膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、采用加厚TPU树脂塑料作为TPU树脂塑料抗冲击层,厚度为200~300μm,先采用网纹辊涂布一层PU底涂(采用:硅烷偶联剂),再涂布亚克力胶水,亚克力胶水通过溶剂(采用:乙酸乙酯、乙酸正丁酯等)稀释调节其固含量为20~50%,粘度为500~1000cps,采用逗号式刮刀控制厚度在10~20μm,亚克力胶水通过烘箱,烘箱温度控制在100~120℃,时间1~3分钟,将溶剂挥发固化,得到亚克力胶涂层;
(2)、在收料处,将亚克力胶涂层与PET基材通过贴合轮压合在一起;
(3)、在PET基材另外一面涂布一层PU底涂(采用:硅烷偶联剂),再涂布硅胶,硅胶厚度在50~80μm,得到硅胶抗冲击层;
(4)、然后在收料处,在硅胶抗冲击层另外一面贴合一层薄的PET做PET剥离膜,PET剥离膜用25~50μm的PET基材做剥离膜贴合。
本发明的优点是:
1、工艺可通过涂布方式实现,方便批量生产;
2、抗冲击效果显著,300g钢球1m高度落下冲击,屏幕完好无损;
3、此产品具有超强的耐磨性;
4、加厚硅胶层可有效防止屏幕爆裂。

具体实施方式
为能进一步了解本发明的特征、技术手段以及所达到的具体目的、功能,解析本发明的优点与精神,藉由以下通过实施例对本发明做进一步的阐述。
本发明实施例所使用的原料如下:
聚氨酯树脂,购自东莞市添益化工有限公司;
PU底涂:硅烷偶联剂,购自长兴(广州)精细涂布有限公司;
溶剂:乙酸乙酯、乙酸正丁酯,购自上海日之升新技术发展有限公司。
硅酮类或亚克力压敏胶:购自长兴(广州)精细涂布有限公司。
本发明采用加厚TPU树脂塑料作为TPU树脂塑料抗冲击层11,通过亚克力胶水,贴合在PET基材13上,PET基材13涂布一定厚度的硅胶树脂,再贴合PET剥离膜15,通过两层缓冲层分散外力冲击。
具体制备方法:
A、选用加厚TPU树脂塑料,厚度要求在50~250μm之间。先采用网纹辊涂布一层PU底涂,再涂布亚克力胶水,然后贴合在PET基材13上。
B、在PET基材13另外一面涂布底涂,再涂布硅胶,硅胶厚度在20~80μm,用50μm的PET基材做剥离膜贴合。
在其中一个实施例中,作进一步详细说明:
TPU贴合PET基材:将厚度为200~300μm的TPU树脂塑料抗冲击层11(TPU基材)涂布亚克力胶水,亚克力胶水通过溶剂(采用:乙酸乙酯、乙酸正丁酯等)稀释调节其固含量为20~50%,粘度为500~1000cps,采用逗号式刮刀控制厚度在10~20μm;亚克力胶水通过烘箱,烘箱温度控制在100~120℃,将溶剂挥发固化,得到亚克力胶涂层12,在收料处将PET基材13通过贴合轮压合在一起。
将上述两层材料,采用第一步的方式,在PET基材13的另外一面涂布硅胶,要求厚度50~80μm,得到硅胶抗冲击层14,然后在收料处贴合一层薄的PET剥离膜15。
产品参数:
抗冲击性 300g钢球/1m高落下,完美吸收冲击,屏幕完好无损
透光率 92%以上
耐磨性 0000#钢丝绒,2Kg/10次摩擦,无划伤
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的部分实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (5)

1.一种抗冲击防爆的光学保护膜,包含有:PET基材(13),其特征在于,所述PET基材(13)上面引入亚克力胶涂层(12),所述亚克力胶涂层(12)上面设有TPU树脂塑料抗冲击层(11),所述PET基材(13)下面引入硅胶抗冲击层(14),所述硅胶抗冲击层(14)下面设有PET剥离膜(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗冲击防爆的光学保护膜,其特征在于,所述TPU树脂塑料抗冲击层(11)厚度200~300μm,所述亚克力胶涂层(12)厚度10~20μm,所述PET基材(13)厚度75~125μm,所述硅胶抗冲击层(14)厚度50~80μm,所述PET剥离膜(15)厚度25~50μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗冲击防爆的光学保护膜,其特征在于,所述TPU树脂塑料抗冲击层(11)涂料包括聚氨酯树脂;
所述硅胶抗冲击层(14)的胶水包括硅酮类或亚克力压敏胶。
4.一种如权利要求1~3任一项所述抗冲击防爆的光学保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)、采用加厚TPU树脂塑料作为TPU树脂塑料抗冲击层(11),厚度为200~300μm,先采用网纹辊涂布一层PU底涂,再涂布亚克力胶水,亚克力胶水通过溶剂稀释调节其固含量为20~50%,粘度为500~1000cps,采用逗号式刮刀控制厚度在10~20μm,亚克力胶水通过烘箱,烘箱温度控制在100~120℃,时间1~3分钟,将溶剂挥发固化,得到亚克力胶涂层(12);
(2)、在收料处,将亚克力胶涂层(12)与PET基材(13)通过贴合轮压合在一起;
(3)、在PET基材另外一面涂布一层PU底涂,再涂布硅胶,硅胶厚度在50~80μm,得到硅胶抗冲击层(14);
(4)、然后在收料处,在硅胶抗冲击层(14)另外一面贴合一层薄的PET做PET剥离膜(15),PET剥离膜(15)用25~50μm的PET基材做剥离膜贴合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述PU底涂包括硅烷偶联剂,溶剂包括乙酸乙酯、乙酸正丁酯。
